DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! I made a flight reservation online with Justfly. I had to cancel and within the 24-hour permitted period I called to cancel. Was on the phone to their agents who spoke broken English and did not help at all. When I asked for a manager, they told me the manager was not available. What kind of business is this? Their cancellation online is fraudulent and misleading. My advise, do not book with them. I won't...EVER!!!

I wanted to book a round trip flight for myself from Chicago to Guangzhou China and the ticket for me, through Just Fly, was about $1,000.00. I had to wait for my wife, who is currently in China, to get back with me before I booked the flight. I found out 24 hours later from my wife that I could then book the flight and that everything was good to go with her. When I went to book the original flight through Just Fly, the price went up an extra $300.00 to $1,300.00 total for the round trip flights.
Ok, so I had to eat $300.00 for waiting to book 24 hours later. My mistake. I also purchased the cancellation policy on this round trip flight.
About 2 weeks later, there was a change in plans in China so I had to cancel my flight and would have to re-book later. I went to cancel on line and went through all the steps and I could see a $300.00 fee from Asian Airlines and a $150.00 fee from Just Fly (which I had known about).
So I am thinking $450.00 for my change of plans.
When I went to cancel on line (after going through all the steps), I was getting a download Icon for about 15 minutes. I then go off the website and tried later with the same results after a 15-20 minute wait. This was very deceptive and gave you the feeling of a scam.
I then called the the *** number and talked to a broken English speaking person. She said there would be the $150 fee, then she had to put me on hold for 5 minutes (like she had to talk to her manager or something) and said the total charge would be $600.00 plus the $150.00 for a total of $750.00 to cancel. She also said, in broken English that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on my credit card. I did receive an email on 4/28/18 that there would be a 6-8 week delay for the changes to show up on my credit card account.
After thinking about how this seemed like a scam, I called the credit card company and went to cancel that credit card to eliminate any other unknown charges from who knows where.
I also got to thinking that I did not have to set up an account, with Just Fly, to do this transaction with my credit card information, which seemed kind of strange.
After all I went through with this flight booking company, I would not recommend them to anybody after all the hassles, time spent, and just a no-good feeling from the start. If there is a change of plans after the 24 hour period, it will cost you a lot of money and take 6-8 weeks to get some of that back.
It has been since the 28th of April and I still have not received the credit card credit from Just Fly and it could be another 3-4 weeks before they will take care of it, if they do!

Last year on 24th September 2017, I booked flight tickets for myself and my then 1.5 years daughter from Minneapolis to Mumbai using Justfl***, flying through Air Canada. For some reasons, I had to cancel our flights and that’s when the nightmarish experience started.
When asked about cancellation fee, there was inconsistent information given to me. One agent mentioned 200 dollars and when I called back I was told 300 dollars. Finally after lot of arguments and discussion, the flights were cancelled for cancellation of 200 dollars.
Now I am trying to use my travel credit and their website would return me flight options after providing the intended dates of travel. The same search works if I do that from their home page.
Tried calling them and wait time was more than 15 minutes and it stayed “more than 15 minutes” for next 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it changed to “upto 15 minutes”. After several attempts when the call was finally connected, it was routed from one group to another group. Last person I talked to told me that they cannot see the price so they have to reach out to airline and I need to call them after 24 hours. When I mentioned that I can see the price, I was given some weird excuse that prices for a new booking and re-booking are different.
My 1500 dollars are stuck in travel credit with them and I am unable to use them even if I want to use them. Unfortunately I read the complaints for Justfl*** only after booking my tickets. I am not sure if you can help me with getting my money back but I really hope that this email adds enough to already reported concerns by customer, for authorities to take some action against these money eaters!
Regards

Very over priced ticket. Miss spelled name of passenger by one letter and to fix this issue cost 75.00. Buyer beware.

Unlike other trips I purchased my airline tickets for *** through Justfly***. I should have stuck with my "rule" - never do this. While in Denmark I became will and with a doctor declaration needed to change our travel return date to California. Called *** - they can do nothing as I booked through Justfly. Called JF several times, was on hold for 1+ hours while waiting for a supervisor., several times.Yes, they could change date for a $2000 change per person. Our whole trip had only been $2114. for both. And there is NO REFUND for any reason. During our conversation with the CSR I was lied to, they were rude, did not speak English that I could understand, did not know what they were talking about. Took the return trip as a loss and rebook ourselves with *** to get home for $2007. for both of us. Lesson learned: NEVER book with anyone other than the airline direct and NEVER BOOK WITH JUSTFLY. A very unethical operation.

