This has honestly been the worst third party airline company to go through. I do not write any reviews on any airlines, but this company has been giving me so much trouble that I am inclined to write a bad review and on the verge of suing. I originally booked a flight to Fiji along with insurance in the case that I cancel so I can receive a full refund, but when I did cancel I could not get a full refund and instead I got credit. Keep in mind, this whole process took hours to try and resolve because they did not know what to do. The agent told me that I could not get a refund and that credit was only good until August 2nd. Originally she said that I could use this credit to go anywhere that I want, then when I spoke with a different agent she said that the credit I could only use for the same destination and same departure, nothing else. I was confused as what I could do until I spoke with a supervisor on this matter, which took another 45 minutes to reach him. So a year went by and I called last week asking how much credit I have, so I decided to hold off on booking and try to find out when I should leave to go to Fiji. I called back the next day and the agent told me I do not have any credit, talked with a supervisor, then he said I could use the credit. I tried booking, but because the flight comes back after August 2nd, I am not able to do this because I would need "authorization" from quantas. He said that they will give an answer by today, so I called today and still nothing. Each phone called lasted 45-1 hour long just to get the same answer. It is very hard to understand them because their English is not very good, so I had to have them repeat what they were saying almost every time to make sure that I am hearing them clearly. Worst 3rd party to go through, you can find cheaper flights on your own through google flights, trust me.

I used to use JustFly all the time for personal and business trips, but after tonight's experience I will NEVER use them again. My flight was cancelled due to weather, and the airline booked a flight 3 days later such that I missed a commitment. I called the airline and they said that they couldn't offer an earlier flight and that if I wanted a refund or a flight through a different airline that I would have to go through Justfly. I called JustFly and I was ON HOLD for OVER 5 HRS and NOBODY PICKED UP. This is absolutely ridiculous - I have never experienced such poor customer service. If you don't have the bandwidth to handle calls 24/7, you cannot morally claim "24/7 service."

I just had the worst experience with *** this evening. The longest time on the phone with a company (5 hrs 16 mins 5 secs). This includes an initial hold of 3hrs 40mins after talking to the first representative. All together, I had to speak to 3 different representatives in order to get a refund for my canceled flight (canceled due to the bad weather/bomb cyclone that went through the North Eastern U.S.). It's either that *** has very poor customer service in terms time efficiency or they were trying everything possible to avoid refunding the ticket for my canceled flight. I have to admit that they were as polite as they could be but they tossed me around like a football from one representative to another. I thank God that I purchased the travel insurance which covers flight cancellations. *** was a third party through whom I bought flight ticket from ***. Then *** tried to deny one of the withdrawals they made from my bank account but that's another story. I don't usually write reviews but this one got me fired up. If I don't see the refund in my account within 7-10 business days, I'll be consulting my lawyer. I will never forget this bad experience. This will be my last time buying any tickets or making any reservations through ***.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this scam of a website.
I booked my international flight via *** and am now out $500. Due to an error with their website, my ticket listed my first name twice. In order to change the ticket so that I could board my flight, I called their customer service and was told I had to cancel my ticket and book a new one. To do this, I would only get a 50% refund from the airline and would additionally be subject to a $150 cancellation fee from *** - even though the error was their fault. Even though I was going to book myself on the same exact flight, I could not get a full refund or credit.
My issue was eventually escalated to a customer service supervisor who, after ten minutes, said she would not help me, said a harsh "goodbye," and intentionally hung up the phone on me. After a cumulative four hours on the phone with their customer service, they would only give me $75 to make up for the $550 loss due to their website malfunction.
This website is an utter scam.

