On Nov 20, 2017 I booked on JUSTFLY website two round trip flights from DCA (Reagan airport) to MCO (Orlando Intl airport) departing Dec 22 and returning Dec 26. I received confirmation on JUSTFLY website. Following day Nov 24, 2017 I went to print out my flights on JUSTFLY site and to my SHOCKING SURPRISE I saw that both booked flights dates have been changed to DEPART and RETURN on the same day Dec. 26 instead of departing on Dec 22 and returning Dec 26 as originally booked.
I quickly contacted JUSTFLY was told I have booked both flights to depart and return on the same day for Dec 26! And, that they could easily CANCEL both flights and I can make a new reservation for departing on Dec 22 and returning Dec 26. Shocked and confused I reluctantly agreed and told that I will be charged $75 for each ticket and other fees associated with changing the flight and to wait 24 hrs to rebook my flights again.
On Nov. 24 I went onto JUSTFLY website to re-book my flights again to depart on Dec 22 and return on Dec 26. This time after booking the two flights I remained online on JUSTFLY website and then checked for JUSTFLY confirmation email. Within a minutes I received JUSTFLY confirmation email and opened it (while still logged into JUSTFLY's website) and to my SHOCK the JUSTFLY confirmation email had both my departing and returning flights on Dec 26 AGAIN !!
With my newly booked confirmed flights on JUSTFLY online opened and receiving JUSTFLY's confirmation email received a minute later showing that the dates were changed in the later JUSTFLY email I knew that the flights were CHANGED by JUSTFLY. I immediately called JUSTFLY and after almost 2 hours (with JUSTFLY dropping the call and I having to call them again) waiting for their explanation as to how can they have my originally booked flights were CHANGED from departing Dec 22 and returning Dec 26 to both departing and returning ON THE SAME DAY AGAIN !!! I told JUSTFLY Customer Service that I had both my JUSTFLY confirmation with the right Departure/Returning dates online and also looking at JUSTFLY confirmation email just received showing that I have booked the flights depart/returning on the same day Dec 26 !!! and even told them I can forward their email to them so that they can see what has happened. After additional 30 minutes of discussion JUSTFLY indicated that they can see the differences from their side with my booked flight and their JUSTFLY confirmation email that had the both depart/return flights on the same day.
To add insult to injury, JUSTFLY said that they can re-send the email to show that my flights will depart on Dec 22 and return on Dec 26 instead of their previous one that showed depart/return dates on the same day Dec 26.
Absolute FRAUD caught in the act of manipulating and changing originally correct flights so that they tell the customer that they can cancel the booking for a $75 per ticket fee plus other cost and to rebook the flight again. THIS TIME I CAUGHT THEM IN THE ACT which responded by saying "we will escalate this to issue and request from their management for a refund however that they cannot ensure that they will provide a refund and this will take a few days to process.
Now, instead of paying approx $1000 for 2 tickets as originally booked I am paying approx $1700 which includes all possible JUSTFLY's fee for having to rebook my flights due to JUSTFLY FRAUDULENTLY CHANGING DATES ON ORIGINALLY BOOKED FLIGHTS !!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a flight on Justfly*** on 11/20/17 that showed 3 tickets available for $510.10 so I booked my flight! Sounded great until I see the charge for $605 on my account and look to see if that same flight is available and their website shows 2 flights available for $510.10. So I called into their *** number and get told - "***". So basically you want me to pay $75 to book a new flight for $510.10 so that my total in this would be $585.10 instead of $605. Makes a lot of sense! I will never book through this website again. I had high expectations for about 5 minutes on this site. I will just stick to my normal websites. Update as of 11/22/17- I just checked justfly website again and its still showing 2 tickets available for the same flight I chose at $510.10. I appreciate the reply from trustpilot, but knowing that the flights are still available on the website and I got charged an extra $95 is pretty sad. Again I will never do business with justfl*** again.

