Review: This situation is a combination of Billing errors and misplaced User liability.

Our company is registered as a seller on Fiverr.com, we promote major and independent artist music videos.

On November [redacted] a buyer ordered our promotional services. We uploaded his video to multiple platforms and promoted it to 10,200 users via our [redacted].

The order was then marked as "Complete", and I received a 5 star rating from the buyer.

Now almost two and a half weeks later, today, December[redacted], we received an email from Fiverr saying that our completed order with that buyer has been canceled, and to discontinue providing my services. As of now my Fiverr account is negative -$4.00, which means that my upcoming payment will be taken by Fiverr to settle my negative balance.

I do not understand why we must foot the bill for that error.

The buyer should NOT have been able to make a purchase if he did not have the funds in his Fiverr or linked [redacted] account.

Fiverr is a muti-million dollar company, they should not have to hold my funds hostage because of an error in their payment system.

Also, a fiverr staff member claims that the only way I can get the money back is if the buyer chooses to order again.

But why would he re-order work that has already been done? We've promoted his video to 10,200 people already and uploaded it to multiple platforms.

There is no reason to re-order.

It's hard to have faith in Fiverr, because whats to stop this from happening in the future?

A seller should not be liable to pay back monies for services rendered successfully.

This situation should have remained between Fiverr and the buyer.

The whole point is, the buyer should not have been able to make a purchase with insufficient funds then be able to hold our company responsible to foot the bill.Desired Settlement: We just want our $4.00, after which we'll delete our Fiverr account and do business else where.

If a refund isn't possible, then I'd just hope that Fiverr comes up with a few new rules to better protect their sellers.

I have made the majority of my income freelancing through Fiverr for the last 2 years and also buy a lot of gigs. They have a fair system to ensure buyer and seller satisfaction.

There are some areas they could improve on like the lack of seller options or flexibility to provide longer term or higher end services that I would like to offer but overall a good experience.

Definitely a reliable site to offer or buy freelancing services on though of course make sure to check each seller's reviews before buying.

Review: my accocunt was suspended...I have funds that I have earned in my accoutn which I would like to withdraw, and they are saying that I cannot because my account is suspended, when I ask why, they refuse to tell me any details and keep marking my ticket as resolved without answering me....Desired Settlement: I would like to withdraw the unds in my account.

Review: I order a service from this website aweek ago say 06-**-2015 to add service clients to my [redacted] account. I selected seller [redacted] for the job; so after the order was completed by fiverr.com to the seller. I was emailed and told that my order will take about 3-days to complete or 20hrs from the time of my order; So the seller asked me would I give a review on his service and I did so. But after 4-days I checked my [redacted] account to see if anything has happen and there was still no change of added followers to my page. Now I paid to have 6000 [redacted] followers add and this what was suppose to happen. So I contacted the seller first and sent him a email telling him where is my order that I paid for from you; An I got to repley from him or Fiverr.com on this isssue. My order#[redacted] So I have been emailing fiverr for somedays now trying to get my money refunded and they are not responseing back. I also ask Ryan to contact me and they have to got back even by email and this website dont even have a phone number to be contacted. Review: The customer service for Fiverr.com is absolutely atrocious and I am being polite when I say this. It is ridiculous that Fiverr is a marketplace where people exchange money for services and the only way to contact them is through email and there is no cohesiveness because there will be about 5 people handling one case and each one is a set of brand new eyes because they won't know what was discussed with the previous representative and you will have to explain to them all over again what your problem is.

I was silly enough to use fiverr to set up a website and found a seller who was willing to do it for $300. The seller delivered a very bland unfinished website and I asked if they could do some revisions since that was discussed and agreed to before I bought it. I sent them a mock up of the changes I would like, the seller told me that the template does not support it and to get another template that matches the layout. I assumed that would be apart of the order so I paid $180 for the other template. Now, before I paid for the template I asked for the sellers thoughts and they said to go ahead and buy it and they will make the changes. After I buy it and tell them the changes I will like made to the template they then decide to tell me that they will charge me an additional $250 to do the work. Even though he could've informed me when I asked him about the template or before I bought it that he would charge me extra. I was still willing to work with him and offer him $150 to finish, they declined and decided to abandon the job. I had to look for someone else to fininsh it. I decided to let it go and just leave negative feedback but a seller can just request a feedback be removed and fiverr customer service will remove it no matter the complaint for the seller. I was upset that not only did I lose $300, I can't even leave negative feedback justifiably.

