Review: My Gig on Fiverr, '5 [redacted] downloads' did not pass our content editors' review.

Your Gig was removed due to a third party copyright violation. Please ensure you sell services where you either own or validly license the copyrights.

Why? I am using my account that I have purchased from [redacted]. There is no picture violation due to the fact that the pictures are self made and self created.Desired Settlement: Reinstate my Gig.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed the complaint sent in by [redacted]. Unfortunately his desired outcome can not be reached due to the fact that his services on Fiverr was reported by [redacted] to be removed. This complaint is a standard Copyright removal request as [redacted] was attempting to resell the content he downloaded off of [redacted] which violates their Terms of Service (under Protection of Content) [redacted]. Gigs that violate third party Copyrights are not allowed on Fiverr and swiftly removed following a [redacted] notice, as stated in our Terms of Service https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service. [redacted] may submit a new Gig and service type that doesn't violate our or any other third parties Terms of Service.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Response:

We have reviewed the response sent by [redacted]. As part of our Intellectual Property claims process, clearly stated on this page: https://www.fiverr.com/intellectual-property , Fiverr removes Gigs that are reported by the Intellectual Property owners after satisfying the requirements suggested on this page. Individual Gigs are reported through this process and individual Gigs are removed. The content on Fiverr is User Generated and we invite Intellectual Property owners to report any Gig that might be in violation, please see our Terms of Service for User Generated Content (https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service). To answer directly what [redacted] has rejected in our previous response, which is not related to his original desired outcome, now infringes on our Privacy Policy (https://www.fiverr.com/privacy-policy) where we do not release information surrounding other users and the status of their Gigs as we do not release information surrounding [redacted]'s account and Gigs activity. We hope this response is clear to [redacted] and if needed, he can contact our Customer Support team for further details regarding our policies surrounding Intellectual Property.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#[redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

If you disable my Gig, you should also disable other people's Gig regarding the same service.Since you have done so for mine, then why are other people's Gigs NOT SUSPENDED?SUSPEND THEM.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: A seller advertised that he'd provide a file format, but when initially asked for it, he refused to based on his "theory." This violates section Gigs of Fiverr's Terms of Service, which involves "Gigs misleading to buyers, including violations of third party terms of service." The seller set the order as delivered when it was not fully delivered on time, then after being given an extension, failed to correctly provide all requested and agreed documents as well. This violates section "Order Basics" under the Terms of Service, which states: "Using the “Deliver Work” button when an order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that order after review, affect the seller’s rating and result in a warning to seller." In addition, the seller become uncooperative when asked to make a second key modification meant to save thousands of dollars on the final product development process, in addition to, being repeatedly derisive. When cancelled several times, while awaiting review from Customer Support, agent Jason promptly escalated the matter to agent Tara. However, agent Tara discriminately treated me as if I was advertently uncooperative, despite all I have done and attempted to work out with the seller initially, including extending a deadline and actually stating initially that I wished to continue working with him long-term, if possible. But I had no further work, and did not wish to proceed in a path where collaboration was impeded by a seller's inappropriate and violating behavior, especially at a time-sensitive, budget-conscious period. Agent Tara insisted to speak "clearly and calmly" to the seller, which I've been respectfully forthright since day one. All correspondence evidences this absolute truth, which indicates that this matter was growing deeper one-sided, and against everything I believed in, especially with Fiverr's consistency and policy adherence. Further, agent Tara justified the seller's entire behavior, stating that my bases for cancellation against his lack of workability, job fulfillment, policy honor and advertising integrity were "based on buyer's opinions of the service alone." Agent Tara refused to admit her wrong, in addition to, the seller. My faith in Fiverr has been tarnished.Desired Settlement: 1) Discipline agent Tara for buyer discrimination and supporting the seller's dishonor to the policy; 2) permit sellers to adhere to integrity and agreed work fulfillment; and 3) refund my charge immediately in full for the late, disagreeable and incorrect, thus, off-puttingly incomplete order.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. [redacted] has contacted our Customer Support team in ticket #[redacted].Our team has advised [redacted] to continue communicating with the seller seeing as the seller is willing to help resolve this issue with them. As advise to [redacted], we will not be able to cancel this order since it's passed the cancellation period. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, Cancellations performed by Customer Support can be done, when eligible, within a time period of 13 days after an order is marked as Complete. 13 days is the period of time revenue is placed on hold prior to clearing to the seller on the 14th day. Once available, funds from the order may be withdrawn by the seller. If [redacted] have any additional comments, they are welcome to follow up their ticket request #[redacted].

