I booked a direct flight in April 2020 from Philadelphia to Denver for Sept 25 through Flighthub and they put me with American Airlines. On Sept 25 I found out that my direct flight was cancelled because American Airlines stopped doing direct flights. I found this out after calling American Airlines theirselves. They stated they stopped doing this in August and that Flighthub should have notified me. I NEVER received a email from Flighthub because if I did I would have changed my flight. The day I went to fly out I looked up my iteneriary and Flighthub still sent me the original one I had from them. If I wouldn’t have called the airline itself we would have got on the wrong flight. I had to rebook my way home for another airline due to it being a direct flight. I would like to speak to someone to have them resolve this for me. I don’t think it’s right that I never got contacted about the change in my flight.

Requested a refund before our flight May 13th-18th, they submitted it May 22nd and stated will not get a refund or they will give us an update 6-8 weeks. We've called numerous times while they gave us the run around to than state its the airlines. Contacted the airlines they had no notification of our request, We just want our money back. They did not even offer credit. I want this nightmare over with

Justfly.com charged me $70 for cancelling my flight because of Covid 19. My return flight home was already cancelled by the airline. When I tried to call the automated voice told me that they are only taking calls for people who's flights are taking off within 72 hours and then they ended the call. There is no one you can talk to about this.

Flight Hub booked us on Alaska Airlines flight 582 to Seattle, WA. We (my self, my wife and 2 grandchildren) arrived at the Alaska counter at Dulles Airport at 3:30 pm for a 5 pm flight. Josephine an Alaska Air clerk said "THAT FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR WEEKS, EVEN BEFORE YOU BOOKED THE FLIGHT WITH FLIGHTHUB IT WAS NON EXISTENT.
I called FlightHub and spoke with a Margo who wanted to upcharge me $35 per person to search for another flight.
I asked to speak with a supervisory and I was transferred to Bruce who once again took no responsibility for his company booking us through a bogus reservation with Alaska Airlines, He then admitted that he was not a supervisor and did not have the authority to help us unless we paid additional money. I asked when I could speak with a supervisor and I was told (quote)"We do not have a time where you can speak with a supervisor." I asked for the shift hours of a supervisor and he told me that he could not give me that information. A true holiday heartbreak

A company of thieves. Unable to deliver a service twice, they are holding $1400 of my money and they refuse to refund it.

Terrible. Charged extra to cancel flights during covid when government mandates meant that I would not be allowed into my destination. The airlines offered to do it for free but flighthub insist on making money for the change. Trying to take advantage of a pandemic is a really disgusting thing to do. I'm out money as I only get a travel credit from the airline, the airline is out money as I cancelled my flight, and somehow flighthub is making money through all this? Just unethical. I know of other travel companies that did the change for free. Just saying.

Really sorry I used these people wished I’d read these reviews, I had a flight to Vancouver then COVID-19 hit Canada got closed but Just fly wouldn’t refund my money now just offered flight credit now they won’t let me use it. Please don’t use these people

I was told would get a refund when I booked the flights if it was canceled due to Covid. My cruise was canceled so I called to get a refund. It was not only not true they would only give me a credit AND charger $135 when I go to rebook the flight! Unbelievable that a company would take advantage of people right now!!

The worst customer service ever with the online flight ticket agency. Flighthub is a money thirsty company will make you cry. They will charge you an unfair amounts of money which does not even make sense. Please stay away from these scammers. I think Canadian transportation should take legal action against them.

We booked a flight for my husband to go to Europe to see his dying aunt. The airline canceled the flight and I was told that it would be 18 weeks before we received a refund of the $1500 after they charge us a processing fee. 18 weeks???!?!?!??! We still have to book a new flight for him so now we are down $3000 and who knows when we will get the money back. Never again will I book with an online agency like this. How can they take the money in an instant and yet take 4 1/2 months to give it back?

I booked a flight to London for May 2020 through Justfly via Norwegian Air. When the flight was cancelled due to COVID-19, I tried several times to get a hold of a Justfly rep, and ultimately was told through automated message that they can't do anything for me regarding a refund.

I contacted Norwegian directly and received email confirmation they were refunding me 100%. After a month of no refund received, I called Justfly and they had no information about that refund, and then said since 'Norwegian said they'd refund it' that they will now process a refund but charge me $35 per ticket to process said refund. They charged me $70 (2 tickets) just to 'process' it.

Absolute scammers.

I received a travel credit due to COVID 19, I decided to use it by booking another flight with them. Trying to change the flight to other dates was a challenge because every time that I called, each agent told me a different thing. Finally, after calling non-stop, an agent was able to secure my new flight and I paid the difference ($87) of the flight/date change. Two weeks go by and I didn't get any confirmation e-mail (During that time I was calling them every single day and the agents told me that everything was ok, that the e-mail usually takes a long time to be sent and my flight was already confirmed). Today 2 weeks later, another agent calls me telling me that there was a price increase and they couldn't reserve the price for me, 2 weeks after my original call where I paid directly on the phone with the agent. Now, to secure my ticket I have to pay double the original amount and they were not able to give me a solid answer of why everyone kept telling me that my flight was confirmed when it really wasn't. They have no shame whatsoever, when possible, avoid using JustFly.com, definitely, this was my last time using their service. If I could give them 0 starts, I would gladly do so.

I spoke with 3 different people and they said they are working on my request to change my flight dates. I called back again the 4th day to confirm and the guy tells me that he can't see anything on my account. The 3 agents didn't do a thing for me. They have the call recordings, notes, but nothing can be done now. I asked for a supervisor, there was none. He asked me to pay 200$ instead of 23$ for the change if not he can't do anything for me.

After an hour on the line with him, I decided to change my dates again, and then I paid 31$ more. For escalation and to talk with a supervisor, he said to call back and ask for a supervisor. If not, send an email.

Totally disgusted with this experience. I would never book any flight with this company and they are a total waste of time. I spoke with each agent for nearly 1 hour and the 4th agent could finally submit my request. Bravo to you Flighthub with unqualified and stupid workers who don't do their jobs.

Never book with FLightHub!

I booked a ticket through this site and "AIRLINE CANCEL" one of my connection flight to Singapore since it denied entry so I have to cancel my trips, JustFLY.com charge me $70 for cancellation even though it's not my choice to cancel this trip! So if you book a flight and they decide not to fly you are still have to pay a fees to get a refund??? what kind of logic is that? So ridiculous!!! NEVER NEVER book any ticket from this site again! STAY AWAY!

Flighthub offered me a travel credit due to the cancellation of my flight from Manila to Edmonton. However, the travel credit has a lot of limitations like you should book a flight with exact lay over destination which non sense because my destination is still the same (Edmonton) but I just want to change my layover instead in San Francisco, I want to have my stop over in Vancouver. But since they cannot find an exact routes they will advise you just to wait since you have one year validity of the credit. But I need to go back to Edmonton because I have a job waiting for me otherwise I will be terminated. I just decided to ask for a refund, I phoned them three times and I've waited for an hour just for them to compute manually my partial refund. After my three attempts they told me they are going to charge me $35 for handling fee. I bought my ticket for $1,200 + and I will be getting $500+. I would suggest never use their business for future flight booking. They don't have compassion and idea of providing customer service.

After calling Justfly, they refused to issue a refund because they said the airline took control of the booking. I called the representative from just fly and called etihad at the same time. The etihad rep said that I am eligible for a refund and that just fly has to call their sales rep line which is only available to travel agents. After continuous lies from the just fly rep, she admitted she will not call the sales line because they charge a fee. It’s been over 2 months since my flight was cancelled and I still have not been issued a refund.
