Review: I ordered a gig through this service and had two representatives "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" deny my requests without looking into the case at all. They did not do their due dilligence into this matter at all.

I have spent thousands with Fiverr and am generally satisfied with the work I receive. Out of the hundreds of orders I placed there were a few that were outright unacceptable in which I sent a complaint and was refunded.

Order: #[redacted] Seller [redacted] is one of these providers. I have ordered $115 worth of gigs from this provider. He was unresponsive and avoided to answer any of my questions.

I have requested to cancel this gig several times in which the provider has denied my request, before and after the "work" was finished. I ordered his Home Improvement blog posting gig. In which the seller claims to give multiple [redacted] etc. posts and likes to the blogs he claims are High DA/PA authoritative Home Improvement sites.

The seller took approx 20 days to deliver the work and what I received was "spun content" (Existing articles that is put through an automated program to change words around to pass copyscape) on poor quality blogs with little or no Domain or Page authority (These are considered spam blogs because they are by [redacted]) also the blogs are clearly not Home Improvement blogs.

The seller also failed to include proof of any of the additional work that I ordered as stated in his gig description (social book marks, social media likes and followers etc.). Just links to 10 horrible low quality spuned content blog posts that did not make ANY sense.

I even sent him two articles after ordering his gigs to write original content for the blog posts. He just took my articles that I had already ordered from another awesome fiver provider and spun the content.

This is not how I planned to spend $115 and is definately not what I ordered.

I sent approx 4 complaints to Fiverr customer support explaining IN DETAIL what had transpired.

This is the response they sent me and marked my case as SOLVED.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry about your experience. I checked on your order and the seller replied and willing to fix the order for you. Also, it looks that you proposed mutual cancellation on the order already. I would advise you to allow some time to accept your mutual cancellation proposal or if you still want this order fixed let the seller know. We are here if any issues arise."

If "[redacted]" would have put any time into this he would have clearly saw my 10 previous attempts to cancel the gig only to have the seller deny my request. The seller is unable to fix anything because the seller lied to me about everything. I no longer want to spend the time dealing with that seller or his low quality service which I explained several times in my complaint and in ADDITIONAL COMPLAINTS that I made to follow up with this original complaint. [redacted] stated "We are here if any issues arise." This is also a lie because I followed up with this complaint and they did not send me any reply except a CLOSED resolution by "[redacted]".

My complaint is no longer with the seller [redacted] but now with the entire Fiverr service in general.

Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I wish to be compensated for this gig AND now for my time spent dealing with this matter which has taken money out of my pocket that I need to be spending doing other things.

I also want a sincere apology and the representatives that did not do their job correctly to be trained properly to handle issues like this in the future. This is only going to damage their reputation.

Review: Agent Maria sent this message: "Your my account has been suspended due to seller complaints and an excessive number of order cancellations. We are unable to reinstate your account at this time. You will continue to have access to your Completed orders. We have also refunded your funds to your Credit Card.This usually takes about 48 hours, but can sometimes take up to a week, depending on your bank or credit card company."

It's significantly odd my account abruptly received a suspension without hearing from me at all. Thus, a seller or buyer can send a complaint, and without investigation of both parties, a one-sided decision can be issued.

Interestingly, the seller initiated cancellations to fully reset the order, while I initiated revisions, which temporarily reset the clock. I asked the seller to provide the time he'd need to complete the order. The seller stated this: "Hi [redacted] it takes me 7 to 9 days.. first modeling all parts and setting them together. then animation and rendering then after effect work."

However, the seller set his own deadlines twice, and missed both deadlines across not 7 or 9 days, but eights weeks. (Note: The order started on October **, 2015 and the last mutual cancellation was on November **, 2015.)

I received notifications from Fiverr to contact the seller or cancel. I brought all this to the seller's attention, particularly as I provided all resources for the seller to complete the order, responded to the seller as quickly as possible around my work schedule especially on the weekends, and was willing to proceed work with the seller - albeit at a reduced gratuity.

