terrible customer service, false information given, no refund issued after all the documentation requested was provided, lots of excuses in order to keep your money.

TOTAL RIP OFF PLACE. I booked a flight with them, later found out they were $500 more then direct booking with *** airlines.
I tried to make a change. $300 cancellation fee and only credit on there site.
NEVER EVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY!

I only give one star because I HAVE to otherwise they would get NO STARS!! DO NOT book with Just Fly! They are a complete rip off! I reviewed my booking and found that my name had been placed on both tickets even though traveler two had my sister's birthdate. I have booked air numerous times and are very aware names and birthdates must match. Calling just fly to correct the name was a complete and utter disastrous waste of my time. They used several excuses as to why they hadn't fixed the issue after two days of calling them. Just fly said the airline wouldn't answer the phone, there was a $75 Just fly fee for name change and a $30 airline fee to change, that the airline didn't give accurate instructions to Just fly, my call to Just fly was disconnected several times, I was left on hold EVERY call to Just fly with the longest call being 1 HOUR and 22 minutes. Of the 5 call representatives (last being a ***) I was told they would continue to address my issue with the airline and call me back. Pffffffft NEVER HAPPENED. Then of course the *** pulled the no transferable and he would TRY to change the name but there would be a fee, also claimed the airline wouldn't answer, that I made the mistake, on and on. I do not believe I made the mistake however agreed to pay the $75 to solve issue. I was charged but then refunded (or so they say and the invoice shows the 75 crossed out so credit card bill remains to be checked for certainty) because the airline gave wrong info. I contacted the airline who said it was VERY common for Just Fly to tell customers they did not answer phone. All incorrect. Just Fly is a scam and a waste of your money. DO NOT use!!!!!

It hides charge inside the total bills without separating them so that users will not notice easily

I have booked travel on many third party sites, but my experience with JustFly was the worst I have ever had. My flight for Columbus day weekend ended up being confirmed for two weeks later. It was not clear in the booking process that they were shifting my search for flights to a different date. (same flights, same airlines, same day of the week, but two weeks later.) They offered me nothing. No refund, no opportunity to change the flight to a future day. Absolutely nothing. The worst by far. My advise; stay away from JustFly!

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I have had the worst experience I have ever had with this company. My husband and I always fly ***. We got into a jame and had to buy tickets online through just fly. We went to check out when the system wouldn’t allow us to check out with an infant on our lap. We called in and asked what we needed to do. I explained on the phone I wanted to proceed online. The agent insisted we do it over the phone. I am always leery of these things because I don’t want to miss any details. The agent asked us if we were going to be checking bags, we explained no we’ll be flying with carry ones and a personal item. He said that’s not a problem there is no charge for those. When we were in line to board *** airlines. We were told we needed to pay for our baggage we said no we have carry on, they said we charge for carry on. We explained that just fly said we wouldn’t be charged. They said we would have to take it up with just fly. We called just fly, and they said it’s the airlines problem, it’s GENERAL information. My husband corrected him, information is correct information we were misinformed. The agent on the phone said we would have to talk to a supervisor. He said he would have them call later that evening! We never got a call, a day later we called in and they said that they would do something to make it right. We were ok with that. They said they would contact us and let us know within 72 hours what they are going to do. We never got a call back. We called in asking what was going on, my husband got on the phone with 3 supervisors a three of them hung up on him and told him there was no higher authorities to speak with or help us handle our situation. I have never been treated so poorly by a third party agency. They never did anything to try and make it better and they said it was our problem. I didn’t know getting hung up on was my problem. I will never use this company to book my flights again!

WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE EVER! WAS SOLD A MORE EXPENSIVE TICKET TO GUARANTEE NO BAG FEES, HAD TO PAY THE FEES! AFTERV2 MONTHS, 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND A DOZEN WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES, STILL NO REFUND! EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please don't buy Air Ticket with Justfly. If you cancel the ticket they will charge haft the price on ticket purchased.

I was advertised flights for $508, but was charged over $1000. When I immediately called to complain, I was told I could only cancel the tickets if I paid a $75 fee. Eventually, the lowered that fee to $25. I am not going to pay $25 to cancel a transaction that was made fraudulently.
I was also told that they had a screenshot of my computer at the time I confirmed the transaction which is absurd. Their website does not have the ability to take a screenshot of my computer.

Sneaky and dishonest company. I wanted to make a change to a booking, they said that would cost $150 to cancel my flight and re book, with my changes using a credit. Did that, only to find out I couldn't make said changes. So, now I am stuck with a credit good for almost another year for the same ORGIN and DESTINATION. I eventually, make it around to planning this trip again and when I tried to use the credit for a similarly priced flight, it doesn't work. It doesn't even give me an option from my country. I call and long story short, they want to charge me more fees to use the credit and it would be done manually by them. Then, the manual booking, I find out later, didn't go through for WHATEVER reason (even though they authorized my credit card) and they need to manually do it again. FINE, but now the additional fees went up another $100 because the price changed? sorry but THEY made the mistake NOT me and I am being punished? I have never dealt with anyplace this awful. THE WORST. Original flight $1135, credit amount $1135 ... current cost of flight I wanted to book $1138. Fees to use this credit $335 on top of the $150 that I thought was tricked into thinking was already a change FEE. They are awful.. such bad business practices.

