Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter
I have received a full refund of the amount in question--for me this issue is closedHowever, considering that this "business" seems to be set up simply to steal from unwary customers, I feel that warnings about them should appear on your
website
Thank you again for you help, it is really appreciated

Hello,

This note is to update the status of case ID [redacted]. The item we ordered from Amy Florist was delivered but it was not the item we selected. I placed the order on Oct. 27, 2014 and called them at [redacted] to confirm the order as well as for it to be delivered the morning of...

Oct. 29th but I got a automated machine and no return call. I called approximately 3 times on the 28th and then called again, at least 6 times the morning of 10/29 the day the item was suppose to be delivered and same results automated machine and not return call. . The item I did not order was delivered on Oct. 29th late afternoon. I sent them an email to [redacted] (which is on their website) and I received no reply and no call. I have attached the a file with a photo of what we order ([redacted] - [redacted] along with the photo of what was delivered (this item is not even close to what we wanted).

I'm requesting a full refund of this order. The President of the company is embarrassed and humiliated. The item literally has a rope tied around the neck of the [redacted], which is then tied to a vase with weird looking flowers.

Thank you.

Review: This business is masquerading as a local business, but is instead an online business that "sources out" its jobs to businesses in the area for which you are looking for service. When you Google "Florist + whatever city you are looking for", this business comes up in the searches, leading you to believe that you have reached a business in that particular city, when instead they are a business in California, but you have to hunt through their site to find that info. They claim on their main page that they are a "local business". So, you pick the flower arrangement that you like on their site, but then when you get to the funeral, or you hear from the person who the flowers were going to, you find a card that reads some other Florist name because they "outsource" their orders to florists that are within the area of the city that you want the flowers to go to. In our case, the flowers came from a florist 30 miles away from the city we needed the flowers for. Now, let me explain that the flowers did, indeed get there. When you read the online reviews for this florist (which I wish to God that I had had the time to do before I ordered), you will see that hundreds of people are NOT getting flowers delivered, so I guess you could say we were lucky. However, our arrangement, although in the correct shape like the picture showed, had bunches of colors in it that were not supposed to be there. For a funeral, the flowers that were delivered from the OTHER flower shop nearby looked more like an Easter arrangement, and was quite disappointing, although the flowers themselves were in nice shape. So I am filing this complaint not only for myself but for the other people who are leaving horrible reviews online, but they are not aware of your service. This business needs to be stopped. Please take the time to checkout how the searches lead you to this shop. The city we needed a florist for was Michigan City, Indiana. They also come up for St. Joseph, MI and Benton HarborDesired Settlement: I do not want a monetary settlement. I just want this info to be received by you and I am hoping that other people will continue to report them. Would love to hear from you to see if there is any way that these fraudulent business practices can be stopped. They are ripping people off by not delivering flowers, they are charging credit cards wrong, they are not refunding people, and many other things that can be seen by searching "Reviews Amy Florist".

Review: I placed an order through the Amy Florist website for a delivery of flowers (order #[redacted])to be made the same day. When the flowers hadn't been delivered by 4 in the afternoon I started trying to reach them by phone. The phone was never answered and only went to a voicemail account. After 5 in the evening the status of delivery was listed as complete. The following morning there were no flowers that had come the evening before. I tried again to contact Amy Florist and had to leave a message on their voicemail system. They charged my bank account for the full order. Once I looked online, I should have read the reviews first. It seems that I am NOT the first person to be duped by this company.Desired Settlement: I've made a note on my bank's website asking that they do not send the funds to Amy Florist but I may have been too late. I want my money back and I'd like someone to investigate as to whether or not this even a legit company at all.

Review: I placed an order No: [redacted] on 5/28/2014. (Flowers, balloon, and chocolate) High School graduation gift for my niece through this company website (amyflorist.com) , in the amount of $77.66 to be delivery on the same day, the time of the order was approximately about 10:30 AM their required 3: pm PST it happen that Im currently in PST as well my brother was waiting till 6: pm and the delivery never arrived not yesterday or today, today on 5/29/2014, my brother called me to advised me that my nieces present was never delivery, I called the merchant to follow up and I was given the running around version, when I informed the merchant that I will call the credit card to cancelled the transaction and report their business to the Revdex.com he replied that he just dont care.Desired Settlement: American Express has been notified and they will follow up with the merchant, they will also credit my account, my report is with the purpose of warning other about this business poor practice and unpleasant experience.

