Falsely advertisement misleading scammed. No resolve or customer service to fix the matter.

I booked a flight to Germany for around $1500 a ticket for my wife and myself. Several hours later they told me my reservation was cancelled. Of course, ticket prices went up in that time. Another over-promise and under-deliver company.

Thank you for your review! We are very sorry to hear this. Please call our service department so we can look into this matter as flight cancellation occurs for any number of reasons. Kind regards, Legal Resolution Team

Misleading advertisement, false pricing....they keep posting fare which are lower than other online travel agencies, when try to book after painstakingly entering all our information, I keep getting message that the fares just went up, yet the tickets at false price are never taken down day after day.
I have tried booking online as well as by calling them. This agency is a scam and I would not recommend anyone buying tickets from them.

I made my reservation on Justfly to Cairo via Turkish Airlines in August 2019. I tried to check in on line with Turkish Airlines tonight, and I found out that the seats that I had selected for 4 different flights - were not available!!!! Justfly had sent me an email confirmation for my flight with the seats I had selected in August.

When I called Justfly, they told me that the Turkish Airlines did not approve my seats. However, no one told me that, and there are only a few seats left, now! I can't believe they did not let me know that these seats were not confirmed. On top of that they agent and the supervisor I spoke to were rude and condescending. The agent said he would reimburse me $15 total for my inconvenience for the fee they assessed me (also without my knowledge) for assigning me a seat. If I had known Turkish Airlines had not approved my seats, then I could have called them to reserve other seats. I don't understand why Justfly could not let me know that the seats were not confirmed - and their agents clearly let me know tonight that they don't care or feel that they are legally obligated to tell me!

Thank you for your review! Upon reviewing your reservation, you paid a seat request fee of $15.95 that was refunded on October 23rd. As per our Terms and Conditions, requesting seats, meals, frequent flyers etc. are requests only. The airline reserves the right to make revisions to the seat allocation without notification. All requests should be confirmed with the airline and we cannot guarantee that passengers will be assigned the seats they’ve requested. It is your responsibility to contact the airline you’ve booked with to confirm the requests you’ve made. https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions-us#special Kind regards, Legal Resolution Team

Booked multicity flights, received confirmation of ALL seat assignments and email. Day before the flight, confirming with Delta - 1 seat was confirmed out of the 6 flights involved. So, instead of being middle of the plane on aisle as I selected I'm in the very back window of the plane on the second flight. I was tempted to RIP into the gate agent, but it's on this crappy justfly.com company. Look elsewhere, dont book with this scam of a company.

When I was looking for flights via FlightHub, I was about to purchase a flight until I was given an notification that the price changed. So I cancelled. The next day, I had a $150 charge on my credit card - please note there was NO confirmation email about ANY purchase.

I immediately tried to contact their customer service (there was none), so I had to go onto Twitter and DM them. One of their agents got back to me, admitting that it was strange there was a phantom charge, especially if I didn't get an email from them. They asked me for more information. Once I supplied that, they never got back to me after multiple messages from my end.

In the end, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card and get a replacement as a result. When I was on the phone with my credit card customer service agent, he told me that he's had to, on multiple occasions, cancel other credit cards and issue replacements because of FlightHub.

This company is egregious and I can only imagine these kinds of business practices will invite legal action.

Thank you for your review! We are very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our website. At FlightHub, customer service is our priority. We continually review customer feedback, internal processes, and methods with the goal of improving our customer service. We will, therefore, keep your email below in mind as we strive to fulfill our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.
What you saw on your statement is a pre-authorization, meaning the charge has never been processed and the funds should fall back usually in about 2 to 10 business days.
Pre-authorizations are often used by merchants in the travel industry during the booking stage. This guarantees that there are funds available to pay for any charges.

