Terrible website & terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my return trip on their manage my booking page, & although it confirmed I would get a refund, they cancelled my booking & didn't issue a refund. They don't have any email for customer service & had to make an international phone call to their customer service number, only to claim that they can't refund partial tickets (although there website confirmed otherwise before I cancel) & only offered to re-instantiate my original return flight for even more than I could pay for a one way trip on another website

Customer service is useless, they hit me with additional charges... continuing the same bad business practices for a few years now. Buyer beware don't use them! I spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve issues with out any luck... just get stonewalled with filibusterer scripted words - the reps have zero affect and don't care period!!!

Last night I purchased a ticket for my mother to travel and since I was going to be the one paying for, I provided my card number and billing information only to realize after completing the transaction that the name of the passenger was changed from hers to mine. I immediately called customer service in an attempted to correct the problem and was told that that was nothing they could do for me. They said they could not change the name on the reservation and that a cancellation fee was U$ 75 even though the ticket price was only U$ 50 which is ridiculous! Anyone in their right state of mind will just lose the ticket instead of canceling.
After a few attempts to reason with them I was told they would reduce my cancellation fee to U$ 25.
Resuming... I will not be using them ever again! I still wanted to purchase the ticket so I wanted to *** next and was able to purchase it for the same flight and price..

Thank-you for leaving a review. As a travel agency, we do not have the same access to make changes as an airline. Within the first 24 hours after purchase, it is less costly to cancel the reservation instead of making changes such as name correction. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This company is a scam! After purchasing 2 flight tickets with them I proceeded to select the seats, always on their website, JustFly*** They showed a fee of $31.90 for selecting the seats, and I went ahead and paid. Little did I know that on top of this fee, the airline company was charging my credit card an additional $150! There was no indication on JustFly*** about the extra fee from the airline. Even their receipt doesn't show the extra $150, it shows only the lower fee of $31.90. I called them several times and spoke to different people there to cancel the seat reservation and get reimbursement. All to no avail. Their prices and advertising of the fees is obviously false and misleading. Their customer service is horrible and useless, and they hung up on me.
From other reviews it looks like this is a common complaint with this agency. I will never, ever do business with them again and will spread the word with social media about their fraudulent activities and rude customer service!

Unlike domestic airlines and travel sites such as ***, JustFly*** makes their money by:
1. cancellation charges. Often encouraging you to cancel a ticket when it's not absolutely necessary. Always check directly with the airline first to see if you must cancel.
2. posting non-real time fares. This means once you choose your itinerary, buy the time you get to the last page to pay it's no longer available. Then you try again and that itinerary has mysteriously vanished.
3. extras such as "seat assignments" when the seat assignment could be free if you book through the airline.
"Under the DOT’s regulations, as long as a customer books a non-refundable ticket at least seven days ahead of the scheduled departure, an airline is required to offer one of two options: allow that customer to change or cancel the trip within 24 hours without penalty, or hold that reservation at the current price for 24 hours without payment."
---but JustFly isn't an airline, and unlike some other on-line travel agencies they won't allow a free cancellation.
Customer service competence is extremely low. They don't know much except what not to say.
Best to check with airlines directly, then other travel sites that also honor the DOT 24 hour cancellation period.

Do not book through this company, I had to cancel a flight due to illness and was told I would have a $606.00 credit as long as I flew the same route and airline. Called to use this credit later, was told there was an additional $400 charge, in addition to my $600 credit, as per their policy for re-booking fees, etc. NO negotiation. Rather than spend an additional $400 I just gave them my $600 and lesson learned. I will NEVER book with them again and be very wary of any other flight brokers from now on. Probably best to go directly through the airlines. BTW, I am retired and this was a big financial hit for me, as I still need the flight. I wanted to let others know how they do business.

Charged for just viewing the site??? WTF??? (I had 6 $1.00 charges on my c.c.!)
I used *** to compare airfare, Justfly advertised lowest price, went through checkout process, just to have the price jump substantially. (I declined) Refresh Justfly, to go through process all over again, to AGAIN, have price hike, again, decline. (You get the picture...)
Finally used *** to purchase my tickets, log unto c.c. site to pay for tickets, to see the 6 charges from Justfly!! (GRRRRRRRR!!!)
THANK GOD I didn't use their site to purchase my tickets. Lord knows what other "fees" would have been assessed?!?!

