SCAM SCAM SCAM..CHOSE 2 PASSENGERS BOOKED THE FIRST DIDN'T ALLOW A SECOND.CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO A CRAZY *** LADY WHO TOLD ME I'D HAVE TO PAY $25 TO CANCEL IN ORDER TO ADD ANOTHER PASSENGER. THOUGHT MAYBE SHE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. THEY DOUBLED THE PRICE OF THE FLIGHT I HAD JUST BOOKED AND WANTED A CANCELLATION FEE. WHY DO I HAVE TO CANCEL TO BOOK ANOTHER ESPECIALLY WHEN I ALREADY ASKED FOR 2. ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR LITERALLY 17 TIMES. FINALLY SHE SAYS OK..20 MINS LAYER SAYS CAN'T GET ONE AND HANGS UP ON ME SCAM SCAM SCAM

Please, NEVER deal with this company. It's best to stay away from them. I have over 5K travel credit with them (2 separate bookings), they are making it impossible to use it. Numerous calls to customer service, conversations with so-called supervisors will get you nowhere. They make up rules, they even told me that the airlines 'locked' the access to the credit even though it was given for 1 year, and I have plenty of time to use it. Why they are still in business???

I booked a flight on Justfly*** on December 12th, 2018. Two days later I got an e-mail from *** Airline that they unilaterally changed my travel plans so I had to cancel the ticket on December 15th. I took a week to get an e-mail from Justfly*** about the cancellation of my ticket and took many phone calls about the refund. It took them until January 2nd, to get a refund that was $21 short of what I paid them. When I called their customer care they denied that fact and I had to wait for more than 45 minutes to talk to a supervisor to get things straight and they want additional 15 days to refund the rest of my money.
Justfly*** would do all it can to hang on to ticket money as long as they possibly can and if you can't buy another ticket, you will HAVE to cancel your trip. So don't buy it from these guys. Lastly my review is no different from another 800 reviews about justfly***, they only have one star. AVOID THEM and you will be fine.

Wish I would've read the Revdex.com reviews before I booked my flight! Justfly*** is a joke! *** Airlines changed my flight itinerary that didn't work with my travel plans so I called justfly to cancel my flight and get a refund. The total refund request was $425.61. After multiple calls (and a ton of wasted minutes on hold), I was told by the Reservation Dept my refund request would be submitted and I'd get a confirmation call within 24 hrs. The next day I received a voicemail to call the Reservation Dept. I did. They said I would get a refund of $380 in 6-8 weeks. I asked about the remaining charges that covered insurance and seat request fees and was told I would need to speak to the Customer Service Dept. After a 5 min hold, they disconnected the call. I called the Reservation Dept back, was told I need to speak to Customer Svc and was transferred. This time I got to a rep and was told I need to speak to Reservation Dept. I got the Reservation Dept and was told I need to speak to Customer Svc. I was fed up! This company needs to get their st together. I gave up. I was furious & ended the call. A total of about an hour and a half has been wasted trying to deal with them! I urge everybody that is considering using just fly*** to know they are crooks! Don't waste your time or money!

DO NOT use this company. I purchased a round-trip airline ticket to travel to visit a friend. The ticket price was $263. Unfortunately, our travel plans changed, and I had to cancel the reservation. JustFly charged me a $75 cancellation fee, but said that I had one year to use a travel credit of $263. Sounds great, right?
Six months later I attempted to re-book the flight using the travel credit. JustFly wanted to charge me a $400 re-booking fee! For that price, I could simply make new airline reservations directly with the airline for $260. I contacted JustFly on several occasions, waiting on hold for over an hour each time, requesting to speak with a supervisor. Each time, they told me that I needed to contact the airline. In my opinion, they swindled me out of $338. What on earth was the $75 cancellation fee? Why would they charge $400 to re-book the flight? RIDICULOUS. It is money down the drain...

Just fly are so arrogant I made a mistake on my flight date and called them immediately to correct the date they charge me 75 dollars to change the date even though it was a mistake and I call within the next 10 min of the ticket purchased and these people had the never even after I paid the cancellation cost they still took my money off my card and I still had to purchase a ticket using another airline.. I’m so upset and there telling its going to take 10 days to get my refund when y’all should hv stop the payment especially after they charge me to cancel.... never use justfly!!

