Their 24 hour free cancellation of online airfare booking is a scam. It says in a very hidden place (which no one will even open) that you have to pay JustFly cancellation fees however does not mention the amount of the fee which is $75. I had to pay a $75 fee to cancel my one-way ticket which was priced $97. Absurd and unseen and unheard of! Try to stay away from this rip-off company and book your airfare on more reliable sites.

Thank-you for leaving a review. With online travel websites, the user is responsible to verify the terms&conditions and make sure all information is accurately entered. Even if airlines do not charge for certain services, travel agencies are entitled to their fees since we do not keep money from the sale of tickets.

By far the worst travel company to book with. My uncle passed away and I contacted JustFly to refund the fare. After speaking with customer service I was asked to email the death certificate and authorization to access his account. I did both, called the company back and was told that I now need proof of relation. Emailed his birth certificate, called back, and gave the phone to his mother to speak with them. Long story short, they told us we have to pay them a $250 cancellation fee in order to receive a refund of his plane ticket. They refused to give us a confirmation number, anything in writing, their names, etc.

After completing a booking for a flight from LAX to IAH, the Justfly system kicked me off and said the travel had been cancelled. I immediately rebooked the flight and paid for it. After I printed off my new travel plans, I checked my bank account and found out that they had deducted $186 twice. I promptly called them and asked that they put the money back in my account for the first travel that was supposedly cancelled on their end. The agent (who was incredibly hard to understand) said sure, but I have to charge you $75!!! At that point, I asked for a supervisor. Another 10 minute wait on the line. He said he would credit my account the $186 and not charge me the $75 as a courtesy....COURTESY, for something they did in error! WOW, THANK YOU!!!! They can take your money in a heartbeat, but can't put it back into your account for 10 days. Oh, and if you want it back sooner, call your bank was his reply.
Save yourself the headache, DON'T EVER USE JUSTFLY***
They are asking to provide a star-rating, I'll check one, but they should have negative stars!

My stepmother had passed away and I was trying to get down to Florida to be with my father this was in October I purchased the tickets and when it purchased them it booked it for May I didn't realize this until more than 24 hours after the initial payment they refused to give me a refund change the date so I then decided okay fine I'll use them in May for my other sister's birthday and they couldn't even help me out to switch the person traveling to a different person very disappointed in this company I used to fly with them at least once or twice a year and I will never use this website again

It was not explained to me I was buying a "basic" economy tickets which had restrictions.When I asked the agent to assign a seat, she said the system was being updated with the airlines and she would send me a link in order for me to make the selection. When I clicked on the link, for one way I had to pay extra and the return flight I could not make a selection, both because I had a basic ticket. Then I received notice from one of the airlines that I could not bring a full size carry on because it was restricted. When I called back to complain that I was lied to, the agent hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again.

I called FlightHub to check that everything was OK with my ticket to Singapore on Feb 17 days before the flight. No one told me that my name has to exactly match my passport name. I only discovered this when trying to get my boarding pass online the night before the flight. This has never been a problem before. Instead of correcting the name on my ticket (which other friends have told me was done for them via other companies), my ticket was canceled and a new one was booked. While this was helpful, it cost me a lot of extra money and stress, since I could not travel with my friends as planned. Why couldn't FlightHub contact the airline to fix the name, as other companies do? My cousin had a similar problem and it was easily fixed within 24 hours. Instead, I had to pay for a more expensive ticket and was not even fully refunded. I was told I could file a claim when I got back to get more complete refunds. When I called, I was kept online for hours and cut off multiple times when transferred to a manager. The service was terrible. I would like a full refund of my ticket and for the insurance, as well as for the travel refund cancellation fee. Ideally, with all the stress, I'd like a refund for the more expensive ticket. A the very least, I shoud receive a full refund and no cancellation fee/double insurance. If I don't receive a response and decent refund, I will be sure to note these complaints online so no one else has to fo through this.

I used Justfly*** for the first time to research and purchase round trip airfare to Ireland. The rates quoted for the round-trip airfare were almost $200 less than I could find on other travel search engines, so I booked the ticket. I'm flying on *** Airways there, and *** Airlines on the return. I was able to make seat reservations as well, and I got a confirmation email with all the details in a matter of minutes. I will come back and update my review after my trip, but for now I am very satisfied with the value this company provides.

