If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I pulled up a flight, completed the information, and pressed confirm and book. I was then led to a screen that told me the flight was no longer available and re-routed me to a different screen of flights. When I refreshed the page, the flight I had just attempted to book showed up again at a higher price. I was also sent a Booking Reference number for the cancelled flight and CHARGED multiple times for the canceled flight. I called customer service asking for a refund, was transferred to about 6 different people who all said they couldn't help me and offered to transfer me elsewhere, my call was dropped, no one was helpful and I'm currently STILL on hold 2 HOURS later because the girl says she can't get ahold of the supervisor who can authorize a refund. Their customer service is a joke, their website is essentially fraud and I will NEVER use them or tell anyone else to use them. I was able to book the flight I needed directly through the airline for cheaper than JUSTFLY was advertising and all I want is my money that was charged for a cancelled flight that was never booked back.

I got to the airport and found out they had canceled my ticket. Spent 12 hours on the phone with customer service and was told that it was my problem and they were not refunding my money.

Cheating Scammer Company BEWARE!!!
When booking a flight, the JustFly website substituted different dates from the ones I searched. They did not disclose the change nor offer a warning or a confirmation. After the booking, the ticket dates are listed, and they are incorrect! Though I called customer service within seconds of the booking that the website fraudulently switched without notifying me, they charged me $75 for cancellation fee and $16 seat assignment fee. This is unbelievable scam. How many customers to they rip off but putting in wrong dates without their knowledge or approval, then collect $90 thanks to their deliberate and sneaky bait and switch tactics. The worst experience. Stay away!

They are so deceiving! I had booked and WITHIN minutes called to make a slight change; they wanted to charge me $75 for the change. I called *** to verify this fee by JustFly, and they said that a fee should NOT be charged since the change to be made was within 24hrs and less. JustFly would not acknowledge the waiver agreement they have with the airline. It's extremely disappointing and frustrating. I will NOT be returning.

I hope somebody reads this and chooses not to use this company, because it was one of the worst experiences with a company I've ever dealt with. I booked a flight through justfly for my honeymoon. I had to change our return flight to 3 days earlier due to an unanticipated work conflict, and called to do such 2 months in advance to our itinerary. This led to hours on the phone with customer service representatives that were clearly being compensated by commission, who were marking up the price to change our flights by 250%. If we wanted to change our flight, it would have cost MORE than buying an entirely new ticket. There were hidden costs at every turn, from cancellation fees to rebooking fees to commission fees. Whenever I start backing out, they suddenly reduce the price to change flights by $100 in an attempt to reel me back in, but the price to rebook is still above the price of just booking an entirely new flight. After calling the airlines I booked it through, rebooking fees only would have cost $200 directly - but through justly, somehow they kept saying that our flight change would cost $750 PER TICKET.
In short, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I will never use this company ever again. It has turned my honeymoon into an absolute mess, and now we can't afford to rebook the trip at all. No one in the company had any sort of compassion or flexibility, and it was clear that the second you wanted to make any sort of change, the unforseen fees would be astronomical.

I would live to give them a zero!! What a deceitful, horrible company that falsifies information and takes advantage of US consumers!!! Why are they allowed to practice in the US??? Close their doors...you’ve investigated them for years. Time for action

They are scam, they charged me 58.95 for seats on *** airline. and they never book it.
When I called *** airline, I found out I paid for seats in the 10 roll and get a seat assigned to me by *** airline. on the 29 rolls.
I call justfly and I was told when you pay, you are paying for the select seat not buying a seat. ((( what a scam )) I have to pay someone to select my seat ...lol stay away from justfly .

I have used Justfly in the past and it was ok nothing to brag about. I paid additional $20 for the travel insurance so I could cancel my ticket and now I am unable to. I called and both people on the phone that I tried to talk to were not helpful and extremely hard to understand. I would in the service industry and this was horrible service and I will never book another flight with Justfly the discount is not worth what you get. Hidden fees, baggage information hidden, policies are not clearly written, customer service you cant understand and they hang up on you. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A RIP OFF. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

I booked a flight to *** on two airlines, *** and *** through Just Fly. Because of a serious medical issue I was forced to cancel my flights. My flight was $767 plus $60 for seat assignments. The cancellation from *** was a $500 penalty. Just Fly charged me $250. The entire process was done on line and the cancellation was well ahead of my flight date so the airline would have no problem in selling the seat. My refund for the ticket is $17. Terrible rip off.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I've just decided to put this review about this company since until now the issue hasn't been resolved. We booked a flight through them (3 tickets, for my husband, my son and myself ) US-Netherlands, few months before our flight.
At first, everything went well, we got our confirmation number, seats were chosen and so on and so forth. A month or so before our flight, we noticed a charged on our credit card, they charged us for another ticket! My husband called them and was told that we have to call our credit card company and put the blame on them! So my husband called our credit card company and they said that Justfly submitted the charge! We disputed the charge and the credit card company told us they will not put the charge in our account for a certain period of time but have Justfly cancel the charge from their end. So my husband called back and spent hours on the phone with them and even asked to talk to their manager/supervisor but he never did get a chance because the costumer service he was talking to was acting evasive and was trying to look like he's being helpful but to no avail!. Spending hours on the phone with them was a waste of time since it didn't get us anywhere close to resolving the issue. My husband even called the credit card company representative while he was talking to Justfly costumer service rep to have everything communicated well. They owe us hundreds of dollars, so NO NEVER TRUST THEM!