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Actually cancellation was eligible because the

seller was patently unwilling to make the modification I requested, nor in a

timely manner. In fact, I requested mutual cancellation seven times. Never did the seller ask to complete the order instead of cancellation, rather the seller grew derisive to me and uncooperative to Fiverr's own policy. I was in contact with agent Tara for about two unduly long weeks, in addition to, after the order was falsely marked complete on September **, 2015. The seller and agent Tara were fully aware that the submitted item marking the order complete had nothing to do with my order, and the seller confessed this submission error on September **, 2015. Agent Tara protracted the entire cancellation process, and when asked for proof that the matter was escalated to the appropriate department she stated she would do, she abandoned reply and allowed the seller to receive full payment for an unmodified order. This entire process involves gross dishonor and disrespect to its own policy, disregard to buyer's facts and consideration, dishonesty and stealing on Fiverr's part. I notified agent Sheana that I planned to contact other agencies and possibly news stations of how this process reached this disappointing point due to Fiverr's faulty and broken customer support service, particularly with the process headed by agent Tara. ]

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I contracted through their web site for art services. The person that I contracted with did not deliver original art but instead submitted someone else's art that they did not have the right to use or duplicate. Blatant copyright infringement as well as fraud. I used the website's online Resolution Center, however that leaves the decision up to the seller. Needless to say the seller refused to refund my money. I opened a ticket with Fiverr's customer service department. I uploaded the "art" that the seller submitted as well as the source at from which the seller had stolen this "art". There is no question of the nature of the fraud, the seller even admitted to it. Fiverr's documentation says that it takes approximately 48 hours to respond to issues such as mine. It has been more then 5 days at this point. They have no intention of doing anything about this.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. This was not bad work or a difference in artistic taste. This is fraud. Also Fiverr is complacent in this as they have hundreds of sellers posting copyrighted works and claiming them as their own. Fiverr does nothing to police their own site and does not give the members of the site the power to do anything about it either. Nor, would it seem, do they even adhere to their own rules. Fiverr knows that people are selling stolen work through their site and they not only have done nothing about it but seem to actually encourage it, as long as they get their money.

Review: I am a seller on fiverr. I did a proofreading job for a client.

The client wanted a translation in addition to the proofreading

free of charge or he wouldn't pay me. This is outright bullying.

Fiverr sided with the bully. This is ridiculous that I am expected

to provide free work to the client if he demands it. I should not

be expected to provide free work and cave into the demands of

bullies. Fiverr needs to pay me the 20 dollars they refunded to the

client. He basically received a free proofreading job.Desired Settlement: Fiverr needs to pay me the 20 dollars owed to me for the job that

I did.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint. [redacted] was contacted in regards to why their order was cancelled (in Request #[redacted]). Unfortunately, [redacted]'s order was cancelled due to the service not being completed per their order requirement and it appears that they failed assist the buyer on a small change that was requested by the buyer. If [redacted] has further questions that resolves around their cancellation, we will be happy to assist in their ticket request.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

The so called change that you are referring to is a translation, which is not part of the gig description. There is a difference betweenproofreading and translation. You are siding with the bully and you do need to compensate me for the amount refunded. I expect to be paid for my work.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

Thank you for the update. We have followed up with [redacted] on their ticket request. It appears that [redacted] did not clearly specify this in your Custom Offer that you provided to the buyer like they have mentioned in their response and we are working with him to reach a mutual understanding about this issue. If they have further questions, please have [redacted] continue to follow up with us on their ticket that is currently open.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

The custom offer would have attached to the following gig which has the description as follows. "I will proofread any Japanese document for you. I charge one gigfor two pages. The preferred format is Word. Any format that my computer can work with will be fine though." As you can see, the description speaks for itself. It does not say translate. It says proofread. I explained this to the client as well, stating that proofreading is not translation. Your customer support is useless. They do nothing for me and they have a history of making some very bad decisions including siding with a stalker on another gig of mine. Fiverr customer support is shady and cannot be trusted. It is common sense that I should be compensated for my work. For Fiverr to not do this while coming up with some very weak excuses, shows how dishonest Fiverr is. They will side with the buyer at all costs.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I have ordered a Gig in fiverr to Market my [redacted] page with "LIKES" and this person has completed with fake people accounts, by the end of the work and after been paid , all the likes from my [redacted] has disappear completely, I email fiverr, because they suppose to have real people and reliable human beings doing the job, since it is part of its policy, However, that person is a fraud and scam, I just found many people complaining for the same guy, and fiverr does not want to deal with that. I had to call my bank to dispute these charges, because this company does not care about their consumer safety and privacy.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. We have previously addressed his complaint by canceling his order and addressed that the seller will be reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, for privacy concerns we do not announce any actions taken against other users.

