We travel to Germany every September and I was happy to find a less expensive flight with JustFly. I booked the reservation and promptly received two emails confirming my reservation; issuing a confirmation code as well as a receipt of payment. The first was the we are processing the reservation. I thought all was fine until I went to pay my credit card for the purchase. We like to have it all paid in full before departing on our trips. The transaction was never processed. I sent JustFly an email using the one they list under terms and conditions on the web site I received no acknowledgement or response. I also used the confirmation code to check the reservation with Condor. Reservation not found and JustFly is not on their list of operators. Between October and Dec 2017 I checked with Condor about my reservation and my credit card to see if the charge had been processed. Always Reservation not found and no transaction. I finally talked to my credit card company about the situation. I opted to change my credit card number. and sent a cancellation email to JustFly. I attempted to cancel the reservation over their web page and they wanted to charge me 300 for a purchase they never processed. Not happening. If they persist and do manage to charge my new card it will end up in court. Run from them...do not walk..RUN!

After being charged $250 to cancel my flight, I was misinformed about my options when re-booking. I thought I could rebook from a different city with my credit but I was not. Also the flight options to re-book were hundreds of dollars more than what was being advertised on their site! They did absolutely nothing to help me and now I’m out $600!

This is the WORST company. You are shown one number for a flight and just before buying they chance the price! They still had the lower price online 9 hours later, but still wouldn't give us the lower price! Customer service is HORRIBLE- no help at all. It is a scam.

I was browsing Justfly.*** for low fares. It offered an extremely low fare of $154 for a RT ticket. I entered my credit card info and when it began searching/processing the fare, it came back with an increased fare amount of $1000.00 and asked if I wished to book--I went to click "no thanks" and it processed the charge. I immediately called the customer service line and the rep advised that they could not cancel a fare unless I paid $75 per person. I became irate and advised I was not paying anything, I requested to speak to a supervisor numerous times and the rep would not transfer me and when she finally offered to transfer me, she stated it would be a 30 minute hold. She then offered to cancel the flight for $25 per person. I was extremely uncomfortable by the ease of processing a $2000 charge when I hit the "no thanks" button and by the inability to cancel the flight or speak to a supervisor. With $2000 on the line, I ended up accepting the $50 cancellation fee. I immediately called the airline and they could not even see a reservation/cancellation under our names and advised that the department of transportation states you may cancel a flight up to 24 hours after booking. Our credit card company is monitoring the situation to make sure $1950 is refunded to our account. It was a horrific experience and felt like scam to be honest. I think the "ease" of the purchase and the "inability" to cancel is how they make their money.

Ordered 2 tickets with them. On one of them, I found out the name was misspelled by one letter. Just Fly is trying to charge me $75 to correct this spelling mistake. They put me on hold, telling me it won't be more than 5 minutes. I was on the line for 45 minutes without anyone coming back to address this issue. I am cancelling my tickets!

BUYER BEWARE! Do not use Justfly.com to book a travel reservation. They are completely unethical in their business practices and there is absolutely no customer service. My husband and myself had to cancel our trip to Nashville due to both of us being ill at the same time and under Doctor's orders not to travel. Justfly.com said they could only give us site credit and not a full refund and the charge to do that would be $75.00 per person. We refused to pay the $75.00 per perdom and the representative then told me that he would not cancel our reservation. Long story short, we are having to file a claim with our travel insurance company to try to get reimbursed...all while being very ill.

Beware the scamming done by justfly. Stay away. Book your tickets with anyone else. Our tickets were canceled at the last minute without notification. When we rebooked were were given a much higher price and then we we tried to rebook at the lower price were told there would be an exorbitant fee!

I booked a flight on justfky and the minute I got the response I realized I made an erro and put my husbands middle name with mine instead of his. I called immediately after to correct and wa told it would be $150.00 to change. This is literally minutes after error occurred. Called airlines directly and they said it was not an issue but Justfky had to make changes. The only way justfly would make change was to cancel reservation for $150.00 and rebook.

This is the worst customer service experience with a company I've encountered. Regretfully having to cancel a non-refundable ticket due to a family member with a terminal illness leading to their death, I understood the ticket would not be refunded. I reached out to confirm any refund possibility and inquire of any future credit on the ticket. I was told on the phone there would be no future credit on the ticket and received an email stating the decline of the refund. I reached out again asking if they could send the email including that the ticket would not be valid for future travel credit and was told I would receive the email within 24 hrs. Five times I reached out and the same response was given, and then the last call I was told they would not be able to send an email. I can be told this over the phone, but they are not able to send it in an email is what I was told. Each call to them on average takes an hour and any genuine customer service assistance is lacking. It seems more like someone reading a script each time you call and poor training as I have to ask the person on the line to review the notes in their CRM before going through the entire situation each time. Absolutely horrible....live and learn.

I booked a flight on line with Justfly,com. I was quoted a price that was $48 less than the price I was charged. Quoted total price was $716 and actual charge was $764. I called the customer service line and they gave no explanation, apologized and hung up.