What is most canting is Fiverr recommends to work with the seller in order to complete an order. The seller was talented in the animation area I sought for and apparently responsive, which is the reason I chose to work with him.

However, he did attempt to scheme Fiverr more than once, which I opposed so to have an agreeable relationship with the seller while honoring and respecting Fiverr's policy. It's against Fiverr's policy to be in contact with a seller or a seller with a buyer via an email, Skype or phone number outside of Fiverr.

Here are excerpts from the seller, which Fiverr refuses to allow me to include my oppositions due to the mercurial suspension still set on my account:

"yes fiverr will allow that. but fiverr charge me 20% fee. let's do half on fiverr and half .bay pal. it will save you and me from extra cost. let me know mate thanks"

"you send me cash on my py pl. till then I will finish the project. what you think thanks machal"

Seeing how Fiverr responds in this spontaneous and hostile manner, straddles with its own policies and advocates injustice for the sake of corrupt sellers, I will cancel my account.Desired Settlement: An apology, warning to the seller, and eternal cancellation of my Fiverr account.

Fiverr of the true reason I was suspended while the seller walked away with

support of his supposed complaints, alongside a three-part resolution – all for

reassurance for betterment. As of yet, I received no explanation and only

one-third of my resolution request.If Fiverr perused my correspondence with the seller, I was

in contact with him promptly in 24-48 hours, even each time he missed his own

deadlines. Thus, there was no reason to cancel based on my timely responses. Additionally,

whenever he’d ask for any resource, 9 times out of 10, thus more often than

not, he had it all along, being provided well in advance in a Fiverr message

attachment(s).Further, I have had a respectable seller previously request

cancellation more than once to refresh a custom order and protect his good

Fiverr name (i.e. having over a 4.5, high-rated reputation with optimal buyer

reviews), especially against any deadline lateness. But never did he mention

and evidently receive retribution from Fiverr (i.e., for violating any of its policy

due to the cancellation requests for the aforementioned, reasonable reasons).So for this recent seller to request cancellation more than

once for the same reasons, yet actually be late twice for deadlines he himself

set, and for Fiverr “Customer” “Support” to target me with recrimination and assault

me with reprisal (while overlooking all the seller’s attempts to scheme Fiverr

and violate its policies on multiple levels at multiple times including underhandedly

for a higher payout), and hold me entirely responsible for the seller making

the decision for the order-refreshing, cancellation requests from Fiverr’s Resolution

Center is a gross double standard. Sellers on Fiverr, like the mentioned respectable one, have

been an excellent, unforgettable experience to work with again. I actually want

Fiverr to succeed for the long haul, whether Fiverr Customer Support believes

it or not, and have stuck with Fiverr this long, and especially, collaborated

with sellers for a long as I did, despite “hiccups” and other workable

conflicts, for the sake of preserving a long-lasting, working relationship.But outside corrupt Fiverr sellers, which a number of Fiverr

buyers circulated complaints on the internet against, much of the Fiver “Customer”

“Support” has been cantingly stubborn firsthand before, and thus, a worst

experience I’ve ever had with Fiverr. Hence, this is the reason I’ve prepared an entire article

detailing my current Fiverr experience, especially with the purported Customer

Support so to get to the bottom of the reason Customer Support is so canting

and supportive of corrupt sellers unless such sellers are truly deemed the “customers”. I’ve never been deceptive of my intentions, and even have

patently notified agent Maria that I’m willing to take my desire for betterment

with Fiverr as worldwide as possible and across as many investors as possible. My

plan encompassed a release of the article across all global news and social

media platforms including the Daily News, CBS, CNN, Time, Mashable, Twitter,

and Facebook.In addition, I’ve prepared a petition addressed to founder and

CEO Micha K[redacted] and founder Shai

W[redacted] to back this sought-after betterment, particularly since Fiverr was

birthed in Tel Aviv, Israel, five years to cater to the global freelance

economy, as a marketplace for services.My petition revolves around my resolution request to see Fiverr prosper by implementing the

