I used to be a consignor at Flight Club. I sent two packages on May ***, one weighing 10lb which contained 3 pairs of shoes, and the other package weighing 31lb containing 13 small sized pairs. Both packages were sent on the same day, and both packages arrived on the same day, on the *** of May at 12:07PM signed by the same warehouse worker. One of the packages has been scanned and was listed for sale the very next day. The other package, containing the 13 pairs has been missing since then. The value of the missing package/pairs is approximately $5500. I reached out to them because I had never waited this long to have my merchandise scanned and listed for sale, this was on Thursday the *** that I sent an email, and they assured me they would have a look and figure out what the delay is in the warehouse very shortly. Since then I have emailed them every day (they are open on weekends) and have gotten no response. It has now been 4 full days with no response as to where my lost merchandise is. I just want what is owed to me or my merchandise back.

I went to purchase a pair of sneakers from this company's website. I used afterpay which is supposed to break the full payment up into 4 payments. That was not the case. They charged me the full amount. There is no number for you to call so you have to email them and their website says that they cannot process cancellations once the order has shipped. I emailed yesterday 5/*** (the same day I put the order in) and did not receive a response. I emailed again this morning 5/*** asking that my order be canceled and I do not hear anything. Minutes later I receive an email saying my order had shipped. I requested my order to be canceled prior to it shipping and they never responded and charged me the full amount.

I bought a Jordan 5 retro shoes through their website ***. When I got the shoes it was breaking down horribly. It was opening up on the sides of both shoes. I never even wore it once because I was afraid it will fall apart and get worse. These shoes are so expensive that I am at a lost on how they managed to keep the stores open when they sell this type of product. Then, looking to it further I found out that they do NOT do returns and exchanges. I’m not sure if I have a chance here to getting my money back but if I don’t I just want to complain about this company who is blatantly deceiving customers on how the products look on the picture compared to what it truly is. These shoes are breaking apart and it is not even worth anything to somebody.

There is no resolution here as the business does not want to work with its customers and blames another business for their faulty products. I cannot believe I spent $250 for a broken shoes and I don’t get any compensation when the product is clearly worth nothing due to broken and irreparable damages. I’m not sure where to go from here but I need help or at least give some type of fine or warning to this business so that they cannot do this thing to someone else again.

Flight Club is a consignment marketplace meaning independent owners provide the items we carry and offer. Unfortunately, since the damage did occur after the sneakers had been delivered for 2 years, this is an issue that is best to be taken up with the manufacturer. We are a middle man service, and our service guarantees that the sneakers will be 100% authentic and in the condition as described upon delivery. We do not make the sneakers, so any issue with the durability or craftsmanship of the sneaker is best to be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

We will be happy to cooperate with Nike and provide any additional information regarding the order as well.

I have been writing email with multiple member of there online services. At first I was getting answers within a day or two, now they have completely stopped responding.

After a few emails from each of there customer service representatives, they would just stop answering.

At first they told me that my shoes were never submitted with them, which is false as every single pair of shoes I have sold through them was handed to an employee of theirs in person.

Than, as per Shalia, my shoes have been sold with them and that my request has gone to upper management since the funds were never transferred over to my account. That was the last answer from Shalia as of 5/*/2019 through emails.
I never heard from them again, even after sending two more emails asking for an update.

I want them to give a real response and to also get the money for my shoes that have been sold.

This issue has been going on since February.

I shipped a pair of Sneakers to fight club In *** California On around 4--2019 I received an email telling me that my sneakers were received and that they were with the consignment team for Authenticity than I day later I received an email telling me that the Authenticity was good to go and that my sneakers were listed on their store and websites to sell everything was looking good till almost a month had pass and I received an email telling me that they were some inconsistencies with my sneaker and that they were getting shipped back to me....so why would they come up with this Lies abouut my sneakers after a month that they been there in their wharehouse and listed

Please note, once a shoe is received it is assigned a unique id, as such the exact shoes which you mailed to us were the exact same shoes which were shipped back to you and are currently in your possession. While we understand that finding out your shoes were returned to you due to quality inconsistency concerns may be disappointing, we are not able to take any additional action since your shoes are in your possession.

I ordered a 740.00 pair of sneakers. I emailed company when I received shipment stating they sent me wrong sneakers and size. I was in contact with them sent over all pictures they have asked still no resolution and now they have blocked my email to give me back my money or send the shoes I originally ordered

I know that we have let you down, and for that, we are very sorry. We are going to take steps to ensure that this situation does not repeat itself. We have provided you with a prepaid return label and once the package has been returned to our warehouse you will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we're unable to send out the shoes you ordered and will have to be re ordered with the refund provided. Flight Club is a consignment marketplace, meaning the sneakers in our inventory are independently owned. We simply don't have the authority to negotiate, trade, or make any alternate arrangements with their property.

Thanks for reaching out and so sorry to hear about your missing package!in order to proceed with a missing package claim, we will require you to fill out an affidavit.

Please fill out the affidavit we sent to you by email and provide the necessary documentation.

To help clarify the affidavit, the “Official ID Type of Recipient” may include a state-issued ID, driver’s license or passport. If you are a minor, please have your guardian fill in their information. The "Official ID Number of Recipient" will be the number associated with the ID. In order to process the claim, the insurance company will need a scanned copy of the ID as well.

The “Printed Name of Witness” may include a friend, family member, spouse, co-worker, etc. Essentially, it can be anyone who can witness your signature for the affidavit. We will need the signature of the witness where it reads “Signature of Witness.”

Once returned completed, the process can take up to 14 days as the insurance company will conduct a thorough investigation with the shipping courier and possibly your local law enforcement. Please send the affidavit and scanned ID copy back to us within a week, so we can forward it to the insurance company for review.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for 450.00 they then told me the day that they were supposed to be shipped that they did not have them in stock, which is fine. I was then told that the money would be in my pending transactions until my bank was able to put it back into my account. To optimize the processing speed and order accuracy we use a third party verification system that automatically approves or declines web order transactions for us. The verification system does not provide us with specific information as to why they declined a transaction. Although they verify all the information you submitted on our website, which includes, but not limited to, Cardholder and Recipient’s name, Card’s billing address, Email address, Telephone number, IP Address (Internet Protocol Address), etc.

Since this amount was never removed, it should fall off of your statement. That said, depending on the bank, it can take up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) for the amount to be released.

I ordered a pair of Nike air huarache run ultra triple black sneakers size 9.5 from flight club.com for $115.00
on May 2019. I got the sneakers on May *** 2019 delivered to my home from ups. Upon opening the package and looking at the sneakers I knew immediately that they were fake. They are not real Nikes and I am very upset. I bought the shoes thru a company called afterpay that allowed me to finance the sneakers in 4 payments. It's not fair that I should have to continue to make payments every two weeks and the sneakers are worthless.

There was a purchase made on Flight Club using my card WITHOUT my authorization by someone else and I proceeded to cancel the item by emailing their "24/7" support email. I emailed them within minutes of the ACCIDENTAL purchase around THREE different times that Saturday night. I followed their guidelines with the emails and waited for them to cancel my order and receive my money back but they proceeded to send me an email Monday morning telling me that my item has shipped. I then got an email from their "24/7" support stating that it was too late to cancel my item and that it had already shipped. If their service is indeed "24/7", why did they not acknowledge my email and cancel the item before shipment. The item was ACCIDENTALLY bought Saturday night and through Sunday to Monday my emails were not acknowledged by their customer service as they said it should.

I ordered sneakers for my daughter from this company. They continue to send me fake tracking number, there is no way to call them. I have emailed them 10 times and still have no sneakers or information. The sneakers were $165.
