Please, be aware of this “just fly***” company and stand away from them. They are very quick to get your money, but it is impossible to deal with them once you pay and require changing the tickets. First, they charge their own cancellation / changing fees in addition to the airlines cancellation/ change fees, so you have to pay cancellation fee twice-$150 to them and $300 or whatever the airline charges plus a difference in the airfare. Then , due to the nature of their website not all the flights are loaded into their system by the supplier they work with- “voyage ala carte”, company which in my understanding gives access to their website to just fly***, travel hub*** and corporate travel.com and issues all the tickets which are purchased on those three ( or even more ?) websites. I bought a ticket for travel in September and needed to change it for travel in February - no luck. The only option is to cancel , pay them $150.00 and now I have to sit and wait for the flights to appear. The flights are available everywhere else ( other websites,the airline’s website), but not on just fly***. And nobody could help me for almost 10 days. By the way, even the airline which this ticket belongs to will not help you as well if you bought ticket with them. Big mistake from my side that I did not check reviews before I purchased my ticket from them. So my recommendation again-STAY AWAY from Just fly***, they sister company travel hub*** and buy either from a travel agency or the airline directly.

I booked 2 ticket international. From just fly web . Me and my brother . I found my name non correct .contact justfly let them know .ask me to send my passport copy .after 1 week ask me to buy new ticket under my name and I paid fee plus new ticket . Aftet that I found justfly cancel my brothet ticket without any reson by accident or mistake I called them every day lime 3 times asking why u cancell my brother ticket .finally say it its mistake and u disnt responsible about it . And we tray rebooked ur brother we waiting our email from airlion partners. Been 10 days no information yet .. 2 ticket one under my name other one under my brother name both cancelled and 3 ticket its new with correct name under mine .. I hired lawyer for filling aginst justfly we found somthing wierd agent give me fake information about flight and its ready to go whick airlion cancelled from 2 weeks ..only supervisor he can read the note . We contact CEO headquarters justfly complain . He said its our mistake they cancell ur brother ticket by mistake disnt review which passenger did correct name. We still wating for Re booked my brother and give me full refund about my old ticket my lowyer contact airlion today which its turckish airlion they admitted received alot of complain about justfly web . Its not professional dont have accurate information. Its not training about that kind of job . Its no choice if not fixed and becoming responsible about cancell ticket by mistake .I going to court ASP. Its just fraud

This is a fly by night scam.
I wish I could give them minus 5 stars.
Booked tickets and wanted to postpone it, had to pay additional $150.
Now I cannot use the credit, plus they keep hanging up on me.
Gave me a run around for over 3 hours.
Best thing file a dispute with credit card company.

This site is definitely scamy! I thought I'd found a good deal for a flight. After I booked the flight, I called within 30 minutes to find out if I could make a change. I was told that I was unable to make the change without paying a $75 dollar fee!! After that, I decided to cancel the flight. The Representative conferred with his Manager, and lowered the fee to $25. I explained to the Representative that I was going to share my experience with as many people as possible.

Horrible, unethical business practices and incompetent customer service. Do not use this company!! Despite the fact that the airline has agreed to refund me for tickets I purchased through JustFly, they are refusing to refund the money! I have called ten times, answered the same questions ten times, been passed to incompetent "supervisors" who are only able to tell you they have to follow the "protocol" which appears to be roadblocking customers from getting what they are due. The money you save is not worth the aggravation of dealing with these people!

This is my first time booking with JustFly*** and it was a terrible experience to say the least. We bought a flight from Atlanta to Denver, paid online with the site, and received a flight itinerary via email. Soon after I receive a phone call to further verify the flight reservation and truly felt all was well. The problem arose when we got to the airport and found that our flight was never booked even after being verified. The receptionist informed us that our reservation nor did it even exist and that she had never heard of such a travel agency. Of course we tried to get in touch with someone from JustFly to help rectify the issue an in a nutshell I was told there’s nothing they could do but make us another flight. This incident caused my very close friend to lose his job and set my family back trying to scramble and figure out what to do next. Please don’t use this site it has been a nightmare to say the least. They showed how very unprofessional they are and had us very concerned that we had or have been scammed.

