I am rejecting this response because:They are an absolute horrible company! They use scare tactics and threats when they don't get their way and they have not been able to provide me with an answer as to what happened with several hundred dollars. I call one day and there's no re off, call the next day it's there then the next day it's gone. Hundreds of dollars in late fees when it's their fault and never will to work with me to straighten this out. If I could turn back the clock I never would have financed with them and will make it my goal in life to let the world know via social media to not do business with these crooks!

We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer by telephone to advise the investigation results. A written response was sent directly to the customer, and we ask that the customer please allow sufficient time for delivery. We ask the customer to contact us directly should there be any additional questions or concerns.

Thanks.I received a call from a man from Flagship Credit Acceptance on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at 10:19 from number ###-###-####. The man was not in the least bit helpful and wanted to defend against waiving the fees and continued to ask questions already addressed in the original complaint. He did not properly research my account prior to calling and indicated he would call me back but this is now Saturday, April 29, 2017, and I have not heard back from him. In addition, a portion of my car payment due to Flagship included the cost for an extended warranty. This warranty ended on April 10, 2017. However, Flagship is still charging me the same $157.00 a month car payment for May and has failed to adjust the amount.

to the customer’s complaint, we have completed a thorough investigation of the customer’s concerns and have responded directly to the customer via correspondence sent by USPS First-Class Mail sent on August 28, 2017.  We respectfully request that the customer allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us directly should there be any additional questions or concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same response I received last time to no avail. It is also April 11th already, and I've received nothing. The last mail I received was over a week past the time I was supposed to receive it. I am filing this complaint because my privacy is the least of my worries, and this is a complete cop out to not deal with the issue I have brought forth. Again, if I was able to communicate with this company, outside of tier 1 level agents who have no answers to my concerns, I would not have filed this complaint to begin with. Now, I am asking for a PUBLIC explanation of this $113.63 charge on EVERY statement I get, listed as a late charge. I want to know WHY it is there even when I am not late. I want to know WHERE this money is going in regards to my principle or interest. I want a full explanation as to why these charges do not go to anything related to paying off my vehicle. I am demanding a PUBLIC explanation of said charges since over 6 months I have had no answers or responses from the higher ups after multiple attempts already.

I am rejecting this response because: We have no account any longer with Flagship Credit Acceptance, so we are not concerned with there being any privacy violations. The rather generic response from Flagship further highlights the type of response we've been receiving over the past 2 months, as we've respectfully asked, begged, and have had to sometimes argue for an effective and timely resolution to our requests. Despite being assured that the issue was being handled and that someone would be contacting us (first by the Supervisors SherryAann and Valerie G, and then by a supervisor within Accounts Payable), we feel we should have a specific course of action laid out by Flagship Acceptance (i.e. - timeframe for resolution).This is a very simple case, with urgent ramifications given the amount of money we have been waiting to receive patiently, and the reason why the money is needed (purchase of a new home; deadline is 2 weeks from today). We're being asked to allow for more time, which is the same response we've basically been receiving since May 16. A supervisor should have simply escalated this issue to a supervisor in Accounts Payable, and that supervisor could simply assign an employee to this case to ensure are refund was issued. We've done the legwork already and supplied Flagship with the checks that they wrongfully cashed, so they have the proof that they requested and need to simply rush our refund to us. They had no right to cash those checks and then make us jump through hoops to receive the monies owed to us. Why are we being inconvenienced continuously when we're the victim? Flagship gets to keep putting our issue on the backburner while we can only check the mailbox everyday to see if our refund has arrived. We just discovered that Corporate Headquarters is located in Irving, TX last night, and are strongly considering simply driving to that location for a resolution. This is not a satisfactory response from Flagship.
