I planned a trip to London to watch my best friend get married. His wife to be was in a car accident prior to the wedding and was killed. Hence the wedding was canceled. I then canceled my flights to London and was told I had to pay $300 for the two tickets I canceled, but I would have a $1,092 credit with Justfly and I could use that credit anytime for a year. There was no mention of having to go to the same destination and the same passengers when I use the credit. It will expire in Jan. 2019. I booked a flight to Florida for a project I'm working on...and there was no way to use the credit on line when I booked it. I called the next day to let them know I had a credit and wanted to use that to pay for the Florida trip. I was told, after talking with 3 different Customer Service Reps from Justfly and was hung up on 3 times, that I could not use the credit. I could only use the credit to fly back to London and it had to be the same passengers. After hearing this new rule, I canceled my trip to Florida with you, as I will not spend MORE money with you after reading all the horror stories here of people using Justfly. I was then charge $150 for that cancellation. So now...I feel I'm out $1,450..with cancellation and the inability to use the credit I already have. My only recourse is to let everyone I know how you do business and how much money you have taken from me alone. I find I am not alone with these issues.

Just cancelled a flight reservation to Managua NIcaragua due to the political unrest, people killed and US Embassy travel alerts. I called TACA and was told cancellation is ok but with a $150.00 cancellation fee. Ok with me but I thought better to cancel with Justfly because that's where I made the original reservation. Filled out the online cancellation request and Justfly showed the $150.00 cancel fee. all good so far. I hit the button - done but when I printed the cancellation fee was $279.25. I called Just fly as was told the additional $129.25 was a Justfly cancel fee in addition to the TACA airlines fees. Whew--. Pretty hefty when it was done all online. This is one company I will not be doing business with again. I thought they were more honest.

This is the most run down booking agency ever. They are scammers. Will never book with them again. Called to book five tickets. Three one way and one round trip with my 11 and 5year old children.Quoted a price and they took my card, booked three tickets with my kids and raised my tickets by $100. Talked to a supervisor who said there was nothing he can do even though he knows it was their fault. Also threatened to cancel my kids tickets even though THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. And hung up the phone on me. I know now to steer away from this. The nerve! And they have the worst rating on Revdex.com.

We bought seats for a "non-stop" flight. Every email and confirmation I received stated it was "non-stop" but when we got to the airport we found out that was not the case. I have been trying to contact Justfly for months now and NO ONE has responded to me. If I could give a negative rating I would. I am speechless with the lack of customer care and zero response I have received from them. I wish I had looked at this website before purchasing tickets from them.

After I changed the flights, they informed me that I wouldn’t be able to cancel the reservation. Even though nothing notified me that changing the reservation would void cancellation.
After the change in the reservation, it added $350. Thinking that this was the new charge, I agreed to it.
They credited my account $104.94 after an hour long phone call and them assuring me that nothing could be done.
Then I needed to change the dates, so I decided to pay the $150 and was supposed to get a credit of $580. I was only credited $380 which should have been fine, because when I looked up the flights it was $385 with fees and everything. But when I try to book using my travel credit, which can only be applied to flight and not used for hotel, the price of the flight is $580 and they want to charge me an additional $200! After I have already paid them over $800!!!!

This company is absolutely terrible and should not be allowed to take money from people.

This is the worst experience ever in booking a trip and I have done it for 40years; lies about the prices, quotes one and charges another, two plus hours waiting on the phone and never getting any result, unable to confirm seats and then no seats available unless you pay extra. Absolutely the worst.

This is the worst onine booking company for flights I have ever seen! Never ever use them!!! They billed my credit card four times in 24 hours and when I called to complain they stated my card had declined it. Nope. Four pending charges that put my card over its limit. The man said he would fix it and send me an updated email concerning the charges. In an hour I received an email cancelling my daughters flight! When I called to find out what the hell happened, I got an hour of run around, even after sending them screenshots of my four charges, and them saying my card declined them so what are they supposed to do. When I confronted her about the screenshot showing the charges, she stated it was impossible because it was declined. She hung up on me! Never ever ever use this company. I am thankful they screwed up. I went directly to the airline and bought the tickets cheaper without the hassle. Oh, and if you need help, they speak broken English.

