I have not purchased a vehicle nor applied for one and you had no problem with running my credit without having my authorization but refuse to reply to this complaint

Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC (“Flagship”) has been in direct contact with the customer and is working with the customer to resolve the complaint. Flagship has sent the customer a written response and is in the process of providing the customer another written response with the additional information requested. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Flagship has delivered the payoff letter as I requested in my complaint. We appreciate your reply. We received a letter of the charges being allocated correctly.  They have not been. The late fee was put on an October statement which the October payment is not due yet. We will be sending photo proof. A late fee can not be applied to month that is current. Black and white shows that. Please look deeper into this company.

This is by far pretty much the worst finance company or so called lender to deal with if you have an auto loan. They treat their customers like dog doo doo. Had I have known that this company would be like, I would have never signed a contract with honda to finance my civic. They call you even if you are JUST a day late on your payment. I spoke with a so called account representative named Monique, who basically told me may car would repossessed even just after 31 days, completely rude and has no manners, kept talking over me, and blind transferred me to a supervisor. Told the supervisor I would email Kelly who is the complaints specialist for this company. Spoke with another rep 10 months earlier by the name of Monica, same exact thing. If you also ask to speak with a supervisor they blind transfer you over to another customer service or collections agent who isn't. The representatives are extremely rude and hang right up on you or transfer you to someone else with no permission. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure in a couple months I can either get refinanced through another lender or trade my car in all together to get rid of these monsters. If you finance a car with these is, I strongly urge you DONT!

Worst finance company ever they will not work with you or help you I owe like 1900 500 of it is late fees due to having to bury my grandmother I tried to trade the vehicle in and I was offered 1400 since they say the car is worth 1900 due to the accident so I called flagship to see if they would wave that 500 late fees and settle with the 1400 so they could just close out the account and the new dealership could get title they turned us down and said they will never work with me on this matter I hate that they bought the loan from the first finance company I'm on a fixed income and they would never work with me I had to pay 370 every month plus the 10 charge for the past 5 years

I am rejecting this response because: I have went back and forth with them directly. They told me I didnt need to make a payment until May 25th. Then they reversed that in April after I accepted the terms of the agreement in March. I called in the beginning of March and they told me to make a payment and I did. I paid the amount they told me to pay. I called in a few days later to check the status and they approved my extension until May 25th. The end of April they called me and said I owed a payment on April 25th and that I was late. I told them no I wasnt late because the agreement we made was clear that payments start again in May. My husband even recorded the original conversion where we asked for the extension and the what we had to do to get it. We paid amount they told us to pay, they granted the extension and now they want to change it. They now state the agent we talked to was wrong, but that doesnt change the agreement. We went into the agreement in good faith and if their agent made a mistake, thats on the company not us. Im not sure how three agents all said the extension was granted until May 25th, but they are all wrong. They have no legal grounds to change the deal unless we agree to it and we dont. They also owe me funds for bounced checks they caused totaling $175. I sent in a fax twice with proof and they have never paid me for those bounces. They blocked me from making online payments due to NSF charges but all of those charges are due to their agents errors, not mine. They have all that information in their notes and in faxes. So I want this resolved once and for all. They also can respond on here since its my account Im complaining about.

consumer complaint you submitted via the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s
Consumer Response portal on August 18, 2014. 
On September 15, 2014, Flagship also...

received notice of a complaint you
filed with the State of Georgia’s Governor’s Office of Consumer Protection.You indicated in both complaints that on August 7, 2014 you called
Flagship’s Customer Service department and made a final payment over the phone
in the amount of $1,371.71 in full satisfaction of your loan.  As of the time you filed your complaints,
your funding account had not yet reflected a deduction in the amount of your
final payment to Flagship.Unfortunately, due to a clerical error, your payment was not credited
to your Flagship account until August 18, 2014. 
However, Flagship has corrected this issue and re-posted the payment
with an effective date of August, 7, 2014. 
Your account is now completely paid off with a zero balance.  Flagship did not charge your account any late
fees or interest after August 7, 2014. 
Your title was sent to your home address on August 28, 2014.  Because the payment was effective dated
August 7, 2014, no negative entries will appear on your credit reports related
to this situation.        Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may
