Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I talked to [redacted] myself they said I won. This is even before the resolution becomes available. I don’t know how you guys communicate so easily to withdraw money from my bank account and when I won the case, I am still not getting my money back. Shouldn’t you already see that this is a legit transaction and shouldn’t you just credit us first then you go after [redacted] to get the money back? 
You see the letter that [redacted] said they put the charge back onto [redacted]’s account? 
Also, Are you saying that if I can get letter that says [redacted] already billed the customer, you can get us money back right away? 
I already requested to 4 way conference call before with Square disputes  when I call square disputes but [redacted] (the square dispute team member) refused to do it as he said he’s not allowed to. [redacted] just want to hang up on me all the time. So how am I going to solve this problem? 
If this situation continues like this, how am I going to ever get my money back?

Hi [redacted], I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated with you experience with me up to this point. I think there might be some confusion here. My role at Square is on the sales team(i.e. setting up new businesses with Square), and as a result, don't spend time with existing customers. Existing customers typically work with Square's support team (contact information provided in a previous email). With that said, I was happy to provide a basic hardware quote for your account rather than redirecting you to another team, but all ongoing questions should be directed to Square Support. It's never been a part of Square's policy to offer free chip card readers for our customers, so I apologize for confusion on that front. I just spoke with my manager and confirmed that we will not be able to provide you one for free. If you'd like to purchase a chip card reader, you can do so on our website. Alternatively, if your Square Stand isn't functioning properly, I'd highly recommend speaking to POS Portal for a replacement in your lease program. You can call them at 855-858-1655. The intent of the seller agreement is to avoid illegal and unlawful activity. Nowhere in the language does my account come close to being "high risk", nor did anyone contact the company about what in the submitted information is high risk. As the CEL, I can say for certain there is only normal business being conducted as it has for the past 2 years. Inactivating the account with no notice or explanation is a violation of the sellers agreement which both parties agreed to. Unless Square inc can justify the action they took, they are not upholding the standards of business nor their own terms of agreement. Hiding behind "obligations" to other companies does not give you permission to violate your own seller agreement by interpreting it however you please and by deactivating accounts with no notice or effort to get information from my company. This situation is not close to being rectified.

Your response is clear indication that instead of following the terms of the seller agreement, Square chooses to interpret them how they see necessary without clarification, without explanation and without notification to the user's account. Further, the refusal to provide any other information is evidence that Square is hiding their violation of the seller agreement and choosing to terminate accounts at their discretion. This constitutes clear violation of the terms agreed upon.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Square has failed to provide any reasonable explanation to why they hold the payment. Square has failed to reach out to me as the customer and resolve the issue. Square has not made any attempts to resolve this dispute. Revdex.com please record this complaint as unresolved. I will no longer waste my time with this most incompetent merchant service provider. I am highly dissatisfied with this merchant. They have failed to explain on why grounds the funds are being held. Their claim that I have violated the agreement is false and without bases! I have contacted my costumer and he agreed to resend the payment in a different form. Revdex.com please close this complaint as unresolved and unsatisfied. Square is the worst merchant service provider, I will make sure I will pass this info to all people I deal with.

This is the same copy and pasted generic email that was sent to me over a month ago. I have still not received an explanation or the opportunity to talk to a live representative. Every payment processing company I have dealt with other than Square Inc has been able to always provide support or an explanation into why I would have a sanction against my account. It is completely unacceptable to be contacted by the Revdex.com and not take the time to formulate a response beyond copy and pasting a generic computer generated email. Release my funds and close my account. I would never consider operating my small business with such a questionable organization again anyways.Sincerely,[redacted]

Both the $50 and $10 cash-outs were sent to the card linked with your account at the time of transfer. Square is unable to reverse this transfer on your associate's behalf. You will need to resolve this issue with the associate whose card you linked to your Cashapp account.

Yes, finally a few days ago my missing money suddenly appeared. I will NEVER work with this company again since it was such a pain to even reach someone that would contact me at all about anything.
