I recently purchased a ticket from this agency online and I realized on the ticket my mother's middle name was use as her last name, I called them and they charge me $75 dollars for that. The person I spoke to was very rude and hang up on me. she told they are canceling my ticket and I have to wait 3-10 days to get my my refund. Please do not use them they sucks and will rip you off.

I originally bought a ticket which I wanted to switched the dates backwards. The agent told me the best solutions would be to cancel the flight and rebook it with cheaper pricing. After I canceled the flight. The agent told me unfortunately those cheap flights are for first time customer not someone who has a cancelled flight. I disputed that to my credit card company and for the money back and left a credit with Justfly.com. I recently tried too book a flight using the credit I had, agent gave me a price different I should of $238.17. I paid the difference, 2 hour later I get a call from Justfly.com saying that my conformation is on hold because I owe $506.27. Agent told me it was because of the Ticket Rules” and I should read about on the website (I figured it was fine print). I told them to go ahead and refund me the $238.27 because I’m not agreeing to pay for $506.27. After a week, I called again to use the credit. I was giving the same price by the agent, I explained to her my previous encounter and she said “I guarantee the price of $238.27 is the only difference you need to pay to get your confirmation. So I booked it, an hour later I got an email by Justfly.com to call them back for immediately for my booking information. After about an hour later, talking to couple of agents when I finally spoke to the guy who had answers. He told me the same thing “you need to pay $506.27 because of your ticket rules” so this time I asked him “can I read this fine print ticket rules on website?” He said “no it’s not on website”. I couldn’t read something they keep throwing around to get me to pay more, and hold my credit back from being used. After that I wanted to speak to the supervisor, who pretty much told me he couldn’t do anything. I asked him does the system their sales, and customer service department have are different. He said no it’s the same system. I asked, why then am I gettijgn2 different information on the recorded lines? He said I don’t know but if you wana book with us you have to pay $506.27.
I told them, I have never met a company that isn’t willing to do anything for their customer. And I will never buy from them. I will make sure people are aware how bad they are as a company.

I purchased a flight ticket from justfly.com, and would like to cancel my ticket within one hour due to schedule conflict. They charged $75 cancellation fee. I called them and told them that the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation regulations require that, as long as I booked a non-refundable ticket 7 days ahead of your flight, I am entitled to hold my reservation and the fare and change or cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, without paying a cancellation fee. They still charged me $25.

I paid for a round trip flight from Miami to Dominican Republic via the JustFly.*** website. The flight was operated through PAWA airlines. Three months later, I received an email from JustFl*** saying that the flight was cancelled by PAWA due to a "flight suspension". They said in order to issue me a refund they would need my bank account number, my bank address and my passport number. My original form of payment was a visa credit card. When I called, they could not give me an explanation of why they could not refund my original form of payment, or why they needed my bank account number and the other information--they simply said that is what PAWA airlines required (even though I had booked through their website). When I said they could send me a check if they were truly unable to refund my visa credit card, they said they could not do that. When I asked if I could contact the airline directly they said they would tell me the same thing, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor the agent said he was the only person at Justfl*** working on refunds re: PAWA airlines.

Terrible customer service, be warned! go to ***, or any other reputable site

JustFly has the most utterly disgusting and despicable business habits for customers who are literally paying you hundreds if not thousands of dollars through their company. I am being charged an additional $700 on top of the $850 I paid for my ticket, as well as getting the most rude and useless customer support i've ever encountered. This company has a 99% Negative rating on Revdex.com for a reason. I have never witnessed such a disgusting company in my life.

STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.COM. When I received my reservation it did not have the correct date. I checked my browser history for the webpage I used to make the purchase to confirm that I had chosen the correct date of departure, but the confirmation email showed the departure exactly one week later. When I tried to correct this, the system wanted $75 of the $137 dollars I spent on the original ticket. In order to prevent the charge being posted to my credit card, I accepted the $75 fee in hopes that I could try rebooking by phone and get a refund of the $75 fee. When I tried to do this I was transferred to three different representatives all of whom demonstrated poor mastery of the engish language. The final representative offered to rebook my flight on the correct date for $100 more and refused to refund my original $75 fee. This sort of business is not unusual in this world of systemized service. Reps are slaves to computers, we are slaves to reps.

