Horrible non existent customer service. Have been calling them for two weeks now trying to get a problem fixed, just got off phone with them, was on hold for just shy of three hours and did not even get to speak to a supervisor as requested. Terrible terrible terrible, customer service, my problem still not fixed.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer Service is awful. I purchased a ticket on behalf of someone else which turned out to be a scam and fraud and they do nothing. I think they purposely mislead people and direct purchase of bogus insurance just to make money. I can't believe they are allowed to operate and I am reporting them to any and all agencies and on social media. Have already contacted the Canadian Transportation Agency and gone on twitter.
Extremely disappointed and out $2000 for absolutely nothing.

Thank you for your review! Upon reviewing the booking, we can confirm that you called our service department to cancel the reservation due to visa rejection. Unfortunately, in case of cancellation, the ticket is non-refundable as per the airline fare rules. FlightHub is an online travel agency acting as the intermediary between the airline service provider and the consumer, we are bound by ticket rules just as the consumer is. I got a round ticket from Canada to Tehran. When I was in Tehran, the tragic plane crash happened and as a result my return flight was cancelled. I think I called FlightHub at least 4 to 5 times trying to explain the situation. Everyone in the world knew about the situation except their customer service!! I had to go over the details with them every single time and they asked me to call a day later. Last time, after begging someone to Google it on the news and contact the Austrian Airlines, she confirmed that I am telling the truth and told me that she would connect me to someone else and then my call got disconnected!
I again call them and go over the details with someone else who even refused contact the airline. Finally after asking her multiple times, she told me she would connect me to her supervisor. After being on hold for about 50 minutes, she said no manager/supervisor was available and she asked for my phone number and promised me that they would call me, and no one called me.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate service considering my situation being stuck in Iran.

What a scam company, had a flight booked and was unable to fly due to a medical reason. Justfly was notified 2 weeks before the flight and still denied the refund. I will pay more with someone else from now on.

Unfortunately & to our huge frustration, we tried to book a return flight to Portugal, Mar. 17 - Apr. 2, when an extra charge of almost $500, with MANULIFE appeared, we tried to avoid & delete but couldn't? We phoned the 1-800- help line, FLIGHT HUB only to receive an operator who had difficulty understanding & unable to explain the extra cost & concerns & to rectify.

We finally gave up & will book with another airline.

VERY SHADY BUSINESS. THEY TRIED TO CANCEL MY TICKET 2 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIP AND ASKED ME TO REBOOK

Scam! Your business’s name is scam. You gave us a date and time for a flight and once we got to the airport they said flight has gone few hours ago!!!! We had a 14 hours flight and we had to change the airport in Washington DC and now we’re stuck and your customer service department is awful and helpless. You’d better close this fraudulent business right away. No star is what you deserve.

I am frustrated and irritated for the information I was provided by the FlightHub, and the no solution to my complaint.

On September 29th, 2020, I purchased two airplane tickets with the itinerary from Toronto to Mexico, round trip. When I bought the ticket online using FlightHub, it was offered that under the price the check-in luggage, it was included in the price. So I was thrilled and surprised that it was included. However, I paid the charges, and I received the email confirmation about my flight. Everything seems to be okay. I remember reading the email only for the booking flight and that's it. I couldn't see more information because the flight got scheduled for January 16, 2020.

Today, January 11, 2020, at six days before my flight I called Interjet (the airline) to check the details of the luggage because I couldn’t find any details in my email from FlightHub, so Interjet told me that my flight doesn’t allow me to carry any check-in luggage, I complaint stating that I purchased it from FlightHub and it was on the charges. After 4.5 hrs on the phone with Interject, I didn’t get anywhere. I ended up being frustrated because they keep on putting me on hold for hours, so I got tired and agitated. I called back to FlightHub trying to get an answer from them stating that what their website says that the luggage got included in the price, and I found out that I got offered something else which now I have to pay extra for my luggage.

I spoke for 3 hrs with many representatives in FlightHub, and the first agent told me – I quote – “ Based on your ticket and our notes Mr. Cortes, I can tell that we have that your luggage was included and shouldn’t get charged.” I demanded to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor reiterated the last agent’s notes, but he now asked me for the email I received as proof. The confirmation email I received from them doesn’t state anything about the luggage, only directs me on a link to Interject and the link doesn’t have any luggage details on their Interject website. So I am back to square one.