Justfly*** (a "travel booking agency") is an absolute scam, and I would like to share my experience to help others avoid all the hassle that I have been put through.
First, I selected this company to purchase a cheap airline flight ticket with correct itinerary departure/arrival dates for my trip. When I completed my transaction, the dates on my final itinerary were being shown as incorrect. Considering I had purchased flight insurance along with my airline ticket in case of change/cancellation, I attempted to go back and change my flight to one that would have me correctly arriving at my destination on time. Although I was able to make the changes, I then received a voicemail from the "supervisor" at Justfly*** (as well as multiple emails) claiming there was immediate attention required for my flight change.
My phone call to Justfly's customer service department brings me to the second point of my complaint. Although I explained my issue multiple times, the man that I spoke to over the phone (who I must say spoke extremely broken English) gave me a long, drawn-out explanation that I needed to cancel my flight and that I would be charged a $200 mandatory fee to cancel the flight. I started to b*** frustrated because I told him I would not pay the fee since he was the one making the suggestion to cancel. He kept giving me the run-around saying that it was mandatory, so I requested to speak to the supervisor that had left the voicemail on my phone. He gave me numerous "um" and "uh" responses before saying that his supervisor would tell me the same thing about the fee, which made me increasingly frustrated. I repeated over and over that I would like to speak to his supervisor, until finally I said "SUPERVISOR. NOW!" He finally "complied" with my request and "transferred" me to the supervisor. However, I found this "transfer" to be very unsettling because it literally sounded like he had set the phone down near a recorder playing music (came to this conclusion because I could still here background chattering and noise). I was left on this "transfer hold" for about 20-25 minutes before I finally gave in and hung up. After hanging up, I was very uncomfortable with this experience, came to the conclusion that I must have just been scammed, and called my bank to report fraudulent activity from this company. My bank was very helpful in filing a fraud claim with this company and was able to have my money fully credited back to my account.
Yes, I know I should have done more research on this company before purchasing a high-priced airline ticket, but I am extremely shocked and blown-away by the level of Justfly's unprofessional business practices. Along with this negative Revdex.com customer review, I will be leaving more complaints on other review sites to try to help other customers avoid this fraudulent business and their scamming activities.

I made a mistake in booking my flight and was charged $260 to modify only one leg of the trip as the return leg was restricted. When prompted to find new dates the web portal did not specify that both revised dates did not work. Under the assumption that my flight change was ok I pressed submit and a processing prompt popped up and after 2 mins it indicated that it was unable to process my purchase BUT when I checked on my itinerary the first leg was modified but the return leg was not. If I knew the $260 change fee was only for one leg I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. Now i'm paying $591 for a one-way trip from Boston to LA flying economy...enough said. I will never use them again and urge others to take screen shots of every stage of the purchase if you do use them.

I would give Justfly 0 stars if I could. They don't deserve 1 star. This company is a HUGE SCAM. I booked a flight for my study abroad program and I had to cancel it because I had to push back the dates. Anyways I was suppose to get a $151.60 refund. Thats what the website said. WELL when I canceled the flight they ended up charging my card 150 dollars and when I called the customer service to see what the f* they were doing they literally talked in circles and were trying to tell me that I got a $151.60 dollar refund BUT they charge $150 to cancel??? Seriously. I tried to talk to the manager because that it absurd and doesn't even make sense. It is also different from the amount on the receipt they emailed me right after I canceled. I was on hold for so long I just ended the call because I don't have more than an hour of my busy schedule to be put on hold. Anyways, I still have a charge of $150 dollars on my bank account for no reason. Even if they have a canceling fee (which I was not aware of and your website does a HORRIBLE job of pointing that out) I should have $1.60 in my account $151.60 (refund)-$150 (canceling fee)= $1.60 which is what it shows on my receipt Justfly emailed me. The receipt literally shows I should have $1.60 put INTO my account. BUT I still have $150 dollars missing from my bank account. This is ridiculous your company is a huge fraud I will never ever book any flights with your company ever again.

