*** [redacted] 's account will not be restored as we have already informed themDue to our Privacy Policy we cannot disclose any more information about other accounts [redacted] has multiple accounts and evidence of that fact is that a withdrawal provider account can be associated with only one Fiverr profileOur team found several of the same withdrawals providers emails were identical to the one of [redacted] 's accountHis account will not be restored and he was already informed when he can withdraw his fundsWe will no longer respond to the same complaintSending the same complaint numerous times will not change our responseAny member of our site who violates our Terms of Service may have their account permanently removed [redacted] agreed to our Terms of Service when signing up

We have reviewed the complaint from [redacted] in regards to their feedback being removed on order [redacted] . The feedback was removed per request from the seller. The feedback that was provided was disingenuous and therefore removed by our team. [redacted] kept leaving the same... feedback repeatedly. Our Feedback Removal Policy is clear in this regard. Profanity, statements that are untrue or can't be proven, may be removed by support. Accurate feedback is not removed without buyer consent. The integrity of our feedback system is of the utmost importance and any feedback that does not meet our community standards may be removed. [redacted] did contact Customer Support and was informed that Customer Support removed their feedback, and we requested that he try and work things out with the seller. Leaving a feedback is the prerogative of the buyer and we encourage buyers to leave honest reviews. We will also be following up with [redacted] on the ticket they submitted to us recently # [redacted] and explain to them why their feedback was removed and see if we can come to a resolution on this order.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] It appears that [redacted] has already reached out to our Customer Support team regarding their refund request which was updated approximately, mins after they sent in the ticket requestAs mentioned to [redacted] in his ticket request # [redacted] by our Customer Support team, their funds has already been refunded back to his [redacted] accountIf [redacted] , has any additional comments, he's welcome to follow up with our Customer Support team in his ticket request

We have reviewed [redacted] ***'s request and as a one time exception, have compensated her for her experience in fullAs it was explained to her, when the funds from a transaction is disputed and confirmed to be fraudulent, Fiverr cancels the order in order to comply with it's payment providers terms of use, regional laws, and to ensure the safety of our usersBy doing this, the funds that normally would be earned as revenue and given to sellers is removed from Fiverr's possessionThis is a common example of fraudulent transaction mitigation that many websites offer that neither Fiverr nor its sellers gain fromWe are currently adding more to our fraud detection methods to further mitigate such transactions

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] ***It appears that [redacted] ***, did not reach out to our Customer Support team to learn the status of the funds or orders that he placed with the sellers on Fiverr.comAfter further review, we noticed that both orders [redacted] ($50) and [redacted] ($5) was cancelled due to the required information not being sent over the the sellers, so that they can proceed to start workingSeeing as [redacted] would like a refund of the $55, we have went ahead and refunded the payment back to his payment sourceDepending on the Credit Card that was used, the refund will take to business days to appear back on the cardIf [redacted] has any other questions, he's welcome to follow up with our Customer Support team at [redacted]

But they have told some lies . I did co-operate with buyer and customer support . I was never rude for first 10 days . I have also given an additional service to the client . But then the buyer stopped replying and also the fiverr support . They take this issue over 36+ days even seeing no reply from the buyer for last 24 days . This is the cause of my rudeness later on .They have enabled my withdrawal but what about the damage and loss that I have faced ? I lost customers and money . We've reviewed the complaint opened by *** [redacted] Upon review of her original requests, she did not provide Fiverr Customer Support any details surrounding her alleged experience on Fiverr and we were unable to locate purchases made from the email address providedImmediately, [redacted] requested our Legal counsel to be involved in an issue we were unable to verifyFollowing a review of [redacted] ' request by our Legal counsel, we have reached out to her (Ticket # [redacted] ) to validate her claim through Customer Support and will be required to share more details in order to understand the original issue which will be reviewed again by Fiverr for the best course of action
