I placed an order for a pair of sneakers on December ***, order #*** When I search the site for this order, it is no where to be found. I was charged for the item through AfterPay, Order #*** I would like the item and want to know that it is shipped. I have tried to contact Flight Club multiple times over the past several days and have heard nothing back. I just want the item I paid for!

Hello,
I am a reseller and most of the time I just sell to stock x, but this time I wanted 5 pair of my shoes to be sent to flight club to be sold because stock x was not giving me a better deal. I sent my shoes to the address they told me and I did. It got delieved to them on the *** of November and since then only 2 shoes ! has been listed out of 5 ! its been two weeks now, I have emailed them back to back but I keep on getting the same responce saying I should wait 3-5 business days, 2/5 of my shoes has already been listed and it has part 5 business days.

How is this company still in business? I purchased over a $1K in shoes for my sons Christmas present. They took the entire amount of my money but I have only received 1 out of 4 items. There has been zero communication on the status of the order other than "processing". I am not able to call because the phone number is not in service and you get no response via email. Had I done my research prior I would have never given this company a red cent of mine based upon the feedback I've seen with the Revdex.com as well as ***. I would like my money refunded or my items sent ASAP. Unbelievable.

I physically dropped off 3 pairs of shoes at the NY location on Saturday November ***. Only 2 of those pairs were ever listed on my account and both sold already. The three shoes I dropped off were the Adidas Yeezy 350 Cream in size 4 and 9.5 and the Adidas Yeezy 350 Butter in size 7. The shoes that has went missing are the size 9.5 Yeezy cream. I have tried numerous times to contact support to see what happened to my third pair and no one is getting back to me. I received an email that a ticket was opened and that I would receive a follow up within 48 business hours. At this point it is about 10 days later and no one followed up. I tried sending another email and no response. In addition to my continuous emails, I have tried to reach out to Flight Club on multiple social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter. I also tried to email Goat support. The last time I have heard from anyone from Flight Club was 11//2018 (10 days later.) The person who contacted me last is "Serve'" from Flight Club Customer Service. I am extremely disappointed. This is the first time something like this has ever happened and I’ve been selling with Flight Club for years. Flight Club should not run a consignment shop if they are unable to take full responsibility to items that they hold onto.

Flight Club's dominance in the shoe industry has ultimately lead to the small buyer being shorted and even scammed. I sent FC a fair of my brand new Yeezys in hopes of selling them to pay off my college loans. A week after the package was signed for, I received no confirmation email that my package had arrived and emailed customer service about the issue with the tracking number. "Ivy" told me she had pushed my ticket to the front and someone would respond to me "within 48 hours". It has been TWO WEEKS, and the company refuses to respond to my emails/call me. PLEASE HELP

I placed my order on the *** of November for two pairs of shoes my total was over 500. I figured I would try to buy them early because I had to work Thanksgiving weekend plus I wanted to surprise my boyfriend. The shoes have come out and I still don't have mine!!!! I have reached out to customer service multiple times over 7times and I keep getting a automated response and the customer service number no longer works! I've ordered from them once and didn't have this problem but this will be my second and last time buying from them because this is ridiculous!!!! Why pay more money to get shoes early and still can't have them on time. And my order is still processing I am beyond pissed off at this point and I need some answers or my money back!

I dropped off a pair of shoes (716890 669 - sz 14 - sb blazer pink supreme for $410) for consignment at the Los Angeles store location on 9//2018. The shoes were not processed correctly and did not appear in my dashboard. After over a month of email back and forth, Flight Club support emailed me on 11/*/2018 that the shoes had been found and that they would process them to show up in my account within 2-3 days. They have yet to be processed and are not appearing in my account. I have followed up at least 5 times and Flightclub has stopped responding to emails. I want this issue resolved and the shoes or money added into my account ASAP.

I ordered shoes on the website for *** on 10//2018. I contacted flight club because they hadn't taken money out of bank until 10//2018 for a pair of shoes ordered. After deducting money from bank I had contacted flight club several times over a period of weeks as to where the shoe order was. No shipping confirmation or anything. Again I reached out to flight club on November *** when flight club notified me saying the shoes were ordered through an affiliate of theirs named GOAT. I never purchased through GOAT and after checking status of shoe shipment several times I had never been shared that information. I told them to cancel order and return funds, as I have no shoes and no status as to when they would ship. Now, today November , 2018 I still have no refund. I have sent a copy of bank record showing they took money from account and GOAT and Flight Club say they never received payment. The hold on my bank account has became an actual transaction. They are not giving my money back. GOAT is a scam and I didn't know a reputable company like Flight Club was now affiliated with them. They are refusing to give me any contact information to speak with someone on the phone to have this resolved.

