We've reviewed [redacted] ***'s account with our Policy Enforcement team. After further review, we restored her account based on a miscommunication on our behalf. We are reviewing this case internally for further quality assurance. In the mean time, all of [redacted] ***'s account features have been restored... and we have compensated her for an error on behalf.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by *** [redacted] As of August [redacted] 2015, [redacted] was advised in their ticket request # [redacted] why their account was disable and that their account will not be restoredAfter further review with our Risk Management team, we noticed that *** [redacted] have been abusing the referral program by spamming users, due to this we've permanently disabled their account for violations of our Terms of ServiceUnfortunately, their account will not be restoredWe have followed up with [redacted] in their new ticket request # [redacted] , informing him when he with be able to obtain the remaining funds on their accountIf they have additional questions, they are welcome to follow up in their ticket request

We have reviewed the response [redacted] in regards to the status of her funds and accountDue to the nature of her complaint surrounding the security of her account, Fiverr correspond with her request as requested once all of the funds have been returned to [redacted] Based on our Privacy Policy, we can not openly discuss any further details surrounding her accountDue to the age of her purchases, direct refunds are unavailable per [redacted] 's policy, but we have provided further instructions to her as of Wednesday January [redacted] so that she is able to withdraw her money back to [redacted] from her two accountsOnce [redacted] has confirmed that the funds have been withdrawn, we will then close both accounts as requested

We have reviewed [redacted] request furtherUnfortunately he has not followed up with our Support team regarding this orderSupport was able to locate his account and asked to confirm cancelling rder [redacted] As there was no follow up from [redacted] in their request, we have went ahead and cancelled the order and refunded the funds back to himIf [redacted] has any other questions, our Support team will be happy to assist in their ticket request # [redacted]

We have been in touch with *** [redacted] regarding his experience on Fiverr through our Customer Support channelsThe original concern was an issue experienced with another user on Fiverr that required him to connect to our Customer Support teamIn doing so, [redacted] 's request was fulfilled by cancelling his order and returning the funds back to his account balanceAs stated in our Terms of Service, funds from a cancelled order are returned to the buyers account for future purchases on FiverrIn the event of a buying experience that requires a full deposit refund back to a buyers payment provider, our Customer Support team can arrange a refund as an exception to our Terms of Service within the limitations of our payment providers guidelinesUnfortunately, [redacted] has disputed his payment transaction with his payment provider which does not allow Fiverr to offer any form of a refund through the appropriate channelsWe have reached out to [redacted] in the Customer Support request he created regarding this incident and we are awaiting a response from him in the same requestWe have reached out again to explain the incident and what is needed on his behalf for Fiverr to fulfill the refund

The company was great at first but there support team sucks I got ripped off by sellers and they siad they would give me a refund on my store account hasnt happened and they threaten to close your fiverr account if you use [redacted] claim dispute

We have reviewed the complaint sent in by [redacted] **Unfortunately his desired outcome can not be reached due to the fact that his services on Fiverr was reported by [redacted] to be removedThis complaint is a standard Copyright removal request as [redacted] was attempting to resell the content he downloaded off of [redacted] which violates their Terms of Service (under Protection of Content) [redacted] Gigs that violate third party Copyrights are not allowed on Fiverr and swiftly removed following a [redacted] notice, as stated in our Terms of Service https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service [redacted] may submit a new Gig and service type that doesn't violate our or any other third parties Terms of Service

We have reviewed the update from [redacted] We will not be able to assist with the $refund [redacted] is referring to, seeing as the payment was done outside of the Fiverr platform and seeing as it appears that [redacted] paid this seller directly through [redacted] and not FiverrSince the payment was not within Fiverr, we cannot locate the payment on our system to process a refundWe strongly recommend [redacted] , to contact [redacted] since it was a direct payment and since [redacted] will be able to assist him with the transaction directlyAs mentioned, we already refunded the $back to [redacted] payment providerBut since the $is not within our system, we will not be able to assist with this transactionIf [redacted] has any other questions, our Support Team will be happy to assist in his ticket request

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] It appears that [redacted] opened up a ticket request # [redacted] , regarding this issue [redacted] , did not contact our Support team in time for the cancellation, as mentioned in our Terms of Service, "Order cancellations (when eligible) can be performed by Customer Support only up to a period of days from order completion date." [redacted] 's orders were marked completed back in December on the [redacted] and ***Our Support team has followed up with [redacted] in her ticket # [redacted] and we were able to refund the funds back to her in timeIf [redacted] has any additional questions, she's welcome to follow up with SupportThanks
