We have reviewed the complaint sent by *** [redacted] Upon review by our Marketplace Integrity team, *** [redacted] had multiple accounts opened offering similar or duplicate services, this is a violation of our Terms of Service under "Abuse and Spam" (https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service) [redacted] 's complaint specifically identifies revenue from his clone account, [redacted] He currently has one active account [redacted] in which he can continue to offer his service on Fiverr [redacted] has received comments from our Customer Support team on specifically why his clone account was disabled and why he was not enabled to withdraw his revenueTo clarify, we received reports from his buyers who ordered from his clone account that they did not receive any services delivered to them during the period his account was disabledTo prevent the funds from being released to [redacted] for incomplete services, our Risk Management team has disabled his ability to withdraw those revenues until we can confirm that the issue between him and his buyers were resolvedAs of today, we will allow [redacted] to withdraw his available cleared revenue [redacted] has claimed that because we have restricted his clone account (where its existence is a violation of our Terms of Service), that his loss in revenue totaled over $10,When joining Fiverr, users agree and understand our Terms of Service which includes a Limitations on Liability for claims of loss revenueWe have reached out to [redacted] regarding his ability to withdraw his revenue and the status of his account

I ordered business cards through a vendor contracted by FiverrThe work was done, I was happy and I gave Fiverr the credit card account information they requestedThe fee was $USD and I tipped the vendor $5USDI ordered business cards at the after contacting FiverrThe total bill was $and some changeI inquired after the company charged my credit card if anyone would give me an estimated time I would receive themAfter several non productive emails no onwe was available to care for my inquiry I decided to cancel my order and I notified Fiverr They have tried to sway my decisiion to cancel the orderI think the fact that they could never give me soild links to follow is their demiseAfter the designer did their work I followed links to pay for itWhen the vistaprint icon was selected a message came across the screen that said, Ooops, something went wrong, etci couldnt complete the order with the links providedNow I decided to pay the desinger $USD with a $ISD tipI dont authorize anything else from Fiverr

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] Our Customer Support team has informed [redacted] in their ticket requests # [redacted] and # [redacted] , that their email has been removed from our system and he will no longer receive email updates about his account which was closed outIf [redacted] is still receiving emails from their last message with our Support team which was on September [redacted] 2015, then we do advise [redacted] to let us know as soon as possible by updating their ticket request # [redacted]

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] As of May ***, our team has unsubscribed his email address from our Subscriber email system so that he will not receive such emailsWe would like to remind [redacted] that part of registering to Fiverr agrees to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, in which emails regarding his account and orders created by our system or customer support team will still be sent to him so long as his account is active on Fiverr

We reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] ***We apologize for the miscommunication that may of occurred from our Customer Support team regarding the status of his transaction to FiverrAs informed, Fiverr does allow users to request a deposit refund from our Customer Support team (specified in our Terms of Service)All deposit refunds are subject to the guidelines and policies of our payment vendors where in some cases, may be unavailable to perform due to the time frame suggested in the same guidelinesFiverr does offer alternatives to direct deposit refunds if that issue does arise and we were able to refund [redacted] ***'s payment successfully and have since followed up with his requestOur Quality Assurance manager will further review this case further and follow up with [redacted] if there's any further correspondence needed to insure his satisfaction

We have previously outlined the course of action [redacted] is required to take in order to receive a full refund from FiverrThe necessary actions for Fiverr to offer the refund provided to [redacted] were not taken to rectify his original complaintWe reject the claim that we have not complied or attempted to resolve his complaint which originated from [redacted] violating Fiverr's Terms of ServiceAs an act of good faith, his Fiverr account was restored, however the complaint sent to the Revdex.com in relation to refunding the $he purchased through Fiverr can not be resolved by Fiverr due to the course of actions taken by [redacted] Any further communication [redacted] may have regarding this issue is encouraged to go through Fiverr's Customer Support and not through a follow up Revdex.com response as the original complaint has been resolved in his favor

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] After further reviewed, it appears that our Customer Support team has followed up with [redacted] in their ticket # [redacted] , as to why his account has been disableUnfortunately, it appears that [redacted] has violated our Terms of Service, which is why his account has been disabledAs clearly mentioned in our Terms of Service: "Multiple Accounts - To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active accountAny additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabledMass account creation may result in disabling of all related accountsNote: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts."We were able to locate multiple accounts link to [redacted] account due to this, his account will not be restoredAs our Support team mentioned, [redacted] is welcome to contact our Support team again in days to inquire about any orders or revenues you may have left in his account

We have reviewed the response sent in by [redacted] ***From what was described in his first point is a result of the poor service offered by a fellow member of the community (his seller)We do apologize for his experience that another user may of caused, but Fiverr does not guarantee the level of service received and rely on buyers to rate their services from their sellersAdditionally, we have methods in place to ensure that low performing users are withheld from our Marketplace until corrective action is takenFollowing his report, our Trust and Safety team have reviewed the seller and his activity, where we do not give details to other users surrounding our review as it would go against our Privacy Policy ( [redacted] )To [redacted] ***'s second point, for every order that is cancelled or prompted to be cancelled by our Customer Support team, buyers are clearly shown that order cancellations will result in the funds returning to their shopping balanceIndication that funds are returned to his shopping balance is evident in our Customer Support responses (if initiated from a specific request), in our Resolution Center help dialogue, using the mutual cancellation tool [redacted] used to cancel his reported order, on the order page during and after an order is cancelled, on his buyer payment page, etcIn addition to these clear notifications of where his funds are located, our Terms of Service clearly state our Refund policies as we indicated in our previous responseLastly, we are not exposed to the payment information provided to our payment vendors, and this information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the payment vendorWe have initiated the refund process to [redacted] ***'s credit card through our payment vendor and do not own or possess the funds to suggest that a refund was withheldAs we are not exposed to any of his payment information, refunds back to [redacted] ***'s credit card relies on the policies of his financial institution that neither Fiverr nor our payment vendors can controlWe will follow up with [redacted] to advise him on the next steps on how to communicate with his credit card and connect him with our payment vendor if needed to resolve that issue

We have reviewed the complaint opened by *** [redacted] We have advised [redacted] , in their tickets # [redacted] and # [redacted] as to why we are unable to refunds the processing fee at the time of the cancellationAs mentioned in our Terms of Service at which [redacted] has agreed to when signing up for an account, Funds returned to your balance from cancelled orders will not include processing fees paidOur Support team has made the funds ($10) available for [redacted] to withdraw from their account in # [redacted] and also advised how to go about getting the funds with the linksUnfortunately, [redacted] has not followed up since thenIf [redacted] has any other questions, we do recommend having him continue communicating with Support to further assist

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Fiverr, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] ,The company has sent me e-mails saying that I had to file my complaint with them before the [redacted] of April, if I did not, then my file would be closedI had tried unsuccessfully several times to lodge a complaint to no availTheir page would not allow me to do soIt is set up in a way that you cannot send anything at all to them....that's when I contacted you...I found out it was quite a scam!!