the worst! they gave the wrong last name for one of the passengers on my booking. I called to fix it and they wont help me they said the airline cant fix it. I spoke to the airline and they said it can be fixed if they are contacted by the agent. the reps who barely speak english cant do anything to help

I purchased a flight from justfly on 1/13 and the reason that I chose justfly is that I knew that I might have to cancel my flight the next day. I saw that I could pay $19.95 per passenger for a cancelation policy that allowed me to cancel within 24 hours. There was no fine print on this offer. So, I booked it and paid my non-refundable $19.95 per passenger. I did in fact have to cancel the flight later that day. When I called to cancel, the rep from jusfly told me that I could not get a refund because it was *** Airline’s policy to not give refunds on this ticket. I told them that I didn’t book the flight through spirit, I booked the flight through justfly, and justfly should not have sold me that non refundable policy if they weren’t going to be able to make good on it. After multiple calls, hours on hold, and speaking to a supervisor, they agreed to refund me and I was told I would have my refund in 6 weeks. It is now March 29. Everytime I call, I wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and then am given some speech about how the refund is in another department and I will have it by the end of next week, or 10 to 15 business days, but they will not tell me how I can directly speak to the same person next time if (WHEN) the refund does not arrive in the time that they say. DO NOT buy the 24 hour cancellation policy. It is a SCAM.

They charged us a 33.90USD fee for seat selection and never assigned the seats. Which actually turned to be free on the airline site anyway. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!

However, even though selection is made through our agency, it is still a request and only confirmed by the airline. As states on the website, as well on our Terms and Conditions, we are transmitting your seat request to the airline directly and the confirmation of the seat you have requested is contingent upon the airline's guidelines for the chosen fare type. Purchased 2 tickets one adult and one baby. Called to check in and was told I never bought a second ticket. I had the receipt and bank statement showing they charged me for 2 tickets, but they said I was lying and there was nothing they could do and that they only charged me for one ticket. Didn't refund, didn't make tickets right, didnt even apologize. They are crooks that stole my money

I would advise anyone to never do business with them!!! They charged me a separate fee for “seat assignments” that could not even be booked in the fare class that they sold me. The airline that I was traveling on felt so badly that they sent me a discount voucher. I requested that the airline customer service agent that I spoke with let her “higher ups” know that they should not allow justfl*** to book their flights. Never again - and I thought that, because I accessed them through a *** search they were legit. I did get my tickets but no seat assignment (for a 6 hr flight).

I booked a flight with just fly for about 2000$ to South Africa,they had fly with United to New York then connect from New York to Newark,when I got to the airport *** said there was no plane going to New York so I was stuck I called them to just cancel the whole trip and refund my money but they refused to do so,this place is a scam please people go directly to airline when booking

We can only work with the information input during booking and our system does not randomly make changes. Your tickets have been refunded as per the fare rules of the airline.

Terrible experience. They intentionally mislead you with tickets on Iceland Air: there are three levels of Economy, the lowest one of which doesn't have free bags. They call what you purchase simply 'Economy' and don't tell you ever that you don't have free bags. They also want to charge you a per seat cost through their website to reserve a seat. When we finally figured that out and went through the Iceland Airwebsite we were able to reserve a seat for free.
Their business plan seems to be predicated on leaving information out for the customer or, more simply, lying to the customer to make you spend more money.

as a consumer, we would expect the terms similar to *** and the airlines (cancellation within 24 hrs). However, justfly has their terms conditions somewhere which indicate cancellation fees of $75 even within the first 24 hrs. if we accidentally book for wrong date or want to change the travel dates for some other valid reasons, their policy is not very user friendly. most users don't read all the terms and conditions and fall into the trap of cancellation/change charges.

Understanding your point about most people not reading website terms and conditions, you are still bound by them when using the site and we must act in good faith that they have been read.

I bought ticket 3.4.19 to Mexico City and back to Albuquerque. Total price, taxes and fees including promised to be $$370. Instead, they charged my credit card a price of $420. The explanation of telephone staff was that was what was on the ticket as if I could not read the prior internet offer was no more than $370.00. I consider Justfly a dishonest organization I recommend you not use.

Just Fly is a rip off I booked 6 tickets 1 letter was wrong on a ticket and they want $75 to change the letter!! Just ridiculous...I would never recommend this airline to anyone... The customer service is horrible I really feel like they are money hungry they did not care about there customers no matter how much money they spend with them... PLEASE DON’T BOOK WITH JUST FLY!!!!!!!

Even if airlines do not charge for certain services, travel agencies are entitled to their fees since we do not keep money from the sale of tickets.
