I wish I could give 0 star to this company as they are the worst agent to be allowed to operate. I booked my flight from NYC JFK to Mumbai, India. This is what happened with me.
1. Booked my flight for december 2017 travel a round trip, had to cancel my flight due to visa issue just two days before travel date for which website gave me credit points
2. Wanted to book my new flight in March 2018 using my credit points which is around $1200.
3. Bug in website is that they will give you option to book using credit points, however searching through that option never gives you any flight or loader icon keeps on loading forever.
4. Option you are left is to call customer support and they do the same and tells us that there is no flight available for provided date, please give us another date. However searching for flight from main page (without using option of credit points) gives plenty of options
5. Support staffs gives one to another every time asking same details, in the end some one has capabilities to find option to book using credit points
6. they asks for extra $600 to book on top of my credit points even though flight ticket is $800-$900.
7. Either they book it or not, their call always gets disconnected for which I again have to call back and follow the same process. Next time for same flight fees gets increased and it goes to $1000.
8. Currently my credit points are stuck there as I can buy cheaper ticket from airlines rather paying $1000 to just to use my credit points
My assumption is that, they are booking ticket in regular way and just never allows to use that points as it can be used for same route and same airlines.
One of the worst experience of my life, NEVER EVER VISIT JUST FLY WEBSITE.

I called customer service because my flight through Delta was rebooked twice. I spoke to a customer service agent with Delta...I asked if I would be able to get money back or compensation she told me yes since the de lays were due to mechanical issues. She then told me to contact Just fly to initiate it since I booked through them. I Called just fly- waited over an hour before anyone answered. I explained the situation and the rep I spoje to kept saying there was no way Delta told me that,basically saying I was lying. She said my flight was already rebooked so I shouldnt be asking for anything else...every time I told her what Delta told me , she would not listen.She placed me on hold 3 times to do who knows what...at some point she told me she was calling Delta and when she came back said she talked to her help desk instead of what she told me. She also told me she did not care about my situation. Over all,horrible customer service experience with just fly.

When calling just fly they never answer the phone as just fly or anything indicating they are an agent. They offer to book a flight for frontier and then tell you there will be two charges, one for air fare one for taxes when in reality the other is for an agent fee that they never talk about and intentionally lie to customers to hide their fee and the fact they are an agent. This company is deceptive and dishonest.

DO NOT BOOK WITH JUSTFLY.COM - I booked a flight which ended up $20 bucks more than through the airline website. On top of that when I cancelled within 10 minutes of booking, they charged me a $75 cancellation fee which would have been FREE had I cancelled through the airline site. They are EGREGIOUSLY BAD on customer service. ***) was not helpful and kept iterating the terms and conditions when I asked what the $75 fee actually covers. Terrible business - DO NOT USE. If there was a negative 5 stars, I'd award them gladly.

This guys are scammers. I thought I was booking with the airlines,but ended up booking though them. Just got my credit card bill with an extra $44.85 charge from them. The need to be shut down!

I purchased 2 round trip tickets for myself and my mom for a total of $1865.55 through Just Fly. We were supposed to fly out 1/6/18 and return 1/27/18. The airline used was ***. The airline canceled our flight due to weather. Just Fly was unable to book us another flight out so I simply requested for a full refund. It has been 3 weeks now, and it seems I may never get my money back. If you call their number the only way to get someone on the phone is if you select “for a new booking”. So then I get transferred to customer support, give them all my info, to get transferred again, stay on hold, and get transferred again and again. (Dedicate a good 2 hr of your day in order to talk to someone). Their customer support is extremely rude. If they don’t want to address your issue they just end the call. I have spoken twice now with two different supervisor. Every time I speak with their support team they say that airline has to issue a waiver code first before Just fly can refund me. They say it takes 24 to 72 hrs. It has been 3 weeks!!! I have even contacted the airline and they have told me since flight was canceled you will get full refund, but unfortunately I have to get it back from Just Fly. I wish I had never used them. Do yourself a favor, never use them! All I want is my money back…

I booked 3 international flight tickets while seeing online that I could cancel within 24-hour. When I cancelled the tickets within an hour, they wanted to charge $75 per person. This fee is not specified in the website with the 24-hour cancellation message. After negotiation, they still charged $50 per person to cancel.
Be aware, even their fare seems lower, their other fee is higher and the total amount is higher than other agencies.

24 hour free cancelation was a lie. When I contested with my credit card company they supplied several false documents. Total rip off company.