We had a lot of issues with our recent trip booked through the Justfly booking company.
One month before our trip we had all the hotels, transportation, and schedule finalized since Europe is expensive and we had made plans to travel with other people.
Even before we left the United States we had a problem with our flight from Split, Croatia to Paris, France. 2 week before the flight Justfly reached out to notify us that the flight on 8/12 was cancelled and we needed to move to another flight. We agreed to take the flight the day before on 8/11 and forfeit our non-refundable hotel in Split. Additionally we had to book a second night in Paris to accommodate us.
We thought this would be the end of the problems, but 5 days into our trip to Europe we received another notification from Justfly that we needed to contact them immediately. After an hour on hold we were able to talk to a rep who only told us that we needed to talk to their specialist, all of whom were busy at the time. They put a note in our file to call us, but didn't return the call until 2am (6 hours later). When we finally were able to get in touched with them the next day they notified us that the airline had rejected our request to change flights. We asked what we should do and the Justfly representative said that they couldn't help us that verbatim told us that we should book another flight and they would process a refund. We specifically asked them to verify that our flight from Paris to New York would not be impacted and they agreed. We booked 2 one way flights from Split to Paris based on their recommendation.
This still wasn't the end of our problems as the night before we were supposed to head back to New York, I noticed a number of emails from Justfly. I called again and asked them to verify that our flights were still fine, which they confirmed but indicated that the flight was leaving an hour earlier than originally scheduled. We arrived early at the airport to find out that Justfly was wrong and the flight was still at its original time. When we attempted to check in we were notified that our flight from Split was indicated as abandoned, and as such, unreserved our seats on the flight to New York. We tried to explain to them that the booking company informed us to book new flights and showed them the emails from Justfly but they were unable to re-assign our seats and we were required to pay for the recalculated price direct from Paris to New York in order to get on the flight.
We contacted Justfly again, who made no efforts to help with the situation. I asked for them to provide our case file and the recordings of our conversation and was instructed to contact them to make the request. I've sent 3 requests over the past week and have received no response from them.
Their customer service has been atrocious and led to a significant financial burden in addition to lost time and stress throughout our trip.

NO FULL DISCLOSURE of cost. This is not a true saving website, JustFly will charge you unknowingly extra cost to the ticket and then extra cost for choosing a seat. I will NEVER use again

First and last time using JustFly***. Made reservation from SDF to MCO and ended up canceling due to AA canceling flight with no notice. Got credit for outbound flight. On 8-28-18 at 9:39am, was told that credit could be used on another flight until June 2019. Called back 8-28-18 at 4:58 to use credit to book roundtrip from SDF to EYW. Transferred to Customer Service at 5:02pm. While employee was checking on flight availability, got cut off at 5:20pm. Called back at 5:24pm to try to book new flight again. Was told they couldn't book roundtrip flight and pay difference...the rules and regulations state the credit could only be used for outbound flight since the credit was for an outbound flight. Well needless to say, they scored $470.60. Will never, ever use them again. If this review could have a zero or negative, I would rate it at that.

We had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency. Unfortunately, we had not purchased insurance. This was the first time this had happened. We did get a voucher to rebook with a $150 cancellation fee. However, when I tried to rebook, I was told there would be another $200 fee for both of us ($400) to rebook. They blamed it on the airline and said it couldn't be waived. I checked with the airline and they said that was not true. I'lll never use Justly again!

Beware of booking and trying to cancel a flight with just fly spent over 6 hours on the phone with to discover it is only money in there pocket, not mine. They hang up. Pass U from one person, who pretends to know something to the next, who knows absolutely nothing either. I had a credit of $293.00 & to use the the same credit the total cost will be over $500.00. I will only be booking direct with airlines from now on. This is buyer beware!
I would leave a minus rating if this site would allow it!

A cautionary tale - I booked for the first time with Justfly back on July 4, 2018. The email confirmation came back and I clicked ok and forwarded it to my husband. He immediately noticed it was for the wrong month, August instead of September. The email was a no reply beyond the initial ok. I checked their site and there is only one number and I began calling and immensely frustrating endeavor. Three days and several dropped calls I finally got someone explained what happened and gave them my phone number and flight info and they put me on hold and dropped the call and never got back to me. I then contacted Lufthansa the airline Justfly booked us on. I spoke with a representative who said only Justfly could change the reservation. After I explained to him my phoning problem, he sympatheticaly gave me a special number they use to contact Justfly. When I did call that number as soon as they determined I was a customer they redirected to the same number that put me on hold and dropped me again.
I wrote Lufthansa and called and although one representative there agreed they could change the reservation and I was transferred to reservations I was again told know.
I contacted my credit card company Capitol One and they have been fighting for me but now both companies have said I never tried to change the reservation. In addition to the cost that Justfly quoted for the airfare cost they added a $249.00 fee to my card.
Can you help, maybe not just me but as I discovered after the fact many others have had similar problems with this company. Unfortunately, I never got anyone's name. Also, make people aware that they should check any company's customer service. Can you ever speak to a real person? Let us know is there any agency that arbitrates such disputes. I even signed up for travel insurance but it doesn't cover this type of problem. A mistake on my ticket that has cost me over $800. I had to book another 2 tickets and did so directly with an airline for 1/2 the cost. So much for searching for bargains.

