This site is a scam to customers and focused on stealing from people during a time of crisis and pandemic. The DOT informed airlines they should be refunding money during COVID-19 regardless of the flight was refundable or not. Instead the airlines is only allowing a credit and will only allow you to fly to and from the same exact destinations essentially making the credit worthless and they get to pocket the money and not provide the revive that was paid for! Everyone should file a lawsuit that has been impacted. If enough of us ban together we can make a difference and teach these businesses a lesson. They are making money off of the consumers and getting bailed out by the government at the same time. It’s sickening.

Do not use them for anything I have been trying since March to get a refund, for a flight that was cancelled due to Covid. I purchased the insurance which is WORTHLESS and very fishy, it won't cover flights canceled due to a pandemic! I was told to cancel by the Insurance and would be given a refund. They charged me to cancel, I did not have another choice. So there goes 150.00 bucks out of my account for doing something I was told to do, then 58.00 dollars then is gone for insurance that is misleading.

So now we are in May, I booked the Flight in Feb and it's , May 21 to be exact, I was almost willing to take a hit on the tickets and use a travel voucher, figured to fly to Vegas and then use the rest of my travel voucher to stay in Hotels, rights its my money? NOPE, the representative I spoke with said I can't use the voucher like that even though they off hotels now. I have now spent over 6 hours calling, emailing and trying to just get a darn refund. They make it extremely hard to get anything done and are by far the biggest mistake in my 20 years of traveling experience.

this company is actively trying to screw its customers during a world wide pandemic. For my cancelled flight.(cancelled by the airline) I was charged $70 to request my money back and then the request for the refund was denied! What a disgusting company. Meanwhile my sister booked the same exact flight but simply going thru american airlines. they already refunded her money , she never had to request the money.

Let me also note I purchased travel insurance thru just fly as well. It made no difference matter of fact it ended up being another $70 lost. so $140 extra to nothing and to still have no refund for my purchased tickets

There is no actual person resolving customers' needs and issues. It is extremely difficult to find customer service number to start with. There is no email address or live chat available for JustFly.com. When you call the 1-800 number, pre-recorded voice just lists commonly asked questions but you cannot talk to anyone in person. If your issues are not addressed by these items on the list, there is no other ways to have them fixed.

Due to the cancellation of the 2020 Olympic games, airlines are refunding tickets costs. Or at minimum they are allowing travelers to reschedule their trips at no cost. In the case of United (which my tickets are from), they are giving customers 24 months from the purchased date to re-book your trip. I even spoke to United customer service people directly, and they confirmed this is the case. However, per JustFly.com website, I will get less than 12 months (and there is no way I can travel within that time frame especially now we expect the virus will return in the fall) to re-book, and the 'airlines' are charging $240 as penalty (which the United customer service person said they are not charging) plus $35 handling fees from JustFly.com

That's inaccurate information, and people may end up paying thinking that the penalty is going to the airlines but JustFly is just pocketing such fees. They should have email address and actual human-beings who can address these issues, rather than having their customers go through all the research and troubles.

Every time I've been given the same lies...that it was processed... mow because I made a formal complaint, they've told me my refund will be back on my credit card in 2 more months!!! I would not recommend to anybody that they use Flighthub for online booking. Book directly with the airline. We booked with Flighthub and were scheduled to travel to Arizona on April 1, 2020. Because of Covid 19, we cancelled our flight. They offer no refunds, but we were given a credit to travel to and from the exact same location in the future.
I just received an extra $100 handling fee charge on my credit card. When I spoke to a flighthub representative I was told this charge was a fee for cancelling our trip. When there is a worldwide pandemic occurring and borders are closed, I should not have to be paying $100 for trip cancellation. This is a ridiculous “money grab” on their part. These are unprecedented times in our world and Flighthub should be adjusting their handling fees accordingly.
Disappointed to say the least.

