Our Trust and Safety team has been alerted to several messages that were sent to several Fiverr community membersThese messages contained requests for services that potentially violate our Intellectual PropertyWe have put [redacted] 's account on hold until our Trust and Safety team has reviewed the messages sent from his account and assess any potential damages caused by itHis account is currently limited to view and complete any open ordersWe will communicate further with [redacted] regarding our investigation, the status of his account, and the orders he has placed on Fiverr

As explained to [redacted] in our previous response and through our Customer Support channels, the issue he is reporting has been addressed and our developers are working on providing a satisfactory resolution to his reported technical issueWe have promptly followed up through our Customer Support channels regarding the newly described issue and reiterated the communication of technical issues by sending a separate ticket requestAs explained to [redacted] , his Gigs did not disappear and he simply needs to click on the correct filter on his dashboard to find his GigsIn no event did [redacted] lose any of his ratings associated to his completed orders nor did any of the funds from his the same completed orders disappear or were removedThis can be confirmed by reviewing the same dashboards which clearly show the funds that have successfully cleared based on our day clearance period from when an order is marked as completeWe hope to have [redacted] technical issues fully resolved soon and his patience will be appreciated while our developers handle this matter

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] ***It appears that [redacted] contacted our Support team via Ticket request # [redacted] yesterdayAs our Support agents mentioned to [redacted] ***, there is a grace period of days after an order has been marked Completed during which we can cancel the order This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service which she agreed to when signing up to use our siteOnce the days expire, the seller is able to withdraw the earnings from the order, and we may no longer be able to cancel itMost companies have a warranty or refund policy and Fiverr is no differentThis complaint is coming more than year after the order was marked completed Since [redacted] ***'s order is from August 2016, we will not be able to cancel and refund it [redacted] is welcome to reach out to the seller and request the changes, but we will not be able to assist with her refund requestIf [redacted] would like our assistance reaching out to the seller and helping mediate, she's welcome to follow up via her request to support # [redacted]

We have reviewed the Revdex.com complaint sent by [redacted] ***Our Customer Support team was neither contacted by [redacted] from this email address nor were we able to find Customer Support request related to her accountFiverr was not made aware of her issuesFiverr does provide methods for buyers to contact sellers if there are issues with the service, including an messaging inbox system, Resolution Center tools, and our Customer Support teamAs a result of disputing payments with Paypal, the account is suspended to prevent abuse as it states in our Terms of ServiceWe will reach out to [redacted] and activate her account to help clarify the issue

We have reviewed the response sent in by [redacted] The information provided will be forwarded to our Trust & Safety team for further reviewAs mentioned in our previous response, due to our Privacy Policy, we can not share details surrounding our investigation of the reported userBecause [redacted] has shared his log in details to multiple users on Fiverr, Fiverr can not assess if any necessary precautionary measures were taken to secure his site prior to engaging with multiple users on FiverrFiverr will correspond with any confirmed cases of misbehavior or infractions of our User Conduct (outlined in our Terms of Service)Additionally, we have cancelled the order between [redacted] and the reported user and added $to his account as goodwill towards our investigationIf there are more details that [redacted] can provide to us, he is welcomed to contact us through the appropriate Customer Support channels to help further our research in to the matter

We have previously addressed [redacted] ***'s customer support request regarding the status of his accountIn reply to his complaint, we have followed up with explicit details on why his accounts are no longer active, as well as addressing the status of his remaining funds so that it complies with our policies found in our Terms of Service

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted] *** [redacted] reported this issue to our Customer Support team in ticket request # [redacted] As mentioned in our Terms of Service, "Withdrawals from your account may become disabled upon review of our Trust & Safety teamThis may be done for security concerns in order to prevent fraudulent transactions, reported poor performance or violations to our Terms of Service from buyers to our Customer Support team, or if another Fiverr profile is associated to the same withdrawal providersEnabling withdrawals will be evaluated by our Trust & Safety team following a review of your account." We received reports from [redacted] ***'s buyer regarding poor performance on their orderOur Support team advised [redacted] to continue to work things out with their buyer until this issue has been resolved [redacted] was rude with to our Support team when trying to help [redacted] to reach a mutual understanding with his buyer After further review of [redacted] ***'s account, we have restored his withdrawal feature, he has also been updated in his ticket request # [redacted]

We have reviewed the complaint from [redacted] To put his complaint in context, here is a webcache copy of the forum thread that was put under review by our Forum moderation team: [redacted] When an account is registered on Fiverr, that user becomes the account ownerTransferring ownership of an account is not allowed and qualifies as selling the accountWhen a user sells his account on fiverr it means he/she is trying to mislead our buyers and allow a new seller (or a seller with low rating) to get an account with rating and reviews associated with a different service and a different sellerIt is not the type of action one would think is legitimate and not a violation and restriction is necessary to avoid fraudulent transactionsAs [redacted] clearly stated his intentions in this forum thread that his account was subject to sale: "If someone wants to "buy" the account from me, I can think about itThe amount would be something like Revenue times 12." Our Trust & Safety team swiftly warned (in which an email was sent to him from our Email system), then disabled his account for this violation and to reassure that no damages may come to the account in the event another person gained access to his accountUpon contacting Customer Support, he was notified of the violation and when he can contact us to gain restricted access to his revenues to withdraw [redacted] account will not be restored due for violations to our Terms of Service