I have used JUSTFL*** MANY MANY TIMES, Never had an issue with them until my last/current purchase. When the price online says $300 that is all I have paid, nothing more, nothing less. This last purchase it allowed me to pick my seat something that was new to me having used them many times. Anyways I pick my seats and check out at $372, minutes later I receive an email saying I was charged $524. I freaked out and called immediately. The gentleman who picked up told me I was charged for picking my seats but could be refunded easily. We did that and I waited to be refunded. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I called back and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They could only refund me the $15 they took on their end for A REQUESTED SEAT ASSIGNMENT, REQUESTED NOT EVEN A GUARANTEE SEAT. NOW it is up to AA to refund me the extra money charged for REQUESTING the seat. Again you would think since I have been such a constant and loyal customer they would happily refund me for the mistake. NOPE, THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY.
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Pros: Great at finding cheap flights and comparison chart. Works great at notifying you via email about alerts on new fares for new flights and costs.
Easy to navigate website
Cons: Only book your flight here if you are willing to not change or modify your travel plans at all. Customer Service is severely lacking, decorum and tone of those that assist with inquiries is shockingly awful, impatient, and rushes customers off the phone. A very, take it-or leave it, mentality on the phone, and will send you through multiple channels to get you no help whatsoever.
If you purchase the CSA Travel Protection Policy upon your purchase - make sure to read the fine print, as there are many non-qualifying items that will make this useless at an extra cost. They are also non-supportive of Military order changes. As the change requested for the flight was due to dates changing on military orders - out of our control. The CSA Travel Insurance Policy states 100% travel Cancellation guarantee, but that is also falsely advertised and not the case.
If you read the "free trip cancellation" or find this through another third party like Kayak or Travelocity - note that they are NOT FREE TO CANCEL!! (it will be in the fine print even if you do this within 24 hours)
The service team will insist on charging you a $75 modification fee if you change your flight AND charge you a Penalty Fee that will a lot of times be the price of a new ticket.
Be wary of their many "bait and switch" and "fine print" tactics - as they use it to the fullest. Not customer-friendly whatsoever, and not cooperative on the phone at all.
Customer Service Team is clearly instructed to be scripted, and not take questions or listen to the customers. They work to rush customers off the phone, and move on. We had to repeatedly state that we were not done speaking. They speak over the customer, and inform the customer that they have 1 of 2 options and they can "take it or leave it" -when informing the "Supervisor" and service representative that their tone was a bit aggressive and not appreciated, they informed me that I was not listening to them and the options provided. Extremely rude, and not accommodating whatsoever.
Overall: Not worth the cheaper fare and hassle at having to deal with their service team. Would rather pay double or triple to not have to deal with their severely poor service

If your last name is different than most, chances are this company will screw it up. They left half my last name off of my ticket and I couldn't board my flight for China. They never once considered that it was their mistake, and they couldn't fathom that they possibly thought that the first half of my last name was my middle name. My last name is two separate words, so they only included the last half of my last name. They don't seek to understand your complaint, all they do is read off of a script. I love their cheap prices but I would never trust them to get my name right again.

Terrible liars, DO NOT book with them. We could not complete our trip due to family issues, we knew it was a non refundable flight and we never asked for refund, we filed a claim through our credit card benefit service as this type of trip cancellation was covered. Benefit services needed a refund denial letter from justfly to approve the refund, but justfly is just a piece a garbage and they did not cooperate, we have called 3+ times and every time they lied saying they would email the letter within 24 hours. They do not know anything about previous calls, so I had to spent half an hours to explain what you need, and of course that is waste of time as they would never reply you. They also charged me about $47 dollars to confirm the seat numbers, but we did not get the seat we reserved, which is just a rip off.

I wanted to change a flight to have a new destination airport but the website didn't let me. So I cancelled the flight (they said I would get credit back with the airline, and justfly.com would charge a $75 cancellation fee). When I tried to book a new one, there was no way to transfer my credit so I called customer support. They told me that Alaska Airlines has a $125 cancellation fee that I would have to pay that out of pocket, and then my existing credit would be applied toward the new ticket price. (They double dip on cancellation fees?! -
whereas I could'be just changed my flight through Alaska and paid the the $125 and been done with it.) So anyway, I said okay, and I chose another flight that was available through justfly.com, and they told me a different price than what they listed for the same exact flight. They said that the price is different if I want to apply credit toward the flight - basically just made up a new price so that it worked out to be equivalent of me booking it without their "credit."

They never explained thier cancellation and airline credit policy throughly when I paid a $200 fee. Total scam. Then they lied and their customer service did nothing to fix it. I literally had a customer service rep on the phone who claimed to be the top person in the company.

