Review: I have been a faithful, abiding Fiverr user for 3 years and counting but it's only now that they identified all of a sudden that I had multiple accounts (WHICH IS NOT TRUE!) then automatically suspended my account. I didn't even have the time to appeal. Their Terms did mention this BUT not the automatic suspension. I appealed to their customer support but was told the account will not anymore be restored. All my experience for 3 years, GONE in a flick. This is unfair business practice. Freelancers are the lifeblood of their business model yet they don't treat us fairly.Desired Settlement: I wish that they re-review my case and I be able to retrieve some of the old information on my gigs, back to me! I don't have any pending funds (LUCKILY!) cause I found out quite recently that Fiverr also decides to automatically freeze anyone's account at their whim. I still wanna do business with Fiverr but I want this settled first.

Review: I joined Fiverr with the intent on making money. Saw a couple of females doing adult related gigs and thought it was okay. Now Fiverr has deleted my account and taken all my money that I made which was about $50. I am asking that they turn over my money as it is against the law to steal. Even I have mistakenly broken a rule, You should never take my money especially when Fiverr has made money off my services that I was providing. I cannot seem to find any way to contct someone in fiverr customer service. All I can find is a blog of some sort.Desired Settlement: I want my money that I earned. I do not care if Fiverr takes out their portion, because thats only right. But, whether my services were adult or not, I'm still another person trying to make a living. Review: I contacted one person known to me as Graphic99 offering a service to make "KILLER BOOK COVERS" for the amount of U$S 5.00 - The total turned out to be U$S 20.00 - I agreed to pay the full amount to get the cover made. In two separate e-mails that I sent one after the other, I accurately described what I wanted to see in the front cover, the back cover, and the spine. Approximately two or so days later, I received a screen view of both covers and spine that DID NOT represent what I described and intended to have. I immediately realized that I am dealing with people incapable to do professional work for my book covers.

In this URL, [redacted] under heading SELLERS FiveRR clearly stipulates the following:

?If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the payment funds will be returned to the buyer.

Within hours rather than up to ten [10] days, I proceeded to request FiveRR to cancel my order and ~without further ado~ to return my entire amount of money. Time went by, and that indicated to me that I may be ignored by FiveRR. With no other recourse available, I hereby file a complaint against FiveRR the organization ready and willing to present unsuspicious people like myself with 'professionals' of doubtful qualities and creativity.Desired Settlement: I want FiveRR to stop wasting time. Then, without further ado, to return the entire amount from the source my monies were taken from.

The original concern was an issue experienced with another user on Fiverr that required him to connect to our Customer Support team. In doing so, [redacted]'s request was fulfilled by cancelling his order and returning the funds back to his account balance. As stated in our Terms of Service, funds from a cancelled order are returned to the buyers account for future purchases on Fiverr. In the event of a buying experience that requires a full deposit refund back to a buyers payment provider, our Customer Support team can arrange a refund as an exception to our Terms of Service within the limitations of our payment providers guidelines. Unfortunately, [redacted] has disputed his payment transaction with his payment provider which does not allow Fiverr to offer any form of a refund through the appropriate channels. We have reached out to [redacted] in the Customer Support request he created regarding this incident and we are awaiting a response from him in the same request. We have reached out again to explain the incident and what is needed on his behalf for Fiverr to fulfill the refund.

Review: I contacted fiverr three times regarding an order I placed, which totaled to five gigs= $25. I did not receive the service I paid for, and when I contacted fiverr, they took multiple days to get back to me, and gave me the runaround by telling me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and then fiverr, and received no response. Here are the four ticket numbers I had from Fiverr that yielded no response.

Review: I orderd $200 worth of a particular "Gig" on Fiverr.com on Dec. **, 2014. Somehow Fiverr more than double charged my [redacted] account. They took $210, $210 and then $21 all for a product that cost $200. Moreover, I NEVER received the product from the seller. Additionally the seller took his conversation and business with me off Fiverr and onto [redacted]. In [redacted] he instructed me to accept many of the gigs as "Complete" even though he didn't really deliver anything to me. He kept promising to email me my credentials that I purchased. I never received them. I filed an initial dispute with [redacted] for the first $210 overage and then today for the additional $21 charge I just noticed. I'm outraged that I was overbilled so much particularly before Christmas. The extra funds were taken directly from my bank account. I have * kids to feed on a fixed income. This left us without critical money for groceries to feed our family. I'm very upset and expected a quick resolution from Fiverr but they have been completely silent, having ignored me and [redacted]'s requests.Desired Settlement: My desired outsome is to receive back in my [redacted] account the entire amount billed by Fiverr which was $441. Again, I NEVER received any products of any kind for this sum. This money was essentially stolen from me.

