I am rejecting this response because:  I prefer that flagship acceptance send me a written letter to my home address please, I prefer to communicate with flagship acceptance to avoid any futher misunderstandings, all future  communication be in writing only not by email, I request all future communication be in letter form mailed to my home address please do not communication with me by telephone, only communicate n the form of a letter, because of the misunderstandings that have occurred, I reiterate I prefer all communication to be in the form of a letter I will reject emails from flagship acceptance.

This company has horrible customer service and shady business practices. I've been paying $40-$50 more on my car payment every month since March. I made an honest mistake and completely forgot to pay my payment for this month and I'm getting phone calls every single day about it even though I've told multiple people there when the payment will get made. I asked to speak to a Supervisor after someone was extremely rude and demanding I pay TODAY or else they're going to sell my car at an auction. First time I've ever been late...and only 9 days...and they're threatening to take my car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FINANCING.

While Flagship cannot respond publicly to the customer’s allegations out of respect for the customer’s privacy, Flagship does have policies and procedures in place to ensure payments and charges are accurately applied to the customer’s account. This company has allowed someone to use my debit card and make payments on a loan. Without my permission and knowledge I am know missing about $1600 from my bank account. They are telling Sorry they can't do anything about it.

Purchased a vehicle,traded it flagship recieved payment in full,I have Calle numerous for a payoff letter so that I could recieve a refund for the warenty,but they have failed to send it,funny how you get calls if your late on a payment,but they take there sweet time to even send you a simple letter the your in titled too.bad business I will never use them again,so beware.

Revdex.com:Dominique called me the same day that I filled the complaint and apologized for the experience I had trying to get this done. I usually don't have any contact with this company other than paying my bill. She called and said the extension had been put through and everything was taken care of. 
She also let me know that they are going to look into why I was hung-up on/dropped so many times in a row when trying to get something done.
I do appreciate the effort that was put forth in trying to make this right.

Refinanced my auto with them signed up for bill pay like I always have done in the past with all my bills. Check was mailed to Flagship Credit on 9/30/16 and Flagship Credit Cashed the check on 10/11/16 but was receiving phone calls that I was past due on my car payment. After speaking with reps and a supervisor telling them I had the voided check proving that flagship had deposited my check at JPMorhanChase Bank they still argued that they had no record of this. I offered to provide them with a copy of the voided check and they refused, told me there was nothing I could do and that my issue was not going to be resolved today.