Criminals. They have a bait and switch fraud scam going, where when you click on a flight at a cheap price, you find that the price has gone up a couple hundred dollars the moment you paid, and you get stuck paying the fraudulent and unauthorized charge. Then if you search the same flight, you find that the ticket you bought is still available at the cheap price, the same "only 2 seats left" message on the flight details, and the same cheap price they try to cheat you out of if you try to buy it. They don't post any discernible info disclosing cancellation fees, they don't allow free cancellation in the case of mistakes, I called them literally within minutes of seeing the overcharge and they refused to adjust the price or give me a full cancellation refund. They lied about their ability to compensate or make adjustments, I know for a fact that they have done so occasionally in the past if you threaten them with legal action. They are breaking all sorts of consumer laws and I don't know how they're getting away with it, maybe they gave a lot of money to the *** campaign.

Horrible. I was lied to twice by representatives of this company. When I realized that I had been lied to, I called in less than 20 minutes to cancel my flights. I asked to speak to the supervisor, ***, Badge Number ***, who told me I would be charged this huge amount of money to cancel a flight. He said it was in their policy to do so, and yet, that policy was never read to me on the phone and that is how I made my reservation. He refused to give me his supervisor's name and refused to accept any reasonable option that I provided him for a resolution. I felt like I was being held hostage. Also, had I booked the flight directly with the airlines in would have been considerably cheaper. Truly a disgusting organization. Avoid at all cost.

User beware. I made a flight reservation online with Justfly. I had to cancel and within the 24-hour permitted period I submitted a cancelation via their online site following instructions to a t. I knew I would be charged $75 to cancel and agreed to that. I checked the agree box, then the cancelation box. I learned 2 days later that they did not cancel the flight, so I could not get a refund. Calling to try to rectify this resulted in no progress with agents who spoke broken English.. Their cancellation online is fraudulent and misleading. Canceling online doesn't work, so don't use their online service for that. You have to call.

Tried to book airline ticket for me and family through this website as it boasted about cheap flights. Got a price, looked very competitive, filled in all my information including credit card, said processing my booking and that's it. No confirmation, instead, said the prices have changed by 100 odd dollars per ticket!!?? Refreshed my page, looked up my requirement all over again, website still shows the old price!! Really?? Repeated this whole process 4 times for the same result. Called up their customer service, talked to someone, for the same result. Looks like they have no idea about what they are doing. They treated me like I have never booked a flight online before!! Asked them why the website did that and the answer was website does not update that often!!. What does that mean? And the guy was keen on getting all my information first even before even giving me a price!! Very very sketchy!! Looks like their game plan is to get people to them by advertising cheap prices and when you try to book, obviously, you can't so you will be forced to talk to their customer service who would try and sell you the same product for a higher price!! That's how it occurred to me. So people, careful dealing with these guys!!

It is a scam , justfly.com is a scam!

Am now on hour three of my customer service call. I had to cancel a round trip flight because of family issues and when I went to use the credit they gave me it was only available for the airports that were previously chosen. Then I was like, okay I'll just get the same flights I had before and deal with it, when I went to get them with the credit, the flights had went up FOURHUNDRED DOLLARS! When I logged out and looked again, the flights were back at the original price, when I looked WITHOUT the credit, they were at the original price. To use the credit, all the prices for flights went up enough to make the credit useless. When I explained this to the customer service, they kept asking me questions, I was hung up on 3 times, called them 10 times, and have gotten no where. I am livid, and just going to cancel the charges on my card, show my company the proof I have of the price gouging and this website showing I am not the only one. They are not worth it do not use them at any cost.

Very deceptive website. Their Fairlock is not free. Charged me $19.95 saying they had booked the flight. But my credit card was not charged, they said it was and they also had credited my account for the flight. Neither the charge or credit appears on my bill for the flight. They said "Oh, if the credit is not there you need to call your credit card company". This is a very fraudulent, lying company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I just got robbed out of $2,000 from this farce of a travel website. I needed to change my ticket destination. I had to pay a $75.00 cancellation fee per ticket, and now they will not honor the prices on their website. They are telling me the airline is charging an additional $200 rerouting fee (separate from their fee), and the ticket prices they are quoting for me to "use" my credit is twice the online price. I asked where I could go to see the actual prices so I would know how much to spend. They said only they had access to that information in their database. So basically, I need to just shoot in the dark, and hope it's close. ROBBERY.

