I recently purchased a pair shoes from flight club. The shoes were listed as brand new. After wearing the shoes for an hour they began to fall apart with the soles separating from the shoes. I called flight club and they advised me that since I wore the shoes and removed a tag on the shoes that they would not refund me or allow me to exchange the shoes. Although I understand their policy it is very unrealistic to believe that after wearing a pair shoes for an hour that I caused this damage. After explaining to them that the shoes were defective or were in fact not brand new they advised me that they would not refund me. Thereafter I filed a complaint with my bank and they pursued flight club who told them the same thing. Flight club is insisting that since I wore the shoes for an hour that they will not refund my purchase. My bank advised me to return the shoes to start my claim, which I did and even stated they would help with the claim. Now I have paid Flight Club $255 and not only did I receive damaged merchandise but I returned it and have paid for nothing.

I have been a Flight Club customer for over 2 years. The store sells discontinued sneakers which has made them appealing to me although the prices can be very high. I have spent well over $2000-$3000 purchasing sneakers from them. In my time purchasing sneakers from them I have only ever purchased sneakers listed as brand new. None of those sneakers has ever fallen apart the way these have. The shoes were listed as brand new yet fell apart after wearing for approximately 1 hour. This is unheard of from any shoe even poorly made shoes. I did not alter the shoes, I put them on and got into my car and drove to Jacksonville. These shoes separated while I was sitting completely still and I noticed halfway through my trip. This caused me to have to stop and purchase shoes from a Nike Outlet. I have attached pictures in order to show what the shoes looked like after an hour of wearing while not moving. This business sells new/used shoes. This business advertises whether the shoes being sold will be listed as brand new or used. This is determined by an inspection by their employees. Based on these photos, those shoes were not brand new, which means Flight Club employees either failed to properly inspect the merchandise or lied to pass off the merchandise as new for a financial gain. After my original complaint through my bank, I was advised to return the merchandise which I did. Now not only did Flight Club keep my $255 but I have received nothing for that amount of money. I do not want those shoes back and I am even willing to have this issue resolved with another pair of shoes but to ask me to walk away empty handed is unreasonable as I am sure Flight Club would not allow someone to walk away with their merchandise with counterfeit money being used to pay for it.

Attached you will find photos of proof of shipping. Tracking number is ***. The sneakers were left with an individual named Mario at the front desk. I will reiterate that I will not accept damaged merchandise as a solution to this problem. I paid $255 for the sneakers which were listed as brand new. I have been a loyal customer of Flight Club up to this point and I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I will not accept anything less than a refund of my $255 or a credit to be applied to another purchase.

I recently purchased a pair of sneakers from this company. Immediately after submitting my order I noticed an error in zip code of the shipping address. Within a minute of submitting the order I contacted customer service via e-mail and explained that there was an error and if could be corrected. The first response I received from them I was told that the they could not make the correction to the order, no other solution to the issue, but just that the zip code could not be changed. I replied to that e-mail and asked what my options were since they would not make the correction on the zip code. Each communication lagged and was unclear. It took several e-mail exchanges over 24 hours to get anywhere. And each response was signed by a different employee which I believe is done intentionally because of their unethical business tactics. I was ultimately told that I would have to cancel the order and reorder. Because I was traveling and leaving the country, I placed another order for the same item and sent a request to be refunded because I was led to believe that the cancellation would refund my money. Instead of a refund a received a store credit which I found was unfair because of their lack of communication and professionalism. I decided I'd take the credit instead of fighting for a refund. Based on my experience up that point I knew I would not et anywhere with a dispute directly with them. The store credit states that it is redeemable in store and online. I tried to redeem the credit online and the system is stating that the form of payment is invalid. After a few attempts I was notified the item I wanted to purchase was then sold out. I refuse to deal with this company any longer they are a complete scam. And based on the number of complaints filed against them they should not be allowed to stay in business. I regret not researching them before I gave them my money

According to our records, this order was shipped and delivered using *** tracking number ***. We have created a lost package claim with *** and it is currently under investigation.

On December 3, 2017 I placed an order online (on the company's website FlightClub.com) for ONE pair of shoes (NMD R1 PK Zebra), costing $160 + 10 shipping. I am very obsessive when placing orders online and check and double check my order routinely. After placing the order, I received a confirmation e-mail from them saying that I ordered TWO pairs of the shoes. I DID NOT order two pairs. I contacted them at on December 6, 2017 and spoke with an Irene there (no last name or operator #). She insisted that I ordered two pairs and that all sales are final. I did receive two pairs, in fairness to them, but again, I DID NOT order two pairs. This seems like they are engaging in a fraudulent practice of sending an order e-mail confirmation with inflated quantities to make it look like a customer just made a mistake online and then they conveniently have a no-return policy. That may not be the case, but I would like it investigated.

I purchased sneakers from Flight Club for $651 dollars. My husband wears them casually however the glue at the side of the sneaker has cone undone and the sneaker is falling apart! I reached out to Flight Club to resolve this issue but I was given the run around. I spoke to Brianna who was very condisending and stated maybe I had purchased them used( I did not!)

As stated on our website all sales are final. We are unable to honor any claims once the merchandise has been worn and the Flight Club hang tag has been removed.