I accidentally booked my flight from BUR-NYC for the wrong date (I got mixed up with red-eye flight dates). I called two days later panicked and and was told that they would allow me to cancel flight for $25 (she lowered it from $75) and that I can get credit to book the much cheaper flight the day before. I asked her to book it over the phone before the price increases. She apologized and informed me I have to wait 24 hours. She did not mention anything about fees involves with this new booking. When I called back in 24 hours, I was told I can only book the same destination and departure. This was one piece of information that was not presented during my phone conversation, but because she was kind enough to lower my cancellation fee, I thought to myself, I'll let this one go. However, when I went to book the flight again, I realized they are charging me $225 in fees, on top of the $25 I was charged for cancellation, on top of the $233 I paid for the original flight. That is a total of $250 in fees to use a $233 credit. When I called back to tell them that this flight they advertise as $158 on the website shows up as $383, I was told "Well, of course, they must have told you there are rebooking fees." No. No they did not.
I am so confused as to why none of these things were communicated with me. How do you charge me a cancellation fee and then a rebooking fee when both were given as options in your telephone pitch? She told me: "You can either cancel the flight for $75 and get credit, or change the date for $225, your best option would be to cancel the flight and book a new flight." Not once did she tell me I cannot book a regular flight on their website, that I have to book through a different link with different prices. She simply said you can book the flight in 24 hours with the credit from this flight. I even told her, "There's a flight for $178 I want to book with my credits, can you do that?". That was her first opportunity to tell me that I might as well just buy the flight now, because my credits won't cover anything. But she didn't. Instead she said: "You must wait 24 hours to use the credits, and yes the flights may go up." The fees I was being charged to book from the "special rebooking website" equal the same amount as the credits I was given, so what credits was she talking about? One would assume that flight credit is used toward any flight advertised on your website. It was wrong of me to believe that the representatives would not withhold such important information before advising me to cancel my flight. Then again, it was very obvious that the outsourced representatives were provided a script that they would not deviate from.
I could have paid less had I paid *** take over the account. *** charges $150, and if the flight you are changing to is cheaper, they will credit you that amount. I could have paid less just paying the flight change fee. It would have also been cheaper to just not show up to my flight, rather than pay to cancel this and not be able to use the credit. Most importantly, had I not been deceived, and had I been given the actual facts of what cancelling my flight would entail, I would have kept my original flight. I would never have thrown away this type of money for a one day difference. I realize that there are always fees involved with all airlines and travel agencies, that's fair. However, not a single person I spoke with was forthcoming about the actual consequences of what I was advised to do. Do I need to read every single word on your entire website incase a representative is lying to me? I should be able to trust your word when calling these customer service representatives.
To add insult to injury I wrote a long Email, detailing my complaint, and received a generic Email stating I must urgently call them for a time sensitive matter. I called thinking maybe they wanted to make things right. I was wrong. A customer service representative told me, "We Emailed you to say you must pay the fees when rebooking." Thanks.

I had to cancel my ticket with JustFly and it was a nightmare. I paid for two tickets for a total of $1,629. They charged me $500 in cancellation fees even through I bought their extended cancellation policy ($39.98) which advertised, "You can cancel within 24 hours for any reason for a small fee." However, apparently within 24 hours to them means within 24 hours of booking not within 24 hours of your flight. Typically canceling within 24 hours of booking is free for most airlines. When canceling my ticket the call center customer service representatives wanted to charged me an additional $300 fee. After speaking with a supervisor and $15 in international phone charges I got that figure down to $100. The whole company feels like a scam. They offer cheap tickets then scam you on hidden fees. My advice is to avoid them. They do not deserve your business and if you book with them they will try to cheat you if they can.

They are a total scam. I cancelled a flight, paid the cancellation fee to keep the credit of the cost of the cancelled flight to my account, then they would not let me use the credit even thought they said it could be used in the next year on a domestic flight. I paid the cancellation fee and then a week later went to use the credit and they literally would not let me. They triple or quadruple the flight cost that is shown on their site and on the airlines' sites in order for you to use the credit, even though you've paid it and its just a credit to your account. I spent numerous hours with them on the phone with different people and supervisors. I travel with airlines monthly and have never had an issue. They had me on countless holds and they changed their policy/instructions multiple times. They make up rules as they go just to keep your money. If I knew the credit couldnt be used I wouldve just kept my flight! They lied to me. Eventually they put me on hold again and hung up on me. What kind of reputable company hangs up on paid customers? I have thousands of social media followers and I will be sharing this information. DO NOT BOOK WITH JUSTFLY