Justfly is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. I would give 0 stars if possible. I booked an Air Canada flight on their site back in January (trip was supposed to depart on 21 Apr). I found out after checking Air Canada's website on 5 Apr that my flight had been canceled by the airline (Justfly never informed me of this). I called Air Canada directly regarding the cancellation, and was told that I was eligible for full refund because of the cancellation, but I had to go through the booking agency (Justfly) for processing it. I contacted Justfly the same day to request my refund, and over the next 2.5 weeks, made numerous calls and emails to them regarding this issue, only to have them not return my calls as promised, give me vague responses, insist my flight was not refundable even though Air Canada said it was, and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor regarding my concerns. I even provided Justfly with written documentation from Air Canada stating the flight was refundable, which they continued to deny. After 2.5 weeks of fighting, filing a credit card dispute for the charge and a DoT complaint against them, I FINALLY got a call back from Justfly, who STILL initially tried to deny my refund, until I insisted again, and the agent FINALLY acknowledged I was right and processed my refund, however, still refusing to allow me to speak to a manager, or to give me a clear, reasonable timeframe of when I would get my money back. This company has the absolute worst customer service and clearly tries to take advantage of their customers and steal their money, if they can get away with it. They will be vague, give you the run around, and stall to try to avoid paying you back. I am convinced if not for my continuous fighting, doing my own leg work with Air Canada, and filing a complaint and dispute, I never would have seen a dime back. I highly recommend staying as far away from Justfly as you can.

I booked my flight with Justfly only to have it canceled because of Covid 19.
The rebooking of my flight did not work for me as I would have missed my travel plans on the other end.
I called Justfly on 2/17/2020 to cancel my flight due to the reason above and they told me I would have my refund within 24-72 hours.
On 2/21/2020 I called the airlines myself to see if Justfly had requested a waiver number and refund for me, and they said that my airline ticket was still pen and had not been canceled by Justfly nor had Justfly requested the waiver number for it.
I called on 2/21/2020 after I had not received my refund and spoke with a manager named Joan, she told me she would have to talk with their travel partner in regards to my issue and I asked who that travel partner is she would not tell me and I asked her to email the letter that she was composing to the travel partner and she refused to that as well.
On 2/25/2020 I spoke with Rene of Justfly, she said she was escalating this matter since it has gone nowhere. She transferred me to Victor, who said he is upper management, and he said he would review all documentation and call me on 4/26/2020 between 8am -10am PST. I did not receive a phone call so I called them at 10:05am on 2/26/2020 and spoke with Gohnford only to find out Victor was not available to talk to.
On 2/26/2020 at 10:29 am PST I spoke with Rita of Justfly and she told me they have limited resources, so she cannot do anything for me. She said Victor has to take care of this now because it has been escalated to upper management.
I spoke with another manager named Lee that day and he said the airline has to remove airline control of my ticket so he can refund my money. That turned out to be another lie.
Since 2/26/2020 I have called Justfly and spoke to numerous people only to be lied to.
My last call to Justfly was on 4/5/2020 I spoke with Archie who said I would receive my refund on 4/9/2020 or 4/16/2020. I have not received my refund.
I am tired of being lied to.

I am writing this with complete frustration of Flight Hub and its customer service. Under no fault of my own, and because of the COVID-19 world pandemic, I am forced to reschedule my original booking. I have spent the last three days speaking with more than 8 people from this company and no one can tell me how to resolve my problem. On their website, this company makes two promises in which they have completely failed at fulfilling.

1. We're always working to make after sales support as easy and as accessible as possible.

My process has in no way been easy and it has been extremely frustrating and their customer service agents have no authority to accomplish just a simple transaction of Canceling a flight and rebooking a flight. It's amazing because booking travel is their CORE BUSINESS!!

2. Beginning to end customer support. Before, during, or after your trip, we are here to help anytime you need us.

This is a complete failure. After all this effort, speaking with more than 8 people at Flighthub over the last two weeks, all I have to show for it is my original booking was cancelled. I have been unsuccessful in rebooking my trip from the internal credit from the cancellation. I have just been given the run around and told my only resolve is to write this e-mail so that someone can re-book my trip. I sent this e-mail with all details over a week ago with no response.

Booking a trip is their core business. Why make this experience so difficult for their customers?

I called Flighthub multiple times everyday from April 14th to 24th but nobody can assist. Flighthub told me to call United Airlines directly. United Airlines told me that I have to use my agent (FlightHub) to reschedule my trip.

Now I have a credit for canceling my flight for over $1,200 and everytime I talk to them they want to charge more money for services. But they cannot rebook my trip at obviously cheaper flight charges. They tell me flights are unavailable for the whole summer.

Our First Family Trip to Disney in Orlando was cancelled due the COVID outbreak. We were offered a Travel credit which we accepted. No info was presented to tell us it would cast us $50 per person extra for Flight hub to keep our money which we would have less than a year to use. ($50X3). After speaking with someone at Flight Hub who could not explain why they are doing this during such tumultuous times, the customer service rep laughed at me the whole time I asked to speak with a manager, leave a message with a manager or get and email address of a manager. He tells me there is no manager on today. It was 11:30 on a Thursday.
Best of all, as I tried to get more info from him to justify why Flight Hub were taking advantage of a pandemic to make money, he abruptly hung up on me. This is not the first time I have had issues with Flight Hub bookings policies, but it will be the last. They may be cheaper, but their customer service is not worth the couple dollars you may save and in this case it cost me more.