After I spoke with the supervisor in FlightHub, I demanded to speak with the office of the President. The supervisor refused to provide me with the information and pushed me to talk with his manager. I didn’t want to accept because I wanted to escalate my complaint to the president of FlightHub and the supervisor refused to find that information or to transfer me. He pushed me again to speak with his manager. I accepted.

I spoke with the manager, and she agreed that it was possible that what it got offered to me was on their FlightHub page, but most likely, it was a glitch because they do not provide luggage charges on behalf of their airlines. I mentioned to her that if it was read by her agent one hour before and if it was in my notes why she couldn’t granted. The manager said that if I didn’t have proof like a screenshot of the page when I purchase the flight, then it couldn’t be given.

I am a Canadian citizen, as well as Mexican. I flight every year to Mexico or any other country, and I always purchase the airline tickets, including the check-in luggage. I will never go to see my family with a small carry on luggage and no having a gift for my nephews and siblings.

If you can see Sophia, I am another frustrated client with no solution and got into their lying games of misleading clients to pay for something that it wasn’t going to get granted.

Ps. It is 7:00 pm, and I finally called back to Interject and ask them for the luggage charges, and I have to pay US$110.00 = CND $150.00

I purchased a International flight fare from flighthub, I made a mistake mixing Am and PM arrivals, I called the flighthub customer service and asked to speak with supervisor .After an hour on hold , I explained to her the mistake I made (but choosing a long connections time in Bole international airport instead of very short connections , I added it's much cheaper if chose my connection flight.
The supervisor had no interest in looking into the complain, she added these are our rules I can't do anything.

I asked her to try to correct the error, try to contact the airline to see if your consumer deserve a little bit of consideration.

She refused to escalate the issue .

Bad customer service.

I had entered my info., which was for a flight from Boston to San Jose Costa Rica
Justfly came back with a ticket to San Jose for a really cheap price of $300.
Later, I noticed that the ticket they had reserved for me was for a flight to San Jose California
It had only been 3 days, but that turned out to be 2 days too long. JustFly did not offer an apology, much less a refund.
A few weeks later on I tried an experiment, and put in the info. for a flight to Costa Rica, and sure enough, they 'correct' the CR and make it CA. Apparently they don't fly to Costa Rica, and their computer automatically books it for a place that they do fly. There is usually a good reason for a really cheap ticket. Somebody has to the piper! Beware of Just Fly Be forewarned

Hey there. Do not use JustFly the are terrible customer service is the worse I ever experienced. They change my fly so that makes impossible for me to get on the connecting fly. I booked two months ago and a week before my fly they told me that my departing time is changed. So I’ve been talking and been set on hold for more than two hours for eight days and they told me that I have to wait another 12 hours two days befor my travel date. So I got so mad and worried that I booked with a different company. Stay aware do not use JustFly. It happens two times to me with them. Will never ever buy with them

Just Fly could be a fine for booking airfare; however, be warned that when I booking travel insurance, they quoted a price, after the booking is completed and paid for by credit card, an email was sent out that I needed to contact them regarding the travel insurance. The price quoted was NOT what I had to pay, they increased the price AFTER the credit card was processed. I had to call back and pay more money in order to complete the booking. When I asked for a supervisor, I was placed on hold for over close to an hour. Not good customer service or pricing. Do Not Use them!!

I bought 3 tickets from LAX to big mammoth today. I marked departure date as December 31st . When I submit the payment I noticed the date has changed to another day ( December 30th) for departure. I tried to stop payment but I could not. Then, I tried to cancel booking , it kept saying the payment is in process so it did not allow me. I called the costumer service , while waiting payment processed. I talked to customer agent about change of the date. Agent told me she can not change the date but I need to cancel the payment , so asked me to pay 225 $. I canceled my ticket and paid 225 $. Everything happened in 10 minutes. This is unacceptable , I tried to cancel my ticket when the payment has been in process . The agent suggested me to cancel the ticket from her end because she added sometimes it does not go through??? .As if the whole web side designed to trap the people to purchase the ticket if they make any mistake keep the money down. I never ever complained about any agency . I have bought tickets from many other agencies, and sometime mistakes can happen. However never had any problem to correct the issues. The first time I did buy tickets from JUSTFLY But I learned my lesson today . I will no longer use this agency. ,However this company should be flagged for misconduct so others don't fall into their trap . By the way one star is too much.