No stars. I purchased a ticket and airline insurance (which stated a refund would be given with this purchase) for a round trip flight and ended up having to cancel 2 hours later because my husband was unable to book the same flight with his miles. I click "cancel reservation" and then told that to confirm the cancellation, I have to pay a $75 cancellation fee! This was NOT stated earlier in the purchase options and the insurance purchased stated it would cover 100% refund. I went back and did a "fake" ticket purchase to see if I had missed anything and saw that there is a banner that across the passenger input page what looks like an advertisement (explains why I missed it) that says "extend the cancellation period" and there is an option of clicking a box to choose it. There is NO listing of fee or payment for cancellations on this banner. When I hover my mouse over the tiny "?", there is small print stating this option costs $19.99 and then you don't have to pay any cancellation fees by justly***. This is non-transparent business practice and they have just lost a customer (and everyone else I can tell about how horrible this experience has been). We are on a budget which is why we were drawn to this website in the first place and now we are out of money that we didn't have room to lose. Avoid at all costs.

I booked flights for a holiday vacation on Justfly***. A week before my departure they tell me the airline (***) has cancelled the flight and they have to give a refund. The refund will take 6-8 weeks. After I hung up I called Jet Blue and they said all the flight were still going and they didn't understand why I would cancel. I didn't-it was all the sham website that cancelled the flights. Now I have to shorten my vacation due to lack seats on outbound flights and my need to get home. TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY.

I checked my justly profile and email confirmation that I received from them they all have correct information. I called the conversation went nowhere I was transferred to a supervisor by name of ***. He was a disaster. He asked me to email him the confirmation email that shows the correct name I did, after he received the email instead of accepting and fix the simple issue of middle name appearing twice on the ticket he just made a new excuse and said the information I sent to not an email from Justfly, interestingly, the whole email a mail header and signature from justfly mail servers. It was complete ridiculers excuse, this company couldn’t fix a very simple system issue until they get paid $75. If I had a name change due to life changes such as marriage or divorce etc., I would understand. But this was clearly a database error or browser issues. IT’S TECHNOLOGY. Regardless of what it was this should have been a simple fix. I then called *** Airline and TSA which they were able to offer a resolution. They also couldn’t believe how wouldn’t justly fix their own technical issue unless the customer pays.
Additional, In a separate case the agents at Justfly has a very nasty habit of putting the customers on long mute hold. I had another issue which I called another supervisor put me on 2hr hold on Dec 6 at around 3 pm. I took the screenshot of my phone and I will be posting it on *** and *** as well so people can see how Justfly work.
Regardless, of how the issue was originated, is clearly a mistake where middle name and last name is the same, to retain customer and customer satisfaction strategy, it should have been in their best interest to correct this error. As IT WAS NOT A NAME CHANGE. If this company continue to run this way, they will for sure run out of business. There have terrible reviews all over the internet, ***, consumer report Revdex.com to name a few.

Unfortunately, I was not able to submit this review with ZERO STARS. JustFly is an absolute scam and should NEVER be used. I booked a flight on the website only to (by chance) wake up in the middle of the night and see an email saying they cancelled my reservation. I called them immediately and they said it was a bank issue. I called my bank who said that they received the initial fee and approved it but never received the full ticket fee, after which JustFly cancelled the charge for no reason. I called JustFly back and the agent fumbled around trying to help me rebook the reservation. We found the flight and booked it TOGETHER. On review of my itinerary a week to my travel, I noticed that they put me on the wrong leg of one of the flights! I called JustFly and spoke to 3 agents and a supervisor to tell them I needed them to put me back on the original leg that they cancelled for no reason. They told me that they could reinstate my old reservation (THAT THEY CANCELLED) for a change fee and price ticket difference (mind you, the second time I called to rebook my flight, they charged me slightly more than the first flight they cancelled.) On top of that, they are trying to tell me that I wasn't on the phone with an agent at 2 IN THE MORNING working out a solution to their mistake and that I completely booked the second flight on my own on the website. Finally, I asked them point blank to clarify that they were taking no responsibility for canceling my original flight and getting me into this mess. After he has nothing left to say, Supervisor *** (employee number ***), said "no, we are not taking responsibility." Teaches me to use a site like JustFly to get a deal. Not worth it at all. First and last time.

If I could give less than 1 I would. They purposely refresh your screen and change the dates so by the time you realize you can only cancel and rebook the correct dates for $75 fee even if you purchased insurance. We were in a bind and my husband said it not possible to travel those day as he is military and they said orders is the only way to rebook for free. He had to take emergency leave to bury his mom. I was too afraid to dispute it because they had the power to cancel everything. Very shady and I am surprised they are still in business.

I wish I check this site before doing business with JustFly, they should change their name to JustSCAM.
I entered correct names for my brothers & sisters and somehow the system flip flop the first and middle name once I clicked confirmed. I called their customer service team and they advice me to cancel all my tickets with $75 fees for each ticket. After I went off on them, they lowered down to $25 each ticket.
Thanks JustSCAM, but I'll take my business elsewhere and post my issue onto all the social medias, so everyone is aware.