Good afternoon I’m very frustrated and I got this email to see if I could get any help, I bought 2 tickets to justfly.com for my husband and I to go to Nicaragua for my best friends wedding, I bought them on March and we where going on December this year, my friend got a travel advisory from US Embassy staying that is not safe to travel because there’s a civil arrest in Managua Nicaragua, so we all decided to cancel our tickets all my friends had luck and where able to cancel full refund, because is not our fault there’s a civil arrest over there, well I decided to cancel online, I got charged 300 to cancel online, I called justfly they where not helpful at all, did not want to refund me the money or help me change my destination, it’s not my fault Nicaragua is going thru this situation, I called copaairlines directly they suggested me to call them back and have them cancel my cancellation and then wait until like October or November to get full refund, I called again and ask to speak to a supervisor her name was *** agent number ***, she did not help me at all eighter, please advise of what can or should I do now, she said if I don’t use my credit I will be loosing my entire money.

My Grandpa purchased tickets for us to visit our home state from our duty station. Our orders changed and now my husband has to go overseas. As a result we have to move with a moving van and cancel plane tickets. Justfly.*** will do nothing other than provide a travel credit for another time rather than provide a refund. We gave them a copy of the orders and still they will do nothing. We contacted American Airlines and they are, so far, complicit with Justfly.com in RIPPING OFF ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY. This is a legitimate issue that needs attention in more than our household.

horrible experience, very vague baggage info when booking,did not clearly disclose there were no bags included,thought deal had at least 1 checked bag,website said can cancel in 24 hrs, called in and agent said $150 cancellation fees(2 travelers) and said I needed to have purchased a special insurance to be able to have a free cancellation within 24 hrs.

To Whom It May Concern,
We have had hands down the worst travel experience for what was meant to be a spectacular vacation to Denver.
Please see attached files for timeline of events.
-Email and text notification of flight delay at 5:47am day of flight
-Prompted an immediate call to Frontier 5:47am. Representative notes flight delayed until 5:45pm same day. They stated that they could not get us on another flight with any other airline as Frontier is not affiliated with any other airlines.
-Called Just Fly twice 6:00am, 7:41am, with no answer-hold time of over 40 minutes each call. Went to the airport for in person service. (See attached Lyft Receipts)
-7:09am Gate rep stated flight was being delayed due to mechanical issues until 5:45pm-that an email or text will go out of the flight will be moved up earlier in the day.
-Email received from Frontier as leaving airport w/flight voucher for "inconvenience", no mention of flight cancellation 7:47am-flight vouchers are both invalid
-Call to Frontier made at 12:03pm to ask for update as we had not received any texts, calls, or emails on status update from Just Fly OR Frontier. Was told by rep flight has been cancelled until the following day. Rep noted that they could get us on a same day flight to Colorado Springs with a 1.5 hour drive to Denver which would depart MPLS at 6:10pm. Frontier rep took all of my information, puts me on hold, comes back to tell me that “unfortunately, that was only for one person. We cannot get you both on this flight. You will have to wait until tomorrow at 11:45am to depart.” We had planned this trip months in advance (in February), and were traveling to Red Rocks Amphitheater for 2 concerts, where we had purchased the VIP experience for. If we waited until the next day, we would miss the show.
-Called Just Fly 12:21pm to discuss option to book with another airline. They could not refund our flight-*** (second passenger) called on her phone to Frontier to cancel our flight with Frontier so we could get out on any other airline same day through Just Fly with American Airlines. Her call was made at 12:35pm
-Frontier offered us a refund for the flight that they cancelled with no mention of a cancellation fee. Frontier charged a cancellation fee via email at 12:45pm, and another at 1:35pm on a flight that Frontier cancelled
-New flight with American Airlines was booked via phone through Just Fly via a frustrating phone call with a representative that could not speak English. T he call was hands down the most frustrating phone call with customer service that I have ever had. The rep barely spoke any recognizable english. Repeated my email address back to me, incorrectly, 17 times. The cost of the flight which now was departing at 6:21pm, arriving to Dallas Fort Worth at 8:59pm, with an hour and a half layover, had us departing from Dallas at 10:25pm and arriving in Denver at 11:29pm. We did not arrive to our hotel via an Uber until 1am.
-The cancelled flight also cancelled our car rental reservation, which we then had to rebook on Friday 6/15 through Hotwir*** as every rental company in the area was sold out due to a hail storm in the area on Wednesday.
The extremely long travel day, lack of communication and follow through with Frontier absolutely ruined our trip. We spent the next 2 days completely exhausted, sore, and jet lagged, not to mention unable to spend money saved for our vacation as it was spent to rebook through another airline.
We missed an entire day of our vacation. We spent an entire day on and off the phone and computer trying to come to terms with the mess that we were in because of Just Fly. We are asking for a full refund reimbursement of the $871.50 rebooking, seat assignment, and baggage fees that we had to pay out of pocket for this inconvenience.