Review: In January of 2016, my Fiverr account was suspended with no notification to me. When I inquired as to the status of my account, I was given a stock response that my account violated the Terms of Service, specifically the part prohibiting multiple accounts.

The confusing element is that I only have one account on Fiverr, and do not have multiple accounts. Without any appeals process, Fiverr has removed my ability to use their service for a violation that I didn't commit.

Upon attempts to resolve it I was simply told to stop making new customer service tickets. I assume the reason that there are multiple accounts using my credentials is that either my account was compromised, or that their company allowed a new account to be created using my information.

To be punished for their mistake is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: The business will explain my suspension in detail. The business will reinstate my account.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Despite the company not explaining the reasons behind my account's suspension, the account has been restored.

Sincerely,

Review: I was once a customer of Fiverr. I had a sellers account. I closed that account sometime before August *, 2015. I am still receiving emails concerning my gig statuses. I have opened four (4) service tickets to have my email address removed, and it has not been. Tickets opened on 8/*/15, 8/**/15, 8/22/15, 9/*/15Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from your marketing. I do not have an account with you therefore my gigs are not paused. I have asked multiple times for you to cease these emails- do it.

Sincerely,

Review: I have joined Fiverr about a 1 ago .

Since then I was still 100% sure that I satisfy my customer needs .

One day fiverr blocked my and account . Their given reason was " Same accounts with same gigs" Which was totally false and I can prove it . One account was selling backlinks another one was selling articles.

I contacted them after 45 days (followed their ToS) and asked them for my money . They opened only one account and they refuse to open second account.

Not only that they ban was false and it can be proved they also refused to give me informations why my money cant be transfered. They totally ignore my emails .Desired Settlement: Sent my earned money to my [redacted] account

Consumer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I signed up for an account on this website as a seller and listed my first 'gig' (which is essentially just a service that I was offering. This service was just for doing drawings of people and never violated this websites rules or regulations. After selling about 25 drawings through their site from $5-10 each I needed to collect my money. My bank had been successfully linked and this should have been fine. But when I tried to log in to the site my account was marked inactive. So I emailed customer support several times. However, in order to have support help you, you need an active Fiverr account - something they had just taken away from me. So I emailed through chat where they again said to email support because chat is only being tested out right now. Then I get an email saying my account has been closed and will not be reopened for security purposes. However, the money that Fiverr made from that account rightfully belongs to me. After several attempts to contact Fiverr I have not gotten a response. Neither is their a phone number to contact this business.Desired Settlement: I would like to request that I speak with an executive or manager of this company to see my money rightfully returned to me as soon as possible. I would also like their fees removed for using their service as this has caused me a a great inconvenience.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed the complaint by [redacted]. After further review of [redacted]'s account, it appears that her account is associated with multiple accounts as well as orders between these accounts. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, "to prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts." Due to this violation, we are unable to restore [redacted] account which was mentioned in her ticket request #[redacted].

Review: **An advertisement misrepresenting a service**

**An advertisement that failed to disclose all conditions required to take advantage of an offer**

**Customer service failed to provide assistance **

**The failure to honor a service estimate or agreement**

I want to add the above issues to this complaint because I was forced to choose only a single issue, but all of these issues are relevant. I downloaded Fiverr's mobile app. At the top of my welcome screen there was an alert with a countdown clock that said if I made a purchase within 1 hour I would be entitled to a free gig. Nowhere did it state that I would only be able to choose from a few select gigs AND absolutely NOWHERE did it state that I would HAVE to select my free gig within 24 hours of my initial purchase. I did not learn of these initially undisclosed terms until AFTER I had already purchased my selected gig. I did so on the assumption that I would choose a gig that I was already interested in. Issue #1...

Instead of complaining I decided to select a gig from the select list of "free gigs" that Fiverr provided. All of which were pretty much redundant services and none of which I actually needed. I selected my "free gig" within the 24 hour timeframe and even replied swiftly to the seller's automated message requesting additional information from me. At that time I noted that the estimated time of completion was January 1, 2014. I received emails about the seller of the gig requesting a cancellation, but I was unable to sign into the service because I was traveling internationally. Yesterday I received another email that the gig was cancelled. I did not mind having the gig cancelled, but I knew that I'd have to contact someone in order to be able to redeem my "free gig" again. Here are my email exchanges from today...