Review: I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on May 9, 2015 to be delivered Mother's Day May 10th, 2015 the flowers never arrived. I emailed Amy Florist and have got no response, I called Amy Florist, no one picks up the phone and voice mail messages have not been returned. I paid -- get this -- $94.97 and my account has been charged that amount by Amy Florist. Looking at the reviews on YELP I am sure this place should be shut down. I want my money back and I want these business owners to be sanctioned.Desired Settlement: I want every penny of my money back.

Review: I ordered Valentine's Day Flowers to be delivered from this company. The sent the order to a local florist . That florist dropped and destroyed my flowers. When I asked for a replacement they sent out the wrong bouquet out. When I called back for another replacement they told me the were out of the flowers I ordered. So I asked for a refund , the local florist told me all refunds have to come from Amy's. I called Amy's and was told that every time the local florist sends a bouquet they have to pay them $15 so she could credit me $10 for my $62.38 order. I explained to her that I shouldn't be punished for a mistake that I didn't make . She then told me that I should be happy because the roses I ordered where on special and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would love for my fiance to receive the flowers that I ordered and to receive a full refund for the continued issues and rude costumer service.

Review: I ordered flowers for my aunt's 60th birthday at 7:36 am on March 12. Website says same day delivery if ordered by 3:30 pm. I filled out card to go with it. NO Delivery was made as of today (March 17) and the charge was put through on my card on March 12 for $43.14. I have left at least 10 messages and 6 emails. no response. I did reach a person named [redacted] last Friday and he said he'd check into it and I would hear back via email. I have heard nothing yet. I want a refund of $43.14 and have learned never to do business with a company like this again.Desired Settlement: I want a refund to my credit card in the amount of $43.14

Review: Never received the plant that was ordered. I contacted Amy Florist and they said they would contact me by email about what happened to the delivery.Have not heard from them. Order number [redacted]Desired Settlement: Since plant was not delivered want my account credited for the amount$57.18.

Review: I ordered flowers online with Amy Florist on 6/30/14 for same day delivery. Their website showed status of ordered received. Around 3:00pm the status was changed to delivered. I called their toll free number (###-###-####) and a recording comes on that says all representatives are busy, leave a message after the beep, it then says the mailbox is full. I called the recipient and she said she had not received any delivery. I sent an email to Amy Florist and asked that someone please call me. No call back. At 5:00pm, the status of my order was Complete. I sent another email to the business stating that I needed a call back by 5pm on 7/1/14, or I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. Again I tried calling their toll free number with the same outcome. I received an email at 12:06am on 7/1/14 from Amy Florist that said the status of my order has changed to Refund. I will track to make sure this credit is processed.

My concern is after reviewing YELP reviews, this is all this company does.....takes credit card numbers and doesn't deliver orders. Every review also says mailbox is full on their toll free number. Are they just simply gathering credit card numbers to commit FRAUD in the future? This can't be a REAL business, and someone needs to get to the bottom of what Amy Florist is doing.Desired Settlement: Revdex.com to verify if this is a "real business", or just a front to collect credit card numbers. If my "refund" isn't given (they say it takes 5-7 days to appear), I will dispute through my credit card company and police department.

Review: RE: Order # [redacted]Amy's Florist (delivery issues, and false advertising)This is a fake website, not a valid business they took my $37.74 and never delivered my flowers. I tracked it down to a UPS po box location in California the gentleman said that he has been getting a lot of complaints and this "company" that opened the box in April, I ordered flowers online thinking wow what a great deal and my friend never got her flowers I tried to call the # for the business the prompt says a rep will be with you they are busy but then goes to a voice mail and prompts you to leave a message then the voice mail box is full. They sent me an order confirmation but when I track my order it never shipped and they do not respond back to me by email either. Also I realized that after the fact they had very bad reviews. I tracked down another Amys flowers in Alabama and they have also been getting a lot of complainants and said there website and info must have been phished.Order #[redacted]Order Date: 20th Jun 2014 This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment ((((([redacted]IT NEVER SHIPPED)[redacted]The outstanding balance of your order is $37.74 USDHere's how to pay for your order:Your Order Contains: 1 x Make a Wish (Date of Delivery: 20th Jun 2014, Card Message: Happy birthday to the best bestie in the world!, Upgrade: As Shown, Add a Balloon: No, Box of Chocolates: No, Stuffed Animal: No) ------------------------------------------------------------------------Desired Settlement: *I want a full refund*I want to be guaranteed they cannot get into my bank account ever again and not sell my info*I want this website shut down** I strongly feel criminal charges should be held towards this scam track down the box at this UPS store and shut them down.
