We booked a flight reservation with justfly.com in January for a trip in June. It is the day before the trip and when logging in to check in, we see that the flight times have changed by hours and we were never notified of any changes. We are currently on another trip so having the flight moved up by two hours would have been beneficial to know more than 24 hours prior. When speaking with justfly to come to a conclusion on why we were not notified (a four hour period of time what involved being hung up on, on hold, and transferred around) the service people said that they spoke with the airline and got our seats upgraded and baggage fees taken care of since there was no way to change our flight because they would not switch airlines. We then received notification from the airport that our reservation was no longer confirmed but the tickets were pending. It then took another hour plus on the phone to get that sorted out to make sure we actually have a reservation for our flight. We then found out that justfly lies about crediting our bags and seats. No one should ever use this website. The customer service representatives were extremely rude and lacked the knowledge to be able to solve the issue to answer basic questions. You are better off booking with an airline directly and paying the more expensive price than deal with this company.

I just got off the phone with ***. I think I truly just got scammed and I will have to cancel my credit card. I called with in one hour to cancel my flight reservation and was told that it would cost me $75.00, but he would fully refund my reservation of $483.08. I was refunded $353.60 and charged $25.00 for my cancellation and never was refunded my CSA travel protection insurance fee of $29.48 which he said would be fully refunded. While we were on the phone I checked my credit card statement and I was telling him I had two charges for $29.48 and his $25.00 fee on the statement. He would not provide any kind of email to me confirming I would receive the full refund amount and when I questioned the refund receipt of the flight and taxes and it not showing on my statement, he directed me to the web site and my account which had the $29.48 fee still showing and he kept telling me that he assured me that it was refunded and it was showing that on his screen. He could not take a snip of it and email it to me and he could not email me in writing that is was all going to be refunded and when I pressed for proof he hung up on me. I would never recommend this JustFly to anyone.

I booked airline tickets with justfly.com. for my once in a lifetime vacation to Alaska with my family. BIG MISTAKE! After paying the nonrefundable fare, the company changed our flights to include a 9 hour layover which basically excluded 2 of my family members from going. Then they told me they would only refund the outgoing flight, because they initiated the change. I informed them that if they could not go, then they could not return. I stayed on the line around 2 hours explaining this to them. Then after they sent me confirmation, we were returning from Alaska , at the airport returning home we find out they have cancelled our return flights. After staying on the phone at the airport with them for over 3 hours total, on frequent long holds, they got us other flights, but made us pay for them up front and said they would refund the cancelled ones in 6-8 weeks ( the flights they cancelled). We were at their mercy. Pay or be stranded in Canada unable to return home in a timely manner. This just happen a day ago, so I guess I'll see if I ever get my money back. I won't hold my breath. Please beware of this "company". Thank-you.

This company is a scam. They have no intention of issuing refunds or credits. They will issue you a credit and not allow you to use it. The website wouldn't allow me to use my credit and when I call they transfer me to a hold music line that is literally indefinite. We are talking hours. I just lost $600 by using this company. They need to go our of business and stop screwing people over.

I booked a ticket with this company, for a 10-hour international flight. During the booking process I selected the seats for my travel to be near my partner, selected the meal option, and saw that I had 24 hours to cancel the ticket without refund. Once the ticket was booked the seats and the meals were not confirmed, when I tried to log into the system it said I was not able to make any changes to seats/meals at this time and would have to wait until 24 hours before the flight to choose which seats were available. After realizing multiple complaints of this company, when I tried to cancel the flight due to their error on seat assignments they tried to charge me $150 per person to cancel the flight. They stated that in the terms and conditions of their company (which was listed no where during the booking) it states that seats are only requests and not confirmations.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! I made a flight reservation online with Justfly. I unsubscribed from their email, and still continue getting their marketing emails to buy this and that(insurance, seating, etc...) I've emailed them about this and was on the phone to their agents who spoke broken English and did not help at all. When I asked for a manager, they told me the manager was not available. They try to make profits off of customers that don't read all their fine print(which is everywhere). My advise, do not book with them. I won't...EVER!!!