I asked Fiverr for a full or partial refund and they refused. The designer has spent a great deal of time on this logo design. He and I have been working together for 30 days and he still isn't able to provide me with a logo that I'm satisfied with. I paid for the 'unlimited revisions' package and have had to spend a great deal of my time showing him designs and fonts because the work he produces on his own is [redacted] and amateurish. Also, each time I send him a revision request, it takes him up to 5 days to respond, which prolongs the process even further.I think this guy deserves the $47 for his time spent. But I'm disappointed with Fiverr that they don't do a better job screening designers to make sure that they can actually provide quality work. I thought that, in using Fiverr, I had some reassurance that I would be working with someone with some talent. No, not the case.I'm sorry that Fiverr isn't reputable enough to return $47 to a dissatisfied customer. The actual designer refuses to give me a refund. I've asked him. In the meantime, I am now in logo design limbo waiting for the design to be finished because the designer takes such a long time with each revision. He is also trying to avoid getting a low rating from me but, unless he finally provides me with a design I like, I can't give him a good review. Its a lose lose. Shame on you, Fiverr.

As mentioned in our previous reply, the order does not qualify to be cancelled based on our Cancellation Policy and the terms of which her Gig was ordered (unlimited revisions until she is satisfied). Because the order is now marked as completed, [redacted] is free to rate her experience with her seller. Additionally, because we are unable to cancel the order, Fiverr has compensated her for the experience with an additional $15 to her shopping balance.

Review: 1) Made a purchase of $105.00 (US) on Fiverr.com on Oct **, 2014 for custom web site changes - to be completed Oct [redacted] 2014

2) Work was not completed by that date - I complained to Fiverr support about the non-delivery - they told me to wait

We have reviewed the response sent in from [redacted]. We apologize if there's any miscommunication or usage of terms that was unclear to him. We have checked the status of the transaction on [redacted] that [redacted] requested to be refunded, those funds were successfully returned to him in the form of a transaction Reversal by [redacted] on November [redacted], 2014. Fiverr is no longer in possession of those funds and can not issue a direct refund since [redacted] already has those funds in his [redacted] account. This can be verified by [redacted] simply by checking his [redacted] account or searching the same Transaction ID that was used to purchase a Gig on Fiverr. We have already added the courtesy funds to his account for [redacted] to use on Fiverr. We will review this issue further with our Trust & Safety team and will follow up with [redacted] for further input.

Review: As an independent seller and vendor on the Fiverr.com service, I have been commissioned by another individual to produce an architectural visualization according to set guidelines. Upon completion and delivery of a product that met said guidelines, the individual required that a completely new series of drawings be made outside the original request, and refused to honor the original transaction or release payment for the original product otherwise. Fiverr.com's support service has taken the stance of this buyer, stating that despite my honest completion of the initial requirements, I have only two options. To adhere to these new requirements and produce two, three, five times the product I was paid for initially, or to cancel the order, in which case I am not paid for my initial service.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a reimbursement of services rendered to this individual, perhaps through the monetary amount equal to the amount paid for my service ($120).

This requires the buyer to pay Fiverr to create the order, which the buyer did not do. Fiverr does not force or obligate a buyer in to purchasing from the site, the seller is responsible for arranging with the buyer to order from their Gig to then start the service. In this case, [redacted] started the service before the buyer purchased the agreed amount of orders to match the services. This was explained to [redacted] and the options Fiverr can provide him is limited to cancelling the order or completing the orders that were open to him.

Fiverr states that the sale is void because the buyer did not initiate a purchase or transfer funds, and that I as the seller started work before the purchase was made via a gig order.

However, I only started commission work only after such an order was made by the buyer via Fiverr's automated system. To quote the previous statement: '[redacted] addresses that Fiverr is responsible for providing him the revenue for the services he provides to his buyers. This requires the buyer to pay Fiverr to create the order...' As such an order, serial #[redacted], has indeed been made (or otherwise I would not have received an order notification), one would assume that the buyer has also paid Fiverr.

One can conclude that a formal purchase has indeed been made, but that the funds have been withdrawn after the fact.