following:- Bolster loyalty to your own policies. - Stop sellers from conniving tactics to cut corners,

mislead or defraud buyers or Fiverr itself. - Support reasonable buyer interests, concerns and

considerations. - Reinforce an agreeable landscape of community,

professionalism and service for sellers and buyers alike under a Fiverr culture

of fostering opportunities with talented and talent-seeking, reasonable people

Review: I'm a Level 2 Active Fiverr seller who has completed more than 900+ GIG's without any issues and 98% positive feedback with Good standing. As a Business consultant, I do receive custom business plan writing orders worth $1499-$2699 via Fiverr.com.

I got a permission to share my [redacted] that related with "Consulting related Orders" ( Ticket ID: #[redacted] ) , Therefore I have shared my [redacted] to have a initial conversation with the client to understand their business model for write complete funding & business proposal for his startup.

But, My account has been blocked by Fiverr.com with amount of $1743 saying i've " Multiple Violation" and even my 14 days cleared balance held by fiverr. I'm not able to communicate with my customers or even i'm not able to withdraw my own earnings. I have contacted fiverr several times asking about the "Multiple violation" reason, But they never replied with valid answer.

My account received few false warning and it's already acknolwdged by Fiverr team it's a false warning and they removed those flagged note from my account ( Please check ticket REQUEST #[redacted] and REQUEST #[redacted].)

I tried to contact via [redacted] and everywhere they blocked and deleted my feedback and ignoring to keep the money. After a careful review about their business model and exisiting sellers review then I noticed trhey did the same ( Exactly 100% same) for so many sellers, Proof here : [redacted]

If They are legit, they would have to take their customers ( sellers) feedback carefully and treat them with the same respect they deserve.Desired Settlement: I need my account get restored or pay my earning immediately via Payoneer instead of asking me to wait another 45 days ( Even I waited 14 days clearance period+7 more days).

As per Julia explanation, I agree, I have violated Fiverr agreement. However, Fiverr holding my "completed" project revenue without submitting valid evidence saying client's complaint. Legally I have completed those two projects within the mentioned time frame and the project draft already uploaded for the first order and the second order client agreed for delivering after making this as complete. because of nature of this business ( writing business plan require much time and it may receive continues draft & corrections).Again, if the customer has any issue with my order then they can contact me via Fiverr message or file dispute via Fiverr. But, Fiverr independently contacting me to cancel the order even I have delivered my work and the second work draft already submitted as a proof to Fiverr. How can I trust them they will just cancel the second order even if I delivered the service like I did for earlier ( I have submitted both projects business plan via Helpdesk as a proof and they know I did the work, even they are not ready to release my own earning either asking me to deliver or cancel )Conclusion: Fiverr is now breaking their own rules if client has any concern let them contact me first or release my earnings that you don't deserve to hold legally.

Review: I had been using Fiverr for about a week. I was trying to get a non-profit company set-up on a very tight budget. One of my first tasks was to build a website application - this is typically a very expensive task, but I thought I'd try to complete it more economically using Fiverr's system. Everything was going smoothly and I had hired several fiver users and had already deposited the funds (hundreds of dollars...a BIG chunk of my non-profit's total budget) and had begun interacting with them. One day, I try to log in to my Fiverr account and I receive a message that my account was no longer active...they blocked it...no warning...no explanation; completely cutting me off from the service providers whom I had hired and already paid (but from whom I had not yet received the work product). Fiver has provided no explanation as to why this has happened or how it can be resolved despite numerous attempts to contact them.