I initially bought a ticket for my oldest daughter to fly from Cleveland, Ohio to Orlando, Florida to visit me on spring break. After discovering my youngest daughter had the same spring break time, we decided to cancel the flight. Initially justfly notified us that the refund amount, after penalties (expected) would be refunded to the debit card used for the purchase. We then got a separate notification that airline credit would be applied. I recently tried to use this airline credit through their website. The website would never load flights available to book using the credit as I let it try to load results for hours and I used several different computers and internet sources. It is not available for you to search for flights the conventional way on their website and enter the information needed to use the credit. So I proceeded to call customer service where I was put on hold for over 1 hour and 50 minutes. They told me that I could only use the credit for the traveler that it was used for initially and that I had to use the same airline. I was initially fine with that. The lady found me a flight, said that I had to book me and my youngest daughter separately and that in addition to the $204 travel credit that I had, I would need to pay another $250. So your telling me that one way for one person in coach is $454 dollar? On deltas website specifically the cost was not even $250 so how is justfly saying it’s over $450? I’ll never use that website again, they’re a scam and a fraud.

JUST FLY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. PAY $75 TO CANCEL A FLIGHT TO GET "TRAVEL CREDIT" AND THEY MARK UP THE FLIGHT AS MUCH AS TEH TRAVEL CREDIT, SO YOU LITERALLY JUST PAY A $75 CANCELLATION FEE TO LOSE MONEY. WHAT A *** JOKE. THEY SHOULD GET 0 stars

Me and my husband booked premium economy flights from JustFly. We called the airline to ask what is included to it and found out that the flights we booked were actually light economy, meaning that not even a bag was included in the price, nor better seats or meals. Justfly kept saying that the flights have premium economy benefits. We spent 6 hours on phone Justfly to solve this issue and all we were offered is no-fee cancellation of flights, even if we had legal documents in front of us (tickets) that stated that we have premium economy. The JustFly supervisor we spoke with was not sorry about this mistake and did not offer any kind of compensation. The worst experience ever and completely untrustworthy company. Do NOT use them ever.

DONT DO IT! They sent me a confirmation for a certain amount but then my credit card was billed $15 more! I had to call customer service and they did credit me back the $15 but I shouldn't have been charged it in the first place. Then I had to cancel my flight and there was nothing the airline could do for me because they said JustFly had complete control over it. JustFly was unwilling to give me credit nothing..They said I would be charged $300 by the airline carrier (United) and then they would charge me an additional $150! $450 in cancellation fees for a $435 ticket..ugh..And they go in circles trying to explain it to you, it can be very misleading. If you read the fine print on their website they can cancel your ticket but you get unfairly penalized if you cancel on them..The prices may be low but you could end up paying a lot more in the long run...

It was my mistake that I didn't read review before using this agency. Booked the flight and when I had to change the flight agency fee for the change was 400$

I bought a business class ticket for my elderly sister who has back issues. I booked it from Sydney to San Francisco via Honolulu as it seemed a better deal. When she checked in she was told her booking in business was only to Honolulu not from Honolulu to SFO despite it being ticketed as business all the way through. If I wanted an economy ticket via Honolulu I would have bought one for significantly less money and flown her direct to SFO. She spent one hour on a long distance call from Australia and I spent two hours on a call to Justfly from the U S they offered a paltry refund and made no attempt to change my sister’s seating. This company is unethical in its business practices and misleading to the consumer. They also charge unexpected fees which they claim are levied by the airline but which instead of going to the airline go to Justfly. The agent at the airport check in told my sister Justfly is known for this sort of scam

Justfly.*** is incompetent, unprofessional, engages is FRAUD and has zero customer service (polite people who are trained to repeat themselves, but zero power). They gave me a flight on a different date and time than the one I chose. I immediately called back and they disconnected before addressing the problem. I immediately called back a second time and was told that "13 minutes has passed since the booking so it is too late to change the flight". They insisted on charging $225 to change their mistake. I refused. I called the following day to pay their fee and dispute the charge as fraud but they refused to cancel the flight AND refused to accept any fee to change the flight and correct their mistake! I tried to file a complaint but their supervisor refused to provide any information, other than their main number, as to where a complaint could be made. Eventually they told me to email: ***. I have yet to find out if anyone will respond.

hi I bought 3 ticket memphis to toronto . they carged me extra $44.85 . I called them for refund and they refunded and told me I will get refund in 5-10 days . I never get refund . I keep calling them they say already issued the refund after 20 days I still not received . they told me to call my bank for enquirer . bank told me they have no control on refund it come automatically . I think they never made any refund . they just scamming me.