This is the BIGGEST SCAM! They book flights and then can only to charge you double the price. You then call the customer service line and they put you on hold and never come back on the line. I lost $735. Airlines like ***, ***, and *** need to stop allowing them to book for them.

JustFly has included several clauses that are not followed even by the company themselves. We in particular are a victim to the unethical conduct of JustFly. We have bought the flight tickets and we were able to take the first flight however, on our way back, we were not able to board the flight as they said: "We can not pull up your information."
How can they possibly not be able to pull up our information, if for they first flight were able to board and fly without any problems?! Not only this, however, when we tried to contact their customer service, they did not reply at all to our complaint.
We could only contact them through the credit dispute which up to this point are still unresolved. Our total amount for the cost of the flight was $2110.07, however we only asked for $1055.00 as that was the amount for not being able to board the second flight.
We bought the ticket 24 hours before the flight and they have sent us a confirmation letter, confirming that all the flights are booked and accounted for, however, we were still not able to board the flight and not able to seek redress.
If anyone is reading this, it is all good and dandy when your experience is good, however, it is when you've been wronged, that you see the gilded company for what it is.

I booked a flight for myself online and attempted to book the same for my minor son, but was unable to. Immediately after this, I called the customer service number to purchase a ticket for him. After 1.5 hours on hold, the representative refused to add him to the reservation or allow me to purchase his ticket separately, and stated that I would need to cancel my own flight and re-book them together (for a cancellation fee of $75, despite the fact that I had made the reservation just prior to the call). When I called a second time, initially my wait time was "up to 5 minutes", but after 32 minutes, wait time was "over 15 minutes". Oh, and I was inexpicably charged $12 more than the quoted fare - never was the excess explained in any way.

I travel on a monthly basis and always purchase protection plans for my flights just in case anything where to happen. I unfortunately had to cancel my flight due to emergency, when cancelling flight I was given the option to cancel flight and get a credit for $500 but was told I had to pay a cancellation fee of $150, so I payed the $150. I then asked if there where any other fees and what the process will be to use the flight credit. The rep advised me of a small re-booking fee that will be applied when rescheduling flight but should not be significant. Prior to booking I went ahead and did research on their web site so I had more an idea of what it was going to cost me, based on my travel dates the ticket was listed as $481.41. I then called to make a reservation because the website was not loading to do it manually. I tried different times of day and it would not load. I don't know if that is part of the scam but I called them at their only number they have listed on their site. The first rep I spoke to said the information on their site is different, they have a different system that does not allow them to select flights we are able to see online. To re-book I had to use the same destination, same layover. I agreed and provided the dates I needed to travel (same amount of days), He then provided me with a figure of 677.89 plus a re-booking fee of $350. I spoke to the rep how could that be if the same flight is showing for 481, he insisted that their system is different. I then told them to leave as is until I can call back to reschedule. I called the next day spoke to a ***, provided her with the same travel dates as the first attempt to book. She then gave me a re-booking fee of $242 and price on ticket was 782, in total 1,022. I was so upset I asked to speak to a manager and the call was hung up. I called back and was finally able to speak to a manager and she was no help, stated that the pricing should be as what it was given to me over the phone. I then asked to speak to a manager that over looks her and she stated their was nobody else I could talk to, the chain of command ended with her. I was so upset that I had to hang up. I called back two days later due to weekend, was on hold for an hour so I called back. I finally got a patt who was helping book, she stated the system was taking more than 5 minutes she will be referring me to a support team, was transferred to a *** who took my information checked on pricing put me on hold, after waiting 1 hour 42 minutes the call was hung up. I had been dealing with this almost all week and no resolution. I had to take a breather after being on hold/derived by the customer service reps. At the end I ended paying the price of two tickets worth. 548.96 original ticket + $150 cancellation fee + $200 re-booking fee and new ticket price of $738 =1, 088 - 500 credit= final cost of ticket $588. For potential buyers please read the fine print and check coverage on ticket. It says cheapest tickets so I don't know why it would cost double to reschedule. It's better to loose the ticket and purchase another and would end up saving 350 dollars. I would no longer use this travel agency and would not recommend anybody to deal with all the headaches, with the lack of professionalism on their end. How do they came up with different figures when its the same dates? This is a scam!! I tried to place a bad review on their cite but they don't have the option for it. It just depicts positive feedback to cheat people to make them think this a great place to buy when in reality its the complete opposite. very disappointed and would not use again.