When booking my flight the person constantly asked for my middle name. When I received the confirmation email I wanted to make changes like deleting my middle name because it is not on my passport. When I called customer service I was advised that they CAN NOT DELETE MY MIDDLE NAME but that I have to cancel the flight and rebook another flight and I would be charged $75.00 for the cancelation. I repeatedly told them, that why do they constantly ask for middle name and not once mention that is my middle name on the passport? the customer service representative advised me that, that is the responsibility on the customer but they have to ask for middle name per their booking process. This is a scam to get you to pay $75.00 and have to rebook. On their page they have make spelling changes HOWEVER YOU CAN NOT ,IT DOES NOT LET YOU. I am 100% confident that this is done to scam you out of $75.00. They have you recorded telling you that they will charge you the $75.00 and if you want to rebook the flight you have to pay. They know you are at a disadvantage because you are stranded at the airport so you have no choice but to say yes in order to get a flight. The price quoted is always higher that when you get your Credit Card Bill. DO NOT BOOK WITH JustFly

They advertised one price on their website. I attempted several times to make the purchase went through every step each time I had to refresh the page and enter all the passenger's info and payment info all over again, kept selecting the same ticket for the same airline, time and price but for some reason the transaction was not going through. So after several attempts and failing to make the ticket purchase on line I proceeded to call them directly to purchase the airline ticket over the phone through a representative. I let the representative know exactly what flight I was attempting to purchase on line and she asked me the price listed on line, she then responded that the reason why I wasn't able to make the purchase was because that price was no longer available and she added $60 dollars more to the original price listed on line. Which immediately sounded like a scam to me because each time I refreshed the page on line and searched for the ticket the price had not changed on the website. But now all of a sudden this telemarketer style type of operator with a thick Indian accent was trying to get more money out of me. I would not have been so distrustful if it hadn't been for another bad experience I had with them in the past. I'll write about it in a bit..so continuing with this horrible customer service experience.. immediately after the operator mentioned the price increase I let her know never mind I'm not interested and she kept speaking over me as if I had not said anything so I just hung up. She then proceeded to call me back from a private number twice I of course had a feeling it was her so I ignored both calls. She left a message the second time she called, saying we got disconnected please call back so I can help you with your purchase. She meant to say so I can scam you and rip you off. NO THANKS!!!!! I found the same ticket for $2 dollars more on the website ***. and of course made the purchase through them and the transaction went through the first time. ..the other bad experience I had with justfly*** was when I purchased tickets in November to go to another country in the following month December. Made the purchase on line but had to cancel the flight so justfl*** charged me a penalty fee for cancelling but gave me credit for the unused tickets for up to a year. So before the year was up I called justfly*** to use my credit and like always and Indian person with a thick accent who I could barely understand and who was using the language barrier as an excuse to not be able to explain to me properly why he was charging me $200+ per ticket and that because of that instead of having 600 available per ticket now I only had 120 per ticket available. I ended the call extremely confused and mad that I wasn't explained properly why my credit had practically been reduced to nothing. The air line was *** air line so I decided to call them and they didn't penalize me anything I got my full credit and they were easy to understand they spoke English in a understandable manner which is obviously important when your job is to communicate with customers over the phone!!!!!!! So justfly*** is in the business of scamming their customers stealing their money and using their poor use of the English language to confuse the callers. I cant believe this company is allowed to be in business. Buyers beware.

Horrible service!
Hidden fees I didn't see until my credit card statement arrived.
Told me a flight was unavailable even though I later booked it.
Ticket to Asia showed only checked baggage and carry on with first leg of four. They didn't care. *** AIR answered all my questions and were apologetic about just flys service and even attempted to make it right. Every time I spoke with *** Air it was such an incredible experience. I even apologized for not booking directly thru them.

By far the biggest scam on the internet!
Beware this company believes that they can charge a $75.00 fee to get a refund. How can you charge me to give me MY money?
Be afraid very afraid!
Scam if ever ther is one.