This website uses unacceptable practices of changing the price after a flight has been selected without warning. I was purchasing a round trip flight and selected one advertised as $583 per ticket for two passengers. I clicked the flight and was brought to the purchase page where I entered my passenger and payment info - the price of the purchase was also displayed. When I was finished, I clicked "confirm" and received a pop-up notification that the flights had increased by $230 per ticket since I made my selection and I was given the option to proceed at the new price or to cancel my transaction. I canceled and went back to the search page where the same flight was still advertised for the original price and tried again with the same result, including the pop-up warning.
Next, I selected a different flight that was advertised for $542 and clicked through to the page to enter my personal and payment info. When the page loaded I saw that the price total was 2 x $542 as I expected. What I did not realize was that while I was filling in my information the price changed with no notice or warning to 2 x $776. I didn't bother to check again since the page hadn't reloaded, I hadn't changed any selection, and based on my prior experience I expected that if the price were to change that I would get a warning as I previously had. Therefore I clicked confirm and the purchase went through. I had to open the link in the email confirmation I received to even see the price that I had ultimately been charged - $500 more than I had expected or agreed to.
I immediately called customer service and after being passed off once, I was told that the best they could do for me was to offer me a *reducedcancellation fee of $25 per ticket. I told them that was unacceptable as I had essentially been conned into purchasing the more expensive ticket. They told me that they had a screenshot of the price I paid on the page where I hit confirm, so I was responsible for the purchase. I eventually accepted the $50 fee to cancel only to immediately find out that they "accidentally" charged $75 instead! (They ultimately adjusted that back to $50, but I literally asked the rep to confirm that it was $50 three times, so I don't believe it was an accident.)
I went back to explore the issue and it happened again and again. You click on one of their flights and are brought to the purchase page which shows the price that you selected. Then wait about 5-10 seconds and the price will change right before your eyes! It's an atrocious practice that I can't imagine is legal.
Meanwhile, even while I was on the phone disputing this with them, the flight was still being advertised for a cheaper price! They argue that flights change quickly and no price is guaranteed, but why does the price only update on the payment page and not the advertising page? They are therefore falsely advertising for a fare that they have no intention of charging.
I will never use this business again under any circumstances.

My Wife is about to pull her hair, JustFly.com is a Case Study of Poor Customer Service. We called more than 10 times in last 3 days, every call waited average 20 minutes to talk to a rep and then every freaking call got automatically disconnected after 30-40 minutes. They all ask for a callback number upfront and they NEVER CALL back (no matter what you tell about your previous calls). We are stuck with them because we have Cancelled tickets credit to use. The website does not allow to book for that credit either.

This is the most irritating and unprofessional travel site I have ever come across. I initially booked a flight to Germany to visit my parents. Ten days before that flight, my father died and I tried to move my departure date up so that I could use that ticket to be with my mom and attend my dad's funeral. Though I knew that plenty of flights were available, they couldn't offer me any one and instead suggested that I cancel. For a whopping 300 Dollar airline cancellation fee and an additional 150 company cancellation fee. I told them about my father's death, and I was told that I needed to present his death certificate before they could even consider waiving those fees. Since my dad had just died a few hours before, no certificate was available. I received the scanned certificate a few days later, sent it directly to Justfly--only to be told that nothing was received. Hours later on the phone, with half a dozen of agents to whom I had to explain the entire case again each time, they told me that my completely normal professional e-mail address wouldn't work and that I would have to resend the whole thing from a gmail account. Fine. The certificate went through. Meanwhile, valuable time had passed and the deadline to cancel the flight (a minimum of 48 hours) was drawing closer. I called back about 20 hours later to be told that the certificate was not enough, I had to send in proof of my family relationship. A birth certificate was required. Since I am from Germany, mine is in German, but of course, they don't accept that because a company that deals with international customers all the time only accepts documents in English, notarized. I managed to translate the documents and found a notary public who could notarize the certificate and its translation, all of this six hours after I had to bury my dad. I sent the whole pdf via the same gmail address that I had been advised to use a day before. And the company claimed they did not receive anything. Had to resend, finally it went through. After that, I was put on hold for a long time only to be told that it will take 24 to 74 hours to review my request. I have 12 hours to cancel. If I cancel now in order not to forfeit the entire amount, I will not be considered for a waiver. If I wait for the company to review the case, I will lose all the money because I am past the cancellation deadline. And all the agent can do is tell me to "calm down" and feed me some computer-generated . And put me on hold to talk to the "Helpdesk". So: they claim they can consider waiving fees in dire cases like death, then squander valuable time by not having their tech in place to accept e-mails form a variety of accounts/ servers; don't give you all the relevant information regarding the documents you need to send, further squandering time, and when time runs out, they don't allow you to cancel to at least save your refund and continue the application for a possible waiver if the claim has merit, as any reasonable airline would do (they give you up to 45 days after the cancellation to submit your paperwork). Stay away from this company by all means. I will never ever book through them again and make sure to make it known to everyone to avoid this company like the plague. Since I fly a TON and so do my acquaintances, this will hopefully have some effect.

