This is just mere nonsense. Justfly was never upfront about their pricing.
The agent I called told me that it would cost me $200 to change the flight and that was it.
So I agreed to change the reservation. Then, about 10 hours later they send me an email saying they need my immediate attention. So I call them back and they tell me that it's actually going to cost another $220. They literally said "The previous agent made a mistake and said it would only cost $200 but it's actually $420". So, I told them I need to think about it because I wouldn't have considered changing the flight if it was $420. Then, the next morning I call them back telling them that I actually will not change my flight and they tell me that they can't give me my $200 back. I argue that because it was their mistake I believe that they should give me a refund, but they started arguing that they advised me that there would be extra cost. Which is pure nonsense. They explicitly said to me during the call the night before that "their previous agent made a mistake".
Their customer service is the worst, their platform, their business is all FRAUD.

Do not use Justfly! I had to cancel my trip and received a confirmation email that said they were refunding my money being within the timeframe. I then received a 2nd email saying the refund had been prossessed and would show in bank account in 5-10 days. When it did not go through I called, they said they did not have record of my cancecllation, I got on line while taking to them on the phone and logged into my account and told them I was looking at the correspondence on their website that stated they were giving (had sent) a refund. They refused to acknowledge the information was on their website or that they were the ones who said the refund was coming. While I was on the phone I was hung-up on 2 times and when I called back and spoke to the same person she made go through the entire situation and all of the questions as if we had not talked (yes it was the same person). Frustrating, dishonest and unprofessional. I would have put 0 Stars but was not able to.

I made a reservation for 4 for a flight in Thailand that was less than $40 each everywhere. When I saw the price on justfly.com, I assumed the price of $148 was the total of the 4 tickets based on my research. Since I had been looking and this price was similar, I decided to go ahead and make a reservation through them. At the end, I saw the breakdown--the total was around $640!! I immediately called and was told I would get a refund but had to pay $75 each to cancel, which they came down to $37.50. I don't think they were honest with pricing online or with clearly stating cancellations policies

After my recent first experience with this terrible company, I will never do business with Justfly again. Like others, I feel I was charged an unfair fee for expressing a "seat preference." I put that in quotes, because In the seat preference section, I selected "Request whatever seat is available" for both ends of my short roundtrip flight. Apparently, this results in a $11.95 "seat assignment fee." The deceptive part of this company's website and practices is that the price itemization for seats automatically gets hidden from view once you make your seat preference selections, and you have to Go back and click "Review Selections" to see what additional seat charges have been added to your flight. I didn't review this part, because I guess the naive part of me thought, "Why would me choosing 'whatever seat was available' ever result in an additional charge?" Further substantiating that the hidden itemization is an intentional tactic to draw additional fees from customers, at the home stretch of the booking, the seat preference fee is lumped in with "Taxes, Fees & Charges," rather than the separate line item that reads "Airline Optional Services - Seats." I generally read everything pretty carefully and am no stranger to the fine print of bargain airlines like *** and *** (love them both!). Justfly takes the add-on pricing one step further by intentionally hiding the itemization of additional charges.
Anyway, I could've forgiven the misleading website navigation if the customer service was decent, but it was absolutely horrendous. I spent 30 minutes on hold waiting to make changes to my seat selection, and the gentleman who took my call (middle eastern accent) was extremely dismissive and kept interrupting me every time I said anything to plead my case. His dafault response was, "There is nothing I can do." After 5+ minutes on the phone with him trying to get even just a few words out about the misleading website navigation, I finally said, "Please stop interrupting me!" His response? "I will interrupt you when I disagree with what you are saying. You could have reviewed your seat selections. No one told you not to." My jaw literally dropped. I don't know who trained their customer service team but that was more than enough to sour the whole experience for me. They just lost a frequent traveler as a potential life-long customer for the bargain price of $11.95. I would encourage others to book elsewhere.

I booked a flight and was able to get a good price from Justfly... then the surprises. The following day I discovered that I had been charged for flight insurance($471) which I had turned down when it was offered. There is no way I am paying that amount of money for a $1400 airplane ticket. I found better insurance at less than half the price through ***
JustFly also charged me for seating.Today the airline informed me that I did not have seats assigned. So why did JustFly charge me for seat assignments? It was only $11 but was completely bogus! There was an additional separate charge of about $59. and when I asked for an explanation was told that the charge was "part of the ticket price" There was no explanation other than "it is part of the ticket price" That was the entire explanation!
On my insistence, the flight insurance was cancelled and credit card charges reversed. and this is the only reason I gave them two stars.
The customer service reps all seemed to talk very fast and had thick accents and I felt it necessary to ask them to slow down and speak more clearly but there still may have been some communication problems.
Nevertheless,I think that JustFly looks like a company that has found a number of tricks to increase their profit margin.I just don't trust them.
I will keep my fingers crossed and hope that I am not met with more surprises. I'll be keeping in close contact with *** Airlines...at least I know that they are reputable.

