I purchased an off white shoe last October *** online, and was supposed to have it shipped to a friend in the US. I was supposed to settle the amount via PayPal, but unfortunately it wouldn't go thru. So, I clicked back and settled the amount via credit card and assumed the details I plugged in earlier was the same. unfortunately, instead of having it shipped to my friend in the US, it picked up my Philippines address. I contacted flight club immediately and asked them to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, based on their system, they cannot amend the shipping address. They would cancel and refund me, and I would have to place the order again. Which I was amenable to. However, the problem now is that they cannot give me a timetable on how long the refund will take place. When I ask them to give me a date, they reply with 'once your order is cancelled you'll receive an email'

The company has a consignment feature where you can send them a pair of shoes and they will sell the shoes on their website and pay you for the sale. On 06//2018, I sent to them a pair of brand new Adidas NMD R1 in grey to sell. I sent them both shoes and the box. On 09//2018 I canceled the sale of these shoes and they were supposed to send me back my shoes and the box. When I received the package, it contained the box and 1 shoe. I sent the company emails on inquiring about this issue and why I only received one shoe on 9//18, 9//18, 10/*/18, 10//18, and 10//18. In every email, I specifically asked for a number to contact management. Every email I sent was responded to with "management is looking into this". It has now been over a month since I first contacted them and there is still no resolution to this issue.

I made a purchase of sneakers that were $400 from Flight Club on October ***, 2018 to be delivered within a time frame of 1-2 weeks. I shop here frequently and my orders are shipped within a few days and out of the processing stage. However here I am on October ***, day 11 of my order and still is in processing. This is also a shoe that is in stock in every store. I reached out to support a few days ago (they no longer have a phone support) and received canned automated responses that were not acknowledging anything I asked. Understanding that the 2 week delivery time frame would be here this Friday, and the order has yet to shipped I addressed my concerns as to why it is still in processing and explained that I ordered these for a vacation that I am leaving for on Friday and have never had this issue before. I requested to drive and pick up the sneakers in the New York store so I could have the shoes that I paid 400 for my vacation. Common sense says that if the order is still being processed and not yet shipped as of October ***, no way it will be here on the *** by the delivery time frame provided. Yet again, another canned response advising me I can no longer pick up in store and they did not acknowledge any of my other concerns. Flight clubs customer service is horrible and no one has been any help... I even wrote on social media!!! I don't know what else to do at this point. It is beyond unfair for the customer to just give our money to them and they go completely dark with no phone support and no live person via email. I JUST WANTED INSIGHTS ON MY ORDER AND NOT CANNED RESPONSES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I just want to pick my shoes up in store before Friday October ***, 2018!

I purchased a pair of shoes for over $1100 on the website after seeing in the FAQ section that domestic orders arrive in 5-10 business days. I received a confirmation email saying I'd get another email after my order shipped, but none came after a full week. I emailed customer service expressing concern that my order would not arrive in time for when I needed it, and received an automated response that domestic orders are received within 1-2 weeks. The representative did not acknowledge my concern about my order arriving late. The next day, my order shipped, and the tracking information said it will arrive 16 days after I purchased it, which renders the shoes absolutely useless to me. Once again, I contacted customer service asking if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation, and received a short response saying there is nothing they can do - no apology that the order is arriving in double the amount of time promised. The "customer service" number on the website does not lead to a live human being, none of the stores have a contact number, and because the person responding to my emails was using automated responses and never acknowledged my concerns, it is now too late to fix the problem. I now have 2 days to find and purchase a replacement pair in order to have them ready on time, so I will be asking for a full refund for my order. I'm appalled at how this business conducts itself.

Last november I had dropped off a pair of shoes at the Los Angeles Flight Club location for consignment. Item #*** . On September *** I requested to withdraw my shoes as they had not sold yet. There is no way to directly speak to anyone at Flight Club-- they only communicate through email. I kept getting generic emails stating my shoes would be shipped out in 1-2 days. But after 2 weeks I emailed demanding someone call me with an ETA. I received a call explaining that they actually sold my shoes at an undisclosed date and mistakenly forgot to ever pay me or update my account to show the shoes sold. I was told I would be paid in 3-5 buisness days. That was September *** Ive not received any money-- and again-- not receiving responses or calls to my emails requesting an ETA for payment. Apparently my shoes are gone-- they wont tell me when they sold, why they never paid me, and when I will be paid. I am prepared to file a police report.

I ordered a pair of expensive new shoes from Flight Club Order#*** and I was sent a pair of used dirty shoes. I followed the request and emailed customer service and sent pictures of the dirty shoes with the tag still on it and the picture of the shoe box. I haven't heard anything back from customer service since I sent the email. This company should not get away with taking people money and not fulfilling the product that was paid for.

I submitted an order for a pair of sneakers on 09//2018 and they have not yet shipped, it is now close to a month since I placed the order. I checked their shipping policy and it states it can take up to 7 business days before an item ships. I'm writing this on 10/*/2018 and they have yet to ship. I reached out twice to Flight Club directly and both times they said they would expedite the issue to the shipping department. I have still not received any further updates, all the website is saying when I look up my order is that it is being processed. I would like to get a definitive answer on when I will be getting my shoes. I am disappointed in how the situation was handled by Flight Club and I would like to get it resolved

I have been seeking a resolution/refund for the failed delivery of an expensive pair of shoes sold on their site, for *over a month*. Flight Club LTD has not asserted adequate effort into the timely resolution of this issue, consistently providing me with conflicting information, and constantly attempting to deflect the blame for the prolonged manner of this issue on ***.

I am making weekly payments for an item that I do not possess.

According to ***, they have been trying to contact the receive to no avail. They have denied the claim for this reason. The customer must contact *** to re-open the claim.