This website is a joke. I am currently trying to continue a dispute on my credit card from July 16, 2019 for a flight I had booked to tampa from atlantic city.
I booked two tickets on Spirit via JustFly.com and then had to cancel they sent me an email about travel insure (even thought their website stated I can cancel up to 24 hours) when I went to click on info to read up on the insurance they automatically charged my card for the insurance. I come to find out the insurance isnt even able to be used. I immediately called JustFly customer service and was hung up on twice and then finally got a third agent who told me they couldn't help me they didnt even mention anything about cancellation fees.insurances or anything of that nature.
So because they charged my card withut my authorization AND was terrible at offering me ANY kind of assistance like the site state I told them EXPLICITY that I am fighting this on my charge and I am not taking this flight because of the non help that was given.
Then I read countless website reviews of their practices to see I am not alone.
I am going to fight this on my credit card again and call spirit and justfly.
I cancelled through justfly out of the sheer annoyance that they conducted an unauthorized charge as well as crappy customer service.
Now I have to prove I never went on the trip to begin with.

Justfly purposely withheld information from me.
My flight had a last minute change. They offered me two solutions. One, a later date with the same airline or a refund which takes 8 weeks.
I called the airline and they offered to get me a ticket of any airline of my choice
Justlfy said that are not permitted to change airlines for a ticket. When eva air. The original carrier states they are and they would if booked through them.

Shady practices. Just fly charged my credit card $1900 even though the reservation had never been confirmed and was cancelled.

Thank you for your review. Your reservation has been confirmed on the same day of booking on June ***. You called us four days later to request cancellation of your ticket and we informed you as per the airline fare rules, the ticket is non-refundable. As a travel agency, we must always follow the airline fare rules when it comes to any modifications to a ticket. There is a brief description of these rules and fees prior to purchase as well in our terms and conditions. Best regards, The Legal Resolution Team

Flight Hub advertises fake prices! Plain and simple.
I was following a specific flight for a few weeks, and it was going up and down in price as they usually do. Twice I tried to book these specific flights on Flight Hub and twice the price was significantly augmented as I was booking.
The first time, it was listed at 409$ and by the time I filled out my passenger info and went to pay, the price was augmented to 596$. I went back to the search and it was now listed as a "phone only" fare. So I called in to get the price. They asked me a bunch of questions and by the time they checked the flight, they said they only had 2 tickets at the price of 409$. I needed 4 tickets. I asked to speak to a supervisor so was transferred and this "supervisor" said there was nothing they could do to help me and played the "terms and conditions" card saying that prices were subject to change at any time.
I ended up thinking it was an unfortunate coincidence that the price went up as I was booking and decided to wait and see if it would go back down.
Two days later, the same thing happened again! The flight was listed at 430$ so I clicked on it and started filling out my passenger information and as I doing so, I checked, and the price was augmented to 596$ again!!!! I clicked back to the search results and it was listed as a "phone only" fare again!!!
I spent hours on the phone with a supposed Manager who kept putting me on hold for 20-25 minutes at a time. I ended up hanging up and booking another flight.
This is pure false advertisement. I am very disappointed as I used Flight Hub regularly to book my flights. It just seems like the airline industry constantly gets away with doing this type of thing to customers and there is no recourse.

FlightHub Response • Oct 02, 2019

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, ticket fares fluctuate daily. It is because various fare categories are constantly becoming sold-out or getting re-opened as other travelers buy or cancel seats.
All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices are only guaranteed once your Order has been accepted. Airlines and other Travel Service Providers may change their prices without notice.

I would give this company a 0 stars if we were able to. They are nothing more than scam artists hoping that you don't watch your credit card statements closely. Their customer service is one of the absolute worst that I've ever experienced. On top of hardly understanding what they are saying, they read you the same statement over and over again and don't let you speak unless you start yelling. They charged my credit card $288 for a flight I never confirmed. I had to call 6 times and escalate to Spirit airlines to get it refunded. They charged me $44 for a seat assignment fee that I never chose. They charged me another $10 saying that my ticket price changed and they didn't collect enough. However, when I talk to the actual airlines they say that is false. This company is the worst. I'm worried about what is going to happen when it comes time to use the flights I actually did book.

