First time renting a car using justfly, price paid in advance was not the price paid at counter Cancun, MX for MEX-RENT-A-CAR. I was forced to paid a difference of 100% if I wanted to use the car. I was left with no option, called company to complain and they could not resolved it between Justfly and MEX-CAR Rental. Nowhere in website or fine print mention obligation to pay extra at pickup time in Cancun to take or use the vehicle. Very bad service. False advertisement and fraudulent practice.

Airline agreed to refund taxes and fees which were more than half the cost but Justfly refused to process it for no reason other than they do not want to. Do not book through them. You'll be on hold for hours struggling to understand the person.

Horrible horrible company. Don’t waste your time and money. This company is an extreme nightmare. Hidden fees galore!!!!! No joke. Processing fee, tax free, return fee, rebooking fee, don’t even bother with insurance. The insurance doesn’t cover anything. Ridiculous!

Only giving one star because I have to give at least one star. Had a horrible experience with JustFly.com and will not use them again. Was redirected to a flight through them from Kayak.com. After "booking" the flights the first time, an email was sent stating that there was a problem with the payment method. When we tried to rectify it, they cancelled the reservation. I then called them directly to book the same itinerary, to which they said they handled it and I'd receive a receipt and itinerary in 24hours. Instead, I got another email within minutes stating there was a problem processing payment. I tried another card, (both were AmEx), called to double-check, and this customer service agent said I needed to call AmEx and have them approve the transaction. I thought this was weird, but we did it anyway, there was no problem on our bank's end, they had seen a $1 transaction pending from JustFly, but they were doing nothing to block the charge. My husband called them back to tell them this, they said they would process the payment and we'd get the receipt and itinerary in 24 hours. Well...24 hours later, still nothing, I've spent about an hour on the phone with them now, half of it waiting to talk to a supervisor after the customer support rep gave me the same run around and they still cannot process the payment. They even admitted it's not our card. They are a scam, stay away.

If there is any other way for you to travel .... take it. You will be terribly, horribly disappointed with JustFly. In all my 77 years, I have never had such terrible service. They ended up keeping my $400 and kept saying: "We would LOVE to give you a REFUND but we must follow the rules of the airlines who will not permit us to do that. And that, my friends, is a lot of . They keep your money, put the complaint somewhere else, and could care less about their customers. I would NEVER< NEVER< NEVER ever use JustFly again. Take heed, take this warming and don't say no one told you. Also you will not find a person who speaks English, all calls are from out of country. This was a frightening experience for me and I do not want to repeat it. DO NOT USE JUST FLY >>>> YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Horrible company. Changed our flights from what we booked without telling us and were going to charge ridiculous fees if we wanted to change back. Customer service reps are rude and unhelpful. Do not use this company.

My first time using Justfly and I hated it!! Showing 1 price and paying for a different price (ex $289 +$49= $338) with a note (tax and fees included). I choose that flight and go to the next page its show $412 ... which is ridicules. what a scam, I least I check other site (Alaska air ) they did not do that!!! why don't just put $412? just like Alaska airline did?. I called customer service to ask, they said, price can change any minute ( what the heck), it can change when I choose a particular flight in second?? I need to change my return destination, I can't do that.. I need to change the return time, I have to pay $200 dollars more for each ticket... worst experience ever!!!

Made a mistake for a flight destination, thought I needed to fly into Miami, but my cruise was out of Tampa. Cancelled my flight with Justfly Customer Service. They told me there would be a $200 per person charge. I was so upset! It cost me $400 for a mistake! So now I have a credit which I just tried to use, it just cost me an extra $1000 to book my flight. How outrageous is that, but they got you, went can you do. They suck and will never use them again. I’ll drive instead.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and highly recommend everyone stay away from them. The prices are good, but if anything goes wrong, they will not assist you in the least. My family was traveling to Australia and booked tickets 6 months in advance. Justfly sent us a confirmation itinerary just days before our departure. When we arrived at the airport to leave for our family vacation, we were informed that the flight justfly had booked for us did not exist. We were stuck and would miss our flights to Australia. Justfly would not help us while we were stuck at the airport. They said it was the airline’s problem. Then they blamed us.
A month later I called the customer service agent to ask for them to refund us in some way, they admitted to making a mistake by not contacting us of any changes. They then said they wouldn’t help us or refund us anything. They ended up hanging up on me after around 1 hour of holding and being transferred. It was a truly awful experience and demonstrated that this company has no regard for its customers.