I just made a reservation for a certain date then I realized it was for the day before, not the date I had entered. I called to cancel and I was told I could cancel, but I would be charged $75 per person for a total of $150 to cancel. I was asked where that was stated and I was told it was in their Terms and Conditions. I was told there was nothing stating that I had to agree to their Terms and Conditions in order to book the flight. I was told that "I should have read them". After I told Olivia, the customer service agent, that this was illegal she said she could lower the cancellation fee to $50 per person for a total of $100. Since I will be on a cruise the day before there is no way I can take the flight.
Then the most infuriating "policy" was that I couldn't change my tickets to avoid the $100 cancellation fee, until after 24 hours and at that time I would incur penalties and change fees.
This is an illegal operation and amazing that they are still in business.
I want my $100 refunded back to me!
It's unfortunate that I have to give them any stars at all because there would be no way I would even give them 1 star.

This company is quite possibly the biggest SCAM going!!!!! Don’t let their cheap prices reel you in. I regret my decision not to book directly with the Airlines myself. I booked four tickets to go skiing in Deer Valley and their prices seemed great and competitive. When I received the email confirmation my husband’s name was spelled incorrectly. They had reviewed the spelling of all of the names with me to approve them. My husband’s name was spelled completely different than what I approved.When I called them to fix this I was transferred three times and spent two hours on the phone. I was told I would have to pay $75 to change the ticket. I argued with them and told them that it was not my fault but rather their error and I should not be expected to pay anything. They said their staff is well trained and it wasn’t their mistake. I was then told they could lower the fee down to $25.00. When I called both JetBlue & American Airlines they told me there should be no fee whatsoever. The next day I called back again and spent another two hours on the phone and they kept telling me they couldn’t get through to the airlines to change it but they would do it once they could get through to them. I was actually in tears because they were telling me after two hours on the phone that there must be a poor connection and that they couldn’t hear me and would have to end the call. They said they were unable to divulge where their business was. I believe it’s India. This company should be ashamed of how they do business. I’ve also been charged an unexplained fee for $20.00 after our phone conversations. Horrible experience that gives the Airlines a bad name! Stay away!!

Yesterday I was trying to book a flight to Amsterdam, I found a good price flight on their website, but I had a question regarding the luggage allowance, so I called their costumer Services to enquire, she asked me for the flight information I am looking at, I gave here al the info she asked, so she looked it up and come back with that old stereo type lie, Sir. this flight price changed and went up $10 for each ticket ( $40 as I was booking 4 tickets) I asked her how come I am looking at it right now and I am about to book I just wanted to know the luggage allowance, then she said that there isn't 4 tickets available for that flight only 3 , Told her well that is not what it said in the web site, she told me the airline just updated the flight and the update didn't go thru to the website yet, but when I finish booking it will decline my booking, then she said she is contacting the airline to see if there is another flight that have 4 tickets available, to make short she come back and said there is another flight of course it is $40 more, I asked her is the $40 fees or not, she said no it is not fees. I Told her to go ahead and book me, she did, but she made a mistake in the name and was spelled wrong, so I had to wait for supervisor to correct the name, which took forever, at this point I have been on the phone for about 1h40mins, while waiting on the supervisor, I received a text from my credit card about the transaction there was two transaction one for the airline with the amount that I initially found online and second one for JustFly for the amount of $40, when she come back to tell me that a supervisor is available to talk to me, I confronted her about being deceiving, guess what she told me that is not important now the important is to get your ticket fixed and she transferred me to the supervisor, who dealt with the mistake she made and the name was corrected, I told him about the $40 I was charged wrongfully and was not told that it was fees, I wouldn't make a big problem about it but the fact that she lied and deceived me in to believing that the ticket price went up instead of telling me it is fees they are charging and give me the opportunity to consent to it or not, makes me mad. I spent 2h30 on the phone to book this flight if I did it online it wouldn't take me 5 mins and it would saved me $40. lesson learned

I have used justfly for several flights within the past 2-3 years. I was typically happy with their available flights, however I recently booked a flight and was overcharged by the airline after processing. Within minutes I called customer service. I was able to speak to someone relatively quickly, however I was told my only option was to accept the increased charges (which were over $150) or pay a $75 cancellation fee, which they would not waive, and rebook my flight. The poor customer service has deterred me from ever using their site again and I would recommend using a more reputable site

I purchase tickets for a flight and had to cancell after 2 weeks. I had gotten a $155 on top of purchase of $365 to use the credit down the road for the future flight. So now I tried using the credit I have for another flight, they told me that the cost of the flight was on top of the credit $455. That was with the credit applied to the amount already. when I can get a flight without my credit for $216!
I am furious this company can do that and get away with it. I will try getting my insurance that I bought which I am about to find out if that will be covered.