DO NOT USE JUSTFLY! Book 2 reservations, first one I booked I had to call to modify due to wrong returned date, the Justfly agent cancelled my reservation and had me booked a new one. I went online and made a second reservation, got a confirmed flight email. On the day of the flight which is Christmas, the airline told me the flight was cancelled. I was furious, I called Justfly customer service, they told me my reservations were cancelled. Apparently Justfly cancelled both of my reservations by mistakes. They refused to compensate for the new flight. they tried to blame on my credit card for being declined. I used same credit card that got charged for the flight fees and I got confirmation page saying it went thru. Justfly is the worst experience I had to dealt with and it ruined my holiday travel :'(

I booked a flight in November 2017. I needed to cancel the flight. I did so in December 14, withing minutes they charged me $150 cancellation fees . However I did not receive my refund even after 8 days of waiting. Instead I receive an email asking me to use my refund as a credit. This is when my plight started. I tried to use my credit online but their website freeze and does not seems to recognize their link. Then called their customer supported telephone: ***. As soon as I mention my desire to purchase a new ticket using my credit they will transfer me to what they call a customer service. This transfer makes me waiting for around 30 minutes with loud music without any answer. I repeated my calls for 5 times, and they again place me on the endless music. It is horrifying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasted lots of my time waiting for someone to answer my call without any success.
It appears I would need to escalate the issue with consumers protect agent and take to social media in order for these type of practice to stop!!! This is NOT right. After so much time waiting finally someone answered my call, however they refused to refund my credit even after charging me for a refund fees. My next step will be:
I will NEVER use this website for any future travel booking.
I will bring this issue to my state (***) ***). I will bring it to all levels of justice to make sure this never happen to others. So JustFly if you are reading expect this to make it to all levels of justice.

Horrible customer service! My family and I? booked a flight for the holidays to fly overseas. Unfortunately I? could not travel and needed to change the booking, we thought it would not be a problem since we had paid extra for the travel insurance. When we called to change the booking, they informed us that they couldn’t just change one ticket. We had to cancel the entire booking and had to pay $400 after being bounced around for over an hour. When we then tried to use the credit to rebook the flight online, it wouldn’t take the credit card number and we had to call. After another 2 hours of getting bounced around from department to department, they refused to honor the price that was posted on their website. We spoke to a manager that hung up on us. When we called back and felt like we were scammed into paying more that was posted, we finally thought we had rebooked the flight and money was charged to our credit card. They called the next day and told us that our booking was cancelled because they had made a mistake when they charged us the fare and now had to rebook. By then we had already spent almost 10 hours on the phone over a span of only 4 days. The managers we spoke to were uncaring and unapologetic to the time we had spent trying to simply rebook a flight. It felt like they were constantly trying to scam us because the price for the flights they were telling us was never the same price we saw online. Every time we called, they kept bouncing us from person to person and to speak to a manager (and we spoke to 4) was on average a wait of 30-45 minutes. I? will never book a flight with them again!

this was a nightmare to deal with. I went to thailand and my flight was changed a few times including while overseas. it was hard to get in touch and the first customer service people who pick up the phone only repeat things you say back to you without actually helping. Also, they booked a weird ticket involving a bus in china between flights. this bus was not at the airport, but miles away. Nobody spoke english, I had no money and had to get the only (barely) english speaking woman for the airline to help me explain to the cab where to go. It's a wonder I made my flight and got home!

After reading all the complaints I am surprised there has not been a class action Lawsuit against these people,
everyone says the same thing when you send your payment in they change your fly dates so you have to cancel and pay there fees, what away to make money for nothing done.
Stay away from JUSFLY they are no good.

After purchasing a ticket , JustFly start to send bogus email to my email account. (Your Immediate Attention is Required). When I called back no one was able to explain what is wrong with me purchase. Spend more than 1 hour on the phone with representatives.

Justfly seems to be a fraud to me. I booked my flight in October and my departure date was in December. They could not confirm my flight in 2 months!! I called them over 10 times and each time they said to me "Please call after 24-48 hours, your ticket is still in process". What does that mean! When I told them that I want to cancel my flight and wanna get full refund, they did not agree. They said that I will not get full refund. But why? Its their fault that they could not confirm my flight. I could not take the risk, so I wanted to cancel the flight with them and buy from somewhere else. I even talked to the manager, but he was a rude man and said the same thing.
I strongly discourage to book flights with Justfly, if you really don't want to waste your money.

Horrible company! I booked my ticket online and it was all wrong they stopped in Montreal without noting there would be a stop in Montreal. In Montreal they said I should have a visa which I didn’t . Will never use and want compensation

We have been using justfly for long time and usually spend 1000+ dollars every year. Recently we could not use return flight Reference Number: *** due to the death of our family member. We understand the flight was non refundable, but this type of cancellation is covered by our credit card benefits and they asked us to get a letter from justfly mentioning the monetary value of return flight that we were unable to travel. My husband has been following up with them for many many days and they have completely ignored our request now. We are almost close to losing the benefits of card services as we might not be able to meet the deadline set by them. They also charged fee for seat reservation, but we did not get the seat we reserved, which is a SCAM!! We will file a dispute against them and file a report to ***ffairs. Avoid this site as much as you can!!