I then contacted fiverr and told them the situation and that I would like my money back. It was a long and dreary process that took days and about 5 reps contacting me and asking me the same questions. I became very frustrated and started to show my frustration and that's when the rep finally came to their decision and sided with the seller and I believe it was out of spite. I'm tired and frustrated and sick of fiverr and everything that has to do with fiverr so I let it go and decided to move on. Fast forward till today and I get multiple messages from this seller and this seller is hacking my account and demanding $750 usd and $1,000 usd. They accessed my account and I have no idea if they were able to retrive sensitive information. I have been contacting fiverr customer service all day to cancel my account and I have yet to get a response from them. This is just an example of this company's incompetence and I will warn anyone to not do business on fiverr unless it's for $5 because fiverr is not depndable and you can lose a lot or get into a cyber war with some foreigner from India and nothing will be done about it. You are all on your own.Desired Settlement: I will like $300 refund and cancellation of my account.

As described, [redacted] has already addressed her concerns with her seller which ultimately resulted in the completion of the $300 order. Following that, [redacted] requested additional services which were not included in the $300 service and order (i.e. additional templates and services), for which the seller requested that she submits an additional order. Upon contacting Customer Support, the request made to cancel an order was reviewed and not granted due to the completion and proof of completion of services sent to the [redacted]. Left out of complaint was [redacted]'s related account activity that resulted in the suspension of her account. [redacted] requested sellers on Fiverr, including the seller used in the $300 order, to create an exact copy of Fiverr and quote, "I want the fiverr clone to work exactly the same". Additionally, she requested other sellers to be paid directly and circumvent the Fiverr marketplace and order system, "Can I make payment through [redacted] for the fiverr clone project. I will send you USD 750 out of USD 1000 on your [redacted] account." Fiverr can not assess the damages that may have transcribed with [redacted] and the seller outside of the Fiverr network in addition to the services completed on the Fiverr platform. We will reach out to [redacted] regarding her account activity to clarify the status of her account.

My account is hacked by this same seller who has robbed me. I never requested a fiverr clone this seller is doing this from my account. I don't even know what that is. I am extremely frustrated and I have no clue what to do. This is my worse nightmare to deal with this with this company. My account is hacked, I have been asking for a week just for someone to refund the balance that is currently in this account and to close it and they have yet to do it. Is there anyone willing to see my side of the story? This is ridiculous and I am being treated unfairly. This person has hacked my account and I am being blamed? I have screenshots of this seller telling me to get the other template and they will work on it. Why would the seller tell me to get another template if the order was complete? This is simple logic. I have proof of contacting the seller and asking their opinion of the template and they said to go ahead and get it. I have screenshots of this that I sent to fiverr customer service. Fiverr has a system that after 3 days the order is automatically marked as complete. The seller promised to do revisions to the template once it was delivered, which took over 3 days. There was no limit on how many revisions the seller would do. The job was never completed because what would be the purpose of the seller suggesting to get another template If it was completed. wouldn't they have me order again or mention ordering again. I have proof and this company is just out to get me. This is the same spiteful behavior that this company has been exhibiting and I don't believe they are actually conducting a thorough investigation into this matter. I told them that my account is hacked. The seller is trying to get my account suspended but I don't care because all I asked was to just cancel it. I haven't used fiverr in weeks. I don't even know what a fiverr clone is. This seller has hacked my account and the seller has seen no repercussions but I am the one being treated like the bad guy. The seller is interfering with my messages to customer service, they are contacting me through my personal emails, and google hangouts, demanding money from me, they are using my account to request fiverr clones, every time I send a message to customer service from fiverr the are marking it as complete, I have messages from google that this person is trying to get into my email etc.The only message I got from fiverr about this is to scan a passport or gov id to the very account that is hacked. I have gotten no resolution from this company at all. The proof is all there in the account and they are just bypassing all of this to make me look bad. In the complaint I mention that the seller hacked my account but yet they are saying i'm requesting a fiverr clone all of a sudden. How stupid would I be to do that. Please anyone who can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Please be aware that I did not just go and buy a template and demand this seller work on it. This seller told me to go get another template and they would work on it. They never told me it wouId be any extra cost, or to order again if it was completed. I never had any problems with fiverr, I never had to have my account suspended or any complaints. This has been a nightmare and unfortunately, fiverr hasn't been of much help. This is unfair and I believe that I am not being treated fairly. No one is hearing me out it seems. For this company to say that I am requesting fiverr clones and not know that this an act of hacking then what else can I say. Thank You

Review: I placed 2 orders with Fiverr. One on August **, 2014 and one on August **, 2014. When my first order was ready I was notified by email and clicked the link to get to the order and the Fiverr website said my account has been disabled. I put in a customer service request ticket on August **, 2014 to asking to get my account open so I could get my order. The customer service form said it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a response. Review: I have submitted several tickets with Fiverr trying to resolve one issue: I WANT TO BE PAID VIA [redacted]. That's simple right? Wrong!

