The agents speak bad English and confuse customer. I did talk to supervisor but they do not care about customers. Only saying we can do this or that, that is it. No change or no refund can be involved, otherwise fee charged can purchase a new ticket. Bad services and sales driving business.

I had to cancel my flight and when doing so was informed of airline penalty and fees and was informed they would be deducted from the amount I paid for the flight. My next credit card statement showed a $150 charge from Justfly.
I called to question this and to say I was misinformed this would come from the amount I had already paid.
I got nowhere and was informed I could call back the next day and could speak with a supervisor. I did this and was connected to "***" who did not help at all. He basically told me he could not do anything and I was stuck with the charges.
Everyone I have spoken to on the phone has had a Phillipino accent and somewhat difficult to understand.

Thank-you for your review. The call for cancellation was reviewed and you were told of the refund amount from the airline along with the $150 agency fee. You agreed to cancel and to all amounts then provided your credit card details for the cancellation fee of $150 to be charged. All fees apply in this case.

Traveled to Northern Philippines, got a decent deal, but when my flight got canceled on a monday they didn't contact me to let me know my flight changed to wednesday. If they would've emailed me then I could've gotten a sunday flight instead.
Because they didn't make me aware of the situation, I had to pay for a hotel room in *** that I couldn't cancel due to it was past the hotels policy date.

Thank-you for your review. Unfortunately, airlines make changes to their flights at any time and this is out of a travel agency's control. Compensation requests in the case of a schedule change should be made directly with the airline.

Trying to book a flight with justfly*** site was horrible. The flight came through with the destination and departure reversed. I called immediately and the only solution they had was to charge $25 per ticket to cancel on tickets that cost $19 each way. No customer service, poor english skills and a terrible site.This was even though I had the travel insurance! don't book with this company.

After receiving a confirmation email I noticed that one of my child's names was misspelled. There only resolution was to cancel at $75 and rebook. We called the airlines and were told they couldn't change it only justfly*** can change it. Called justfly*** back and they said they couldn't. Total scam artists.

If you book a reservation, be careful not to make any mistakes. If there is any need to make any changes in your reservation you will be told that is not an option. The only option is to cancel the reservation with a cancellation fee. Not good business, or customer service.

They don’t even deserve the one star.
Evasive agents that keep you on phone for over an hour when you ask for a supervisor because they have not honored your cancelled flight credit that you paid a $150 Change fee for. Say there are no flights when you try to use the credit but when you get on their site therenare plenty flights for the days you tried.
Say your credit is good for a year but used date ticket was bought. If you buy 3 months in advance, cancel on day of outgoing flight due to illness, pay the $150, then the year only goes to purchase date and consists of just 9 months.
They are devious, misleading, havenon-existent customer service, leave you stranded. I could go on and on. Will NEVERuse them again.

Booked a flight with Justfly and it was confirmed . They sent an email to say that there were changes. I Needed to change back to the orig flight I paid for and they say it was my mistake. I booked one flight and they changed it. They will not take any responsibility to amend this. But would charge me $700.00 to book a new flight though. Spent hours talking to their reps getting no where. They lie, its never their mistake. Badcompany to deal with

My review in regards to the conduct of ***, employee # ***, for failing to perform his duties as a supervisory agent for Justfly***.
On 11/7/2018, my wife provided the information for all members of my family for travel purposes. She typed the middle name of our son, *** When the confirmation came, it was processed as *** Just Fly told us that it wasn't so easy to change the name and offered a full refund of the cancellation fees and owned that the fault was on their side.
On 11/8/2018, we called to get the flight that was cancelled the evening prior. We were very careful to type the full name of our infant son, ***. When we received the confirmation, the same mistake was in place, labeling our son as ***. This creates passport issues and we need the full name. Just Fly refused to change the name and wanted to charge $75 cancellation fee for each passenger. They then reduced the cancellation fee to $25 per passenger, even though Just Fly was***pletely at fault for the typographical error.
I then requested to speak with the supervisor, ***, Employee #***. He refused to accept responsibility for the mistake of Just Fly and insisted that I should cancel the flight and pay the fee, even though it is Just Fly that messed up. They insisted they had a screen shot where we messed up the spelling of our son's name, but refused to share that screenshot with us. I felt he was insecure and unwilling to admit to the fault of his team and his agents. I request that ***, Employee #*** receive retraining on his duties as well as a detailed class on business ethics when performing duties.