We can confirm that indeed this order was created after the buyer paid Fiverr to create the order, like all orders that are created on Fiverr. Sellers are not directly paid by buyers for their services on Fiverr. [redacted] has voluntarily initiated a mutual cancellation process for this order, as he was not able to perform the services for his buyer. The buyer agreed to the mutual cancellation, which was again, requested by [redacted]. We are unsure of what [redacted] is requesting from Fiverr at this point and we are willing to clarify any information regarding the order he is referring to. Whether the service was delivered or not, a seller earns revenue on Fiverr by completing orders. However, the funds requested to be compensated for originates from an order he voluntarily requested to cancel. As stated in our Terms of Service, Fiverr accredits sellers once an order is completed and if an order is cancelled (for any reason), the payment funds will be returned to the buyer.

Review: I requested a promo video for my gym. I was given something that had nothing to do with my gym. I requested it to be changed the seller said he will do the changes that I asked and that is the last I heard from him 20 days ago. I have asked fiverr a number of times to refund my money with no replay.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and my video.

Review: I was a Level 2 seller on Fiverr, my username on Fiverr was [redacted]. I had a customer ([redacted]) tell me that she found my work satisfactory and said she would make her own revisions. After a few days she gave me a negative review without discussing it with me. She started harassing me so I complained to her client (the person who hired her, to which she outsourced the work to me) about her behaviour. When she realized I had complained to her client, she reported my account to Fiverr, claiming I had broken terms of service. Fiverr had a knee-jerk reaction and immediately disabled my account despite doing little to no investigation. Fiverr disabled my account despite the fact that she was harassing me and insulting my quality work. I had 5 star reviews on a daily basis. I still haven't received my funds that I had earned before this issue. I wasn't able to pay my bills because of Fiverr. Their customer service said that they couldn't undo the account disable and that I had harassed her when that wasn't the case at all.Desired Settlement: I would please like my account reinstated on the website, if not, I would ask that the earnings I had before this issue (over $300) to be released to me as soon as possible.

Review: On Tuesday October [redacted] 2015 I hired someone from their site to help pull pages from a php site to put some pages on my Word Press site. He had log in credentials to both sites. The very next day he had put the order as complete, but it was not complete and the site had errors, so I spoke with him. He asked me if I wanted him to remove the order, and I said Yes and he removed it and I confirmed it. Later he sent me a [redacted] as my [redacted] was on my website, and asked, "[redacted]" so I said No and asked what have you done? At the same time I am looking for the damage that he might have done, only to discover that he removed a page from my php site and all of the pages and menus from my Word Press site.

This issue started in the night when I was asleep and he was working on the Word Press site. My hosting ran out of space as it had kept back up of another site. The Word Press had an error on there, and it had said the password had been changed, so he thought I had locked him out and was not going to pay him. However, when I awoke I tried to find out what he had done on the site. When I had contacted him he said, "[redacted]". I contacted my hosting company to see what the problem was only to find out that it was out of space, and they restored it. The hosting company said to change the passwords so he couldn't do anymore damage. However he created a back door and was still able to get in. I told him what he was doing was illegal and called "Tort", and I was going to contact the authorities. At that time I contacted Fiverr support the ticket number is and entitled it: Request #[redacted] I need your help immediately!

Since than I sent three more support messages with further documentation, however he is still working on the site and all I received from Fiverr is an automated message saying they received my ticket, but no one has contacted or spoken with me as of yet. I am in the process of trying to recover my sites.Desired Settlement: 1. Contact him to make sure that he would remove ALL passwords or credentials to my site.

2. Remove him from the site as Fiverr knows and I know that you should not have anyone doing illegal things on the site.

3. Reimburse me ($288) for the total cost for what it will cost me to put my sites back to the way they were. If further legal action such as an attorney and court cost, I would want to be reimbursed for that if that occurs.

Review: This company took money out of my account without my knowledge or permission for completed services. They also canceled agreed upon services without my permission. When I made complaints they hid all of my services causing me to loose all regular business and have not made any attempt to respond to me. They have taken over $200 so far without my permission for work I completed as agreed and delivered to customers. The customer views of my services went from 15k per week to 0 and they refuse to admit they are retaliating against me. They have completely eliminated all of my regular business.Desired Settlement: Restoral of ability for customers to view my services and return the money which was stolen from me. Cease all retaliation against my for filing complaints. The next step is a lawsuit.

