Sold 17 pairs of shoes to them, all of them were delivered and stated "Left with individual" on the tracking numbers. 16 of the shoes got listed on the site, 1 pair is somehow missing. They answer 1 email a week and they're telling me to file a complaint with ***. This is not a *** issue.

Placed an order on Monday July *** and it’s now August *** I still haven’t received an email saying it’s been shipped out. I tried to contact customer service and got the same automated message!!! They said for domestic shipping it would take 2-3 weeks!!! It’s been over 3 weeks!!! I need this issue taking care of it it will become a big problem

Once we got out of New York my son took his shoes from the flight club bag and opened the box to find two left shoes. I have email customer service even called and left a message with the Miami flight club. Nothing my cell is+*** and need this issue resolved seeing there is no phone number or human to speak with. I have shoes pics and receipt of purchase

I placed a Order on 07//2019. The order # is ***. All the information was correct in mailing this package however, *** has advised me that this package was delivered to the Wrong Address and they even have the first and last name of the person that signed for it. It was not me and I do not work at this location. I contacted Fight Club and received a response from their representative that advised me to go where it was delivered and confront the person that signed for it.This is not something I am going to do for safety reasons and they should be the ones who reach out to *** to correct the problem My package was not delivered to me and they need to take action with ***. Please see the email response I received from this company advising me to go and confront someone at a different location to try and get my package

I had to physically go and retrieve my Items from a party at a different location than what was on the mailing label. Flight Club did not assist, call or try to help me in anyway. I spent hours on the phone with *** to get the signature and location of my items. And had to go and confront a 6 foot 5 man in order to get them back. The level of concern and help from Flight Club was unexceptionable and I know that had I not been the one to take action I would have been out of $165.00. Bad Business!!!!!! This case may be closed as the end result was for me to get my Items back!!

I ordered a pair of sneakers, after wearing them for 30 minutes the paint started to fall off. I contacted the company and they said they would exchange the sneaker or provide a refund. Their website claims that all of their sneakers are authentic and that is a false claim. They said "all shoes eventually show signs of age".

According to our records, the shoes you ordered were released in 2008 making the shoes 11 years old. Due to the natural occurrences the paint on a shoe has the possibility to dry and chip off. Regrettably, the shoes you purchased are no longer eligible for a return since they have been worn.

We want to assure you that we do not sell, accept, or handle fake product, “grey market” items, or factory variants. We guarantee that everything you purchase from Flight Club is authentic. All sneakers we accept for sale are carefully and thoroughly inspected for condition and authenticity at multiple checkpoints. The consignment team is trained to identify any and all inconsistencies and our policy is to decline items that do not meet our standards. Our fulfillment team re-inspects the sneaker prior to shipment for defects and flaws beyond the normal variations in manufacturing.

[This claim is ridiculous, I have multiple pairs of Jordan 4s that I have purchased from other vendors and not 1 piece of paint has fallen off of the sneakers. I have worn those sneakers for months and nothing has happened like what happened after 30 minutes of wear like what happened with the sneakers purchased from Flight Club. They claim to have a top notch standard, but the product they sent me was awful. They made no attempt to mitigate the situation, their response was essential too bad but we are willing help you sell the sneakers on our secondary market. This is not about the cost of the sneakers, this about the principle. This company is doing business in bad faith and does a disservice to the general public. ]

I have made a previous complaint but nothing has been solved and I did not receive my refund for my package.and I am still yet waiting on them to solve my package. I am very disappointed as have paid a high price ($275)for these shoes which never came. It was not delivered to my address In which I never got my package I ordered from you. I clearly have the correct address on my paypal and have told them prior to the day shipped; my address and my package never showed up. I also, was home the day it was supposed to be shipped but they never rung the door for me to sign my package. If I could please get a refund this would be very much appreciated.

I have emailed flight club my affidavit and they said that they would get back to me within 48 hours at the latest. However, it has been a week now and no one has contacted me back. I am very disappointed in the communication being addressed from them, as they said that they address my problem. I would like to hear back from them as soon as possible. I have contacted the shipping courier (***) multiple times and they have not solved my shoes and that they misdelivered to the wrong address when I clearly gave the right address. It has been almost about 2 weeks when my shoes should have came. If the shoes I ordered do not come then I would like a refund on the purchase I made for the shoes I purchased.

Back in February I got a pair of Travis Scott 1s as a gift from a friend. My friend later on got deployed and well I had stored the pair of Travis Scott 1s. My friend who owns a shop was checking out my shoes and saw that there was so inconsistency’s on them. So I went to StockX to sell them and he was right. StockX said they were fake and they said I should reach out back to flight club. The shoes were never worn, they still have the flight club tag and my friend even gave me the receipt from the original purchase + I have email verification that stock x said they were fake. So I ship the shoes back to flight club and send them the tracking number. Turns out I can’t get the refund or I can’t even get in store credit or I can’t even get a real pair of Travis Scott’s. I don’t think I’m ever going to see my friend again so now I’m here left with out a gift that my friend left me because he said maybe he won’t see me again, or even a refund. The shoes meant so much to me and now I am left with out ANYTHING.

