 This is the only account I have ever had and it was closed almost immediately after I opened it.  If there is another person with my name, surely they do not have my same address.  There is no way they could already have an account in my name.  Before two months ago, I had never even heard of them.  I also read several articles online after they closed my account that they were closing people's account and keeping their money.  This whole thing sounds very suspicious to me.

It appears that [redacted], did not reach out to our Customer Support team to learn the status of the funds or orders that he placed with the sellers on Fiverr.com. After further review, we noticed that both orders [redacted] ($50) and [redacted]...

($5) was cancelled due to the required information not being sent over the the sellers, so that they can proceed to start working. Seeing as [redacted] would like a refund of the $55, we have went ahead and refunded the payment back to his payment source. Depending on the Credit Card that was used, the refund will take 3 to 5 business days to appear back on the card. is our Security protocol, [redacted], was required to send the following and failed to provide this information: " a Fiverr-related [redacted] transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST [redacted] account used on the Fiverr account in question. (a withdrawal transaction ID)." This information was required back in Oct. 2015, as of today, he still has not provided this piece of information. If [redacted] would still like to change his [redacted] email address, he's welcome to send in a new ticket request, with the required information for Support to further assist.

[Your Answer Here]This is purely based on speculation, the assumption that buying what a seller is offering is an attempt to "harass" them is ludicrous. In fact fiverr advertises me to do exactly that and continues to do so.It contradicts what they advertise.If buying from sellers is somehow falsely interpreted as "harassment" then be sure to include that in your terms and conditions and immediately reinstate my account and reprimand/terminate the employees that wrongly banned my account.

We have reviewed the request sent by [redacted] addresses that Fiverr is responsible for providing him the revenue for the services he provides to his buyers. This requires the buyer to pay Fiverr to create the order, which the...

buyer did not do. Fiverr does not force or obligate a buyer in to purchasing from the site, the seller is responsible for arranging with the buyer to order from their Gig to then start the service. In this case, [redacted] started the service before the buyer purchased the agreed amount of orders to match the services. This was explained to [redacted] and the options Fiverr can provide him is limited to cancelling the order or completing the orders that were open to him.

review by our Risk Management team of his order history found 10 orders placed by the user from another account for the purpose of giving himself a positive review. [redacted]'s account will not be reinstated and he has been informed of the withdrawal status of any remaining revenue legitimately earned on Fiverr as previously explained to him by our Customer Support team.

I will make it a point to make sure that my family and friends will no longer use the website and I am not held accountable for any reviews left or comments made by them. I will contact you all via customer service july **, and if my funds are not released to me, further action will be taken. I have grown tired of fighting with a scheming website that is hypocritical. Still on this very day I see countless "buyer requests" that are actually sellers trying to sell their gigs. This website is a joke.

Fiverr states that the sale is void because the buyer did not initiate a purchase or transfer funds, and that I as the seller started work before the purchase was made via a gig order.
However, I only started commission work only after such an order was made by the buyer via Fiverr's automated system. To quote the previous statement: '[redacted] addresses that Fiverr is responsible for providing him the revenue for the services he provides to his buyers. This requires the buyer to pay Fiverr to create the order...' As such an order, serial #[redacted], has indeed been made (or otherwise I would not have received an order notification), one would assume that the buyer has also paid Fiverr.
One can conclude that a formal purchase has indeed been made, but that the funds have been withdrawn after the fact.

Note: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts." [redacted] agreed to these terms when creating an account on Fiverr.com, and due to the recent violation to our Terms of Service, this agreement was broken. As mentioned to [redacted] in ticket request #[redacted], his account will not be restored due to these violations, however, he will be able to obtain the funds on his account in 45 days [which is on May [redacted] 2016] as our Support team mentioned.

Revdex.com is based on the interactions she had with other users from Fiverr's community and not directly with Fiverr or our Customer Support team. All of the 5 support requests raised by [redacted] to Fiverr were resolved within a reasonable time frame relative to her interactions with her sellers. If the responses she received were not satisfactory to her specific requests, we will review that internally with our [redacted]. 
Furthermore, all users on Fiverr agree to our Terms of Service in order to use the site, [redacted]. As stated in our TOS, Fiverr does not guarantee the level of quality for services buyers receive and buyers are expected to rate the services delivered by sellers accordingly which is an industry standard for marketplaces. If there were any egregious examples of user misconduct that [redacted] experienced, she did not inform Fiverr of such experiences, Fiverr will investigate in to the issue further. 
[redacted]'s desired settlement of $42 can not be reached. The $2 remaining in her balance originates from successful sales performed as a seller on Fiverr and can be withdrawn to [redacted] at any time (please see our Terms of Service for details). The remaining balance requested to be refunded can not be performed due to [redacted]'s payment processing policies that limit the time users can receive refunds. When checking out to purchase a Gig through [redacted] agreed to [redacted]’s User Agreement. 
Fiverr wishes for all orders to succeed with a positive experience for both the buyer and the seller. Buyers are presented ratings and reviews of a sellers service, are allowed to contact sellers prior to ordering, and other mediums to learn more on how to use Fiverr via our Blog and Community forums. This enables buyers to make more informed purchases. We hope that this fully addresses all of the concerns raised by [redacted] and we welcome her to reach out to our Customer Support team if she has any further questions.

At this time, [redacted] will need to finish the articles he currently owes the buyer or cancel the order in order for his withdrawal feature to be restored. Our Customer Support team as advised [redacted], that his buyer is welcome to place an order for half of the amount so that he can be paid for the materials provided and then we will be able to cancel the other order and restore his withdrawals. If [redacted] has any additional comments, he's welcome to continue communicating with our Support team in his ticket request #[redacted].