Thank-you for leaving a review. When making online purchases, credit card details need to be thoroughly verified and this is sometimes done by doing a test transaction on the credit card in amount of $1. These are pre-authorizations that are released within a few days or less.

this company uses your ouwn information to buy more services that you never apply.
they are charging me for a travel protetion program using my information that they collect when I bought a ticket thru this website. even if I called to the website to claim they made me wait saying that the sistem was down or error, I didn't understand then they said to me that everything was right and they will sent me a email with the cancelled confirmation but never got it.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company for any travel services. They are totally unscrupulous and pretty much anonymous. They gave me a misdated airline tickets and itinerary ( I think they do this on purpose) and then when you try to correct it they tell you you only had 24hrs to review the tickets and then refused to help me in any way and it cost me $1800.00. They even had the audacity to want to charge me $250.00 each to cancel the tickets. I have no choice but to just walk away. They will now be able to resell those seats.
WHAT A SCAM. This company has 599 complaints with the Revdex.com, 26 pages of complaints on their corporateofficeh*** and 37 pages of complaints on a webpage class action lawsuit.
When is somebody going to look into them. I know *** can't/won't do anything so will now pursue with Att. Gen. and Dept. of Transportation.
This company is so bad, even it's own employees give a bad review for working there.

I booked a flight in August for myself, husband, and 3 year old daughter for a vacation from ***, Or to Liberia, ***. I spent a lot of time on the phone making sure all of our seats were together and the timing would work out for my child. 2 weeks before the trip Justfly sent an email that my flight had been updated and I needed to respond. I called and our return flight was cancelled. They lady I spoke with, was obviously reading a script, said she was going to place me on hold for 3-5 minutes to look for another flight. This went on for about 1.5 hours. She finally found one that didn’t have 3 layovers, just one overnight in Mexico City. I was to call back if I did not receive an email confirmation. The weekend passed and nothing. I called on Monday and We were unable to get on the flight. No email. No call. Nothing. After about another hour of the same, I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to a manager and the same type of thing. Barely English speaking, reading from a script, completely unaware of the situation. After about 56 minutes with her, the phone lost the connection, not on my end. I called back and wanted to speak to same manager and was told I was speaking to a manger. More of the same. About another hour later, I finally had flights for my family about 4 days before we were to leave. I called Alaska to make sure it was correct and it was. However, upon arrival at the airport for return flight from Liberia, we didn’t have actual seats from LAX to PDX. No one could do anything until we were at the gate in LAX. We got the last seats on the plane by the bathroom. It was an absolutely awful experience and I will never go through them again. I usually use *** or *** and have never had any sort of experience like that. Seems like a fraud.

oh no stars...justfly is a third party airline broker. I was not paying attention and thought I was booking directly with ***. I have had nothing but issues that they charge for with this flyte. never will I ever make this mistake again and book a flight with a third party agency again. There customer service is the worst and they want to charge for everything. also they got one of my twins book incorrectly and almost did not get that corrected. they have poor english, want to charge for everything. this is not customer service, this is charge the customer for speaking with them, booking with them. once your booked, your hooked. no matter if someone dies or what. you just lose every time with this company. Call the airline directly. justfly wont get me again!

AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM!!
They offer rates that seem too good to be true, and that’s because THEY ARW!! Last year, I booked a flight home for thanksgiving through them. I had made the reservation late at night and thought it was odd that I didn’t immediately get my confirmation email. But... I had screen shot the flight info and my confirmation number, so I figured maybe it was just delayed and that I’d probably receive it in the morning.
The next day I was rushed to work and forgot all about it. Two days later I check back to my email and see the confirmation, FOR THE OPPOSITE CITIES! I had booked from PDX to LAX and back.. I have the screen shot of those flights! The confirmation I was sent was for flights from LAX to PDX and back.
I called customer service and was told there is nothing they could do. They refused to acknowledge that I had proof of this being their mistake. They tried to convince me of everything under the sun, from it being a “glitch on my phone” to me “falsifying the image” ! No joke. Spoke to 4 different people on their end. They’re all incompetent, evil scammers. Then I stupidly. STUPIDLY!! Took a supposed deal, to pay $50 per ticket to keep my $350 credit and be able to rebook new flights using that credit.
But when I tried to rebook, their once dirt cheap air fairs have now tripled!! And to even rebook I’d have to pay another $250 on top of the flight credit!!
They rooked me for $450 and there is nothing I have been able to do about it.
They’re the absolute worse!!!! I wish I had read reviews before I booked!!!

