We have reviewed [redacted] complaintUnfortunately we are unable to locate the $transaction IDs from these purchasesWe noticed [redacted] has an active ticket request # [redacted] since Sunday, which she also failed to follow up with our Support teamWe ask that [redacted] please provides us with the order numbers or transaction IDs in her ticket request, this way we can have the necessary information to review this complaint further

We have reviewed the complaint by [redacted] After further review of [redacted] 's account, it appears that her account is associated with multiple accounts as well as orders between these accountsAs mentioned in our Terms of Service, "to prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active accountAny additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabledMass account creation may result in disabling of all related accountsNote: any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is cause for permanent suspension of all accounts." We have reviewed the complaint sent by *** [redacted] After further review of his account and order activity on Fiverr, we have disabled *** [redacted] 's account for violations of our Terms of Service following a report opened by his buyersFiverr is a friendly and professional community that does not tolerate any threats of abuse or gaining unauthorized access to another community members account (hacking) [redacted] has received the details surrounding his account and when he can contact Fiverr to release the fundsAll disabled accounts with earned revenue must wait days upon being disabled to release the funds for security purposes as stated in our Terms of Service ( [redacted] )

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] [redacted] contacted our Customer Support team in regards to orders [redacted] and [redacted] , and did so almost year after the orders were purchasedHe was notified that the orders are too old to be cancelledCompleted orders may be cancelled, upon review of our Customer Support team, up to days after the order is marked as complete per our Terms of Service as agreed upon when activating an account.While Fiverr is well within our rights to no longer cancel and compensate after year, we made an exception in this caseIf [redacted] has any other questions, he's welcome to follow up in his active ticket request # [redacted]

We have reviewed the complaint open by [redacted] After further review, it appears that the buyer was not happy with the materials that was delivered by [redacted] and requested that her further assistance which the buyer would be happy to payUnfortunately, it appears that [redacted] advised the buyer to try someone else seeing as they are not able to do the modificationsSince then the buyer requested to be partially refund seeing as the work was not fully completedOur Support team advised [redacted] in her ticket request # [redacted] on Thursday, April ***, to cancel the current order and to request another Custom offer for half the amount seeing as the buyer was not happyUnfortunately, it appears that [redacted] did not try this option and ignored helping the buyerThe order was then cancelled on April [redacted] 2016, seeing as no progress was made on the order and the buyer was getting upset due to the seller pushing to deliver half of the correct materialsOnce the order was cancelled, we noticed that the seller then send the Custom offer, but only after the order was cancelledAs mentioned in our Terms of Service, Eligibility to cancel an order will be assessed by our Customer Support team based on a number of factors, including violations to our Terms of Service, general misconduct, and improper usage of the Fiverr delivery systemWe will be able to compensate the seller for the half of the amount, seeing that the order was not fully delivered, if the seller is okay with this, we recommend asking them to follow up in their ticket request # [redacted]

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] His Fiverr account was disabled for fraudulently boosting his ratings by creating additional accounts and purchasing from his primary account, this activity is against our terms of service ( [redacted] )A recent review by our Risk Management team of his order history found orders placed by the user from another account for the purpose of giving himself a positive review [redacted] 's account will not be reinstated and he has been informed of the withdrawal status of any remaining revenue legitimately earned on Fiverr as previously explained to him by our Customer Support team