The worst experience of my life, lost 2000 dollars with them. Please stay way from this company

NEVER book with JustFly. They have written into their terms and conditions that if you cancel your flight you will only be able to use your ensuing credit on a flight that is double the price. Our family trip was cancelled due to this oversight.

JUSTFLY, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE TO SELL YOU A TICKET, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR GIVING YOU THE SEATS TOGETHER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Zero stars. Terrible. I booked a flight and accidentally added an extra letter to my first name. I noticed the error right away, a full month before my scheduled flight, and contacted their customer service. I subsequently called them 7 more times over the next three weeks! Each time I called they told me to call in 24 to 48 hours. Each time I spent a half hour on the phone. Now, two days before my flight the name change has still not been made and they are telling me to call 24 to 48 hours from now again. They will not guarantee that the name change will be made before I leave, but they will not refund my ticket without a $175 airline fee and a second $140 fee, I don't even know what for. It took me an hour of waiting to be able to get that answer from a supervisor who told me there was no one else I could talk to and those were my only two options. If I want to be sure that I have a ticket for two days from now, I need to book with another airline because nothing about my experience leads me to believe they will fix this problem. And if I do that, I get to pay them $300+ for the pleasure of spending hours on the phone with them, zero customer service, and continued stress. Do not book with JustFly.

They lied to me 5 times since I had a credit for $650.00 so they can make profit for themselves without having me rebook with it and the price keep going up - good for justfly comp only not customer...this is a scam please everyone let have a group lega with *** so they know that when they messed up with us for time and funds they have to pay it back something....

I purchased an airline ticket and insurance with justfly.com. The next day I called to get a refund as I no longer needed the fight for that date and destination. The call center rep said it would cost $150 to cancel my flight. They also informed me if I did cancel it would only be a credit voucher and not a real refund. Also, the only way to use the voucher is if I fly with the same airline to the same destination within 365 days. On top of that, they told me the insurance I purchased was through a 3rd party company that "might" cover my $150 cancellation fee.

I paid $187 for the flight and the fee to cancel was an extra $150 if I proceeded. This company is a complete ripoff and they are scamming people left and right. They don't care about loyal customers. They are out to make a quick buck. If you need to make ANY changes with your flight, good luck. Their mentality is "it's not our problem".

A word to the wise, only book flights with the actual airlines themselves. I can't believe this company gets away with this type of scam.

I purchased nonstop Latham Airline from VA to Lima during Cyber Monday. The fly and confirmation sent was nonstop. A few months later , the itinerary has changed to connection: beginning VA to Miami flying AA and Miami to Lima with Latham Airline without my knowledge. I discovered it myself when selecting seats thru Latham. I called them to confirm as well sending me a new confirmation. They said they need to confirm with AA and would send a confirmation within 24 hours. I wait for couple days but did not receive it. I checked back and was put on hold for 2 hours. Then, the agent said the same thing going thru AA and sending me a confirmation for 24 hours. Still, did not get it. I called back third time, waiting for more than 2 hours. Then, the agent promised he would send over new itinerary within 24 hours. Guess what, nothing! I called AA directly about my situation. AA said they could not help me. Justfly need to reserve the ticket but AA has no records of Justfly delivered it as several agents kept telling me contacting AA. I am making 4th call, sitting here as waiting for my turn since 8.00pm and now it's past midnight. Horrible, horrible services. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR SAVING!!! JUST CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IF THEY DON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY, SCAM OR RIP YOU OFF.