We also noticed [redacted] has 2 accounts on Fiverr, which is not permitted and a direct violation to our Terms of Service. At this time, both account are currently active and accepting order as well as placing orders. As for the claim of $200 in which [redacted] has made was incompleted. There are no details (order numbers or screenshots) provided by [redacted] and we are unable to locate the claim he has made. At this time, we are only seeing Mutual Cancellations on [redacted] account (meaning cancellation he accepted or made with his buyers). 4 of those are Mutual cancellation that was made from November to today, and with an overall, 65 cancelled orders out of 321 total orders which is 20% cancellation rate on [redacted] account.Our Customer Support team has received multiple request from [redacted] (for example: [redacted], etc.) regarding the Search option and we have continue to confirm with [redacted], that his Gigs are active and appearing in Search. At this time, we have checked again and [redacted]'s Gigs are appearing in Search. Review: I used Fiverr for the first and last time, I submitted a request for a logo design from a gentleman with the username "[redacted]" who boasts a money back guarantee if not satisfied with the design. The design that was given to me was not at all what is described or displayed in this users portfolio. I believe this user is copying images from the internet for his portfolio because from what he delivered there is 0 chances of him being a professional designer. Now I go to fill out a form for money back and Fiverr states that there is no money back, Why would you allow your users to advertise money back guarantees if you dont provide them? Previously upon signing up Fiverr also sent a message to everyone on my email contact list and recently sent emails I have, which included clients and important contacts. I am very saddened by Fiverr's blatant disregard for customer protection or satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and would also ask you delete all my personal information from your servers.

Review: My team and I would like to know why our account was disabled without ANY explanation or any sense of understanding. Review: 45 days before my account associated with username '[redacted]' has been disabled saying that I broke their TOS, due to this I was not able to access my account to withdraw my hard earned dollars. So I contacted the customer service & I got a reply under 2 days saying that my account has been blocked & any remaining funds can be withdrawn after a safe period of 45 days.

Review: Hi guys, Fiverr makes me very angry. I have an account in fiverr.com, I have done around 450 orders for logos in the fiverr. I have earned around 2200$ in fiverr. Purchases were made to himself from additional accounts, possibly with stolen credit card information, which was then flagged by our Risk Management team for further investigation. Undisclosed in his response is that Fiverr's Customer Support team has already verified his account and restored access to allow him to withdraw his account. The ticket request is #[redacted] and the [redacted] transaction ID from his withdrawal is [redacted]. From what [redacted] has described, he is unable to claim the money sent to designated [redacted] account. Unfortunately we are not able to provide support for his [redacted] account and he was already advised to contact [redacted] to resolve this issue as it's not related to Fiverr but his [redacted] account. It's important to note that all withdrawals made from Fiverr are final and can not be refunded back to the users account. Because [redacted]'s original activity was in violation of our Terms of Service, his account will be disabled again. I am going to bring this issue publicly online until its resolved.

I got an issue with fiverr, with unprofessional service. I had an issue I tried possibly raching to more customer service reps and even the ceo of fiverr, no response still. They even marked verious tickets as resolved without responding. And as of today just for messaging them for a response, they suspended my account. I was even willing to no longer do what I did to get my account unsuspended but they still refuse to help.

Of course I tried contacting support to resolve the issue. In this snapshot, Trisha from Fiverr Customer Support responded. I responded back and got no answer in the so-called timely manner that they claim. This is the snapshot:

Fiverr is indeed, a great website to make money off of but this is how they will treat you if you fight back. You really want to put your trust in that company?

I have a CHALLENGE for everyone that reads this. Share it to everyone as much as you can, and even spam the url if you want. And have them share it. Send it to press release websites or top bloggers. Lets get the message out and fight! We are the 99 percent.

As our Customer Support team has informed [redacted] in his request #[redacted], his account was disabled after we received several complaints from other users regarding his messages as well as, his account overall performance. These messages were related to redirecting users outside of Fiverr as well as, sending out contact information which is clearly mentioned in our Terms of Service is not allowed. In addition, our Support team, warned [redacted], a few times about this violation of our Terms of Service already, and he chose to ignore this and go to even greater lengths to request direct communication. Due to this violation, we will not be able to restore [redacted] account.

Review: I have purchased over $800 per year from Fiverr for the last 3 years using only their services. I'm very happy some of the services, some required refunds to my account. The products I purchased was all located in my account including $160 in refunds. After the last refund they closed my account. They claim because of someone was trying to open another account, which is not true. They just wanted to keep my money. I only have one account never had 2 accounts and I only purchased from Fiverr, I have never been a reseller on Fiverr. I have better things to do then work for $5 like most of their customers will, thats why only purchased services, yes many of the services are not honest, but I get refunds and find some that are legitimate.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting my cash refund of $160 which was in my account. in addition, all the services I purchased that are stored on my account that I haven't used yet, was planing on using some of the tools later.