**Me** Hey there!

So, I earned a "free gig" when I purchased a gig on the mobile app for the first time. Well, I ordered a "free gig" and the seller cancelled my order. Now I'm unable to select another "free gig" because when the order was cancelled it says that I was issued a refund, but my account balance doesn't reflect any credit, nor am I able to view the list of "free gigs" to choose from.

**Fiverr** Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear your free gig order was cancelled. Unfortunately, this promotion has expired and we won't be able to give you another free gig.

Sorry for not being able to help you more with this.

**Me** So you're telling me that I'm losing the free gig that I earned because

(through no fault of my own) the seller cancelled the gig that I selected

after the expiration date? That is so unfair! The only reason why I

purchased the gig that I did WHEN I did was to earn the free gig!

[redacted] I understand your point but we cannot give you another free gig as this promotion does not exist anymore.

Thank you for your understanding.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to freely select from ALL available gigs to choose one that I can receive for free as I originally understood when I made my initial purchase.

Business

Response:

We have reviewed the request sent by [redacted]. [redacted]'s complaint is in regards to the promotion we offered for downloading the new Fiverr iPhone app where users who downloaded the app and purchased a Gig from the mobile app was entitled to a free order up to 24 hours from the first purchase from a list of Gigs provided to them. Within the promotional email and several site notifications, all users were advised that this was a one time offer given to those that qualified and within the timeframe of 24 hours. Unfortunately it seems that [redacted] misunderstood the promotion and her desired resolution directly conflicted with the promotion as she cancelled the free order. Because of the issue she ran in to, we compensated her for the same amount of funds used on the free order on January[redacted], 2014.

Review: I purchased a gig from Fivver and I have requested a refund because the work was not performed as promised and have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: I wish to be contacted by this business in order to get a refund.

Business

Response:

We've reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. Upon review of her original requests, she did not provide Fiverr Customer Support any details surrounding her alleged experience on Fiverr and we were unable to locate purchases made from the email address provided. Immediately, [redacted] requested our Legal counsel to be involved in an issue we were unable to verify. Following a review of [redacted]' request by our Legal counsel, we have reached out to her (Ticket #[redacted]) to validate her claim through Customer Support and will be required to share more details in order to understand the original issue which will be reviewed again by Fiverr for the best course of action.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The confusion may be that my account name is under [redacted], user name [redacted], while my email address has stayed the same at [redacted]. I have requested a change from [redacted] (which was an old e-mail address of mine that I still have access to), to [redacted], but fiver has never changed it.I have contacted Fiver many times with the information they are requested now. I think it would be so much easier to talk on the telephone one on one with someone from this company and myself. I do not know why they do not want to do so. That said. The problem is that I purchased a "gig" through Fiver which is in essence a job to be performed. The person who performs the job gets paid through Fiver and Fiver gets part of the fee and also gets a user fee. While each gig is not a lot of money given how many gigs are bought and sold I can imagine that Fiver earns millions of dollars. That said, my problem started when my marketing adviser as part of our marketing plan had me hire various fiver gigs for different marketing jobs including website stuff, app stuff, video stuff, brochure stuff, and the gig in question which had me hire a person to review my business (perfectly legal). Now I paid this person (lets call them seller) to review my business, fiver takes a cut of the fee paid for being the middleman, I am happy with the review and I even tip Seller (which Fiver) also gets a cut of), a day or two later Seller starts blackmailing me and tells me he is going to "expose me" for buying reviews. I contact Fiver and they will not do anything about it, they will not even tell me Seller's real name and contact number so maybe I can stop him before he does anything. Sure enough Seller does do something and smears my good name all over the internet on sites like "rip off report," he even attaches copies of the private correspondence we had over Fiver, so I know exactly who the seller is.I file a police report which can do nothing, I contact the seller's email provider which cancels his email address, but I do not know if this Seller could be my neighbor or across the world I find out that "rip off report" will never take the nasty stuff down, so I am stuck with it. So I paid Fiver for the privilege of letting one of their Agents blackmail me. While they stood backed and watched. They could have sent Seller an e-mail when I first contacted them and said stop blackmailing her or we will not let you sell on Fiver again, but he is still selling today, perhaps doing this to others. What I would like to happen is for Fiver to do the decent thing and not let this guy to sell on fiver ever again, to let me have his name and contact information, he has mine, why should I not have his?, and the money that I paid him for this gig and his tip (this is not much but it would make me feel better). If this is not done I request every dollar that I every paid Fiver for every gig that I every bought on their site going back several years as they took my money under false pretense that I would be safe from predators like this because they were working as middlemen. Thank you.