Paid for flights with Just Fly.
Have a confirmation with a Delta number.
Flights were cancelled and we were never notified. Charges were added
For no reason .
Now flights have doubled in price while trying to rebook .
Company has no remorse . Blamed us for the problem .
Horrible service . Horrible attitude .

Worst booking agency ever used.
I feel I was scammed into paying a cancellation fee to later be charged other fees on top of it.
I would never use this site again, it’s a disaster with its customer service and they will tell you anything for you to keep spending more money.

NEVER USE THIS PLACE! THEY ARE AWFUL! THEY WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN THEY CHANGE THE FLIGHTS ON YOU! YOU ARE STUCK TRYING TO GET IT BACK ON
YOUR OWN! WHAT A NIGHTMARE, INSTEAD OF A HAPPY DESTINATION WEDDING!

Avoid booking through JustFly. The website removed the space in my child’s middle names and when I called just now to correct it they told me they would charge a $75 name change fee when their website made the change. I am forced to go to the airport early to make the change directly with the airline because of their rigged website that they exploit for profit.
Unfortunately Kayak*** uses them and you can’t tell until you’ve booked the ticket what website you’re purchasing from. Next time I will buy directly from the airline and forgo the small discount that is not worth my time being on hold with useless JustFly customer service.

My wife & I bought tickets from Justfly to fly to Europe in the fall of 2017 for about $850. We're in our late 60's so I bought the insurance Justfly recommended. Prior to traveling my wife developed a problem with her neck which eventually required a spinal stenosis operation (she is still not able to travel a year later. I called the insurance company and they asked if I had cancelled the flight. I said I had not but I would call them back after I officially cancelled. I called Justfly and cancelled (nobody told me it cost $300 to cancel - I learned this after it showed up later on my credit card.) I called the insurance company back and they sent me the forms to fill out which included letters from the doctors involved. I made more appointments with the doctors and they told me I was wasting my time because the insurance would not pay off anyway. I spent a considerable amount time with additional doctors appointments, collecting the paperwork required, sending it in, answering endless requests for more data finally admitting defeat after about 80 hours of effort. It turns out that by officially cancelling the flight (at a cost of $300) I was entitled to use the $850 within the next year (which we can't.) Eventually the insurance company said I was entitled to a full refund less the amount of credit I received for cancelling the flight. I just got off the phone with Justfly and was told the refunded flight had to be completed by the end of Nov 2018 - it seems like I was told it just had to be booked by November of 2018. My 3 recommendations are: Don't get the insurance, if you can't go don't cancel the flight, don't fly with Justfly.

Trying to change beginning segment of our trip to one day earlier because of Hurricane Florence. justfly says they cannot/will not do anything until our flight is cancelled, even though American Airlines has sent an email saying there would be no fee for changing. Don't take a chance on booking with this company! It is not worth any small savings should you need customer service.

Used Just fly for the first time for flight and car. Flight tickets were good but they cancelled our car reservation. We had taken a shuttle to the pick up site, waited in line 45 min to learn they had cancelled our reservation because we were more than 2.5 hours later than scheduled. (These people made our flight schedule, they should have known what time the plane landed). They gave us a number to call to get “reinstated” but the gentleman on the other end said he could not do that. He could make a new reservation but it would cost an additional $180. We took the shuttle back to the airport and went to the hertz counter.
I wound not recommend this business, while waiting in line 45 min there were two people retuning there car. One for no gas the other was dirty

Terrible dot*** Canadian company. No flight confirmation, then billing our credit card Company. Support staff very poor english, hard to understand and they provide same bogus response that they are following Justfly policy of No Refunds even if Justfly makes errors in billing and booking process. Do Not Use This online booking web platform.

Worst Experience of my life, using justfly*** .
booked my flight from Seattle to India and return - Air Canada
I applied for the transit visa and the approval came late and I was not able to make for the flight.
I called justfly for cancellation. They said they will charge in $150 per ticket cancellation charges also they wont be able to refund the money and instead will give me credit points and that to I can use these points only for air canada and no other flight. than they told me that they will also charge me $300 more for rebooking the flight plus the cost difference of the new flight . and when I asked them to search for the flights with new dates they came up with flights which were $700- $900 more than what I paid for my flight. I found weird thing that I see same flight at cheaper price on the air canada flight. and when I brought that in there notice they said thats how is works. they are just there to loot people. than I know more about this company I searched google that is company is a milage broker and has very bad customer reviews.
they were looting me for another $1000 to book a new flight.
I will really suggest to everyone please don't buy tickets from this company. they will just loot all your hard earn money.