I ordered a pair of shoes online on 6//2019, I contacted flight club 10 days later through email asking where were my shoes , they then emailed me back saying they were sold out of that size and are processing me a refund to the original form of payment . I have not received a refund the order still shows processing.

Order ***8- I have been going back and forth with customer support team emailing regarding my package that was not delivered to the correct address. On 5/*** my package showed as delivered and I contacted the customer service team right away letting them know that the item was not delivered or it was delivered to the incorrect address because I never received it. I was instructed to fill out an affidavit which I did and returned back. I was told it would take 14 days to investigate and that I had to reach back out to get an update - and that an update wouldn’t be provided to me. I then reached back out and had to send multiple emails before someone responded that the claim from *** was denied. I was told that they would be disputing the claim and I need to contact back in 3/5 days. I contacted *** right away and asked them on my behalf to reopen the investigation after doing so I was contacted from *** that they had open up a claim and need documentation from Flight Club to process the claim. I reached out to flighclub and had to send MULTIPLE emails before someone got back to me stating that they had sent over the documentation and I needed to check back in another 3 days. I have been emailing back and forth over and over and at this point this is not getting anywhere. *** has already opened up a claim because my item was never delivered and I need resolution. It is 6/*** today it’s been over a month that I have received a replacement or a refund for shoes that I NEVER received!

The sight said I would receive my shoes in 3 to 7 days it's been 4 days and my order is still processing I ordered the shoe in good faith that they would be here by 6/*** for my vacation it's no way I will get them in the time frame that they gave me if my order is still processing. The 2 pair of shoes was paid for by affirm through financing. Affirm paid flight club but flight club still hasn't shipped my shoes

I went into Flight Club at the NYC location and hand delivered three pairs of shoes to consign. I added all three shoes to my account beforehand and they were in the processing section. After the three boxes were scanned I left. In my account now there is no shoes in the processing section and only one that I brought in was listed. Order number *** I placed an order for a pair of shoes totaling 260.00 USD. The company deducted the funds from my account and my bank as verified this transaction. I have contacted the company a total of 4 times about an order status and there has not been a response. I am concerned that this is a scam/fraud due to the lack of communication from this company.

Dropped shoes off for consignment. Never received a confirmation email. Emailed them about it and have not heard back from anyone. They do a poor job of addressing concerns brought to their attention.

I ordered a product and never received it. A representative informed me that it was sold out when the item isn't and they only want to charge more for the item. Instead of shipping my item at the price that was advertised on their site they decided to lie to me. I still haven't received a refund. This company basically had an interest free loan from me as they had no intention of honoring the original sale.

I ordered a $150 pair of Nikes and you can tell by looking at the shoes that they are knocks off by first glance. I went to their website and it says that all sales are final. Read reviews and seen that other people have had the same issues with receiving knock off shoes and not getting their money back with returns.

DO NOT PROCESS ORDER. I just went on my affirm account to view a recent loan acceptance. After viewing an acceptance, I went to my affirm account to see a process payment for TWO pairs of sneakers without my discretion. I recently lost my job and therefore haven’t been opening any occurring payments. This is fraud. I would like for the order to be CANCELLED before processing. I have contacted affirm and I am in need of the merchant to send in a proof of cancellation and processing. I am contacting the ssn office as well. I did not place this order

I paid $175 plus $10 shipping for fake Jordans and the shipping took forever. They guarantee authentic but these were clearly fake. I’ve worn them once and I could tell the feel was off, as I own a couple of legit Jordan 6s. They are flimsy, parts of the shoe crumbled off, the paint is falling off and the sole is coming off/cracking. I want my money back!

Rest assured, every sneaker is authenticated through a rigorous verification process using data and information accumulated from researching and inspecting the intricacies of authentic pairs.The AIR JORDAN JORDAN OLYMPIC 6 (GS) were released in 2008. Due to the age of the shoes the glue which the manufacturer uses, may naturally weaken which can cause the separation of the sole from the rest of the shoe. Seeing as you have stated that the shoes have been worn, in this case we are not able to honor any return requests. We sincerely regret any inconveniences this has caused.

You keep saying the shoes are authentic but they aren’t! I should not be able to bend the shoe in half. You need to rectify the fact you sold me a fake Jordan! I own real Jordans that are 10+ years so I know how shoes can yellow and glue can wear. I used to work for Footlocker inc for years and collect sneakers. I am not naive to sneakers. The Jordans are fake!!!! I have seen other claims where you have lied about authenticity and condition of shoes. I want my money back! I will send you your fake Jordans back

I should not have to go through my bank. As previously stated, you 100% guarantee authenticity and the shoes are fake! This means as a company you are ok with lying to consumers and taking their money. Fight Club is a fraud! I’ve seen other complaints besides mine where you have sold fakes and lied about conditions of shoes. You know you sold me the shoes. The tag, which I still have, is a way for you to get out of taking responsibility for conning me out of $185. I will continue to demand that you stand by your 100% guarantee and refund my money!