I purchased two pair of shoes 08//2018 from the company I contacted them and advise them I would be sending the items back I sent the items back 09//2018and still have not yet to receive a refund every time I email them they say they can’t find my order

I ordered a pair of Yeezy 500 Utility Blacks on 8/*** for $370.02. Flight Club processed my payment on 8/*** and indicated that the shoes were in transit to a UPS facility on 8/. The shoes have not progressed beyond that point for delivery. Since they do not have a phone number, I have emailed Flight Club 4 or 5 times inquiring where is my purchase. Each time, they indicated that they forwarded my inquiries to their delivery department, which has never responded. Flight Club's website still has the shoe type in stock so I have asked they they send an alternate pair while they work out their delivery issues. They did not oblige. I have most recently stated that I want the shoes or a refund and I've received no response. Their site promises shipment in a reasonable time frame., 5 days or so. It has now been 24 days with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance with this matter.

Made an online purchase from flight club.com for a $400 pair of sneakers. After placing an order I contacted them to find out when I would receive my item I was told an email to to three weeks. I went on vacation to Alaska returned home and received an email from UPS on September that my package was delivered. At that time there was no one home! No one sign for this package! I have contacted flight club three times via email, The last correspondence I received basically stated that the shoes were delivered. I have since tried to contact customer service three additional times with no resolution to my issue.
I have checked with neighbors to see if they have the package or sign for the package while I was away on vacation. They have not. I would either like a credit back to the original form of payment or re-ship me the shoes!

Not even 1 star! I purchased shoes for my son on August 27th week before school started thinking if I pay standarded shipping I would aleast receive it in a week. A week went by and so I emailed them. They said with standard shipping it could take up to two weeks. It is over two weeks and still saying processing even though they already took money out of my credit card account. I don’t play when it comes to my children or even more so the money I spend on them. This web site is a Freud!!! I will never ever tell my family or friends to ever order from this site!!!

You will then receive an email at ***, click the link in that email and you will be redirected to input a new password which will reset your password. Please check your email once again and look for the code sent to you from Flight Club and enter it into the requested area. I purchased a pair of Nike React Element 87 shoes from Flight Club only to receive knock offs. I spent $480 USD on the shoes with $50 USD shipping. When I emailed them to inform them they had sent fakes they simply sent a reply “all sales are final” and copy and pasted their policies. According to their policy it is my fault that they sent fake shoes out to me and it is at my own risk. So basically they can send fake shoes to anyone and we can’t do anything about it. They are a massive business with over 2 million instagram followers. You don’t expect to be scammed by such a business. I would like to receive a real pair or a full refund of the shoes.

I contacted flight club over a week ago when I received my product and the shoes came with to many defects for the price I cannot lose my money like that 539.00 is to much they ask me send pictures and hand written letters to support my claim I did so still nothing from them you only can email them you can’t talk to a live person at any time this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with shoes

I placed an online order on August *, 2018 for a pair of shoes in the amount of $193.18. I received email confirmation of my order which stated that I would receive another email with shipping details and that domestic orders are typically received within 1-2 weeks. I have yet to receive any further information. I have contacted them via email multiple times and get an automated response stating that deliveries are typically received within 1-2 weeks, however it has already been over 3 weeks. Their phone number does not offer an option to speak to someone.

My 17 year old son ordered a pair of sneakers on Aug.,2018 for 400.00 and has never received them. It says on the website that shoes will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days for domestic orders or 1 - 2 weeks for national orders. I have been emailing them daily and the only response we get is that it is processing and that they escalated it to the shipping dept. You cannot talk on the phone to these people, only email response.

Flight Club is a consignment marketplace in which each item is individually owned and priced. Unfortunately, we have sold out of the item at that price and are unable to fulfill the order.

We truly regret any inconvenience.

I requested a consignment sale with flight club and was given a submission number to use and told where to mail my shoe. I mailed them on July *** and they were received by flight club on July ***. I was told they would contact me when my shoes were received and the consignment sale was started, however after a week or so no one reached out to me. For the better part of a month I have been emailing them (since you can’t talk to anyone when you call) and no one has been any help. I’ve been told on three separate occasions that someone would get back to me and that my case was escalated, however no one ever contacts me. The shoes I wanted to consign were brand new and nearly 15 years old, and sell for close to $500. I’ve asked repeatedly for them to mail my shoes back but no one ever gets back to me.

I shipped a number of shoes out to Flight Club New York (FCNY) in one consignment, consisting of 3 boxes.
On arrival, 1 box was listed for sale in a timely manner.
For the next two week the other boxes stayed in processing. After emailing and calling they listed the 2nd of the 3 boxes.
The issue is with the third box. They have not yet listed the contents of the third box and the items still come under 'processing' on my account.

The box arrived and was signed by for 'Swabby' at the FCNY location on /05/2018.

I have tried to contact FCNY close to a hundred times now to get this issue sorted or at least get an answer as to why they have not been listed.

Below is a list of some of the dates I have tried to contact FCNY (i did not recored down the contact dates for the first few weeks).

The majority of my contact attempts resulted in no replies. The ones where I did get a reply were very generic and I was told that "upper management were dealing with it am I just had to wait".

On one of the earlier phone calls where I did manage to talk to a member of customer services, they created a 'case number' for my issue and took the details. This was number is ***.

I have not heard back from FCNY once about any update on this case number.

FCNY has since changed the phone system so there is now no longer any customer service staff to talk to. You can now only email them and 90% of the time not a reply.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their site later to find the order was declined yet my money was taken and still not returned after it stated my money should be released back within days after declined now I have no way to contact them other than by email and I’m out of 300.00.money I want back on my card. I’ve checked my account and see no refund as of yet please help.