Used "Justfly" for the first time ever to book a domestic flight roundtrip and had a wonderful experience, everything went smooth. Soon after booking, I decided to further into some reviews of this company and instantly got "worried" and "stressed out" due to the overwhelming number of negative experiences. However, despite the opposition I had a smooth experience all around.
Here are some key points I hope may help anyone worried and/or uncertain:
- Make sure you are in the system:
Go to the official airliner's website (Spirit, American, Delta, United, etc.) and enter your confirmation code and other info into their "Flight Status Checker Tool". Look over the information, check names, date, time, etc. to ensure accuracy. Whatever information shows on their site is what is in the system. If you're extra cautious you can even call the airliner (which is typically a toll free number) and it will tell you the what is in the system.
- ALL flights are non-refundable:
If for any reason you are not able to make the flight and need to cancel, you will not receive a refund. What is even more strange is they will charge you to cancel and get a refund! Doesn't sound much like a refund to me.. If you aren't able to make the flight then just leave it be, the airliner won't wait around if you don't show up.
- Information / details must be precise:
If you accidentally entered the wrong name(s), date(s), or flight details then don't count on "Justfly" to fulfill it properly. They will charge you to change anything and in which I've heard even when paid won't get updated within the airliner's / airports system (as if they never requested the change)
- Double check for any additional charges:
When you're booking your flight, keep an eye on that price and ensure it isn't going up significantly. Also make sure to check your bank statements to ensure there isn't any extra charges.. This is just taking extra precautions.
- Extremely poor customer service:
Don't waste your time contacting "Justfly" via phone, you will wait a long time, get hung up on, or the representative will insist on some way of getting you to spend more money.
To sum up Justfly... They are a greedy organization with several schemes to suck more money out of you. However, their ticket prices are some of the most inexpensive, but is definitely a unreliable company when any problem arises.
If you did everything right on your part then you should be just fine. However, if you want complete certainty and support with your flight just simply book from one of the airliner's official website.
Recommendation: Book from "Google Flights" or the airliner's official website

If I could give no stars I would. I booked though this website on recommendation from a friend because the pricing looks so good.
Couldn’t be more wrong ! Had to get my credit card company involved to get disputes resolved. I can honestly say I have never expierenced worse Customerservice or more shady dealings !

I was charged a $19.95 fee without being told I was being charged for it. Did not discover it until I saw my credit card statement.

The tavel agency, JustFly*** switched our roundtrip itenerary from Newark, NJ to Tampa, and back from Newark to Tampa, and back from Tampa to now JFK (and if you don't know the distances, well you have to travel through NYC to get from JFK to Newark, and at the earliest would be an hour and a half of driving).
My wife and I called the airline, and JustFly***. Both Delta, and JustFly*** told us two different things accusing eachother of wrong doing by us.
Delta said it was the third parties fault for the change, but they could change the reservation for 15X the price. Which was $95 for two people, to $426 per person. Yeah.... no.
Justfly*** said that Delta made the switch, and the only way to switch was with No Refund, cancel the original flight with a "service fee," and then fly with Unite Airlines for $190/per person.
Quality customer service is not that hard. Both Delta and JustFly*** could not provide considerate service for an issue sprung by both***.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would have! You just cant make this stuff up, what my experience was.
Bought ticket from Charlotte to Cleveland with a layover in Washington DC. ***) no biggy right? I have no problem with a layover with my flights really.
BUT - It is a definite biggy to arrive at my layover airport, (***) only to find out JustFLY had booked the second part of my flight from another airport (***)...an hour away. Well isnt this special.
United wanted to charge me $110.00 to put me on another flight. I guess the fact I am in a wheelchair, with COPD and trying to get home to a family member just out of colon cancer surgery, (crying) helped United put me on a stand-by flight 4 hours later. THANK YOU United...
Just Fly may work for some, but I know I and my family will NEVER fly with them !! Nameste' all.

I purchased airline tickets from JustFly today for myself and my son. I am a very detailed-oriented person and always check my details two to three times before purchasing. I know I entered my name and my son's names correctly on the booking, I checked and double checked. I was shocked when I received JustFly's email confirmation showing MY name is on both tickets, with the wrong middle name (I did not even input a middle name). I was sure there was an issue with their data and called them to resolve. They said I must have entered the information incorrectly and they would need $75 per ticket to change the names. I could not believe it - so I checked online and see there are hundreds of complaints about JustFly doing this (and similar scams) to collect cancellation fees. They need to be shut down, this is pure fraud.

On 06/19/2018 My wife and I booked two flight through the company JustFly*** to Jamaica departing from Ft. Lauderdale airport and arriving at Montego Bay for 08/31/2018. The return flight from Montego Bay to Ft. Lauderdale was supposed to return on 09/03/2018. After booking and our credit card being charged, I realized that the dates that JustFly*** booked us for was both flying to Jamaica and returning to Ft. Lauderdale on 09/03/2018. We called the company to correct the issue and after an hour of back and forth with their "customer service" employees, we were transferred to their "customer service department" which was a voicemail for a air conditioning company. I have not been able to reach the company since and we were forced to purchase another flight to depart on the correct date. Literally the worst company I have ever done business with and I will never do so again.