I needed to make a last minute change to my flight. The only change JustFly could offer was for a ticket 1 week later than my original departure, even though tickets were available from the airline directly for a flight later that day. JustFly refused to help me alter my flight to those tickets at any cost, and told me I needed to work with the airline directly at the airport; at the airport, Quantas airlines refused to help me because they said all changes needed to be made through JustFly. I was on the phone with JustFly for 5 hours. Every time I called, they made me go through the same 10 minute screening questions with a new customer service agent. The customer service agents were rigid and unhelpful.

customer service and company policy are terible.
my mom admitted to emergency, had to fly back before return date.
after flying back, mom passed away.
when I remember I have to contact justly for refund, had to call 3 times. the 1st agent beat around the bush, saying they cannot do anything.
when I pushed for it, she finally give me email and ask me to provide death certificate and proof of relation.
call jet airway directly, jet airway provide me their email and told me to call justfly and ask them to email the email jet airway about my situation and they will check. jet airways also told me to make sure justfly to cancel my fly as no show. at this point , I already feel that i'm tossing around between these 2 companies. but I do as they said anyways.
call justfly again, this time, the 2nd agent is rude and keep saying 'no' to whatever I request. I told him if he cannot help my case, let me talk to his supervisor. he said there's noone and there's an hour wait. I ask to escalate my call to his supervisor and he keeps refusing to pass my case to his supervisor. finally he did it and I wait for a long time, no ringing or indication that the phone call is transfered, I think he just push hold button.
I hang up, call justfly again. this time I told the 3rd agent that I already called twice and she's my 3rd call. I told her I know what kind of answer i'll get and just cut through the chase. I ask her if I can talk to anyone who has authority to help the case. she said to cancel the flight, I will have to pay cancellation fee. I told her who would be so *** to do so just to pay cancellation fee and not getting a refund.
I gave up.

I spent over 12 hours off and on the phone trying to get a one day date change and the call kept getting escalated and the manager refused to change the date citing that there were no available seats. However, the airlines directly quoted 60 seats available. This was UNACCEPTABLE!

I believe that I choose a flight through JustFly.com to fly via Spirit Airlines from Baltimore to Kansas City. Later when I checked the booking, I saw that the flight was on a different day, actually it extended 2 days and would take more than 35 hours to complete. I called both the airline and JustFly and was told that they couldn't do anything about it.

products were not as advertised, wording on the 24 hour cancellation insurance is misleading, impossible to navigate the website without purchasing something you don't want, customer service is pleasant but powerless to change what's already happened due to the fine print that you never see.

When I booked a flight I by phone I was not told that I was being booked a basic economy flight which means that I could not have a free carry on I would have to check my baggage and pay a fee. If it was explained to me I would have selected another ticket. I tried calling the company and they were unwilling to work with me.
Now I have to pay to take my baggage an expense I did not have in my budget.

I have just booked a flight with Justfl*** and in mid-transaction of taking my funds they increased the prices over $30.00 per person.
When I called to speak to the representative after a long hold I finally speak with Sab she tells me that they can increase the fare without notice. There are 4 seats available for the price I selected and I booked 3. When I entered my card information the fare suddenly jumped up. I have never in my experience heard of this and I used to work in the travel industry.
I am on waiting for the supervisor my call is at over an hour now and still no supervisor and now I have to wait 24 hours for them to call me back - not holding my breath.
They are not willing to find a solution for the problem and when asked to cancel - which the flight was booked less than a hour ago the want $75.00 pp to cancel.
I believe this company purposely does this.
I wish I had read the 500 + complaints about this company before booking.
My flights are with Delta Airlines and I can not believe they would work with a company that has no integrity.
I will never book with Justfl*** again and I will be letting everyone know of the their dishonesty.

DO NOT BOOK EVER.

I purchased tickets for a vacation and we are unable to fly now, I called to cancel the flight, because I have insurance on the tickets, and they told me that they cannot cancel the tickets. And that I can't claim insurance until they email me a cancellation confirmation.

They went around in circles about not being able to cancel this purchase, and after I already had lost my patience, they said "you can cancel, but it's $150 per person".

This company has the worse customer service, the hold time is over 45 mins each time I've called.

They have hidden charges for everything. BEWARE

Canceled my flight and was told the cancellation was processed. Did not receive a refund and when I called in to inquire I was told there was an extra fee I had to approve and they were unable to reach me. Over the next 3 months I called in over 17 times and spent at least 20 hours on the phone (mostly on hold) to try to get this resolved. I was eventually told it was resolved by their team in Montreal and they would call me directly, 3 weeks later I received no call. Now when I call in to Montreal directly they say the person that is handling my case is on break and I will need to call back later. This company is entirely unethical and should not be used under any circumstances.

yes the flight was cheaper but between the time spend and the extra much more expensive

just bought 3 tickets round trip to Colombia, did everything right spelled our names 200% right, everything went thru, but when they send me a confirmation email, 2 of the names where missed spelled, called them right away and told me that since I did the booking my self I was the one who made the mistake, so I had to cancel my reservation since there was nothing else to do costing me $75 per person yes thats right $205 this is not right in any way very disappointed, I guess this is one of their ways to still money from customers, also the genders where also wrong