Consequently, I called [redacted] and asked them to get my money back. They filed disputes against the charges to Fiverr. Amazingly, within minutes I had five emails in my inbox from Fiverr threatening that if I didn't tell [redacted] to close the disputes then my account would be blocked. I wrote back immediately and desperately trying to find someone at Fiverr who would respond to me...surely there had been some kind of mistake...surely they must see the logical fallacy in their claim (i.e., first they block my account without reason or explanation, then I file a complaint with [redacted], then they send me a threat that I must drop the [redacted] dispute or they will block my account...that's insane!) ...but, alas, my emails were sent to a "no-reply" address and again, went unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want my account to be immediately reinstated so that I can finish conducting my business. Then I want an apology from their customer services department for all the trouble and distress they have caused me.

Review: This year in March 2015 my account linked with email ID [redacted] has been disabled, I was a reputed seller in that community and I've never cheated any one & I had a rating of 4.5 out of 5 star rating.

During one gig regarding site optimization one guy hired me for a job and I finished it, and in the mean while I scanned the website for any malwares/viruses as it is a basic practice which I do with every website so that there wont be any key-loggers or trojan which would get the IP's and passwords. It is obvious that I found a shell in his website because he was using cracked plugins & themes.

I told the buyer about it & I told him about it and offered him a deal that I'd make his site clean for a price. Then he started blaming me that I injected it.

I'd never do it because I don't tolerate cheating, and I don't do work for free also.

Then he started threatening me that he'll go to cops about it and file a complaint on me & I didn't want any trouble because of a guy who's using cracked software's, so to calm him down I lied to him that I did it.

Any one can trace the IP's and can know about it and tell that I didn't do it.

Because of his false complaint to the customer service my account has been blocked.Desired Settlement: I need my account back & because of it I lost my Reputated account and this has been done mainly to take out the competition which is me.

The security department of this company can Investigate this issue, and I'm pretty sure that they will tell that I didnt do it because I never did it.

Review: I am a first time user to Fiverr. A seller promised to complete a website for me and charged me 126 dollars.

She kept leading me on saying she was working on the site and marked the item as complete. I did not know that by her marking it complete, I lose all chance to disagree within 3 days. She then closed her account and I have had no response from Fiverr as to a resolution. This is pure and simple theft and I am beside myself with anger and frustration.Desired Settlement: Full refund since NOTHING was done.

Review: I joined Fiverr Inc. as a seller. In the 20 days of having my gig on their sight, I had completed 5 assignments. My customers were satisfied with the work that I had performed, and I had a five star rating. I noticed that one of the customers had not provided me with a rating. She wrote that she did not receive an e-mail or notice from Fiverr asking for a review. I sent an e-mail to their tech support department asking why she did not receive a notice from them. Shortly after sending that e-mail, she informed me that it was in her "TO DO" column, and she would fill it out. A day later, without notice or warning, Fiverr terminated my account. And I have not heard back from them in regards to the money that they owe me for the five assignments I successfully completed.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for the inconvenience they have caused me, and the $20 for the work that I performed.

Every seller should not work on Fiverr.com. Because fiverr only for buyer! If anyone complain against any seller account even when buyer say something negative about the seller without checking any issue fiverr restrict the account. On the other hand after 45 days when seller want to withdraw their available fund, they request for verification. It is totally unnecessary. If I have user name and password of that account why need further verification??

Summary: If you deposit money with fiverr as a buyer of service, you will not be able to withdraw it if not used.

I created an account on fiverr to have a website built. I posted a project and selected a vendor. I authorized payment for Fiverr to escrow until the project is done, so Fiverr withdraws money from my credit card.

Weeks go back and the vendor cannot deliver on time. I extend the deadline but she ultimately requests to cancel the contract. Almost a month wasted of my time explaining requirements, managing IT infrastructure to allow vendor to do work, etc but that's fine. The payment is now refunded and sits in my Fiverr account.

I post the project again and hope to give another Fiverr vendor a chance to deliver. No one responds. So I decide to give up on Fiverr. Now I just want to withdraw my balance from Fiverr.

