I booked a one-day business trip in and out of Ronald Reagan (DCA) via JustFly***, with *** inbound and *** outbound. Despite providing all my details in my customer profile, including TSA Known Traveller Number, Passport, *** Skymiles # and *** AAdvantage #, these bozos had the following problems:
1) They sent my *** Skymiles number to *** to book the ticket;
2) They didn't send my TSA Precheck number to either *** or American;
3) They supplied a wholly non-existent airline confirmation number for the *** Airlines leg.
I ended up having to call *** to figure out the snafu. Thinking JustFly*** might appreciate a heads up that they've got some data mapping issues, I called their support number. Bad idea. 17 minutes on hold, just to talk to a lady who was so impatient to squawk back what she thought I was describing that I'm fully confident she didn't grasp my intent, until finally I stopped her, and simply asked that she please forward the information on to their tech team. That confused her dramatically.
My first step after this trip is to delete my account. If they can't map data correctly, how in the world can anyone be confident they're protecting passport and other customer information.
So, I'm out. I'd recommend others stay away too.

After experiencing their nightmare service and then seeing through several review websites includeing the Revdex.com, I am amazed this company has not been shut down. My wife had to cancel her flight and we accepted that we had to pay a $150 cancellation fee and would only receive credit rather than a refund. When we tried to book a new flight using the credit, the site would not allow us to use the credit at its stated value for the fare that it had advertised. I received the run around from their incompetent customer service for nearly an hour, being transferred several times to different people and then they eventually hung up on me. At that point I called my credit card company to report their business as a fraud and directed them not to honor any of the charges. This company has such terrible business practices it should be considered a fraudulant business. The number of negative reviews of this company is astounding and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the *** yet.

I recently booked two tickets from their websites and I canceled them within 24 hours because our schedule changed. They charged me 75 dollars cancel fee for each tickets. When you follow their steps to book tickets on line, they never remind you how much they are going to get charged for fee if you cancel the tickets within 24 hours. I found out when I canceled my ticket. Their custom service was also bad, I waited for 20 min to reach the representative, who did not gave any reasonable explanation. I am not going to use this company anymore.

I purchased a ticket with Justfly at 9.03 on Saturday April 21st 2018 - I received a confirmation of my ticket with itinerary at 9.06 from Justfly - the itinerary was incorrect and my credit card had been charged for the amount of $549.00 - I went ahead and changed the return flight to the correct time that I orginally had requested and confirmed - this was my mistake instead of calling them first - I know received a new confirmation and the price has changed to over a $1,000.00 because I have been charged for the new return flight - I subsequently called and now I have been informed I will incur a $150.00 charge because I am cancelling - I spoke to three people one a supervisor all within 1/2 hour to dispute this fraudulent case I believe to no avail - I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges - so they have made off with over a $1,000.00 of my money and no ticket for a xmas holiday gift to go home I am so very angry and I have since read so many complaints with the same issue - how is it possible a company can stay in business with such a disgraceful customer service I have no words just pure anger for this act

Absolutely Terrible!!! Completely Incapable!!! Scam! They cannot even do the simplest things, such as changing the itinerary, updating itinerary and reissuing e-tickets. They told me over the phone that they will send me the new ticket and never did. The schedule of my domestic flight was changed, and neither did they even know about it but nor they were able to update my ticket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

On 10.04.2017 we purchased from justfly*** two round trip airline tickets DTW to FLL. On the same day we cancelled the flights which were in justfly***’s refund policy to get a full refund.
We did receive a portion of the refund on 10.04.2017 from *** Airlines totaling $346.40.
We were charged $150.00 as a refund fee and told the *** refund would be another 6 to 8 weeks.
I called Justfly*** mid-January after no refund and told to wait another 6 to 8 weeks
I called Justfly*** on March 12, 2018 with no refund and told they would send a check as a refund in 10 to 15 business days.
I called Justfly*** on April 6, 2018 with no refund and told to call back in 48 to 72 hours
I called Justfly*** on April 12, 2018 with no refund and told it was being reviewed and call back in 48 to 72 hours.
I called Justfly*** on April 18, 2017 with no refund and feel by now they are giving me the run around.
If you do not receive your full refund within two weeks file a dispute with your credit card***pany. Justfly*** was able to prolong the refund date making it impossible to dispute the charge with