Justfly..*** really is a scam! I just booked a flight two...count them, two days ago for myself, my daughter and son-in-law and we decided to do something else. I went on Justfly.*** web site to cancel the flights and was informed that they would only give me a "credit" for the flights and no refund. Also, that there would be a $250 cancellation fee per person! So, then I called to talk to a customer service person and was told again that my flights were non-refundable and that I would be given a "credit" for the flights and it would only cost me a $75 cancellation fee per person. What kind of junk is this?!!! No where on their website did it say that the flights were "non-refundable." I also bought cancellation insurance through CSA Travel Protection and they had the nerve to tell me that since I just bought the insurance 2 days ago, I could only give me the a refund of the cost of the insurance! REALLY?!!! They are both a scam and in cahoots together!

Complete scam of a business. My honeymoon was canceled the day before we were supposed to leave the country. For 1 week before our trip, I called them daily to see what was going on with my itinerary. Every day I was told it was an error, the issue had been escalated, a manager would call me back, an email would be sent to me within 24 hours, etc. I never received anything from them. I repeatedly asked different reps where there office was located, they each had a different answer. 1 person said Canada, 1 person said Connecticut. They were very obviously located in the Philippines, children could be heard in the background, the "supervisor" had the same voice as the hold message. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I would be placed on hold for FIFTY minutes before someone would return to the phone. After approx 4 hours on the phone with them, they said I would be able to get a refund...in 6-8 weeks. I had to file a claim with my bank to try to get the $1,800 back.

I booked with Justfly without knowing, my booking details were entered into kayak.com and while processing was transferred to Justfly. Immediately I noticed they dropped the full middle name as reflected in one traveler's ID. Using twitter and phone and working with their escalation team they will not fix it and insist it is not a problem (I know it is).
I was going to cancel however they are charging a $250 cancellation processing fee (note; the airline has free cancellations within 24 hours so this is their fee). Working on cancelling and hoping to be able to recoop the fraudlent fee through my credit card.

If you want to return an airline ticket with justfl*** after the 24 hour return period, they will offer a $75 per ticket return penalty to receive justfly credits. The problem comes when you try to use the justfly credits to buy a new ticket they mark up the new ticket twice the price on their website which is twice the price the airline offers. With my experience we returned wrong date tickets realized after 24 hours. The tickets were originally $200 each and we were able to return each ticket for $75 fee to receive $200 per ticket justfly credits, thinking we'd buy each new $200 ticket for the correct date and at least save $125 per ticket in the situation. However the new ticket that costs $200 on their site and from the airline, cost $400 when using justfly credits plus they add a penalty fee upon checkout over $100. We learned this after accepting the $75 per ticket return fee. Obviously frustrated we called and complained and involved our credit card company to get the $75 per ticket back. After a lot of effort a justfly representative did give us our $75 per ticket back and we are walking away from the original $200 tickets. When asking a justfly representative why a ticket is showing $200 on their site but it costs $400 if using justly credits, she became silent and didn't answer. This is highly deceptive and thankfully we got out of it or we would've lost $275 in the situation instead of $200. When doing more shopping and research we found out that justfly doesn't actually provide discounted tickets. They are a search engine showing the cheapest tickets offered by airlines. Therefore I would assume they only make a profit by penalty fees, so they are banking on people making mistakes when booking flights, then sell you a new ticket through justfly credits at a marked up flight ticket price. I'm not sure if it is legal to sell marked up airline tickets, but justly is doing this, so hopefully someone can look into it or warn others, it's definitely unethical and/or deceptive.

I want to share my negative experience with this company, they are layers , I got official confirmation from JustFl*** regarding my fly ticket to Lisbon Portugal with information about baggage fees ,>Personal Item: FREE Carry-on: FREE 1st Bag: FREE 2nd Bag: €110.00 . When I checked in JFK the frees was removed during the registration . But on way back I was so surprise that I didn't have any baggage free, I was paying $175 for 2 regular and not overweighed Bags. When I called to the agency and complain the first agent Lisa promised me to return money once she will check if payment was received and place me on hold for 10 minutes , for some reason I was transferred to other agent Jude . She was saying that they are not responsible for those fees even they confirmed that's free , When I spoke supervisor *** he recommend me read company policy , before order ticket and not trust official confirmation email from JustFl*** . I have no comments on this !!! if official reprehensive recommended not trust the company I think we should trust him and never have deal with JustFl*** !!!!. Only one question I have how come the company with this reputation still on market .