There seems to be no way to do this. I then emailed them to ask how this can be done. No answer. I then create a trouble ticket through my account asking to withdraw my balance. I get an automated response saying they will reply within 1 business day. I wait 3 days, and still no answer. I send them another polite trouble ticket request, this time telling them that I will call my credit card to recredit me and deny payment to them if I don't get a reply within 24hrs. No answer.

Ultimately, I got credited from my credit card. So at least make sure you have credit card protection if you use Fiverr. You may have less options for recourse if using a debit account.

Review: I paid Fiverr.com for a service from a merchant. Fiverr charged my credit card through paypal but the merchant never got information on my order. I contacted Fiverr through customer service over Email. They never responded or anything. It is now 3 business days. I feel scammed and cheated by Fiverr. Review: I have been trading on this web site for a long time with the username [redacted].About 15 days ago they closed my account due to so-called violation of their terms and conditions.I created multiple accounts on this web site to promote more products on the web site.However,they said that I had breached their Terms and Conditions.Firsty,I would lke to say that I always respect such site rules but they didnt send me any mails that creating multiple accounts is forbidden.also while signing in this web site,terms and conditions box is automatically checked by themselves and they do not force the users to read them.I tried to create another account and saw that there is a very small text with a box next to it which says "terms and conditions"...If these rules are so important, why dont they make their users read it ? Besides this,They didnt warn me about this issue..Customer Support gives me unrealtted answers and cant respond to my messages...There is a revenue which I cant withdraw...They tell me that I have to wait for 45 days !! 45 Days !! I am writing to express my discontent with several of Fiverr's business practices. Although I was only able to select one complaint here, as a business and promoter of other entrepreneurs and business owners, Fiverr has committed several on this list. I have been a member of Fiverr for over a year, and I must say that the way they operate their business - and the way that they allow their sellers to conduct business is appalling to me. Individuals like myself join Fiverr to search for and secure services and products that are of sufficient quality, but at a much lower rate. I have found the sellers and their products to be less than satisfactory - every single time. Of course I do not expect a product that is worth $100 if I am paying half of this, but I do expect the sellers to listen to their buyers' instructions, to be detail-oriented, to put in as much effort as they would any other order, to give the customer what they ask for, and to deliver a product in a timely manner. One of my most recent orders took one entire month for a seller to complete - and they advertised for a 3-day turn-around time. I was very patient throughout the entire process, and the seller ended up cancelling the order because he was unwilling to deliver a product based on my initial instructions. I have also found that most of the sellers do not listen to the client's needs (I feel like a broken record explaining things at times), and they purposely deliver unsatisfactory products to save time and move on to their next order. I have been extremely patient and accommodating time after time and in each circumstance, but it has not worked out for me. I just want the sellers to care more about providing quality product and great customer service - on time, and regardless of the situation and compensation. This mindset reflects negatively on Fiverr.

After having been on Fiverr for over one year and communicating with over three dozen sellers, there hasn't been ONE product that I have been able to use. This is disturbing to me. I have contacted Customer Support on several occasions, but they are never helpful. They either respond too late to my inquiries, or they respond without being of any assistance. It seems to me that they are more concerned about profit than anything else. Being on Fiver has been nothing but a headache to me, because again, I have been unable to profit from it in regards to products purchased. It's not all bad: Some (very few) of the sellers I have encountered on Fiverr are very nice, and provide exceptional customer service. But at the end of the day, if I am not happy with the product and I cannot use it because it is unsatisfactory, it's a fail.Desired Settlement: I am a very patient person, but at this time I am no longer interested in continuing my membership. Most of my orders have been cancellations that were refunded, but aside from those, I have spent $40 on Fiverr most recently, and I have a balance of $2 on my Fiverr account - [redacted]. All of the 5 support requests raised by [redacted] to Fiverr were resolved within a reasonable time frame relative to her interactions with her sellers. The remaining balance requested to be refunded can not be performed due to [redacted]'s payment processing policies that limit the time users can receive refunds. When checking out to purchase a Gig through [redacted], [redacted] agreed to [redacted]’s User Agreement.

