They have actually solved the issue and released my funds so I can close the ticket nowBUT this is still not good practice for a company, so they should receive a warning of some sorts Thanks

We have reviewed the following email updates regarding Complaints Report # [redacted] After further review, we have noticed that [redacted] , did not update our Support team in his ticket request # [redacted] In order for us to fully verify his account, as is our Security protocol, [redacted] , was required to send the following and failed to provide this information: " a Fiverr-related [redacted] transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST [redacted] account used on the Fiverr account in question(a withdrawal transaction ID)." This information was required back in Oct2015, as of today, he still has not provided this piece of informationIf [redacted] would still like to change his [redacted] email address, he's welcome to send in a new ticket request, with the required information for Support to further assist

This service provider distribute a poor quality, every body is a 4-star provider, I chalenge you to find some one with good competency! They making ton of money with people like me and you trying to find some good contractor good luck!

We have reviewed the complaint open by [redacted] We noticed that [redacted] has opened up a ticket request # [redacted] and # [redacted] with our Customer Support teamOur Support team has advised [redacted] to continue communicating with the seller, which we noticed that she has done, but she did not follow up with our Support team on the progress of the orderAt this time, our Support team has followed up with [redacted] in her ticket request # [redacted] We strongly advise [redacted] to continue communicating with Support within her request, so our Support team can assist her further in obtaining the files she are requesting from her order

We've reviewed the response opened by [redacted] . The orders she has placed from her account originate from [redacted] and were placed from late 2013 to May of this year. This far exceeds the allowed time period of 45 days [redacted] allows for payments to be refunded back to [redacted] , which unfortunately can not satisfy her desired outcome due to the elapsed time from her original purchase dates to the time she has requested such refunds. To reiterate our Terms of Service, refunds are made through a users shopping balance which requires those funds to be in their current shopping balance. [redacted] has acknowledged that her current shopping balance is zero. The $2 remaining in her balance originates from sales she has completed as a seller. In order for the remaining funds to be added to her shopping balance she will then require Fiverr to cancel her completed orders in the amount of $40. This action can not be taken by Fiverr because she is now requesting Fiverr to cancel successfully completed orders, which were completed to her satisfaction 6-10 months ago, in order to be refunded for non-specific complaints found in her original complaint and response.