This company, justfly.*** travel agency, charges an exorbitant prices for cancellations. They do not have a forgiveness policy even though I realized my mistake within a few minutes of buying a ticket through their establishment. The airline itself will not charge for 24 hours cancellation but this company does, and it is a hefty $75 for cancellation. I will never use them again. Terrible policy.

Booked a flight - after booking noticed the layover time in NYC was 22 hours (didnt' notice the date was different on departure time to New Orleans). Dates are NOT prominent on their site - very deceptive.
Called to cancel - charged me a $75 cancellation fee and said I had a credit that had to be used by calling them directly. The credit had to be with the same airline but could be a different destination. Called them today to rebook - said I had to go to the same destination and they are charging me over 200 dollars more to rebook this. I talked them into letting me go somewhere else as I kept very good notes from my initial cancellation call. Now I am on hold AGAIN been over an hour on the phone with them today. They can rebook me - I have to pay more - and I found a flight on their site that advertised a price that I wanted to book. They tell me the price on the site is only for new reservations (wait, isn't this new?) and that when using a credit they had to use a different list of flights. So.... on hold waiting to see what the price is for me using a credit on top of a rebooking fee. Who can do something about this company?? I am plastering how bad they are all over social media -- asshats are a rip off and a scam!! Airlines should not deal with them.

Stay away! First I paid Justfly.*** a $150 penalty because I had to cancel my flights due to a serious family illness. Later I attempted to use my Justfly.com credits which were almost exactly what the new airfare would be - I thought - "great! even exchange". Wrong, they piled on another $330 worth of fees and penalties. So...almost $500 in fees paid to Justfly.***. I was on the phone trying to deal with this for 45 minutes. Lesson learned. I will now go directly through my airline or a reputable travel company.

I wanted to make a domestic flight change to my international itinerary and even received approval from the airline that flew both portions of the trip. I had the airline on the line and conferenced justfly and even when the airline told the justfly customer service agent that it was doable and they can go ahead and process it. the justfly customer service agent transferred me to another agent whom was supposed to process the change and the agent would still not. There is an obvious lack of communication with the agents, 3-5 minute hold times with every inquiry you make and keep you on hold and give the run around every chance they get to tire you and make you fed up to hang up on your own. JUSTDONT DO IT AND PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE. #LESSONLEARNED

MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS. JustFly regularly uses false or misleading advertising in its marketing. While booking a flight from NYC to Capetown, I bought tickets from JustFly solely based on the promise of "FREE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION" in green color on the trip I was purchasing. While I would normally research a company and read their terms and conditions, I was not surprised by this promise because I found JustFly through Kayak, which also makes (and honors) this promise. Also, unlike some of their flights that only read "24 hour cancellation," this seemed pretty clear. Within 24 hours, I had to cancel my flight, and was directed to a page with a $75 cancellation fee. I called the company, and spoke with a customer service agent who wasn't able to help. He said "FREE" meant the ticket was refundable. In what world does "free 24 hour cancellation" mean refundable? While the terms and conditions explains some of this in detail, the advertising was intentionally deceiving, and I will NEVER do business with JustFly again.

THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM! They will keep you on hold for 45 minutes transferring your from one department to the next without accomplishing anything for you. A bunch of scam artists. I made a reservation with them, accidentally clicked one day early on my reservation, called them literally 2 minutes after I booked the reservation and wanted to charge me $200 a ticket to change it. They said it's because the airline charges them to change the ticket. I called AMerican Airlines and they said the 3rd party booking company has 24 hours to change the ticket without any sort of penalty. WHen I told justfly.com that..they said they'd reduce their booking cancellation fee. RIDICULOUS. I told them I'll cancel it with my credit card company before I pay any sort of fee for a company that is just looking to capitalize off of a mistake like this.

I booked two one way flights to my father's 90th birthday, totaling $300. He fell ill and we needed to change our destination. Justfly wanted to charge $500 to make the change. I canceled both flights, costing $150. I was clearly told, twice that to rebook and use my "credits" I needed to have the same passenger, same airline and within the US. When I went to rebook, they wanted to charge me $200 per flight. They changed the terms of the cancellation agreement - now they said that I also had to go to the same destination. Do not book any flight with this company.
