I am rejecting this response because: SQARE, INC holds my money for no reason!
 They have to release me the money because I already sent goods to a customer. Or they have to call me and explain the situation !

Square wanted to let you know that Square is releasing held funds associated with your prior usage of Square. These funds will be deposited this evening into the bank account currently linked to your Square account. The funds should be available within one to two business days. If you would like to update your bank account, please log in to your Square Dashboard today. Make sure you have at least $1.00 in your bank account to prevent your bank verification from failing due to insufficient funds. Review this step-by-step guide to learn how to link a new bank account. If the bank account you have linked to Square is closed, and you don’t have a chance to update it before we send the deposit(s), one of two things could happen:If the account has been closed for a long period of time, the funds will likely bounce back to us. Please note that it may take a couple days before the funds return to us. Once we receive the funds, we will automatically deposit them to the new verified bank account you end up linking.If the bank account was recently closed, the bank may keep the account open for some time, specifically for situations like this. I would recommend contacting your bank to see if they have any record of the deposit.Square apologizes that Square held these funds longer than intended. This company has committed financial fraud by not releasing my money into my checking account.  Square has taken their fee per transaction and posted remaining funds to my Square account but will not release my money for 90 days.  This is clearly fraud.  I am giving 5 business days from the date of this response before I file a financial fraud report with the Attorney General's Office.Sincerely,[redacted]

You can return your Square contactless and chip card reader within 30 days of the purchase date. Your order is older, so it would not be able to be returned.

Please refer to the email correspondence between you and Square from 1/11/**. The message states: "I took a look at your account and see that the Square Reader was sent on 12/21/**. It typically takes ** days for the reader to arrive, but it can occasionally take a little bit longer. Since it has now been more than ** days, the reader might have been lost in transit. If you need one immediately, you can purchase a reader at a local retailer. While readers cost $** at retail stores, you'll find a $** redemption code within the packaging, which you can enter at Squareup.com/redeem. Note that you can redeem only one redemption code per Square account. You can also order a new free reader by visiting your online dashboard. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's shipped."

If your available Square balance is less than the disputed amount, the funds are debited from the bank account linked to your Square account. Per Automated Clearing House guidelines, Square is unable to communicate with a bank after three failed attempts to debit a bank account. If we are unable to debit your your bank account after three failed attempts, your Square account and linked bank account will un-link in the attempt to prevent further failed debits from occurring. Communication with your bank will ceased, meaning all debits and deposits will be prevented from being processed. If Square is unable to withhold the disputed funds from your account, a negative balance will reflect on your Square account. You are still able to take payments with Square, but any payments taken will go towards this negative balance. Keep in mind that if the dispute is resolved in your favor, Square will release any payments that were applied to the negative balance caused by the dispute. They will appear as a positive balance on your Square account.

that after reviewing your Square account, Square has returned your account to active status and resumed regular deposits to your linked bank account. Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process. Depending on your bank’s policies, you should see your remaining Square balance in your linked bank account in one to two business days. I have sent multiple refund requests to this person , only to be denied each time. Obviously he wants to steal the money and keep it. 
I make such payments with Paypal regularly and if I do something in error, they are always able to reverse the transaction. There's no reason why Square should not be able to do that ?

I also have emails to substantiate this from your organization where [redacted] has stated that you deducted a chargeback from the $[redacted] that was rung thru on [redacted] and that if I was ok with that she would send it over to your processing department so they could release the balance to me so I do not accept your answer and I will continue to pursue any and all actions including pressing forward with the California State Attorney Generals office to collect the monies that are owed to us. I have read complaint after complaint regarding Square and the same thing they do to others with regards to keeping monies that are owed to merchants. This is nothing but a calculated stall method to defraud merchants of monies that are owed to them.... I do not accept this generic cookie-cutter response from Square. I have retained an attorney and we are preparing the lawsuit. Square has defrauded me of money(s) which are rightfully mine. They have no grounds for holding them. I will be seeking attorney’s fees, court costs, and (3X) the amount of the damages which is allowed in the state of New Jersey. My attorney has reviewed everything and believes wholeheartedly that Square committed an act of consumer fraud against me. If Square releases the $970.77 that is owed to me IMMEDIATELY, I will not proceed with legal action. Otherwise, I have no choice but to see them in court. Their company has caused me an undue hardship and I won’t allow them to hold my funds any longer without serious legal repercussions.
