I was given one price online, hit the "select" button, was given a higher price, called and was told that prices can change anytime, even after hitting the select button. The price was still decent, so I put in my credit card information and THEY CHARGED ME A HIGHER PRICE STILL. I called immediately to complain and was told that that is there policy. That must be illegal! I don't have time to fight this right now, but it cost me $400.

As discussed with our customer care representative, we have reviewed the file and apologize for the inconvenience. As previously explained, all prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice. This is well mentioned on Terms and Conditions page.
As we understand the frustration that this has caused you, the review page before confirming a booking is there to ensure all information entered is correct and as a matter of fact the updated prices (of $595.40 per adult and $492.64 per child) were well displayed on the review page before the payment was submitted.
In addition, our records show that the passenger was offered to void the transaction the same day, but declined.
There is no further action we can provide, therefore we consider the file resolved.

I had a terrible experience with JustFly. Our flight ended up being an hour later than it was confirmed as which meant that we missed our connection and had to be put on a later flight. When I called JustFly I was put on hold interminably and I got so sick of it that I just hung up. Interestingly someone did call me back after I had messaged Facebook but he was entirely unhelpful to the situation. I will never book with JustFly again