We have received [redacted] 's complaintAfter reviewing it we see that her Fiverr account has been restricted due to issue with her phone sms verificationRight now Customer Support has reached out to [redacted] on ticket [redacted] We ask that she please follow up with Customer support on that ticket as they are aware of the issue and are trying to help her resolve the matterAs for changing her phone number and her security question issues, Customer Support will assist her with those issues as wellFirst we want to help her get her account restored and then we can proceed to helping her change her number, and helping her withdraw their fundsFiverr is not trying to keep her money from herThe new ticket was created to her to avoid any confusion from the past tickets that she opened up with Customer Support

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The complaint has been resolved through a credit back to the credit card that was used; however, I would like to add to the public record the following response to theirs:1) I never indicated that the vendor provided poor serviceIt was excellent service to the contrary What I did specify is the first provider was not able to complete the job after two attempts, and the second provider did and for less moneyMy complaint is not with the actual service providers, it is with Fiverr and their deceitful practices in not refunding money (all or part) for work that was not performed in consideration of what the customer originally contracted for; and2) Although unused funds are placed back into the Customer's balance, it is NOT refunded, nor is there any instruction how to get the credit back on your credit card (which I used not [redacted] )Any money not used, MUST either be used exclusively for Fiverr work, or I am guessing lost forever in their bank account since the money has already been charged to the Customers bank account or [redacted] as a prepayment for completion of work expected For some reason if they do refund via [redacted] (not relevant here although it's in their note to me) you may be assessed a fee; and [redacted] definitely assesses a fee for payments earmarked as "revenue" Here is a record of their payment requests to me after I filed a request for refund with them:1) Response to online request: [redacted] 2) Nov ** 00:[redacted] [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

We have reviewed the followed comments by [redacted] [redacted] has still failed to follow up in their ticket request but their account has been restoredHis account was temporarily restricted due to the fact that he opened a dispute with his payment provider, again another violation they committed which is against our Terms of ServiceIf [redacted] has any other questions, we strongly recommend him following up in their ticket request

We have revised the [redacted] s responseWe have previously followed up prior to this response in her customer support request # [redacted] We provided the attached screenshot indicating that a refund was issued for $to the credit card (ending in ***) used to purchase the corresponding orders (# [redacted] ) on Fiverr [redacted] did not respond to our customer support email, and we have already sent proof of the refund request for these orders from our payment processorsFiverr's involvement with the refund request has been metIf [redacted] is unable to tracker her claimed credit history, does not possess the credit card in question, or overlooked her statement, we can not further assist in providing the desired settlement

[redacted] account has been permanently disabled for violations to our Terms of Service and has already received a complete statement following his accounts suspension including allowing him to withdraw available revenue from the accountFiverr is not obligated to restore any users account whose account was disabled for violations to our Terms of ServiceAdditionally, [redacted] has E-Mailed Fiverr's Legal department previously with threats of blackmail to our brand and his buyers accounts including hacking personal accounts, publishing libelous articles to media outlets, and purchasing fraudulent orders made to FiverrAdditionally, Fiverr has warned [redacted] of his actions prior to disabling accountThis includes harassment to other users and Fiverr employeesWe do not encourage further communication with [redacted] related to his account due to these threats made to Fiverr and will not further correspond to the misleading claims opened by [redacted] on the Revdex.com platform

We have reviewed the complaint sent in by *** ***Upon reviewing the activity originating from her account, our Risk department has discovered violations of our Terms of Service and fraudulent activity performed by [redacted] ***Fiverr does not allow users to create multiple accounts to conduct orders amongst those accounts in order to enhance the users rating as determined upon review of the payments made to Fiverr in addition to creating multiple non-active accounts from the same email networkThis fraudulent activity results in immediately disabling the accounts that were involved and as stated in our Terms of Service, the funds from any legitimately executed orders will be released to the user days after the time their account was disabled [redacted] *** was informed of the dates specified and is encouraged to contact us on the date specified to her to learn how to withdraw any remaining revenue

We have reviewed the comments made by [redacted] has been informed by our Customer Support team regarding the request to cancel the order and why his request can not be fulfilledIn our Terms of Service, we explicitly state that order cancellations (when eligible) can be performed by Customer Support only up to a period of days from order completion date [redacted] allowed the order to be marked as complete after the seller sent a delivery notification with proof of the service being delivered as described by the sellerAdditionally, [redacted] gave his seller a positive review with the comments of "very satisfied" on his order which is publicly displayed on the sellers Gig [redacted] is now seeking to cancel an order months after the fact it was marked as complete to his satisfaction [redacted] has not provided us a reasonable explanation to why he is requesting to cancel the orderWe have contacted the seller on [redacted] ***'s behalf regarding the incident to allow both users to further communicate with each other regarding the orderWe will further communicate any necessary instructions to [redacted] regarding this incident