Review: I made a purchase from a seller three months ago. I have detailed messages in my account which shows that the seller took my money but did not provide the service. It was my first time using this service so I was not aware of the high incidence of fraud from this company and the unwillingness of the customer service department to provide any form of help. In addition to that, Fiverr is reviewing the seller's account for fraud. A customer service representative from Fiverr admitted that I was indeed ripped off but the company refuses to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since I have proof that the service I ordered was never delivered.

Review: I have been a customer for more than a year, so I began selling my acting and resume services on the site and suddenly my account was frozen. I wrote fiverr to ask why and they said I filed a payment dispute with PayPal which was against their policy. So I contact PayPal to see and there is no complaint from me about fiverr whatsoever. So I write them back, tell them there is no complaint and also remind them that I have paid for everything I got on the site, and any time in the past when I've had a problem I wrote fiverr directly, but they continue the account freeze. Keep in mind I paid for a service I cannot complete, I am in the middle of delivering a resume, so that is a bad review and I have money in my account that I cannot access although I earned it. My reputation is destroyed before I can get startedDesired Settlement: I want my money that is on their books, plus damages and all of my information removed from their site and account closed

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. Our Customer Support team has followed up with [redacted], in their ticket #[redacted] regarding her account. It appears that [redacted] opened a PayPal dispute on her order causing her account to be automatically restricted. As mentioned in our Terms of Service, "Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation to these Terms of Service. Doing so may get your account temporarily disabled to investigate possible security violations. Note: once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider." At this time, [redacted] was refunded back to her payment source due to the disputes being closed out and her account is now active. In regards to her order [redacted], the order has now been cancelled and the funds are now available in her Fiverr Shopping balance. If [redacted] has any additional questions or concerns, she's welcome to follow up in her active ticket #[redacted].

Review: On August ** I payed Fiverr $420 to build a website. They told me it would be done on August **. I have yet to receive a finished product as of Sept. **. They have a system in place where at the end of a job the buyer confirms the job is completed and then rates and reviews the experience and that concludes the transaction.

I was getting frustrated that nothing was being done so I looked for a way to contact them and let them know.

When I started to look I found out that they had marked the job as completed. They did this without using the normal

way of having me confirm that it was done, or even contacting me at all. I was never given the opportunity to let them know it hand"t been completed.

When I realized they had marked it completed I contacted them immediately. They got back to me and told me I had waited past my allowed time to contest this. There is no date as to when they decided to change the job status

so I have no way of knowing when they did this. But what I do know is they did not use their normal method of

operations.

I have no website and they refuse to do anything about it.Desired Settlement: I need a website.

I purchased this website to create traffic to a website I have in which I sell on-demand videos about camping

in the USA. I was told this would be done in August. Camping season will be over at the end of October and

people will not be buying camping videos in the winter. I have not only lost my $420 investment, I also have a months worth of lost income. The way they are treating me it looks like I will also lose income in October.

I need my money credited back to me. I am willing to use another contractor on Fiverr, but they need to make sure the work actually gets done, and in a timely matter. If they can't do that I would just like to get my money back.

The original complaint opened by [redacted] has been replied to indicating the actions Fiverr has taken and capable of taking. Due to the [redacted] dispute, which by opening a dispute on [redacted] is a violation of Fiverr terms of service, removes the money spent by [redacted] from Fiverr's possession which was held by PayPal. After this explanation was sent, [redacted] insisted to take further action that Fiverr is incapable of doing as the order and service in question has been cancelled due to the [redacted] dispute. At this point we have already advised [redacted] regarding the payment made and will not be able to provide any support to an order that has been cancelled and disputed.

Review: I am a seller on Fiverr under the name of ([redacted]) and my email .

This past weekend , they locked my account for no good reason, never said why?

They were just removing features from my account but they closed my account and I can't get into it.

They close people's account and now no one responds back to me.

I sent in numerous emails to customer support with no response.

I want my monies and my account reinstated.

Thank youDesired Settlement: I want my account reinstated and want to know why they locked me out of my account.

I want all my funds available to me to so I can deposit in my account, which is over $200.

We have reviewed Ms. Yennie's complaint. She already reached out to our Customer Support in ticket #[redacted] and we explained to her the reason for disabling her account (arranging purchases off of Fiverr to enhance seller's ratings or to abuse the Fiverr platform using fraudulent purchases). As clearly stated in our Terms of Service, Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 45 days, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Fiverr's approval and [redacted] was asked to contact us at that point to assist her with withdrawing the remaining revenues.