I had to cancel my flight due to health and was charged $75.00 to do so. They wouldn’t refund my money but offered a credit to my account with them. I tried to book another flight recently and had to contact customer service to see how to use my credit. I was informed that the credit expired. NO ONE told me it had an expiration date to begin with. So basically not only did I lose the $75.00 but also all original funds. Their reply was I’m sorry no one told you but would you like to make another reservation ? Really !!!!! Not happy with this service

I would give it no stars if I could but I had to select one star at least.
These people are absolutely rude.
They took off all the money for my flight+ fees , than I get an email saying I still owe the 69.80 for fees. I call them and tell them that I am looking at my statement and that is not through all the charges were taking off. So they basically lie in my face saying they only too 199 something. I talked to 3 people including the manager and they basically implying that I am the one lying, threaten to cancel my flight and all, even though they are the ones not listening and keep demanding that "outstanding" fee even though it has been paid!
The bottom line is I truly don't care where the money went or who screwed up, the point is the money is off my account. I didn't make any mistakes here but I am the one who has to spend here hours to solve THEIR mistake. I spent now more than 90 minutes on this, 90 minutes of my time, and my time is valuable too, just like anyone elses.
Do not book through this company. They will not respect you.

Since your reservation was cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase, the charge appearing on your card was a "pending transaction" or "pre-authorization" which means the charge was never completed. Since the charge was never posted, you will not see it return as a refund but it'll just release back onto your account as if it never happened. This process usually takes 2-10 business days from the day of cancellation. At this point, the funds should be released back on your card, but if not you would need to contact your bank with the proof of cancellation (email).

I attempted to book a roundtrip journey *** in Mar. When I submitted the request, I received an error indicating the transaction failed. As I initiated a new request to try again, I received a booking confirmation email. When I opened the email, it was for only the return portion of what I requested. I tried to pull this up in my profile on justfly*** but they had no record of the booking that they created. I decided to wait overnight to allow time for any synch issues. This morning, there was still no record in their online system. I called justfly and the agent said she could see my booking for the return segment. I asked her why it isn't showing in my profile. SHe said I need to call the airline. I asked her to verify that the outbound request didn't also confirm to ensure I didn't miss something. She said to call the airline. I asked her to report the issue to her technology department because their website actually told me that it failed, when it partially went through. She said to call the airline. In other words, she couldn't help me nor was she willing to try to hear what I was actually asking of her. So, I called the airline. The return flight was in fact confirmed. I asked the airline if a seat was also in my booking since justfly allowed for me to select a seat and pay a fee and the airline said that I bought the lowest fare and it does not include a seat. I will now have to purchase a seat via the airline also if I want one in advance. I will never use justfly again.

We will NEVER DEAL WITH JUSTFLY AGAIN, EVER. Customer service was AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They were BEYOND INCAPABALE and offered us ZERO HELP when we had an emergency issue with our trip and had to change just one flight on our itinerary. One would think this would be an quick/easy fix. However, it was not. Their initial reaction was that we had to deal directly with the airline, which we then contacted. The airline then informed us because we booked thru JustFly we had to work with them. This back and forth happened FOUR TIMES in the end solving NOTHING. We were passed back and forth all morning until changing was too late. We lost all our flights in the itinerary due to missing the first, a good amount of money, and were charged by JustFly for cancelling on top of it. Upon our final call to the airline, they informed us had we called earlier, we could have switched easily. This of course was too late as we were wasting our time dealing with incompetent employees of JustFly and the airline who continued to pass us back and forth and refused to, or just were incapable of, helping us. Their attitude towards us was basically repeating their boilerplate statements rather than listening to what we needed help with, basically saying to us "too bad!" and then charging us a cancellation fee. ZERO STARS.

Extended cancellation policy is a scam. It is only good for the day you book your flight. They charge $150 to cancel flights and $300 change the booking. /never gonna use them again.

I would never use Justfly again. I booked my flight with employee ***. After printing out my confirmation I noticed my boyfriends last name was wrong. When I called back I got *** who tried to tell me he could not just change the name but would have to cancel my reservation and charge me $75. After finally convincing him he could not charge me for their mistake, I transferred to ***. She played finally said she could help us but with in 1 hour the price has gone up $600! I started my booking at 2:30 finished with *** at 4 and called back and did not get off the phone until 6:30. I ended up taking business else where. Like any phone company you had a language barrier, put on hold a lot, and transferred many times except with Justfly you were trying to be swindled for more money over their mistake. I give them no stars but could not submit without a star.

Freeway robbery. They charge you for your airplane ticket, even when in their website a message says....."YOU REQUEST CAN NOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME".Then when you complain of the charges, they charge you a cancellation fee. Neither de representative or his supervisor can not CANCEL the fee.
DO NOT MAKEYOUR RESERVATIONS USING JUSTFLy