Don’t use this company!! They changed my flights twice resulting in a 8 hour layover which is ridiculous. I am traveling with my 92 year old mother who is in a wheelchair. When I called they act like they are looking for other flight options but they try to put you on flights that are very undesirable and most likely underbooked. What a scam!! Then when I tried to check in for my flight I couldn’t online! Which then means we have to wait and check in at airport . I paid for seats after initially booking and now probably won’t even have good seats. So frustrating!! I wish I could charge them for the extra time I have spent on this!! I’ve read so many similar reviews on *** so this is how they operate. Wish I would have read those reviews before booking with them.

Do not under any circumstances book a flight with Just Fly. ***. Trying to get through to their customer service is firstly, almost impossible. And if you do, the wait they put you through is like a jail sentence. They never ever look into anything they say they’re going to look into. I had requests to look into phone calls with employees names and ID numbers and nothing. Every time I called there was a convenient “no update” into what I was looking for. It was pure insanity. They agents are rude, rehearsed, and unhelpful. They made me chase them around for months with no help and ignored the medical issues we were having that rendered us unable to take our trip.

Worse costumer service!! Booked the flight and bought the extended cancellation policy, which is a joke!!! After countless hours on the phone with costumer service trying to get my flight cancelled, all they told me is sorry our hands are tight!! They wouldn't even change the flight to a further date! This company is a fraud and have lots of miss leading information. Never will use this company again!! Stay away unless you just want to throw your money away!!

I tried calling these people to resolve a customer service failure on their part which has cost me a few hundred dollars. I was on hold for over an hour, and they never answered, much less rectify their fault. Perhaps they were asleep? Or maybe they forgot how to answer a phone? Extremely incompetent! Avoid these people like you would the plague!

Just don't do it. They told me baggage fees were included, which they weren't, and then wouldn't refund me even after I provided all necessary documentation.

This company says it finds the lowest airfare but then takes what the airline you pick charges, and adds a surcharge onto it. That results in a fare higher than if I went directly to the airline.
Calling the company is a waste of time. The customer service people speak such broken English it is almost impossible to understand them. Then, no matter how many times you tell them the separate charge they put on the billing causes their price to be higher than going direct to the airline, they respond by saying the same thing over and over that doesn't address the question. This company acts like they put up a website and hoped someone would accidentally think they are a real company. Stay away, far away.

I purchased flights to and from Germany that we completed on May 7, 2018. We did not check our bags flying out, but on return we checked two bags, and per Justfly's booking confirmation we were allotted first checked bag free for each ticket. Well *** air stated that our ticket was purchased as Economy light, so we had to pay 88 Euros($105) per bag in order to board and the *** Air agent would not accept what was stated on our Justfly receipt. Justfly states that this ticket was booked as Economy and that *** air is incorrect in their definition. In dealing with both *** air and Justfly, no one will work to resolve the claim stating their company is not accountable for the error. Trying to deal with *** air is one of the worst experiences, let alone having Justfly work to resolve the issue or escalate it. Warning anyone looking to book travel with these companies, I wish you all the luck!

I booked my flight with Just Fly on line never got my confirmation so after 24 hours calmed to make sure my fligbt wad booked. They said show nothing for me something must not have went through to rebook.They trasfered me and I gat a male rep he tried to charge me 25 dollars more for flight than what wad on line. I complained and he gave it to me gor same price. I got confirmation right away. The next day I got a confirmation for first flight so know have 2 tickets same flight. I called to cancle one of thr tickets less than 24 hours I was told there would be a canclation fee of 75 dollars. When I explained every thing he sad cant take fee away. I ask to speak to his supervisor he says just hold on. He comes back we will only charge a 25 dollar cancellation fee. I told shouldn't have to pay anything . I was advised you had no reservation for me to rebook. I again ask for supervisor and was told he would just tell me the samething. 27 min later I had to ho bake to work or would be late. I asked to have sup call me at 435 after I got off. I of course got no call. I called back recording said 10 min wait, then 13min wait then 15 , then 15 or more. I got a female rep on phone ask for supervisor was told she could not transfer me I could not speak to supervisor until I give my info, reluctantly I gave it to her. Then ask to speak to her supervisor. Then she just hung up. I will dispute charve and never book with Just Fly again. I had booked other flight with them but never again.