Scam! They charged $75 to change 1 letter in my name! They also charged me for a seat that I didn't specify! DO NOT USE THEM! They should be out of business. Charges are being disputed and they will get this review everywhere. I HATE JUSTFLY!
*They would get zero stars if it would have let me

The most horrible experience ever! Stay away from this site! They charge you extra "fees" which will reflect on your statement later. I called their customer service dept, which was just a waste of time. I would rate them ZERO if the option was available.

Not sure what charges you are referring to except the ones the service of a seat selection which was chosen at the time of booking at 11.95$. Other than that, you did phone in to cancel and were not ok with being charged a cancellation fee that is stated in our terms when booking. Your booking is still active for departure on the 30th.

Worse company ever. How can a supervisor advise a customer to dispute a claim with your bank to get your money back. I missed my flight instead of trying to find another flight they advised me to cancel my flight, pressured to do so running the risk of loosing the all ticket amount. Then after submit my cancellation the same supervisor advised me to file a full reimbursement. Can not get a call back from a supervisor.

Thank-you for leaving a review. You were advised to verify with your insurance company for a claim for change fees. But once a dispute is filed with your bank, customer service agents/supervisors can no longer work on the file and our disputes department will be handling it. This company is a total nightmare. I spent over $8,000 and then have had to spend many, many hours on the phone trying to get a complete and accurate itinerary. I've talked to countless numbers of people and I wouldn't use them to buy a bus ticket. What a horror show!!!

I would give it a negative 5 , 2 monthss into my reservations they up my charges by $800

If I could give five negative stars, I would.
$1000.00 international ticket "credited" to my account, tried to use it for another destination since the first destination was unsafe as per the travel warning issued for the area by the US government. Called, and told I could ONLY use that credit before DEC 2018, ONLY for the same exact location. Talked to call center personnel supervisor, put me on hold, and was very rude..put me on hold while I was talking, no raised voice, just trying to understand if there was anything I could do for my $1000 credit I paid. I have told all my avid traveler friends not to use justfly*** What a terrible experience. Totally stole my money and could have cared less.

Can I give them zero stars? This is by far the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with. They are shady! I booked my trip back in February for an international trip. In July the airline notified me that they changed the time of our flights. I didn't think much of it because it included the details so I tucked in away and notified our tour company. About 6 weeks out I pulled up our reservations on their site only to see that I need to contact Just Fly about changes. They didn't notify me that I needed to contact them, I just happened to find it. So I called them and the nightmare began. After repeated calls to customer service, 4-6 calls with a wait time of up to an hour each time over the past 3 weeks, I still can't get my tickets confirmed. Just Fly says that they are waiting on the airline to approve the change. (I have never heard of that before) I am 2.5 weeks out from leaving and still don't have confirmed flights. They tell me the same thing, from a script, every time no matter who I talked with about the issue. I even took it upon myself to call the airline, Singapore Air, which told me the booking company needed to call and confirm the trip. This is in opposition to what I was told by Just Fly. So here I wait. Even if they confirm it, I am uncomfortable going out of the country and getting stranded somewhere and then having to buy another ticket home.
AVOID JUST FLY AT ALL COSTS! it isn't worth the savings, because you will pay with your time, stress and additional costs for new travel arrangements. I am considering suing them if I can't deliver on what I paid for, for breach of contact.

I purchased a ticket for my sister using my credit card. I imputed all the right information using my sisters passport data page. Just fly sent me a ticket with my name and my sister date of birth and sex. I contacted them to fix this problem but they refused. I was made to buy another ticket for a problem I did not cause.

False advertising for airplane tickets. After you add all your personal info online, including credit cards, a pop-up message is telling you that those tickets are no longer available. "Would you like to do a new search"?, so you start over, find a different return flight, try to pay again for your new choice, the message pops up again letting you know that the return flight is no longer available. Then, you call the customer service number listed on the website, a customer service rep from India answers your call. Now you have to start over, dates to fly, airline company you want to use, passengers info, date of birth, credit card info (all spelled letter by letter twice, even three times), after all this pain, your total price is being communicated to you, so you say, sounds good, go ahead. Now the rep asks for a few minutes of patience, you wait and then guess what... the flight you discussed about and was ready to book is no longer available. After you accept to fly a different company at a different time of the day and say again go ahead, you are not done yet. Now you find out that the return flight is no longer available, but you can fly a different company at a higher price. So after more than 1 hour, you realize that you just gave away all your sensitive info to a company that does false advertising (the round trip offer is still there). People, please stay away from Justfly***, don't waist your time.

CAN I LEAVE less THAN 1 STAR? These are crooks!!

Paid for the option to choose our own seats but at check in all our seats were assigned randomly. Our family of 4 was spread through out the plane. They said that the fee didn’t guarantee requested seat assignments and won’t refund.