After submitting 6 help desk tickets for the past 4 months, I am sure fiverr doesn't help customers in my situation:

I created this fiverr account in 2013 and used an old [redacted] account to receive and make payments. Since 2013, I have changed [redacted] accounts and emails. I wrote and explained this to Fiverr customer service and was told that they couldn't help me and get this, it was for my own protection! I was shocked and I asked to be escalated to tier 2 (if they had one) but I was referred to the TOS (Terms of Service).

I'm a small business owner, I understand that Fiverr has processes but as a business owner I know that customers come first and a one-time exceptions are sometimes made and in this case, one should be made!

When I submit a ticket, I get asked this:

Please supply us with your security question. - I do!

Account authentication through [redacted]:

a scanned copy of your passport or another government-issued ID - the name must be the same as it appears on your [redacted] account that was used for the Fiverr transaction. Attach the scanned copy when you reply to this message. - I do!

a Fiverr-related [redacted] transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST [redacted] account used on the Fiverr account in question - I can't because that [redacted] account is deleted!

Please provide us with the FIRST [redacted] email address that was used on this Fiverr account. - I do!

Fiverr why can't you help me out? This is my account and I just need help!!!!! Upon reviewing this incident with our Risk Management team, we have promptly canceled the orders reported and reviewed any associated parties related to this incident. Although [redacted] claims there is a disputed amount of $357, the total of reported orders was only $60 and this entire amount has been refunded back to the credit card used to purchase. To clarify our payment system to [redacted], funds from cancelled orders can be reused on Fiverr without requiring new payments to create new orders. After contacting [redacted], we have requested basic materials to verify the ownership of the account to confirm whether or not we are discussing sensitive account information with the account owner. [redacted] has refused to provide the requested materials. Until further review, and since we cannot verify ownership, the account in question has been restricted from purchasing for the owner's protection. [redacted] is invited to send the requested materials to reinstate the account and assure it is secure.

His original desired outcome to be refunded for the specific orders mentioned and restoration of his account was already addressed and met in a previous reply. [redacted] has confirmed that these actions were taken and is now addressing a new, unrelated order issue not connected to the original order numbers in this Revdex.com complaint. As a reminder, the order numbers addressed in his original complaint and access to his account originated from unauthorized purchases. Those purchases and security issues have been resolved. We have since communicated to [redacted] regarding the new order issue, regarding the service quality he received from a seller, in a separate Customer Support ticket in which he has not responded to our questions and comments yet. We encourage [redacted] continue his communication with Customer Support in that ticket.

Review: I have been a buyer and seller on Fiverr for the last few months. In less than a year I have had multiple troubles with buyers/sellers. I had one buyer who paid for me to do work for him, I delivered it on time and yet he would not pay me. Many of the buyers/seller say they speak English on the account but it is not very well so trying to communicate an issue is impossible. Fiverr allowed this buyer to cancel the order and not pay me after I spent a week completely the work. I've also gotten complaints through my inbox of other buyers asking me about my services and saying they've had to pay buyers 3 times or more for the same service because they don't deliver the work or do poor work. My complaint with Fiverr is their nonexistant customer service and resolution options. Their idea is to just work it out with a buyer/seller that refuses to communicate or doesn't understand you. Recently I paid for a seller who said he spoke English to perform SEO optimization on my website. He encouraged me to add his "gig extras" to cover the entire site. He added 3 words to my already pre-existing SEO content, none of which were high ranking keywords and then added [redacted] to my website. I already had an account with Google set up. When I tried to discuss it with the seller it was very clear he did not speak much English and was not cooperative when I asked for a partial refund for the minimal work he did. When I spoke to Fiverr their only suggestion was to try to work it out with the buyer (I already did that) or order something else from the buyer to "make up" for the work I didn't think he did. They refused to issue a partial refund or cancel the order. This website has become a breeding ground for scammers from international buyers/sellers to take advantage of people looking for freelance work and Fiverr should be held responsible for their lack of resolution tactics. I've also had trouble with buyers placing orders from me as a seller, I start the work and then the buyer becomes non responsive and the order is cancelled so I am not paid for the work. I have buyers ask me all the time for personal information. I've reported this as well to no avail. Multiple problems with Fiverr and based on my contact with other buyers/sellers I can tell I am not the only one left dealing with these shady individuals and getting NO customer service support.Desired Settlement: I would like the order with this seller rahuljha cancelled and my money refunded $47.50. I also strongly suggest that they change their resolution policies to include something more than "Sorry maybe you should try to work it out. There isn't anything we can do."