Your web site did not indicate some the charge when customer changing the booking.. I book the fly to Paris on your website state changing with a day no fee,
but I had changed the fly with in an hour you still charge me a lot of fee. My booking number is

Terrible, terrible experience with JustFly -- a complete "bait-&-switch" on the "guaranteed" advertised price vs what was charged at the end of making the reservation. I called them IMMEDIATELY to cancel when I saw the discrepant amount but they insisted on a $75 cancellation fee. After then calling my credit card company to dispute the charge, I followed up with JustFly again the next day: (1) there were no notes or record showing I had called requesting cancellation the night before (within 30 minutes of making the reservation) and (2) the supervisor Rita was insistent she would only cancel the reservation if I agreed to the cancellation fee (the airline requires the cancellation from JustFly; they would not accept it from me). I am working with my credit card company to make sure JustFly does not receive a dime from me and will follow-up again with the airline to make sure they receive the reservation cancellation (they have notes on it in their system). I'm usually very careful about reading reviews before working with a company I don't know, and I WAS careful to review JustFly's "fine print" as I entered the reservation details, which is the reason I was completely taken aback when I finished & saw the total. The late hour & good price lured me in, but I will certainly NOT be making this mistake again with this company, and I do not recommend others to work with JustFly, either

I would like to caution consumers about using JustFly.com. I submitted a request for a booking on line (with full credit card details, etc.) and got a message that there was a technical error with my booking and that I was to call the customer service number to fix the booking. When I did so, they tracked my itinerary and the fare had mysteriously gone up $250. When I asked how this could have happened, there was no answer except that the fare had gone up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused. (Actually I was told that the person had no supervisor, then that the supervisor was in a meeting.) This all sounds pretty fishy to me, a way of luring consumers in with false prices, and I hope that there will be no trouble with my credit card...

Justfly is a ripoff!
My return flight from Dallas to Nashville was diverted to another city with only a small individual owned private airport. I never made it to Nashville. Myself and another passenger had to drive to Nashville. BoutiqueAir refunded my rental car, hotel room(the flight was cancel and we had to do a 6 hour drive to Nashville)...we were also refunded for the airlines portion of the flight. However, Justfly refused to refund their portion of the flight. They made all kinds of ridiculous excuses as to why I couldn't get a full refund. Please avoid this travel service...if a problem occurs you will be charge no matter whose fault it is. Don't use this service.

I booked a flight for my family on Dec 23 to Jan3 2018 . I had purchase the Csa Travel protection . Due to Family emergency I was forced to cancel trip .Which insurance didn't cover a thing . So Had to pay $150 per ticket x5 .I was told by Justfly that I would have a credit of $2045.05 . I have tried to use the credit directly thru there site .But they purposely don't let it load for days with no resolution . If I go on there website and pick my flights on dates desire for example they show $580 per ticket .I called and talk to Kin asked if I could pick my own flights thru there site . She said No that she would help me and send me to customer support . Ok ,So Customer support Eman gets on the line told him about my inquiry he stars checking dates flights . The same flight that was checked by me thru there site his price to me is $612 .So I thought okay my credit per ticket is -$409 ea would have to pay the difference .Nope I was wrong Eman said no this is the actual price to you. So according to him the ticket will run me $1021ea. .Red alert this place is a Scam
Please DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.*** Not sure how they being allowed to operate for so long . Makes me sick to think of the dollar amount I lost with this scammers .I would hate to see other people having to deal with what I'm going thru . So do yourself a favor DONT use JUSTFLY.

Justfly is not following the fair practices for customers who are bound to book the flights through their Travel credit from their previous cancelled trip. It does not show competitive prices that were shown in the fresh booking even if the requirements like same airlines, same travel plan and same person traveling. They intend to charge extra money by showing ONLY expensive flights to the people booking through credit. This is not fair. This is taking the undue advantage of our inability to book a flight at a better price since they do not have to attract me to book a flight on their website anymore. This I believe I cashing the weakness of someone. Since I am bound to use the travel credit, and the travel is so important for me I had no other choice except book a flight that is expensive and longer. I have so far no other choice other than forgo my money on their website that is equivalent to $1132.47 and book a less longer flight for a better price. I think this is illegal in my opinion to try to cash on the weakness of customers. Please help me.