I booked a flight 3 months in advance and I paid to be seated beside my wife.
I looked at the booking on the flighthub site the night before and nothing had changed.
I tried multiple times to look at my seat selection as well (the night before and weeks prior), but there was an error.
Then I arrived for my flight and was told my flight had been moved 6 hours later 2 months prior.
FlightHub never notified me.
I find that unacceptable.
The airline was able to get me and my wife onto an earlier flight, and so the seat selection fee for the flight I never took should have been refunded.
I called to get the fee refunded, and was told that they do not give refunds for the fee and that I would have to contact the airline.
I find that unacceptable.
If you are the broker who takes my money, you are also the broker who refunds my money (or at the very least, ensures that the airline contacts me).
If you continue to refuse to accept responsibility for not only booking, but managing the flights that are booked then you will surely fail and be despised as a business. However, if you take your role as a broker seriously and act as the go-between for the airline and customer you will succeed AND the complaints that you see on the Revdex.com website will clear up. I hope you choose the latter

My experience with FlightHub as I am needing to cancel my flight.
As we all know thigs in life happen that we have no control over.
That's why when booking travel, I believe I am provided some
security when I purchase trip cancellation coverage. This does
not hold true for your company.
Air Transportation charges...…$1005.00
Taxes & Fees...………………………$816.63
Manulife Travel Protection.....$98.00
Extended Cancellation Policy..$19.99
Grand Total...……………………….$1939.62
While filling out my cancellation request this is what your
company provides me with as a break down of my refund.
Original Fare...………….$1781.68
Airline Penalty...……….$600.00
Total Refund...………….$$1181.68
Now as you know that is very deceiving, as you now want
me to enter my CV number from my credit card so you can
bill my credit card a $200. cancellation fee.
I purchased Extended Trip Cancellation Insurance so your
company could refund me $981.68 on a $1939.62 booking.
This is not acceptable. Their number do not even add up !

They are a scam. Hurricane Dorian wrecked Grand Bahama Island and the airport was under water. Airlines gave refunds for cancelled flights but this scam artist company flat out refused to. I went round and round with a supposed manager for an hour. She kept saying she needed to contact the airline (which kept me on hold for 20 minutes) to get permission. No they don't. They took the credit card payment, they can reverse the payment. All merchants have the ability to do so. They just plain don't want to. Meanwhile my family and friends are stranded in Miami. A simple refund would allow them to pay for a hotel. But scam website is scam website. Even during a natural disaster. The only recourse left is to dispute the charge with the bank. NEVER use this "business".

Absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. After submitting a Dr note for a broken scapula they would not refund my ticket. They charged me $75.00 to cancel my flight and then gave me a voucher for the difference. When I tried to use my voucher they wanted to charged me an additional $200.00 to change my flight and an additional $278.00 for another ticket. What a joke!

Booked our flights, triple checked all details, but got charged $450 MORE than what it said on the final review page! I called them immediately and they insisted I must have clicked something to book the higher fare, even though there was nowhere on the final review page that even had this as an option!
They "discounted" the cancellation fee from $150 to $75 and told me they would rebook the correct fare, which they said was still available. I reluctantly agreed to pay the cancellation fee, but when they transferred me to the agent to rebook, they told me that fare does not exist!
I don't trust them at all and will never use them again! Their website totally scams people.

I will never use JustFly again and recommend it to NOONE. The agent lied to me on the phone as to what was included in the airline ticket package I booked (he said it would include a seat assignment and 1 checked bag - neither of which was correct. He told me it was a certain class of fare and it was a LOWER class). I pressed him because I was already pretty sure he was making claims that were not true, but he insisted it was so and I booked my ticket. Later I found out - directly from the airline - that he was completely wrong and had sold me my ticket under false pretenses. Luckily I was able to cancel the flight and rebook the ticket I wanted directly from the airline - which, they told me, was EXACTLY what JustFly had done - the provided no service or discount at all, they just went to the same website and booked my ticket - but they LIED about what was included. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY!

Bought their "cancellation policy" and they won't change the name on our passport. Unbelievable and completely

Sm Horrible company took my money give me wrong ticket Horrible No refund money I have three kids please help

I bought 4 airlines tickets from Boston to Fort Lauderdale. After booking I found a mistake in tickets names. I call them in 15 minutes and try correct the mistake. They told me they can't correct mistake, because airline don't aload. They cancelled tickets and charge me $300 said it is airline charge. I call airline and thy don't charge if tickets cancelled in 24 hours.
Justfly charge me.