As of May [redacted], Fiverr Customer Support informed her that we are unable to provide a partial refund as our Order Cancellation policy clearly indicates that an order must be completely cancelled. Additionally, the order requested to be cancelled is beyond the allowed time period stated in our Terms of Service and Order Cancellation policy ([redacted]). We have advised [redacted] to communicate with the seller in order to reach a mutual understanding. After further review, we have cancelled this order for [redacted] and the funds are currently available on their Fiverr account.

Review: I paid $150 for a contractor to perform a specified job. That contractor held me up for a week before deciding she couldn't/wouldn't do the job. Now I can't get my money back from Fiverr. They have my money in a "Fiverr account." I want my money refunded back to me in my [redacted] account. I do not plan to ever use Fiverr's services or website again. Review: My issue is quite simple. Fiverr has been doing this to many people and this time it happened to me. They banned my account for NO reason. The simple excuse they will come up with is I've breached their terms and conditions but to be honest with you, I did not and I stand by it. What did I do wrong? I had no negative feedbacks from my buyers and I've always maintained a straight and polite attitude. Whatever the reason is, why haven't I been warned at least? They have deleted my account with my balance of $2500 there.

With just one buyer complaint, they cant delete my account.

Review: I received an email from Fiverr for a promotion that would allow a purchaser to buy two gigs and receive a $5.00 credit after their purchase. The email said that the purchase had to be made by 11:59PM EST January *, 2015.

I purchased two gigs on January *, 2015 and, received two confirmation emails from Fiverr at 8:53PM, thanking me for my purchase. But the credit was never deposited to my account. When I noticed, I contacted Fiverr customer service through their online support.

The next day I received an email from a person from Fiverr saying that he had reviewed the transaction and that it had been made on January [redacted]. (Implying that I was lying.) I responded back and explained to him that I no reason to lie about something that Fiverr could so easily and readily look up.

I couldn't understand how Fiverr could, or would, send me a confirmation a day EARLIER for something that, according to the support rep, I hadn't bought until the next day. How can a company send out a confirmation of a purchase on Saturday, and then claim that the purchase wasn't made until Sunday?

I then sent him the heading from the emails from Fiverr that showed the time and subjects from their confirmation email. That was PROOF that I had made the purchases! The rep then emailed me back and said, “The problem must've been the different time zones”. What would timezones have to do with this when the promotion ended at 11:59PM EST and, Fiverr confirmed my purchase at 8:53PM EST.

It seemed as if this particular rep just wanted to tell me no and, make no effort to get this resolved. He also mentioned that I had canceled one of the gigs and THAT'S why I couldn't get the credit. (He just seemed to be reaching for anything to prove me wrong.) I messaged him again and tried to explain that I ordered the original two gigs on time. The seller asked me to cancel my order, and then reorder, so that the gig would not be considered late. I did that at the request of the seller. I still had paid for the two gigs before the cutoff time.

It seems to me that this person was more interested in being right than in being fair. I made the purchases on time and just wanted to receive what Fiverr had promised. I would not have ordered if it had not been for this promotion. I would hate to think that Fiverr was directing their reps to find ways to deny people from receiving this credit. I've been a loyal customer on Fiverr and had planned to remain that way until this happened.

It would seem that a customer support person at a company as large as Fiverr would understand the concept of the “life-time value of a customer”. The rep only saw a five dollar credit and, not how much I had already spent or, how much I would probably spend in the future.

If Fiverr just wants to nickel and dime their customers and treat them any kind of way, then that mean-spirited attitude will come back on them. I only wanted what was promised in the promotion. I didn't want to be called a liar or be shown in every way how I was wrong. This has left a very negative taste in my mouth because it seems like a bait-and-switch.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor their promotion, and train their customer service reps to not be so quick to try to prove loyal customers wrong. I ordered business cards through a vendor contracted by Fiverr. The work was done, I was happy and I gave Fiverr the credit card account information they requested. The fee was $5 USD and I tipped the vendor $5USD. I ordered business cards at the after contacting Fiverr. The total bill was $21 and some change. I inquired after the company charged my credit card if anyone would give me an estimated time I would receive them. After several non productive emails no onwe was available to care for my inquiry. I decided to cancel my order and I notified Fiverr. They have tried to sway my decisiion to cancel the order. I think the fact that they could never give me soild links to follow is their demise. After the designer did their work I followed links to pay for it. When the vistaprint icon was selected a message came across the screen that said, Ooops, something went wrong, etc. I couldnt complete the order with the links provided. Now I decided to pay the desinger $5 USD with a $5 ISD tip. I dont authorize anything else from Fiverr.
