I booked a flight on Justfly.com in Sept 2019 for an LATAM flight in July 2020. In January, 2020, I received an email from them stating that my flight had been cancelled. I called and they tried to put me on a far worse flight instead . I told them no, I wanted to cancel. They said they would put the the cancellation and I would be getting a refund on my credit card in about 8 weeks. I booked a better flight with another airline, After ten weeks, still no refund. I called and was told that I would have to call the airline as my flight has been rebooked, LATAM is showing that I am on the same flight that Justfly told me no longer existed, so now I have two flights the same day. Dishonest, inept service.

A HORRID company. I booked Miami to Vietnam for March 18, 2020 and due to Covid-19 I am unable to go as both cities are in complete lockdown and airlines are not flying between the two. I called Justfly.com to change flights and they have YET to help me correctly or give correctanswers, stated cancel. They say have to fix the problemwiththe airline but theystated is Justfly.com responsible to fix it by changing dates for I purchasedthe tickets from Justfly.com. I at this point I am not getting ANY money back... which is beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER book through them again. At the present time dealing with my bank and credit card company because I am a victim of a scam. For the United States have ordered flights been canceled.

I am owed a refund for my 4/2/20 return flight business class on Air New Zealand per Air New Zealand. But as I purchased my entire flight through the "travel agency" Flighthub online, they must refund. I've spoken to 3 call center people. Have submitted 3 "REQUESTS". Been promised 3 call backs. After weeks, NOTHING.
Owned by a Mr. Shcholka of Georgia( Russian) . Out of Montreal too. Prior suits on different issues WON by Canada and California. This company and any offshoots SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO SELL ANYTHING IN THE US.

Very bad company. Booked a flight last year through them to Europe. Due to issues with returning and lock-downs in Europe didn't want to take trip. The flight from the airline was cancelled, so I can't go anyway. If I go to the airline, they say contact Justfly. If I go to justfly, they say contact airline. Justfly's contact phone number information, it channels through a robo-option that ends up with a disconnected phone line. No email or chat line option. I'm asking at this point for just flight credit, but that doesn't even work. So I am out over $600. This is actually illegal in EU countries and goes against US dept. of Transportation guidelines.

Unhelpful to say the least. I booked a flight for myself and my husband that was cancelled. We were due to fly to Zürich on March 31st 2020. We have tried to change the flight to October but Flight Hub refuse to do this citing the airline won’t do that. So I contacted Aer Lingus and they said this was not a problem. So despite advising a Flight Hub of this they are still denying us the opportunity to change.

Horrible customer service.

Needed multiple emails to be told it is not their problem, it's the airline. No help, no links, no nothing. I'm now stuck with a voucher that cost me 50$ for same origin/destination that is ending in a year.

We see in this time of crisis which company are after your money only.

A HORRID company. I booked LAX to BCN for April 1, 2020 and due to Covid-19 I am unable to go as both cities are in complete lockdown and airlines are not flying between the two. I called Flighthub to cancel my flights 2 weeks ago and they have YET to help me. I am on my 5th phone call on a 45 min hold because they do not want to help me. They are sending me in circles and keep telling to wait 24-48 hrs... at this point I am not getting ANY money back... which is beyond ridiculous. I will NEVER book through them again.

I would like to let you know about my horrible experience with FlightHub. I had booked a round trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for my family through Flighthub on AIr Canada leaving on the 19th and back on the 27th. I booked this ticket on the 12 th of January.
Due to the Coronavirus restrictions we couldnt go on our trip, and flighthub agreed to give us travel credit four days before our trip commenced. All this has happened through their website, we have never been able to talk to a customer service representative to this date and believe me I have been on hold for over two hours over several days. I had to pay an extra $150 to process the travel credit which was promptly charged to my credit card. .They had a message on the website saying they are processing the credits with AirCanada and will email once they sort out the details. I am still waiting for that email. Now their website shows booking status as Flown , still cant get through to their customer care.
Overall I spent $1600 for the tickets plus $150 to process refund . THEY ARE A SCAM, DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE

During this coronavirus nightmare Justfly is charging cancellation fees of at least $25 per person. Airlines aren’t changing anything and giving a full refund . Justfly is impossible to get in touch with and they out source their customer services calls to other countries who really don’t care what’s going on here. Clearly neither does just Fly located in CA. Perhaps, when thing get back to normal hire some of the so many Americans that would have jobs when this is over! I will never use them again ever neither will any of my family members. They only care about the bottom line. Disgraceful!