Worse customer service. I was sent an invoice for an amount in Canadian Dollars in December 2019. In March 2020, the airlines cancelled our flights. When refund was being processed they are refunding based on a totally different invoice. They are stating we are reading it wrong or in wrong currency. They are claiming different base fare and taxes from what we were given on receipt and have reduced our refund by a huge sum. Each time I call after 1 hour wait, the agent plays around and keeps me on the phone for an hour and does nothing! Or, calls me a liar in their way!! I would never ever book with them and never recommend it. I lost so much money by their cancellation and I had to spend money to book a different flight home so I lost double that.

Absolutely horrible company I would not recommend them to anybody I purchased insurance for my flight I do not get a refund they told me if I wanted a flight credit they would Bill my credit card another $25. when I asked them what is the purpose of the insurance I paid for to protect my money the gentleman told me that's not his problem. just another way for companies like this to scam you out of your hard-earned money. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office as well horrible company.

This company is worse. During pandemic even if there is an order in place they won’t help you. The worst part is there is no law to protect people from these type of companies. They can hang up on you so easily without worrying. I have their voice recorded. If they loot you they knew no one will go after them because they are online businesses. I was shocked how they are still in the market. I wish there was a law to protect us from this type of scam. I suggest to go directly to airline portal and book your flight. I bought a ticket about $1300 and I didn’t travel because of damn Corona Virus. They are not refunding. They are saying you need to contact Emirates. When I talk to Emirate they say contact Jufly.

Horrible. Out over $1100 on dream trip to Denmark. Tried for a solid month to get someone on phone/email once Denmark's borders were shut down. Then they cancelled flights. Then offered less than half in credit to be used by 12/2020 (one year past purchase date) as if I can travel then. Given run around the two times I waited on hold for 3 1/2 hours and promised emailed request of refund. Never received. Never again.

Ripped me off with my flight never provided assistance when the pandemic broke out and I couldn't fly the flight path booked I had to end up paying for another flight. Still deny me a refund

Facebook group "Flighthub Horror Stories!" sums up this companies illegal practices better than I ever could. This company continues to operate contrary to the requirements outlined in the two cases already filed in court with complete impunity. I cannot believe any company with this level of commercial malpractice and customer complaint can continue to operate under Canadian Consumer Law.
Canada, your consumer protection agencies and politicians are asleep at the helm and as much to blame as Flighthub for allowing this to continue for the last five years.
As someone who travels a lot I would be very unlikely to travel to any country that allows this level of corrupt business practice.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. I would give this company zero stars. I brought plane tickets for my mom and due to Covid-19 our trip was canceled. I’ve asked for my money back but they only gave me a credit. I had to pay a cancellation fee for both tickets even though I have Insurance on both tickets. When they gave me the credit it was made to be used by 10-17-2020 and then they later changed it to be used by 6-20-2020 knowing that Americans were told not to travel at this time. They won’t let me speak to a supervisor. At one time they said that I would get my money and and to wait 3 days for it to reach my account but it never showed. Now when I call I cannot speak to anyone and they hang up on me. I’ve been on the phone off and on with this company for almost a month now and I’m very unhappy. I just want my money back. This was an act of god not my own choice. And I kept getting the same person every time I called. Her name is Ivy. This was my first time using this company and my last.

DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB! STOLE OUR MONEY! Due to the Covid19 shutdown, our tour was permanently cancelled; Flighthub will NOT give us a credit. They call it a credit, but you must take the SAME trip at a later date. The tour cancelled permanently, so Flighthub is stealing over $5600 of our money.Asked to speak with supervisor; "SOL" said we were not allowed to speak with anyone else.

WORST AIRFARE BOOKING SITE EVER! Due to COVID19, I had to cancel my flight. I had purchased insurance when booking flight and was disappointed to find out that they will not be issuing a full refund, rather provide credit instead. I also wanted them to waive the cancellation fee as I had purchased insurance. I find out that not only did they provide credit (subtracting cancellation fee) but they ALSO charged double (cancellation fee) on my card! I wanted to speak with a representative to see if they can accommodate but the only contact listed is the phone number on their site, which I have been waiting on for over 15 minutes now. There is NO other way.