Can I give them 0 Stars? Never use JustFly, not if you want your flight needs accommodated. They fail to follow up on their commitments. Right now as I write this, I am on hold for over an hour listening to the most annoying music ever as I have been passed up the line to a manager who finally says she is calling the airlines... Let's see what happens. Back story: For two months now, I have been trying to change a flight change that was initiated by the airlines. When I spoke with the airlines, they say they cannot reissue the ticket, that there were seats available on the flight we need but the ticket has to be reissued by the ticketing agent, JustFly. I have been calling and calling and calling Just Fly, always encountering excessive hold times, and then receiving the excuse that they have "emailed" the airlines and that I will receive a response within three days.... but those responses never arrive! They say they have been emailing the airlines every two days! HA! When I speak with the airlines, they say all Just Fly has to do is to call. JustFly claims they are not allowed to call they airlines. So, when I asked for a refund, they said, "Fine... it will just take 6 - 8 weeks for that refund to process." Sure. With their track record, how can I trust that I will ever see this refund? I dread the day that I ever saw them listed on Kayak! Why is agency still in existence? It took threatening to go the Revdex.com before I reached this "manager". UPDATE: The manager just came back and reportedly she called the airlines … and now they are waiting to receive an emailed approval for the change. But, she says we should not worry because there is still almost a month before our flight! Unbelievable. Justfly? Its more like "JustRun...Away... as fast as possible". And shame on Kayak for even allowing Justfly on their site!

IT IS A FEDERAL LAW OF THE UNITED STATES THAT YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO CANCEL ANY FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY, AND YOU ARE TO BE GIVEN A FULL REFUND. IF THIS COMPANY IS NOT ALLOWING THAT, THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW.

FlightHub is an awful company to deal with. I booked a flight for my son which they confirmed was available and booked it on my credit card. They later sent me an email to notify me my booking was cancelled. No mention of refund. I went online and located my booking where is then said a refund will be processed but will take up to 30 days!
I called them and they would not speak to me as I was not the passenger. I booked this with my CC for a surprise for my son and they wanted him to get on the phone and deal with the possible refund. They kept repeating the same line about their security requires them to only speak to the passenger. They would only listen when I yelled and insisted they get a manger on the phone with me... the manager repeated the same line over and over. I could not get anywhere with them.
I called my CC company and reported this issue - they understand this is a scam.
Do NOT use FlightHub. Ever.

Please stay away and book your reservations directly with the airline.

This company took my $450.00. When I tried to make changes to my flight they wanted to charge $350.00 to change the flight and charge the difference in flight fee.

That’s ridiculous! To change your reservation with the airlines is $150.00 and the difference in flight price.
STAY AWAY!!!

Also I waited on the line for over 20 minutes and a manager never came to the phone.

Also JustFly blamed Jet Blue and said they were the ones charging the $350.00

Had to phone them about 12 separate times over the span of 1.5 months - my flight changed but they would not call the airline on my behalf to confirm the changes and move the process along. It turned out my flight was not booked Flight Hub to Air Canada, it was Flight Hub to Voyages A La Carte to Air Canada Vacations to Air Canada - and I had to call all of them and try to get any combination of these 4 entities to talk to eachother to change my booking.
When Flighthub finally put the changes through (a month after I'd first called them about it), they proceeded to email me daily (DAILY) with the alert that "my itinerary has changed", and to contact the airline directly. I contacted Air Canada and they said no further changes were happening, certainly not every day, but that they were "well aware" of such nightmare bookings through Flighthub/ Justfly.
Which reminds me, when Flighthub would call me, it would show up as JustFly, and when I'd call them back, the person would say I'd called JustFly, the two companies had "nothing to do with eachother" and that they weren't out of the same call center or anything. The inability for anyone in either company (which ARE affiliated by the way) to give me a straight answer on absolutely anything during this whole process was so scarily difficult. Will never use them again. Ever.

This company is a scam, they show you flights at one price and every time you inout your CC info and are ready to book, they increase their prices by $200 at least each way. It happens on every occasion. I have screen shots to prove their little scam game.