Fiverr wishes for all orders to succeed with a positive experience for both the buyer and the seller. Buyers are presented ratings and reviews of a sellers service, are allowed to contact sellers prior to ordering, and other mediums to learn more on how to use Fiverr via our Blog and Community forums. We've reviewed the response opened by [redacted]. The orders she has placed from her account originate from [redacted] and were placed from late 2013 to May of this year. This far exceeds the allowed time period of 45 days [redacted] allows for payments to be refunded back to [redacted], which unfortunately can not satisfy her desired outcome due to the elapsed time from her original purchase dates to the time she has requested such refunds. To reiterate our Terms of Service, refunds are made through a users shopping balance which requires those funds to be in their current shopping balance. It was mentioned in my original complaint that I have been a member of Fiverr for over one year. This is not new information for either party. Furthermore, in reference to the completed orders that were addressed in the last response, they actually were not completed to my satisfaction. It is careless for Fiverr to assume this, especially in light of our open Revdex.com case. I also never confirmed that my balance was zero. If Fiverr actually took the time to review my account history, they would see that I have never provided a review of any seller that I have worked with - positive or negative. This is due to the fact that all of them would have been unsatisfactory reviews. I have, however, provided extensive feedback to sellers directly, but not to the extent of posting a negative review. I just do not agree with posting negative feedback if I have not addressed it with someone directly. This applies to Fiverr as well, as I did my best to receive assistance from them to no avail. This is my reason for escalating my concerns and complaints. It is Fiverr's business and marketplace, and they should care about how they are being represented.

If a business provides customers with a service, and there are customers who are dissatisfied; regardless of the ratio of satisfied to dissatisfied customers, I would deem it suitable not only to respect, but to also seriously consider the concerns and perspectives of those who are dissatisfied in order to grow as a business.

Yes, I have been on both sides of this. I am both a buyer and a seller on Fiverr, which is why I can speak very strongly about my discontent as a dissatisfied buyer and customer. I also operate a small business in real life, and I take any feedback that I receive very seriously. The only review I have ever posted to Fiverr online was in response to a buyer who was very satisfied with a service I provided on Fiverr. I was both quick and efficient in my delivery, and it paid off. It is my goal to deliver the same level of excellence each and every time.

In contrast, I have reached a limit with the sellers I have communicated with on Fiverr; a limit that should have reached its peak a while ago without pursuit of resolution. I simply cannot grasp the thought process behind a seller not wanting to provide clear requirements to a gig upfront, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver a timely, quality product at all times. Furthermore, to have a company that turns a blind eye to buyer complaints that they classify as unimportant certainly does not assist in the matter.

At the end of the day, Fiverr simply does not care about their buyers' concerns, and they allow their sellers to conduct business in whatever manner they please. As I stated in my original complaint, something must be done to rectify this issue. There is something broken in their current business model. I will continue to move forward with this until we can agree on some form of resolution (I am open to other agreements), and Fiverr can assure me that they are taking preventative measures to help eliminate the influx and increase of buyer dissatisfaction - many of which go unnoticed. I write every single word of this response with due respect in mind. Thank you.

Review: On June **, 2015, I reached out to Fiverr support about the withdraw function on my seller account being turned off. I have since opened several more support tickets and claims, all of which have been ignored except for one in which I threatened legal action. I was told by support that the money I earned was being held in escrow because one of my clients could not pay an invoice through their escrow system. The money for that transaction ($60) was reversed after I completed and delivered the work.

I still cannot withdraw money from my escrow after repeated attempts to contact them regarding this issue. Currently, Fiverr is holding over $600 of my money already paid by clients for works I did in their escrow system.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to withdraw the money I earned from work I completed, totaling at least $600.

Review: I opened our and only first Fiverr account on 4/**/15 after my visiting son showed me the site and recommended I try it out. I made our first purchase.