I purchased a plane ticket via Justfly on 5/2/19. I received an email confirmation from them confirming my flight for 7/3/19 at 7:48 PM from Burbank, CA. When I arrived at the airport an hour and a half before my flight, I was informed by *** Airlines that I had never been booked on the 7:48 pm flight, I was on the 4:06 pm flight, which had already left. Justfly not only booked me on the wrong flight, but never informed me of it since their email confirmation displayed that I was on the 7:48pm flight. I immediately called Justfly, who not only refused to do anything to help or refund my purchase, they kept me on hold for so long that I missed the 7:48pm flight, even though a *** employee who was trying to help informed me that there was room for me on that flight. Their supervisor *** was especially rude and unhelpful, showing no remorse for how badly his company messed up. I spent over three hours dealing with Justfly, and at every turn they tried to make it seem like my fault, accusing me of missing my flight and refusing to take responsibility for the fact that they booked me on the wrong flight in the first place.

Very bogus travel website. Purposely designed to sneakily charge high fees without being detected. Do not use it because of whatever low price it quotes you an airline ticket. All the extra fees they collected is their main profit!

Wow, quite possibly THE WORST experience and customer I have experienced to date. I had selected my flights and upgraded so we could select our seats. Our total was right around $720. Here comes the fun part.
As I hit confirm and book, I received an error message saying the flights have been updated and was given the option to cancel my search or search for new flights. I hit search for new flights as I now had to start the process over again. Funny thing is, all of my information was still there with the exact same flights selected... EXCEPT THE PRICE JUMPED UP!
I called them to book over the phone and try to get the pricing that I had originally been shown. While I am on the phone with the guy, I receive a confirmation email my flight has been booked - except my seat selection isn't on there. Okay... maybe a technical difficulty? At that point I ask the guy if I can just upgrade to select our seats. He said no. I have to call *** to do so.
Now I'm frustrated because they jumped up the price on me, but yet processed my transaction that I received an error message on. Won't cancel my flight 5 minutes after "booking" and won't upgrade my seats for me. Their customer service is useless. He told me I could pay $150 to cancel or call ***, but those were my only two options. Mind you I had just received an error message saying my transaction didn't go through, then I received an email saying it did, and then they wouldn't let me cancel unless I paid $150.
Absolutely ridiculous. After calling ***, who had GREAT customer service, they warned me about this company saying they are a scam. Based on the reviews, and my own TERRIBLE experience with JustFly, I now realize they are a scam.

This company uses a foreign call center with people who are at times difficult to understand. The wait times exceeded ten minutes the three times I had to call and they will gouge you if you need to make any changes. $75 per ticket per cancellation. DO NOT book with them unless you are absolutely SURE you will not need customer service. The Airline cannot assist you if you book with JustFly.

I have a really unpleasant experience with your company and staff. They putting me on hold for hours. I have a genuine problem that I am not able to make this trip because of *** issue with the *** embassy. I am not able to provide the required documentation to the *** embassy in order to get a ***. I booked my tickets from your website from July 27 to Aug 17. There is sufficient time to resale the ticket for the airline and for the travel agents. I call and inform justfly about my situation that I have some issues in getting a ***, I want to cancel my tickets for a full refund. Talked to one of the supervisors her name was *** and she said that I will do one-time exception to get you a full refund. She told me to follow up with her in 48 hours and will refund my money. Last night I got an email from just fly around midnight to call them back urgently. So I did call them midnight and they put me on hold for hours and spoil my night. However, they were not able to answer and hang up on me. I called them today this morning and spoke to *** his ID NO ***, he didn't know how to talk and help the client . He was harsh and threatening me that whatever you want to do it I am not going to refund your money. He did not have any ethics to talk and resolve the problem. I would like to take a serious step and resolve my issue with a full refund of my ticket. I am also attaching the link for *** embassy for there *** requirement. Which they require an invitation and *** card photocopy of the sponsored person. Which I don't have it and I am not able to get the ***.
If you are not helping me out I will file a claim with a small claim court that your are fail to provide customer satisfaction with your service and threatening your customer.