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I swear, you will pay more money in fees then the actual flights. We bought tickets to Hawai'i and bought the protection plan for $20x2. When there was flash flooding, we tried to cancel and use the credit we received to fly somewhere else. The fee to change was $200 per flight, per passenger =$800. So using our $720 credit would make it so we would have to PAY more to use the credit than if we bought new tickets. Let this company go down!

I have been trying to rebook my flight to extend a few nights. The website doesn't allow me to do so. I have been on the phone with Justfly for over 3 hours. No one has answers, no one has options. Tickets are non-transferrable and have to be used in 6 months. I was disconnected two times after being on the phone with a rep for 30 minutes each time.

If you you need to cancel a flight, it's next to impossible to recover your money. They give a credit which can be applied to a future purchase, but it should be same destination and origin, and up to one year since the cancellation. 150$ cancellation fee does not help anything. And the "best" thing is that the credit cannot be applied on their website, you have to spend literally hours with agents on their phone, and they will tell you that there are no flights available. Now I deal directly with my airline after almost a 1000 loss to these scam artists.

Terrible company, incompetent service, STAY AWAY. They called to tell us our flight was cancelled a week before departure. They rebooked us on a different route, then called a few days later stating the original flight was reinstated. However, the DAY of departure they called and told us we did not have a confirmed flight and would not be travelling. Destroyed our long awaited vacation to see family.

Bought two tickets to Japan through JustFly. There was a VERY minor error on the middle name of the other passenger. I called them to have it fixed, they said it will cost $75 to fix it.
I paid it, then they said they will have to reissue the ticket, and they will let me know when it goes through. Not only did they not notify me, of anything at all, I found out they reissued the ticket with the same name error. No change, but they charged me $75.
When I called them to ask to fix it, they said that I need to be patient and they will fix it. Two weeks have passed. Flight is coming up. I told them that they already "fixed it" but nothing happened. They said that I did something wrong, etc etc. I've spent about 4 hours in total on the phone with these people, over 5 phone calls.
Now, we have to just roll the dice and hope that this error isn't too major. But we're lucky that we have TSA Pre-check and other things that can help us.
I would not ever use these people. It was such a waste of time, and the $80 I saved buying off of them is not worth the headache.

I totally agree!!!! Please Don't book your flights with them. I was a victim of this agency and I have a problem from beginning till end of my flights. They don't disclose all info and not included on your itinerary a hidden stop they call it. They even blame us for not checking which is hard because it's not showing on our itinerary and no emails received. The customer service is very rude I have to call so many time for help and one hang up on me, advised me to call back for so many times it was a horrible experience. We ended up buying a new air ticket to a different airline just to fly back home. They are not helpful and not professional and it seems like they are one of those call center that don't know how to handle problems and just want to hang up and give you false advise and misleads the customers. On our case we ended up buying a new ticket just to fly back home because the hidden stop needs a visa and we don't have one.because it was not disclosed ended up paying more for our ticket. I will never use this agency and want to sue them if I could for suffering we experience and money wasted from this trip. We missed some of our scheduled tour and hotels which is too late to cancel. Pls. don't use this agency. I would like to get any advice on how to sue them for what they did to us.