So this just happened
February 16, 11P Eastern Time until February 17, 12:40A.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a booking/travel agency. Stay Away- Can't emphasize this enough.I checked flights for a trip with my young daughter and elderly mother. I passed over the cheaper flights to settle on justfly. Justfly included seat selection and meal selection, so I happily booked with them. I also noted they had a 24 hour cancellation policy. When I received my ticket from the airline, there were extra charges to check in bags, to get meals and to select a seat. My confirmation said nothing was selected. 10 minutes after booking the flight, I tried to cancel my flight online. I was told I could not and had to call customer support. I did, the first woman I spoke to asked me if I had proof that I had picked seats and a meal, that just made me angry. They then told me there was a cancellation fee of $75 per person. I was astonished and at this point getting angrier. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The woman then told me they could lower the price to $25 per person. I told them that was unfair and asked to once again speak to a supervisor. The woman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me that she had been at her job for a while and no one ever gives free seats.
Now I am on the phone with the supervisor, a woman named *** in the Philippines. She proceeds to tell me that there is nothing they can do because the meal and seats were a suggestion but not guaranteed. They was no disclaimer to state this was a suggestion and I make this known. Then *** proceeds to tell me that she is willinging to lower the cancellation fee to $25 per person. I once again repeat that this is unfair. She says madam if you are not willing to pay the cancellation fee then we will be unable to cancel your ticket and your ticket will remain. That was a $2300 investment. I state on the recording that I object to pay the $25 fee per person but that I am going to pay it as they are holding my money for ransom. *** puts me on hold and then comes back after 5 minutes to tell me that they can not cancel the flight and that I need to call in the morning to get it done. Excuse me? *** proceeds to tell me that she needs to coordinate with the airline to get the tickets refunded and she is unable to do that because the office is closed. She tells me I need to call in the morning. Mind you there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. I was perplexed as to why if I was paying a cancellation fee if "I" need to be the one to call. After a very frustrating back and forth where she tells me that I can then call myself the airline and cancel myself and then there won't be a cancellation fee, I ask her for assurance that I will indeed be able to cancel the flight. A lot of non answering ensures. I ask to speak to a supervisor but lo and behold *** has to go home because it is the end of her shift and she can no longer help me. I am beyond furious at this point. I ask to speak to someone else who is not going off shift, but *** tells me she can not do that.
Now I call American Express simultaneously because the card has five different charges on it. I ask Amex to stop payment on what I consider now a scam. They say that they have flagged it as a potential fraudulent charge and I ask the representative at American Express to please listen to *** as she explains that she will not charge me a cancellation fee now because she can not cancel anything. The American Express representative is wonderful and clearly states that she is listening is letting the business know that the charge is flagged. *** clearly states on the phone to American Express that she will not charge me a cancellation fee. When the Amex rep is gone, I once again ask to speak to another representative. *** tell me there will be no charges anymore and then *** just disconnects me and transfers me to a 1-800 number.
This was about after an hour of trying to get this resolved. I listen as the airline representative gets on the line and lo and behold it is not closed. The lovely woman tell me that she sees the flight and can cancel the first part of the ticket but not the last. She then reads the last four number of the card used to purchase the tix and it is not my Amex. The travel agency used their own card so in effect they were holding my own money hostage. She tells me that the return is an e-ticket and it's strange that it is on a different number. At this point I have to once again call Justfly. I get on the phone with "***" who mysteriously can not give me his client #. I tell him to please read the notes on my case and that I have the airline representative there as I called to coordinate cancelling my tix but I can not as the e-ticket was bought by the travel agency. The airline rep explaining that she can cancel the first part but not the second as they need to speak to a different agent. A bit of back and forth goes back and then *** leaves. *** then lets me know that he is suddenly able to cancel the whole trip. He then tell me I will still have the $75 cancellation fee. At this point I have called everyone and arranged the cancellation but Justfly still has to charge ME a cancellation fee. At least they assure me that I will be able to get a full refund. I then get an email from Justfly stating that there was a change and I need to call them immediately - as I am speaking to them live. *** is confused and then tell me it was a delayed email from the previous call. I ask for a copy of the recording because I consider their business a huge scheme at this point. *** tell me he is going to transfer me to his supervisor to get a copy of those recordings.
I then speak *** also in the Philippines, who tells me that he can not give me the recordings because they are a travel agency and those recordings can not go out. I then ask him how will I be able to reference what just occurred to their corporate headquarters when I file a complaint. The answer was we can not do that.
So I bought a tickets that lied about what I was going to get, I called to follow their policy of 24 hour cancellation to be told I could not cancel unless I paid them, I was then told cancellation was not possible and assured they would be no fees, and had to arrange the cancellation myself by calling all the parties involved to be told in the end you have to pay us $75. So $75 to get into an argument with someone who is a schemer. Again Justfly is the WORST travel agency I have ever come across. Stay away.