I ordered shoes from their website and it has been over 2 weeks now and my shoes still have not even shipped. I emailed them about 3 times and got the same response saying that orders arrive in 1-2 weeks. I asked when can I expect to receive the order but they just said the same thing that orders arrive in 1-2 weeks. That response was not helpful at all because it has been over 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company, over the internet, on November *, 2018.Their website specifically states that items will arrive within 5-10 days. It has now been 15 days, they have taken money out of my account, and my order still says "processing". The phone number on their website is disconnected so I can't speak with anyone and any attempt to email them as to where my order is replied to with the same canned email saying that I will receive an email when my order is shipped.

I DID NOT request my order to be cancelled. At one point early on I said I regretted ordering from them but since they already took my money I wanted the shoes shipped. They then tried to cancel my order to which I replied many times telling them NOT to cancel my order. The support team confirmed that my order would not be cancelled and then I was back in the holding pattern, waiting for them to send my shoes. I received an email yesterday telling me they cancelled my order, even though I specifically requested that they not cancel it. I've attached the email evidence of this exchange and I expect it will suffice in showing that Flight Club is trying to lie their way out of dealing with this complaint. I purchased the shoes and I want them sent out in an expedited manner.

As evidenced by the email string that I sent I never requested a cancellation of the order. I have now received another email from Flight Club stating: "Our records indicate as of Nov *** 2018 the pair of dunk hi sb premier se "premier se" has been deemed no longer in stock". The shoes weren't out of stock until November ***, which is 2 days after I placed my order and 1 day after Flight Club had already withdrawn money from my account, rendering the shoes my property, waiting to be shipped. Flight Club has now either fraudulently charged my card, sold my property to another buyer, or is still lying about the entire situation.
This issue is NOT resolved.

I ordered a pair of shoes at 11/*/18. And I asked to cancel the order at the same day through email. They replied to say I will receive an email for the canceling confirmation. But even today, they still do not cancel my order or send my order. The order is at processing for more one week even I already sent them emails many times , and their site said if they cannot cancel the order, customer can receive the product from 5 to 10 days. But for me, I do not see they cancel or send my shoes even they already charged my bill.

I have been forced to open a case against Flight Club after not having received an update on my consigned pair of sneakers which I requested to be withdrawn from their storage (Stock #***. Their policy is that they will return withdrawn sneakers from their portal within 2-3 business days and it has been over a month (Oct. ) since my initial request (made through the requested portal). I have also emailed them well over 20 times to always receive the generic "this issue has been escalated to our consignment department" without any details on my order.

To make matters worse, this is the third occurrence of similar chaos:
1- They lost my pair of consigned sneakers and assigned a different, cheaper size pair after months of requesting for an update
2- They delayed returning another pair of sneakers for weeks after the initial request

Clearly the company has no organization or accountability and would like to be, at least, refunded the amount of the sneaker.

I listed a pair of Nike Off White Air Max 97's for consignment on 9//18. I have been trying to cancel the listing and withdraw my shoes for over a week, but the "remove listing" button does not allow me to click it to process the cancelation. Associates at the New York store advised me the shoes might be in transit to the warehouse, which is the reason for this. But this was last week. I have been trying to gain access to MY shoes for over a week. I want my shoes made available to me as soon as possible. This company is operating like frauds, especially since they were bought out by a different company called GOAT, but that has nothing to do with me. Customer service does not answer e-mail in a timely manner if AT ALL, and the phone number they used to have does not work anymore. My next step is filing a police report because Flight Club is holding my property hostage while customer service is non existent.

I bought my sister and dad the butter yeezys online. I ordered from them because I'm 100% sure they are authentic. This isn't my first time or last time purchasing from them. I will continue to buy from them. I don't understand why people give them bad reviews(most shipping related), I got the pairs in 3 days.

It is very frustrating and I really hope she did not give away my shoes to charity as I stated 20 minutes after her first messaged that I wanted it sent back to me and waited for her confirmation the next day. It has been over a month now. I want my shoes back or some type of compensation whether it is a monetary or same product.