As a frequent travel customer I’m writing in regards to a very distasteful experience I had with this company. I booked a flight to visit part of my family in Spain on April 9th, 2018. It’s also worth mentioning that it was my first time using “Justfly”.
I spoke with one of the supervisors called “Alli” who was the first of many problems in this fiasco. She was so rude and she also HANG UP ON ME. Is this the costumer services that JUSTFLY offer? I am very disappointment. I asked her for my “received” and she never call me back to apologies. I called again and suddenly “she is gone for the day.”
Very RUDE people. NO helpful. POOR service. I do NOT recommend buy tickets for this company.
I would hope that you take these complaints into consideration.

I was so upset with their service, I canceled a flight through them. they did not inform me my new flight through united would have a 200$ change flight fee (even though I had already filed a canceled free). Also when I canceled my flight and accepted the credit through united they also did not inform me that I would only be able to use the credit towards my previous destination but increased the price of in ticket 100%

A very dark way to conduct business, I made a search for a fligh with a June 15 date. It throw me to a June 14. Thinking that it could be a very easy to correct instead they charge an additional $490. I called and they told me that it could be easy to erase my mistake if I called to cancel first. I been reading about this web site and there is a good number of complaints and some how similar to this case. Everyone on the market looks for a cheaper price instead this website collects easy money from people like me. Becareful with the small letters they don’t have a problem taking your money.
I called the airline and they told me it’s a very usual way to take money from people searching for a better price. Waisting 490$ I could easily flight first class instead I got first class scam.
Not using *** NO MORE ever. Stay away.

Horrible customer service. Inaccurate prices. Book a flight for x amount and they charge your card for an additional amount and blame the Airline.

I'm sorry, but I would not recommend using this booking site. I was charged for the Fare Lock even though I did NOT select it and it wasn't in the total upon checkout. When I called support to request the matter be corrected I was told over and over in robotic fashion that the fee was non-refundable. Even though I explained the fee was charged in error, that they took payment for something I did NOT include in my purchase. The agent, and subsequently the supervisor, refused to acknowledge the error and refund the fee. They lacked any care for the matter and kept replying with canned responses. I found the same itinerary on another site that is actually rated high with the Revdex.com, and there's no fraudulent charges. It's not the service this site offers that I have a problem with. It's the customer service that is a HUGE problem. When I asked to speak to someone higher up that could resolve my issue, I was flat out refused. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Justfly.com is the worst travel agency I've ever deal with. We had to cancel our family trip because this company failed to provide another flight after our flight was cancelled with no reason. A month before our trip, we called to check on our flights and we found that one of our trip was cancelled months ago and they never told us, and they are forcing us to travel at a different date. We spent almost the entire month trying to get another flight until is was too late, then they decide that they will not refund us. Without the Revdex.com and our bank we wouldn't get our money back. Fortunately, 3 months later we received all our money and an apology from Justfly.com. Think twice before contacting them.

The website solicited business for providing a service to get assigned seats for a fee. They collected the money up front. At the time that seat assignment was permitted, you are directed to the airline's (Spirit Air) site, which required payment to Spirit. When contacted regarding this issue, Justfly said they did not have an agreement with Spirit to be able to provide seat selection and that it was the fault of their website. When I called to see what was they problem they said they knew about the issue and had no intention of correcting their website.

I recently booked 3 U.S. domestic tickets at a very good price through JustFly.com. JustFly advertises full refund cancellation within 24 hours. I needed to cancel one of the travelers and attempted this 2 hours before the time limit. I was unable to connect with them even though I tried every 10 minutes only to hear a recording telling me to "try again later." Their call center was temporarily having difficulties (according to their website). I finally connected with them 15 minutes before the 24 hour deadline. They told me I did not meet the 24 hour deadline and therefore will be charged cancellation fee plus my cancelled ticket will not be refunded but only credited with limitations for 1 year. SO, because their system was inoperative, I did not meet their deadline and don't get my refund plus I pay an extra fee. They advertise values of "integrity" but certainly do not stand by this. Additionally, the supervisor told me I should have cancelled way before the 24 hour timeframe. But 24 hours is what they advertise!!! This is not that treats people respectfully and honestly.