Be aware of this flight site the customer service is the worst you will be charged on your credit card after almost a year purchasing a ticket still got to my credit card and take money still trying to resolve the issue they will not hel

JustFly is one of the biggest scam businesses out there. Air fare can be difficult, but if you know where to look and when to buy, it generally turns out fine. My parents bought my fiance and I tickets to San Antonio to vacation as a gift. Here we are a week out and my fiance just can't get off work. After HOURS on the phone with JustFly and FOUR representatives later, I'm $300 poorer, and in the same place I would have bee had I just not shown up to our flight.
So, rep one tells us that a cancellation fee is $75 per passenger and we are responsible for the price of the tickets we were cancelling as they are worth at that time...so we could be credited or owe the airlines.
Our original flights were $809 total. The new ones were $400. We had a lot of money to use towards a new flight it seemed. A total credit of $1400. Time to change flights. Not so simple.
Still with rep one, I ask maybe three times if these tickets can be used to fly from Portland to Dallas instead of to San Antonio. (We are going to Dallas now to visit family at a later date when we are both, assuredly, off). She says, very simply, yes. Just wait 24 hours for the cancellation to process and I can call back to change the destination. Good news it seems.
First infraction is something that has happened to a lot of people with JustFly. They double charged me for the cancellation fee. $300 instead of $150. Second is that I notice under "Manage my booking" where I'm shown my new cancellation credit I can only apply said credit to a flight to San Antonio. I immediately make a call, ask about the double charge, they apologize, and ensure me that they are processing a refund. This should take 2-10 business days. (Still waiting for this). This second rep then assures me that, once I'm ready to make my purchase, I should call back and they can reroute the flight over the phone. (Still hasn't been 24 hours).
Rep 3 sheds some light on this suspicious situation. I'm on and off hold for 45 minutes and have accomplished nothing but been told the plane cannot, in fact, be rerouted from San Antonio to Dallas. It has something to do with the policy of American Airlines, the outbound airline, apparently. I ask to speak with management.
The supervisor is entirely unhelpful and like the rep before her, has me on and off hold for the next HOUR AND A HALF. She says she can indeed route us to Dallas and proceeds to bring up prices for an outbound flight through American Airlines and an inbound flight through Alaskan airlines--as, again, these must absolutely match what the cancelled tickets used.
Finally, a grand total of $656 dollars. That's with my applied credit of $1400. For two passengers going to Dallas and back home. A domestic flight, keep in mind. She explains this is because there are nearly a $1000 total of penalties amounting per passenger per airline.
I immediately decline and insist that I could buy fresh tickets for $530 through Alaskan--a price I was tracking as we spoke. So, here I moved to ask for my cancellation fee back. It promised me a service that was only explained in pieces and omitted where convenient. She quite robotically repeated she could not refund a processed cancellation fee. Dead end.
So I'm for a $150 refund that may or not come, given this business's crooked and manipulative practices. The other $150 I disputed with my credit card carrier. If a merchant will not comply with a transaction refund you feel is warranted, and in this case, it very much seems to be, the proper forms are submitted and reviewed. I hope that is the last step in cutting ties with this truly awful company.
I implore any prospective flyer to avoid these people at all costs, absolutely. They want no more than your money and will lie, omit, and simply be downright difficult to achieve that.

Do not use JustFly to book flights, hotels, etc. They are terrible! They say you can make changes or cancel your reservations within 24 hours. What they don't tell you is that there is a $75 charge to do that. That information is buried in less than legible script deep into the propaganda on their website. The customer service rep was terrible!
NEVER use JustFly to book your reservations unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