I booked with JustFly for the first time. Will never use them again. I paid a higher price to get a Non-Stop flight from Tampa to Austin as I will be flying after working all day. The flight was not only not NON-Stop, but it stopped in Houston. When I called Just Fly they said "Mame it is a quick stop", I said there is no such thing as a quick stop I paid a higher price for a NON stop. Didn't get anywhere with customer service (terrible). It gets worse I stop in Houston have to change planes and literally had 10 minutes to get from one side of Houston airport to C12 the complete opposite side to get the next flight, I ran. Beware I talked to the United people and they said this happens alot when using third party services take it up with them. Called Just Fly and they said it was United, no it was Just fly who charged me 70.00 more than United charged for the same flight saying it was NON stop. The Itinerary confirmation Just Fly sent actually says NON stop 7:15 departure Tampa and 10:33 arrive Austin 4h18m complete false information nothing about Houston until the 24Hour window before leaving to print ticket and there it was on the actual ticket. I have never written a bad review for any company or experience however they were very rude when I called them asking about the false information. And if I was not in good shape there is no way I would have made that connecting flight in Houston. Please beware I don't want this to happen to anyone else. If I could give a No star I would I was charged 579.05 from Tampa to Austin round trip with one leg being Non Stop. That's just wrong

We bought international tickets through JustFly. Due to political unrest the US State department issued a level 3 travel warning for our final destination a month or two after purchasing our tickets. Kopa said they could reschedule our flights for a week later (unlikely to make a difference when the people call for an overthrow of the dictator), but we had to do all the rescheduling through JustFly. They informed us that other than going the exact same trip one week later, it would cost us $150 to cancel, $150 to reschedule and the difference in price of the shorter notice tickets. We could not just take the trip to our layover destination. In fact to switch our tickets to our layover destination would cost an additional $700 per ticket, even though we already had tickets there as our intermediate destination. Also it was very difficult to understand the people helping us as English is not their first language and they seem to just be reading a script from the website. I would not recommend using JustFly.com and will not use them in the future.

Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service, even supervisors. (Spoke to 3) my daughter submitted a reservation and noticed immediately it was a day off on the departure day. Right away she had to cancel, and remake the reservation. Received a $75 fee. She called customer service right away to double check everything. 2 weeks later logged in to verify booking and found out they cancelled her flight... 2nd $75 fee. They would not refund and flight charges which totaled $650. Gave credit of $361 only which she had to use by 2019 going to and from same destination. After numerous calls, got nowhere, daughter called yesterday to use her credit and ticket totaled approximately $300. Come to find out she cannot use the normal fares but only the ones that the prices have been doubled and has to pay a penalty fee of $250!!! So now we’re out a total of over $700 and didn’t fly anywhere. Yes I should of looked at the reviews but how can a company get away with this? Not giving up!

I had a very bad experience with this company JUSTFLY.*** , they lied to me about on bags on an international flight, saying I get 2 bags per traveler. I found out it wasn't true, I called them they gave me the runaround for 40 minuets, saying we provided you the info as it appears on their screen at that time, that is completely not true, they know international travelers cares a lot about bags. then I asked for an email and a name of a person in charge, she refused to do that saying she was not allowed to do that. NOT ALLOWED to speak a person in charge gives a way, they don't care about you once they take your money.

I had booked our flights through JustFly.*** for our first trip to Europe. We were traveling to Italy flying Air France. Air France notified us a few days in advance that they were going on strike the day we would be flying out of Washington, DC. I called JustFly to ask what to do and they were very unhelpful saying there is nothing they can do until they go on strike. Day before our travel I called Air France who was very helpful and willing to rebook our flight on another airline in the event our flights would be canceled. They were allowing people to do this to avoid last minute panic of having to reschedule flights. AirFrance saw that I had gone through a booking agent (JustFly) and let me know that they would have to do the rebooking. I mentioned that they hadn't been helpful when I called them and they said they need to help me. I called back JustFly and was hung up on and then put on hold for a very long time. I then spoke to someone who said they couldn't do anything until the flight was canceled. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold. They came back and said their supervisor told them to email AirFrance to see if the flight could be rebooked and they would call me back and let me know the outcome. Not giving me any other choice, I ended the conversation after they sent the email. I never heard from them again. An hour before I was supposed to leave for my flight, I was on the phone with AirFrance who did end up helping me to change my flights. I will never use JustFly again!!!!

WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.
Very unprofessional staffs, they all trained to lie to you. They attempt to charge me double a ticket even after the airline urged them not to. When asked to speak to a manager they will quickly tell you nothing will be done and they are right, most of the time the manager is worse than rep. NO ENGLISH SPEAKING representatives. They will put you on hold all day until your batter runs out.