This place is a scam! Do not sell your shoes through these people! I recently sold a pair of Yeezy's Frozen Yellow through these people, the shoes sold, & it has been over 2 weeks & the money has not been paid! Their customer service is a joke! They are rude & not very helpful, they always tell me the same thing, which is to email ***, I have emailed several times only to be told that I will be receiving my money in 3-5 days, it has now been over 2 weeks. There is not a phone number to contact the people at Checks that deal with financial, only email, how convenient. When I call customer service, this girl by the name of Porscha answers most of the time & she acts like I am bothering her, she is rude & repeats what seems to be a script, stating that I need to email ***. Nobody has been of any help! At this point I am definitely considering legal action! DO NOT sell your shoes through these people! They are a scam!! And if someone from this company is smart enough, they will contact me to resolve this issue!

I added to my cart (online) a purchase of a pair of shoes that totaled $225.00 plus $5.00 for shipping - $230.00 This total did not change until AFTER I submitted payment for the item. Upon receiving my receipt via email, the receipt stated they charged my debit card $280.00 ($275.00 plus $5.00 for shipping to be exact) I then called customer service to see why they charged an extra $50.00 to my debit card and the woman (Portia) said the price of the shoes must have changed and that this happens all the time. She then said they do not accept returns or refunds. This price change did not occur until after receiving my payment information. I have screen shots of both before and after submitting payment to Flight Club. When asked to "confirm order" of the total $230.00 the changed amount to $280.00 only showed on my receipt. I would not confirmed this order if it showed the amount had changed to an extra $50.00

I filled a complaint a few weeks ago after trying to contact the business multiple times. The company responded on the Revdex.com site asking me to email them the pictures and they never responded back. The complaint with the Revdex.com closed unresolved. This is my second complaint. I purchased a pair of shoes and the price of the shoes increased by 50$ only after submitting my payment. I sent the screen shots of the before and after payment and this business does not respond to any of my emails. I will continue to file claims until this is resolved.
I would like a reimbursement of the additional 50.00$ that the company charged my debit card only after submitting payment.

I ordered a pair of Sneakers and never received the item. You called and cancelled the order and they told me they would cancel the order and resend the sneakers to my address.
After they cancelled the order they placed a NEW order to ship to me. They charged me twice and I have two charges on my credit card for $155.00.
I am still waiting for my refund so I called Flight Club. The rude supervisor told me that they never issue refunds but only gift cards. I told them no one ever told me that. SHe apologized for making the mistake but told me I will not get a refund.

On Oct , 2017; Flight Club mailed out an order I placed with them for a pair of shoes. Their website did have the disclosure of if "Overseas" expect package within 2-3 weeks. After about 2 1/2 weeks, I contacted Flight Club to inform them that I had not received my package yet. At the 3 week mark, I informed them again by email that I hadn't received my package, and that I would like to make the inquire on the steps needed to be refunded for a package that I never received. Flight Club responded with an email asking for information regarding to the order. I provided them with the information requested, and then they responded back with "incorrect" shipping date (Oct , 2017) information and also informed me that a refund would not be granted. Although Japan is nearly a day ahead of the U.S., on the exact day of Nov , 2017, it will be exactly one month since my package was mailed out. Now, I literally just placed an order with a company called *** just last week, and I've already received their products today (Nov *, 2017) to be exact. I've placed numerous orders with various companies while being abroad here in Japan and I've received each order from all the various vendors, excluding "Flight Club". My fear with Flight Club is that, I will may never receive my order, and they will not refund my money. To me, that's very poor customer service. The order cost me a total of $300. Now, I am in no way trying to get over on Flight Club and ask for a refund for a product I received. If I would've received my order, then I would not be going through all of this to possibly get a refund. Since I am also a somewhat obsessive "Sneaker Head", I figured Flight Club would understand a customer who hasn't received a package containing a pair of sneakers within the time limit that "their" company publishes on their website.

Now, Flight Club has “some” additional clause that’s not stated on their website in regards to shipments going to Military Bases. As stated in my first complaint, there has not been “ONE” business that claims due to being on a military shipments may take longer. I feel like Flight Club is trying to buy time an not refund me my money. If a business states 2-3 weeks for a shipment to go overseas then that’s what they should honor. If a customer is informing them that they have not received a package, then suddenly they implement a new clause of an additional 1-2 weeks, that’s poor customer service on their part. A company should not be able to just add a magical time frame to a shipment that is present anywhere on their site in regards to overseas shipments.

Ordered sneakers for my son. It was in processing for a week. I called to cancel and was told I can only get a gift card. No refund. Order was never completed. I was told a manager was going to call me and they never did. I then received an email saying I was receiving a gift card in the mail. I called my credit card up and disputed as well.

bought a pair of authentic new shoes from this company or so I thought. what came was a pair of fake worn shoes. They don't normally do refunds or exchanges but this pair was in such bad condition they refunded me the money back in the form a gift card. not the shipping I paid just the price of the shoes. I had to pay to ship them back for the return. They then upped the price of those shoes and the price of the shipping!!!! Ive made multiple orders from them before and shipping is $5. I try to order the same shoes now after the refund and shipping is $10. when I called they said certain parts of the country are 5 and others are 10. I haven't moved so why all of a sudden is it 10?! I then try ordering the same pair from my phone/ the computer and shipping says only 5!!!!!! they must have flagged my ip address or account o that when I try to order its now a 10 shipping costs!!!!! when I call to ask for a manager there is never one available to talk! huge scam!!!