Airline guaranteed me a refund. All that Flighthub has to do is request it for me via their website, and yet they are not. Scam agency.

Flight Hub charged me to cancel my flight even though the need to cancel my flight was not my choice, it was placed on me by the Government of Canada and the pandemic of COVID-19. This scam artist ''company'' should be suit by all of us who have suffered this fraud. Flight Hub I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN use your scam website. I will make sure to let every single person I know about this scam company.

Good prices and easy to use App however it all goes terrible if you need to:
- Speak to an representative - typically a 20yr commission-oriented girl based in the Philippines
- try and change/alter/cancel any paid for booking via web/App.
- once they have you money it’s hard to get proper customer service

I would recommend finding a flight via their site and then call your local old fashioned travel agent who should be able to price your
trip similarly but with far better customer service.

The most unfair and useless service. They applied penalty/process fees to my flight to be rescheduled and now if I want to rebook it using the credit, it has 70% price increase. This increase doesn't exist if I am booking the same flight via their website (without using my credit).

What a joke!! Using a time like this to make money off people is absolutely sickening!! People are required to cancel or change flights due to what is going on and they sit there and charge you to cancel your flight. Not even taking it out of what was paid!! They said they would take care of me and not to worry about their policy...they gave me a credit in the amount of my flight. Then I woke up the next day to find they took money from my account used to pay for my flight!! Absolutely appalling!!

They refuse to refund my money. I am blown away. They won't even take my calls. The gov't has shut down non essential travel. I may be out several thousands of dollars. This is unethical.

I purchased tickets prior to the Covid-19 chaos on January 28th. The airline Interjet was impossible to get a hold up even though they were waiving change flight fees due to the virus. I went to justfly's website clicked on cancel booking. They gave me a Future travel credit after paying $75 per ticket ($150.00 total). Once I returned to the website to use my future credit, the priced had doubled!. By using the credit the flight is $441.00, but if I search for the same flight on a third party like google or the airline it self the flight is $276!!. They straight up took $291 per ticket, paid $75 to get future credit of $276.00, only to find out I still have to pay over $165.00 to fly to my destination. I rather lose everything than to use them ever again .

I have a flight booking done through this scam company for 27 Mar 2020 which has to be cancelled due to travel bans & borders being closed due to COVID-19 pandemic. But, their system shows that my ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Several calls to their customer service go unanswered. The one time I could talk to someone said to call ONLY within 72 hours of my departure. This is a global emergency and the company's process of handling cancellation/rescheduling requests is horrible. Cannot understand why they cannot allow people to cancel or re-book through their website. Regret booking with them AND will avoid them like poison in future. People, be aware! This is a scam company with shady, unethical practices

Terrible company. Do not use. Even though the airlines are not charging a cancellation or change fee, FlightHub is STILL charging to cancel flights. Our need to cancel our flight was not our choice, it was placed on us by the Government of Canada. The fact that FlightHub is still trying to make money during this pandemic is absolutely ridiculous and shows how horrible and deceitful this "company" is. DO NOT USE! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH FLIGHTHUB!

Never ever use FlightHub!!!! Completely unethical company - capitalizing during the national crisis. I bought airline flights through Flighthub and completely regret it. If I would have purchased the flights directly with United airlines - I would get a flexible credit without fees. But since I used Flight hub - I am screwed. They are charging $125 fees and requiring me to re-book with the exact same itinerary. I sincerely hope this bad business catches up with them. But in the meantime - buyer beware!
