I ordered two tickets from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in May,2019 At that time; the unit price of the ticket was more than $80 each, and the total price of the two tickets was $208. However, the final charge on my credit card bill exceeded this total.
First I voted, I didn't ask for any service, but they added me my baggage service fee, I don't Know what baggage service for me? Second, when I asked for a refund, they said that they would almost 1/3 fee.
I called the customer service twice, and they all had various reasons and explanations to explain.
Third, they have not collected the baggage service fee.
When I checked in the baggage at the airport, the airport also charged my baggage.
In short; this site gave me too much untrustworthy feeling.

I had to cancel my flight. I called the justfly*** customer service. The customer rep said that she took care of the cancellation, and I should get refund in 6 - 8 weeks. To check the status of the refund I called the company back the new customer service rep said she didn't have a record of that conversation in their system. The ticket did not get refunded. It is a $*** company.
Buy your tickets directly from the airline. Do not waste your money on these mediator scammers.

Is there a minus rating ? I would give them -10 for misleading advertising and charging fees for services that dont exist! Example seat booking. While promise to get u seating u specify when you call they say u have to call airlinve. Their codes never match to reservation codes of the airlines unless you call them. Who has time? So seat assignment fees and luggage fee promises are false as at the end you have to pay extra. Plus process is very timeconsuming since they shuffle you from one rep to the other if you are lucky to actually get a live person on the phone. My recommendation don't every use these jokers unless u r student or have infinite time to spend on the phone, they are one step from complete fraud. FYI - *** system makes you to give at least one start which I don't agree with but this is as close to the bottom as it can be.

667 reviews, one star. If I could, I would give them a brown star. Their website clearly states "24 hour cancellation" with no caveats. After purchasing my aifare I noticed the return flight had been changed with a 34 hour return time. Ten minutes after purchasing I tried to cancel and their websoite makes it impossible. I called and they charged me $40 to cancel (I had purchsed the cancellation insurance for the trip or it would have been $150 they said!). The full charge is STILL on my CC after 6 days. These folks need a class action lawsuit. SHENNANIGANS!!!

The flight ticket prices are cheaper than most and very reasonable. However, my NEGATIVE Review is regarding their Cancellation/Edit/Modify Charges/Fees! Once you book a ticket and you want to 'edit' or 'modify' your booking, it won't allow you to add or change your name! You must cancel for a fee of $75.00 and then re-book! The policy also notes that within 4--24 hours of making a booking, you can get a full refund for any cancellation. So, what is actually correct and considered?!?! If you call Customer Service, they will pleasantly "try" to modify your reservation, but after 2-5 minutes, they will calmly say that they cannot do anything and MUST charge a fee of $75.00!!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Comparing this to other travel agencies or airlines, this is by far a way to scam people of their money! For what???? If you can't edit your flight information or passenger information within 24 hours for NO charge, then what's the point of having that policy? There is a button/link to 'Edit Passenger Information.' But doesn't ALLOW you to do much. Won't do business with this agency again and nobody else should, either. 2 stars for the prices, but nothing else. Customer Service is a '0'!

Terrible service , even worse customer service. Ended up spending $2400 to change my wife’s last name which was wrong on the ticket after I was told it would be $350. Long phone hold times and poor customer service with people who can barely speak clear English. NEVER will use again

What someone else mentioned is exactly true...they manipulate their website so that you make a mistake and then charge you for that. When booking a trip that had specific dates (for a friend's wedding), they showed me a flight on the day of the wedding instead with a lower rate and had in small print that it was a different date. By the time I realized the error I had already purchased the tickets, and their website said that the tickets were non-refundable and non-changeable. Then I tried to reach out to them right away to change the flight - both a call and on *** and they NEVER got back to me. Once I called and actually got someone a few days later, they told me I was no longer in the 24 hour window and it couldn't be changed now....and they really didn't seem to care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Worst customer service ; I was specifically told that the business money was more important than the customer . She was the rudest "supervisor " her name was

I booked a flight for my daughter and her fiance for their honeymoon gift. However, when I put in the billing information the computer switched my future-son-in-laws name to my name! When I selected their seats it had the correct name listed, but after I booked the itinerary had my name instead of his! So I called the customer service number and was told that they cannot fix the name but they could cancel the booking and then I could rebook the flight. However, it would cost me a cancellation fee. I told the gentleman that I should not be charged a cancellation fee when I entered the data correctly and their computer software changed the name when I put in the billing information. He stated that from their side the information showing is what I entered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a LONG wait, he returned and told me that the supervisor was willing to give me half off of the cancellation fee. So I had to pay to cancel the flight that THEIR software messed up the name for. This is unacceptable practice!