This allows you to cancel your flight within 24 hours for any reason for a full refund. Unfortunately you declined the extended cancellation policy plan when you booked your ticket online. This is why our agent charged you a cancellation fee of $25, total for three travelers $75. As a gesture of goodwill, I refunded this fee back to your card. I had to modify my flight returning from Thailand to the United States. Customer Service had me on hold for approximately one hour before confirming a booking on a flight leaving on the 27th of January. When I couldn't find my booking on their website, I called them again. I was told they could not book me on the 27th of January and proceeded to put on hold again for over an hour. They finally booked me on a flight on the 28th of January. The flight on the 28th was also more expensive. I would not use this service again.

Do not book with Just fly! They do not honor the policy listed online regarding flight tickets and cancellation. In my experience they told me the airlines was charging a separate fee to cancel the reservation, that later turned out to be false. When trying to rebook using the credit provided by just fly , they also requested an additional booking fee, which the cancellation fee was suppose to cover. They stated that their policy states that the rebooked ticket needed to be the exact same flight and stops in order to rebook, which was not in the policy provided on the website. Do not purchase from this third party.
The represenatives were not helpful, and were very impatient because I could not understand their language. They were not helpful or tried to provide any type of assistance to resolve the situation.

This is the worst***pany O have ever seen. Totally fake and they did not inform us about any special things in our ticket. I booked my international flight with justfly*** and they booked a domestic ticket between the international travel and they did not inform or told me that I also need ti travel by a domestic flight between this international travel by which the airline told me at the time of checkin that my ticket is not a valid ticket and I am not able to travel with this ticket bcz it is not valid. I was disappointed that time and I did not have any choice so I take another flight and paid additional amount.
And after that when I contact to justfly they are told me we are nit responsible for this, how can a reputed***pany give this type of answer. They book my ticket and they are not responsible really Justfly is the worst please guys stay away from these types of fraud***panies.

Horrible company. Non-existent customer service. I made a reservation with them and then they cancelled it with no reason or explanation and then never returned the money to my credit card! When I called, they could't even give me an email confirmation to show my bank in order to return the funds. They are the worst.

I paid a higher price for a flight at good times with small layovers because I was travelling with kids. I booked several months in advance.
Months later, JustFly switched my itinerary (which was hard to get info on) to leaving nearly at midnight, which delayed the connection and forced me into a nearly 12 hour layover (both combined eat up nearly a full day of my vacation).
When we finally got ahold of them, they said there was nothing they could do unless we paid them more. I asked for a fixed schedule, or a discount, or a refund so I could book elsewhere. They have ignored me.
I'm growing more convinced that their model is to bait-and-switch, and charge people for extras (especially since they've spammed me a bunch about travel insurance).
I just want contracts and payment to actually mean something. JustFly seems to think they can unilaterally change anything unless I give in to their extortion.

Justfly has very shady and misleading practices. I entered the dates I wanted and the site changed the dates to “flexible” days without me asking it to do so, I booked the wrong dates not realizing the site had changed the dates. Justfly is deceptive and has terrible customer service. Once I realized what happened, I called customer service and they wanted to charge me more than the original cost of the tickets to change the dates. I don’t understand why companies just can’t operate ethically.

Trick customer into thinking they are paying for travel insurance. After payment find out it is to extend cancel time to 48 hours. It is the law you can cancel a flight within 24 hours with full refund. I canceled in an hour as soon as I saw it was a scam site. In such a hurry to get fantastic flight price didnt research. Thought it was safe because it was through the Kayak travel site. I guess I can't trust Kayak.com either. JustFly kept the amt I paid for bogus insurance. Why isn't there some kind of gvmt division to put them out of business?

Never use JustFly! Had to cancel flight. To cancel and use ticket in future $150.00. If use $150.00 MORE for change. Future flight must be exact same destination, by exact same individuals and not even one year to use the ticket. So $300.00 in addition to money already spent for tickets. I have no problem with a credit voucher and rebooking. I bought tickets for friends who may never go to this location again. Ridiculous! Buyer beware! Never too old to learn. Learn from my mistake. I will spend the rest of my days warning innocent travelers about Justfly.
