My son ordered some shoes on March ,2019 and they still say processing on their site and we have emailed them as it specifics to do on their site with no results and order still showing processing. At this point I would like the full $235 back in my account and be done with them.

This company is fake at one point the order say receive then later in day it say order declined. Dont order anything from this company

I filed complaint about a week ago to Revdex.com, they contacted flight club and I still haven’t got my money back to my bank account!

I ordered a pair of shoes on March *** around 11am, realised I made an error in the shipping address, around 11:05 I emailed the store twice, via their Webster form, and directly from my email address to their customer service email. They responded and said they could not modify the order and if to cancel it so I could reorder. I told them to cancel because it was the wrong address. My card was charged, I received no cancellation emails, no refund emails and the charge is on my card. I also received no email about them shipping the order. They just disappeared. I have tried to contact them tirelessly and it was all on vain. They've basically taken my money and vanished. I want a refund ASAP.

I recently placed an order for a pair of Air Jordan Concord 11. After not hearing from them for about 3-4 business days, I see on my tracking page that my order was flat out cancelled. I received 0 notification about this, so when I reached out to ask what happened, I received a vague reply that never answered my question.
After several attempts to get clarity, I continued to receive the following (seemingly automated response):
"You experienced a website malfunction. This order was cancelled because of that and you were refunded.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we appreciate your patience and understanding".
I've inquired repeatedly about the what the malfunction was and why it affected my order. I also inquired as to when I will be refunded. The above response was receive multiple times to differently worded question.

Hello how are you?

I made a purchase off fight clubs website on March *** for shoes for 220$ but the next day I saw my credit card statement and they charged me 349. I did not realize it was showing in US currency the amount of the shoes so I contacted them right away within 24 hours of the purchase to cancel the order. They replied they would have the order cancellation sent off so it can be cancelled and I would recurved a email if cancelation when it’s been complete. it’s been almost a week and I’ve emailed them and they aren’t getting back to me with a response on my order cancellation and they have charged the full amount of my credit card. The order still says processing so there is no way they can’t cancel it? It hasn’t been shipped and they won’t respond to my emails. I cannot afford to pay that amount and I’ve read horrible reviews about them so I think there trying to scam me and not give my money back.

I ordered shoes from them on March . As of March *** the shoes have still not been shipped. I have tried multiple times to email them and all my emails have been returned as "failure to deliver" I have tried 2 different emails on their website. I have also messaged them on their Facebook site and have not received and answer. These shoes are for my son who saved his money and really wanted them. I am beyond disappointed that the order has not shipped and that I cannot reach anyone for customer service.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. On the day I am supposed to receive my package, the company requested that the package be returned to sender. I did not receive any updates or changes to my order from this company. I attempted to reach out with concerns to customer support about my order but I have not yet received a reply. This is the second time I have tried to order from this company and my order was altered. The first time I tried to order something from Flight Club they canceled my order becuase I wanted to change the shipping address. I was refunded so It wasn’t a problem. This time I am very uncomfortable because the lack of communication. I would either like my refund of $380

I purchased shoes for $325.00 from this company and the first time I wore them, the rubber separated from the shoe at the toe area. I almost broke my ankle. I asked to return them as they were defective and the company said they would not refund my money. After reading the reviews I now realize I have been scammed. I hope you can help! They should not be allowed to be in business anymore.

I just received my shoes I ordered off your site and first thing I see if the jordan signs on the tongues are super messed up like there fake. The jordan sign looked pixelated like knockoffs. I feel like I shoukd get a discount cus when I ordered them on the bottom it said new from warehouse nd not conditional like used and b grades do. Im not paying 175 for some messed up shoes when it said they would be new.. Not only is the hordan sign messed up the soles have lil marks on them like they were worn or caught on something.. This is my first time ordering from yall site but I wont be ordering anymore cus I see too many reviews saying yall sell fake shoes nd I feel like I just got played with some knockoffs. Im really looking forward to hearing back about this

I made an online payment to *** purchase shoes on March *** 2019. After several does I became suspicious from not at least receiving shipping details of my order. I tried to track my order on FlightClubs website and I have been in contact via email with FlightClub. Each time they replied back saying it would take 1-2 weeks to "arrive". I emailed them Friday March *** and they stated that the case would be escalated to the shipping department. I have still yet to receive any shipping details and I feel that this is unacceptable for it to take this long to send 1 pair of shoes within the United States.

Below is a message from the FAQ's section of their page.

"Customers can expect their orders to arrive within 5-10 days for domestic addresses and 1-2 weeks for international, military, and PO box addresses."

Flight Club is a sneaker store/consignment store that sells very expensive sneakers. So on December ***, 2018, I went to Flight Club's LA location on Fairfax and dropped off a pair of sneakers - Off-white x Nike Jordan 1 UNC size US11 Men, for consignment. I got a confirmation email that the shoes are listed and I was able to verify this through ***s online dashboard.

Months pass by and the shoes haven't sold yet and on March ***, 2019, I decided to remove the same shoes from consignment because I wanted to sell them locally instead of putting them up on consignment. So, I removed my shoes and I thought by the next day or so I would get a shipping confirmation or at least an update about my shoes, however to my dismay, I have not received my shoes nor have I heard anything about my shoes. I am getting generic emails when I've contacted them and they do not have a phone number that I can contact them with. People that I have spoken to have received their shoes they have removed from consignment in less than a week! This is unacceptable and I am unable to drive out to the store because it is more than an hour away from me

Awhile, I bought shoes online at flight club but they were not my size so I followed the instructions given on the website to mail them back, which I did. The company offered refunds if the shoes were not damaged or worn, the problem was, after I mailed them back for a refund none of my log in information for the website worked, so I did everything to try to fix it. I tried contacting customer support but they don't have much customer support. The main issue I had was when I tried using the "I Forgot my password feature" on the website I never received any emails to reset my password. I emailed multiple times over a span of a couple months and the only reply I get is them telling me to try the " I forgot my password" on a different device. So I did what they recommended and I still receive no email for password resetting. Flight-club also states that when they receive the product back, they will wait for it to be sold and after it is sold they will send an email to my account, I still have never received any emails after I mailed my shoes back which was months ago.'
Since I get no help with my account login from the support and flight club, I cant get any help with the product refund

So I have bought a pair of shoes for a good bit of money then I even paid for overnight shipping it took the money of my debit card then the next day when I look too track my order hoping it was gonna come in that day nope say my order been decline.! So then I gotta nailed them asked them what that was for the keep saying my money was gonna be back into my account in a few days well from then now it’s been a week after then I contacted a couple more times told the same thing then a couple days later I try too contact em again but this time is says there email is no longer available for me too respond too well it looks like I might have been fooled but yep they stop about 230 dollars from me and now I have no shoes ethier what we have was a fool by a popular website!!!! Don’t ever trust flight club

I ordered some air jordan retro 13 (chicago 2017) on March *, 2019. My order is still showing processing. I selected to pay for them using afterpay which they have already deduducted 2 payments from my account and customer service with Fightclub has not even issued a cancelation like I requested on my order since it is still showing Processing and these shoes were supposed to be a birthday present for my son, and his birthday already came and passed and yet no shoes or information from customer service from Flightclub. I don't even have a phone number where I can call all of there customer service stuff is online with automatic responses. I can't even live chat with them. I am very dissapointed with this company and afterpay can't put a hold on the withdrawing of the payments because they say that the company "Flightclub" has to be the ones getting a hold of them and doing that.