Tried to book a flight with Justfly. Started with my return flight first as a single fllight(no return). When everything was booked I noticed on my itinerary that the dates were "flipped" consequently they booked my return trip the same day I was heading out. Called them within 10-15 minutes of the booking to inform them that the flight was booked incorrectly and I needed to change it. Told that there would be an initial $75 fee for each two passengers as a cancellation fee. Told them this was unacceptable because it took only a short time before I called them. I even believe that the booking screen still said "processing". After getting the cancellation fee down to $40 each I told them that they now lost my interest in doing business with them. After reading some of the Revdex.com reviews I spotted a similar situation after looking at a few reviews. I am still thinking that perhaps there is a software flaw that it doing this. Usually I try to be very deliberate in my bookings. Lesson learned here...will NEVER go back to them. Let's see what is credited on my credit card and what fees they tack on. Bad experience!

Company charged me $125 to cancel a $328 round trip plane ticket I purchased with them and stated that I would receive $313 in credit for another booking. I paid the $125 and got $313 in credit as stated. But then when I went to use the credit they said it could only be used for the exact itinerary with the same airline.
Then they said there is another $125 fee to use the credit to book a flight. Then the only page on their website that allows you to choose the new itinerary using the $313 in credits would not load after repeated attempts, exceeding 5 minutes each, on my very fast WiFi. Then they said they did not have the flight dates I wanted even though those flight dates were being offered on competitive websites and on the airline's website. The airline refused to deal with the issue since that is their agreement with JustFly.
So in summary, my experience was I got charged to create credits that the company made difficult and unappealing to use, and either did not state all the terms or limitations in advance or must have been in small print somewhere on website because I did not notice those terms when making decisions. Very deceptive.

On 09-23-17 I bought a ticket for my son - $903,30, then on 09-28 I had to change the dates. In the website they told me I get pay $ 150.00 for modification fees. However, they charged beside that amount more $ 866.00. In that point was said that money will be reversed. I called and they told me that I have to request the refund to the airline - UNITED and I did. Then the UNITED sent a email about it notifying that my inquiry pertains to a future travel reservation and must to be used in one year. Now, February 23, 2018, I called the UNITED Refund to know how can I use the refund to buy a ticket. The answer: they cannot find my refund. So, my husband called them and the same answer was given. Then, my husband called the JUSTFLY and then after long time in conversation and explanation, they said that I had agreed with $150.00 for modification fee (???) and $866.00 for a new ticket. I'm stupid old lady rsrsrsrs

False advertisement, would not value price of flight being advertised. Was informed that it was a "glitch" at first, then told it could take up to 3 hours for prices to accurately display when they update them and could not honor the price I had screen shots and emails of.

When I booked tickets for TAP Air Portugal over JustFly.***, the printout showed that first checked bag was free: "Personal item: FREE Carry-on: FREE 1st Bag: FREE 2nd Bag: €110.00". However, when we called Air Portugal, they told us that the price for checking in the first suitcase was USD 75.

MISGUIDING if not outright FALSE ADVERTISING
Short story DO NOT BELIEVE REFUNDABLE in 24 hrs - they charge $75/ticket fee even if you cancel it immediately after booking
I purchased a 2 tickets and the website said refundable within 24 hrs.
I needed to correct the spelling of one passenger and the website instructed me to do it online. It did not work.
I called Justfly - they said they can not guarantee the passenger will be allowed on board and if they are not then I will lose the entire fare. The only alternative was to cancel the ticket but with a $75/ticket charge.

On the recommendation of a friend we booked two round trip tickets from Sacramento to Baltimore. AS we were talking to the justfly person the price doubled!! I began on line with a very reasonable price and would pay some extra so we could bring a bag on board. By the time the gal finished we were paying much more and the additional cost was not considered as something to up our experience. We cannot change or get a cancellation.
Very disappointed.. they said it's not them but the airlines. Sadly I didn't check you site first... I see many complaints. Don't use Jusfly. . Is there anything we can do? Our trip isn't until the 6th of March.