Justfly are thieves! The flight that I chose is not what they entered in the system with ***. Once I contacted Justfly to try to get the flight changed to the original date that I chose, they told me that I would need to give them another $282.00 in order to do so. Save yourself the time and trouble and just go straight through the original airline company. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Purchased tickets and the tickets had the wrong middle name for our son (it had D - should have been C). After nearly 4 hours talking to them on 6 different occasions. They refused to change the middle initial siting that we have multiple legs and multiple airlines. They recommended that we cancel our tickets - they would only charge us 1/2 (since they were apparently in a good mood), so instead of charging $300 per ticket per cancellation, they would "only" charge us $150, plus any airline cancellation fees. Anyway, long story short, the only option they gave us was to basically pay them $1800 for a cancel and re-issue to fix this issue they caused. I talked to 4-5 different representatives (including the manager). Finally, the manager said that she will try to call the airlines to get the name changed; however, she also said that they'll need up to 48 hours (our flight in in 36 hours). She also asked that we send a copy of our passport. After I'm reading all of these terrible reviews, I feel that I may have been sending our passport to a thief (who knows what they'll do with it). Long story short, this business is clearly a business only intended to take your money, do not use it! This basically ruined our vacation that we saved up for - for over a year!

They charge extra 25$ for nothing , before booking shows *** Airlines, after confirmation comping is ***. Which is unfair, I can book directly from *** without 25$ booking fee. Looks like JustFly liars . I recommend triple check before using JustFly*** services.

DO NOT USE! In terms of customer service, they are awful. 4 families traveling together and unfortunately, we were the only family who ended up with justfly and it was awful. Flight was changed due to airline but justfly NEVER notified me, I found out from another family that we were traveling with. When I called justfly, I sat on the phone (mostly on hold) for over a half an hour and nothing was resolved. I called the airline myself and they took care of it. When I called justfly back about the issues, another 45 min call (and then an hour the next day), they offered nothing but poor customer service for my hassle and the issues. *** and *** were very helpful to the other families we were traveling with. I would highly recommend them over justfly.

Charged me an extra $300 for no reason. Said it was part of the “ticket”. Had two separate charges on my account. One for the actually tickets, which included taxes and fees, then came back to another for no reason. Won’t let me cancel. Won’t give me a refund.

Justfly is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. I previously booked a ticket from Chicago to Amsterdam through justfly. They set me with a layover in JFK airport. My flight was delayed 3 hours due to plane maintenance, I missed my connecting flight and was stranded in the airport for 18 hours and after spending 5 hours talking to various customer service representatives (the airlines and justfly) eventually came out of my own pocket for another ticket to fly international from JFK to Amsterdam. Worst experience ever.

SCAM*** SCAM*** Their website is compromised. We booked a fight SF to India direct only one layover and later after the purchase they gave me a different destination ( SF - Seattle - Singapore - India) with 2 layovers. I called them immediately to check on the error, possibly get it changed. But they were charging me a fee, also they were giving me option saying if I pay the amount now then they can give me discount otherwise next call it will be more. Now we are stuck with connection flights for 24hrs and I have kid along with me it will be a nightmare. They are fooling their customers by manipulating their website. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are scamming customer and making money with the changes. I guess that is their business model now, Also I checked their website reviews and they seem to be doing this to many people. *** needs to take action against them and I'm happy to help in which way possible.

Spent hours on the phone trying to get answers to questions about what certain statements on their website mean. Never got answers. Eventually was hung up on after waiting for supervisor.

DO NOT USE JUST FLY. THEY ARE HARD CORE CROOKS!! Whenever you purchase tickets at the price shown on the website, you will get a "Thank You" for the booking message, Then they cancel it RIGHT AWAY citing that the price has (suddenly) increased, urging you to purchase at new price. This happened to me at least Twice. The 3rd time, (thinking perhaps it's a technical glitch) I decided to CALL them to make sure the price is ACTUALLY what the Website Says! They confirmed the price, and took my Credit card info, but right before charging it, they say; :" Oh no, sorry mam but the price has changed to $398, would you like me to still book the tickets" I said "NO! - I only want it at the $325 Price. The rep said "OK" and put me on hold and never returned. Five minutes later I see an email stating that my card was charged $398! I am lucky that it was declined!
There are several hundred complaints about them yet they are still in business. This is appalling!

Justfly*** made our vacation super stressful. 1) the agent from whom we purchased our tickets assured us three times that we would get one free checked bag on TAP. When I called TAP, they informed us that his was not so. Therefore, we had to squeeze everything for a 9 day vacation into a small carry-on and personal item, with a***bined weight of 22 pounds. We were going to two special occasion parties, and the packing was very difficult and stressful. At least the agent was honest about us not being entitled to a free checked bag on the way home with *** Air. This would have been only $50; we were not going to pay the $90 fee per bag for TAP.
2) Justfly scheduled us for a 50 minute layover in *** before flying on to ***. Even if our first flight had arrived on time (which it didn't), this short layover would have been impossible. We landed at a remote airfield; it took 15 minutes for a bus to transport us to the terminal. And then we had to go through customs (there were hundreds of people in line already). Needless to say, we missed our 2nd flight and 17 other people in our party had to wait 3 hours for us to land in ***.
Justfly's airfare was cheap, but not worth the aggravation.. Plus, *** did not offer even a free drink of water for the 8 hour flight home.