I’m giving one start because you have to I would give negative stars if I could. They advertise one price and as soon as you book to confirm payment they change the price !!!! When you call it’s some call center in India and they do absolutely nothing to help you. They are a scam save your money book they someone else. Good thing I read the fine print before I pressed submit there listed $835.09 flight would now cost me $3549.78 !!!!! They said it’s subject to change burn I explained why then when I went on another internet browser they advertise the same prices still. What a scam !!!! They already have numerous complaints issued stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

I wish I would have read the reviews on Revdex.com before using JustFly*** There is no benefit to using them over just booking directly through the airline. Booking through the airline or another travel site is actually much cheaper and more flexible with changes to your itinerary. The fees are exorbitant to change to a later flight were $300 per person. The cancellation fees are $75 per person. The Flight Credit issued for canceled flights is no credit at all. You will still get charged full price for booking a new flight, this was actually compared to the airlines main booking website. The Flight Credit also locked us into the exact same departure and destination. Customer service is laughable. There is no extra service for using them. The site and "service" is a farce.

In March of 2018 we booked tickets for 3 to fly to Guatemala in Jan 2019 for 2,100.00 I bought the extended cancellation protection for 70.00. In December 2019 I attempted to reschedule/cancel this reservation due to a death in the family, and a birth in the family. I was told that the "extended" cancellation policy only covered me for 24 hrs after making the reservation in March. I tried to reschedule for July of 2019. They were not willing to do this for less than almost double of what my original reservation cost. I was then told that even a month and 4 days early I could NOT cancel this reservation. I was further told that I could only receive a travel voucher good for 1 year from the date of the original booking, and even this travel voucher cost me 450.00. And I have to book now before March 7, 2019 or lose the entire amount.
I will NEVER book with JustFly again, and I STRONGLY recommend that no one else does either.
And to top it all off, ***, who handles the reviews for JustFly, won’t LET me post a bad review.

The worst travel agency I have encountered and I work in the travel industry. I booked a round trip flight to Saigon and was unable to get to Saigon on my return due to Visa issues. Not only did they refuse to help me keep the 2nd leg of my return journey (forced me to cancel the entire return trip) but they wanted to charge me almost $300 to change the flight to a different day. From reading other complaints, I am glad I booked a brand new flight instead of getting scammed again by JustFly to change my flight.
In addition to this, they were unable to give me any refund on the airport taxes after being on the phone with them for over an hour. This is ILLEGAL as any customer who asks for strictly the taxes to be refunded minus any processing fees MUST be refunded for these taxes.
My advice? Stay clear of JustFly and spend the extra few bucks to book direct or with a reputable company.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! NEVER USE!
Our flights keep getting changed. We initially chose our seats together and paid extra for upgraded seats... now we have no idea where we are sitting. When transfered to Customer Service, we were told by the agent that he needed to put us on a short hold while he "looked into (our) account ....THREE HOURS LATER...I hung up! This happened TWICE!

Never and I mean NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use justfly to make flight reservations! Twice now they have screwed up my flights close to vacation time and this time is a 6 days before I leave and they can't find me a flight cuz most of them are booked or I have 2 stops with overnight layovers!! They told me that was all they could do, otherwise they could issue a partial refund and I could my ticket with 5he airlines directly. 6 days before I'm supposed to leave? It'll cost me 3 times as much! I'm so pissed right now I can hardly stand it!! I made these reservations 5 months ago!!! They had plenty of time to get everything confirmed and ready to go. If you're smart you will NEVER use justfly!! If I could give it zero stars I would!

Not a trustworthy ticket agency. Booked online with JustFly. When you pay for the reservation there is a menu bar that says Cancel Flight on their confirmation webpage. However as soon as you get the ticket confirmation that option is removed. So I wanted to cancel my flight after 12 hours and well within the 24 hours permitted. I could not do it online anymore. The link they give you just circles back to the booking confirmation page. No contact telephone number listed on their site! I had to google it!!! I got someone on the line and she cancelled the flight. No reimbursement yet, but for sure they will keep my $20 insurance and possibly another $16 for processing, while cancelling within 24hours should not cost the costumer a dime. Use other merchants and save on the headache.

Since your reservation was cancelled within the initial 24-hour period after booking, the money will not be returned as a refund, but the pre-authorization of the amount will be released back on your card within 2-10 business days as was explained to you when the agent processed the cancellation. The charge of $19.99 is an option to reduce our regular cancellation fee as per our Terms&Conditions.