If I could give JustFly a negative review, I would. I've seen a lot of reviews talking about how you "get what you pay for" with JustFly, but I disagree. *** are just as affordable and I've never had a problem. I booked a roundtrip ticket to Europe with JustFly, and my total came out to $522.80. Four days after booking, I notice that my account is in the negatives. -$515 to be exact. Why? Because of JustFly! They charged me once yesterday, and then again today. I'm a college student. I had money in my account, but not enough to get charged for two flights. Not only that, I also got charged an overdraft fee from my bank, and my bank said it "wasn't an institution charge" so I had to take it up with JustFly. Wonderful. I call them and they are so unbelievably unhelpful I really don't think they have any idea what they're doing. The first lady I talked to told me that according to my account, I only got charged once. I told her that I most definitely got charged TWICE. She gave me an email to send my claim to and told me to add pictures of my statement proving I got charged twice. She said that once I email it to *** I should call them back, and then she hung up. Helpful. I called back saying I sent an email and went through the same exact thing with just someone else. She kept asking if I wanted to cancel my flight, and I kept saying no. She also told me that I "only got charged once." So, after 30 minutes she put me on hold to connect me with a "supervisor" who was just her again. And then a "support team" because she said that she "isn't the right person to handle my concern," but literally ten minutes later I'm back to talking with the same lady. She told me that she never got my email, and said to "send it again then call back", I told her no. I was already on hour one of being on the phone and I was over it. I asked her if she could send me an email instead, and I could just reply to it, she goes "uhhhh.. okay. sure." She sends me a *** email. Obviously my email didn't go through. She said that the "servers must be down" and I should "call back later", by this time I absolutely had it. I told her that I'll wait until she finds an alternative email address, and I told her how I found it pretty hard to believe that JustFly's only email address was a "no reply" one. She put me on hold. Again. Ten minutes later she goes "yes I'm sorry, that looks like the only email address we have." Then she told me to wait a bit longer, then call back with a representative from my bank for a three-way conference call. My only concern is how much money I'm out of right now, and how this company is still in business. Save yourself the drama and just don't book with them honestly.

THE MOST TERRIBLE COMPANY I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! I booked a flight tickets from Justfly a month ago. I only booked for 2 adults and 1 infant which was only $3000. However, they just charged another $3000 without any notification. I tried to contact them over 10 times and I didn't get any refund yet. I am trying to resolve this problem by disputing to my card company. They didn't have any explanation for the multiple charges. Also I have to show them a proof of multiple charges because it's not on their system!!! Ridiculous!!! They never have a call back so every time, I have to call them and explain over and over to the agent. I've spent so much times and energy! This is totally a fraud and I am asking for a compensation. Please do not use this website even it shows lower ticket price.

Forced to cancel flight and charged $300.00 dollars cancelation fee. They refused to give me a refund of $438.62 and they are forcing me to book the flight with them and charge me double amount. This is criminal!

I have a family distress situation in *** (I reside in ***), so I had to make an emergency trip to *** from ***, leaving Jan 15, returning Jan 28, 2018. I booked this through Flighthub who reserved my flight with ***. My printed itinerary reflected the correct information for my trip, i.e., my carry on and checked bags were free. However, when I was returning from ***, the check-in clerk charged me 75 *** pounds (approx. $101.00) for my bag (which my printed document showed should have been free). I have been on the phone with Flighthub now for a couple of days trying to get a refund, but Flighthub are blaming the airline, the airline says it is a problem with Flighthub (I believe that it is a problem with Flighthub), and they refuse to refund my money. They tell me that everything is subject to change. Watch out for this *** - they'll get you when you're trying to return home. ***.

This company is the worst. They do not care about their customers at all. They gave me the wrong information about a flight which led me to purchase the ticket. When I called because the airline told me that my ticket didn't include the baggage as the *** agent had told me it did, they didn't want to admit their error at all. They kept repeating the same lines over and over again. I had to pay over $150 extra because one of their agents gave me false information, RIDICULOUS!

This company is AWFUL! Do not use them. We had to cancel our flight and have tried to use the credit on 3 separate occasions. I was transferred to 10-20 different people who do not speak english very well. When I think I'm finally getting somewhere I'm told that of our 305$ credit there is a 200$ penalty fee and they want us to pay an additional 400$~ no thank you!