Confusing information about the baggage fees. I booked my flights to go to Europe for 3 weeks. The flight I booked is shown on the JustFl*** site as economy, but when I pulled the booking on the airline website it is shown as economy light- which means I have to pay additional $120 in baggage fees for checking 1 bag. JustFl*** has a disclaimer that there are not responsible for baggage fees. That would be fine if actually they were showing that the booking is for economy light. However by artificially showing the lower price on the website they prevent customer from apple to apple comparison with the prices published by airlines.

I booked a flight and cancelled it with the airline 3-5 hours after the purchase. I was given a cancellation number for my records.
I have not received my refund. I called the airline and they advised me to call justfly. When I called them, they said that my reservation was processed by their affiliate. This affiliate is called gdx. I asked for their contact information. They only gave me the name of their website (***). When I said I needed their phone number, the agent refused to give it to me. I checked the website; they are located in Colombia and there is no phone number. The rep said she sent an email to check they status of my refund."
I guess I will have to say goodbye to my (almost) $200. Beware!! This is a scam!

JUST FLY IS A SCAM HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT
When I saw round trip to *** on *** Air,
I booked w/justfly. After paying, got email to
say changed to *** Airlines. Over 70 on
fixed income, got Non-refundable flgt. Now
they continue to change, with 8 1/2 hour layovers,
their customer service is a nightmare, with ill trained,
itic folks, hold times are horrendous, I would cancel
my entire trip in a heartbeat except I can't afford to
lose the money. Whatever you do, spare yourself the
pain and *** you will encounter with this scam
company, additionally, be aware they don't have to
comply with rules for airlines, why? cause they're
not an airline. AGAIN JustFly is a SCAM, big time.
If anyone knows how to get out of paying for all the
changes pls. let me know. One more thing, how does
the *** give them a B+, that's outrageous, shd. be Z minus.

This business is intentionally misleading. We booked 7 international round-trip tickets on their website, spending approximately $4000, and only found out right before we were due to fly that our ticket was actually two one-ways, therefore we were not eligible for checked baggage, and we would not even receive a meal on an almost 8-hour flight. Nowhere during the booking process did they mention this. Very deceitful way to save a buck.

I purchesed two airline tickets through justfl*** 5/3/2019 and my fight was booked with *** airlines from *** to ***.
The first half of my flight to ***. NJ was fine but the second half to *** was cancalled by *** Airlines because they didnt have a pilot to fly the plane. *** offered me a refund for that portion of that flight which accepted.
I recieved an email from *** on 5/16/19 detailing my refund and it had been processed
However, to date the funds have not been credited to my credit card. I called a few times and was told to wait at least 1-2 billing cycles. I waited and its now july and the refund has not been credited. I called *** agan and now Im being told it was sent back to Justfly on 5/15/19 to the credit card they used to book the flight not my credit card. I have called justfly several times and they repeatedly keep telling they need to verify with *** about the flight being cancelled and the amount refunded. I gave the customer service the refund dollar amounts, email dates & the last four digits of the credit card united says they used which is a company card not my credit card. This is absolutlely unacceptable & horrible customer service. I have now been on hold for over 40minutes waiting for the justfly rep to verify the flight was cancelled however I was able to get through to *** in less time. I find it strange that now Justfly website is stating my flight was taken over by *** Airlines and they no longer are in control but they have my funds. How do I get my refund?? I complied with the terms under which I purchased my flight. *** Airlines cancelled the flight not me. I even purchased the usless insurance they charge you for.

Buyer beware. The fare was quoted without pertinent information. I was sold a 'seat selection' option that was not honored by the carrier. Upon check in I was informed it was a 'hand baggage only' fare which was not stated by Just Fly. They referred to their disclaimer policy which states each airline has their own rules. When you check the airlines website it indicated a checked bag is allowed. Just Fly is less than transparent. I would advise using another travel agent.
