Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My payment provider has contacted Fiverr for the money but they have not responded as yetAttached is the response from my [redacted] So the money is with Fiverr but they are giving me the impression the money is with my payment provider so there is a confusionI cannot provide any further evidence as my account has been blocked by FiverrThe whole resolution process of Fiverr is appalling and their customer team support response just says they think the seller has met their deliverable but they haven't bothered checking itI have listed every point clearly in the order cancellation but unfortunately as this is a technical software related process I cannot or don't know how to demonstrate that visually to themHowever Fiverr has this software uploaded in their platform and their technical team can easily check or investigate this themselves based on my customised order requirementsI have included the .exe program in this response if it helpsOther organisations like Fiverr have a legal arbitration team where they resolve the issue with Buyer & Seller together in a conference call which helps in resolving the matter in a more amicable wayThe process here is you cancel order and hope seller will agree and if they don't then then you go to customer support but after that it seems it stops here.Please provide clear steps on how we need to resolve this matterI have made several transactions on Fiverr and have never had any issues before.Regards [redacted] *** In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have reviewed the complaint open by [redacted] Unfortunately, as mention to [redacted] in her Support request # [redacted] , to prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active accountAny additional accounts determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabledMass account creation may result in the disabling of all related accountsAny violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is also cause for permanent suspension of all accountsOur Customer Support team has reviewed, [redacted] 's account and we can see that she mentioned to another user that they currently have another account, with no mention that this was her sister's accountIf [redacted] would like a specific order to be cancelled, she is welcome to follow up in her ticket request # [redacted] and our Support team will be happy to assist Due to the violation of having multiple accounts by this users own admission to another user on the site, we will not restore the accountsFiverr's Terms of Service states the following: Fiverr reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or servicesViolation of Fiverr's Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanentlyFurthermore, we will not be cancelling either of the orders of $and $73.50, [redacted] placed on both accounts due to the fact that the seller delivered all the materials, they are looking to be reimbursed forShe will be able to access her $order on her naomimaccountAs for the $order it's located on the other account which we cannot go in to details about due to our Privacy Policy

[redacted] agreed to these terms when creating an account on Fiverr.com, and due to the recent violation to our Terms of Service, this agreement was brokenAs mentioned to [redacted] in ticket request # [redacted] , his account will not be restored due to these violations, however, he will be able to obtain the funds on his account in days [which is on May [redacted] 2016] as our Support team mentioned

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: As per Julia explanation, I agree, I have violated Fiverr agreementHowever, Fiverr holding my "completed" project revenue without submitting valid evidence saying client's complaintLegally I have completed those two projects within the mentioned time frame and the project draft already uploaded for the first order and the second order client agreed for delivering after making this as completebecause of nature of this business ( writing business plan require much time and it may receive continues draft & corrections).Again, if the customer has any issue with my order then they can contact me via Fiverr message or file dispute via FiverrBut, Fiverr independently contacting me to cancel the order even I have delivered my work and the second work draft already submitted as a proof to FiverrHow can I trust them they will just cancel the second order even if I delivered the service like I did for earlier ( I have submitted both projects business plan via Helpdesk as a proof and they know I did the work, even they are not ready to release my own earning either asking me to deliver or cancel )Conclusion: Fiverr is now breaking their own rules if client has any concern let them contact me first or release my earnings that you don't deserve to hold legally In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
