Review: I called Flower's by Amy ans was assured they were a local florist in New Hampshire. I placed an order.the flowers were never delivered as they are located in CA. I did call and ask for a refund when I discovered they did not deliver any flowers in New Hampshire. They took my money out of the debit account, never delivered flowers and now do not answer the phone. I have proof they kept the moneyDesired Settlement: I would like to get my money back on the flowers that were never delivered. $67.00 worth

Review: A Valentine Day flower order was placed on 2/13/15, and the amount of $64.73 was taken out of checking account on 2/17 as a debit card was used for the purchase. At 5:32 pm on 2/13 an email notification was received on the order stating an order status changed "Refunded". It included language that a refund typically takes 5-7 business days. It is currently 4/2/15 and there has been no refund to the checking account as of this date. Numerous attempts to contact the company were made, but either the line went dead or voice mail was received. The one time the call was answered, the debit card # was not available to provide the information so he claimed he could not help. All future calls were unsuccessful. At this time a dispute directly through the bank is being processed. A google search under "Amy Florist customer service number" provides a significant display of dissatisfied customers and awful experiences of orders being cancelled. It's very clear this is not an isolated incident. At this time it is unknown if the dispute will be successful at the bank level so any assistance is greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Review: I placed an order online. The seller cancelled the order without notifying me AT ALL despite having all the necessary contact information. My friend who had lost both of his parents in the same week did not recieve flowers and I was not aware until much later. Amy Florist, flowers by Amy or whatever they think their name is HAS NOT REVERSED THE CHARGES ON MY CARD or returned my phone calls despite daily repeated attempts.Desired Settlement: Amy Florist should be shut down or sold to someone who knows how to run a business.

Review: Ordered anniversary bouquet of a dozen roses for my wife. Delivered to her at work on 9-2-14. One rose already wilted, water in vase cloudy and dirty. By the next morning all the roses were wilted.

I emailed Amy Florist on 9-4-14 and attached pictures of the wilted/droopy bouquet. No response via email or phone. Emailed Amy Florist again on 9-6-14 and again no response via email or phone. Called them directly at 800-780-0860 on 9-9-14 at 12:30 PM and left message asking for a call back. Received no response. Called again on same day at 3:30 PM. Again no response. Emailed Amy Florist a third time at 4:30 PM informing them that I'm filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I am now expecting a full refund of $51.82 per their customer satisfaction guarantee.

Review: I placed an order with Amy Florist on 9/1/14, for next day delivery. The flowers were for a dear friend, a Police Officer, who recently lost his son. Today, the Officer advised that my flowers were never delivered. However my account on the Amy Florist website states that this order was completed. I am extremely dissappointed - as is the Officer - that these flowers were not delivered next day, as promised, and as paid for. Now, I can't even get a customer service representative on the phone to rectify the matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my order that was never delivered.

Review: I ordered a "premium" bouquet and I believe what was sent was a "standard". Also I asked for a substitution for a cheaper flower of carnations and alstromeria instead of lilies and that was not done either. I received a picture of the bouquet that was delivered to my parents and it is definetly not up to the quality I was expecting. I was a florist 10 years ago, so I know how this works. I contacted their office on Monday December 9th and left a message. I wrote you an email on Wednesday December 11th and no response. I phoned again today, Friday December 13th and had to leave yet another message. I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. Their website states satisfaction guaranteed all I have to do is call or email. Well I have done both with no response.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a partial refund since what I requested and ordered what NOT what was delivered.

Review: Ordered Flowers on line 4/23/15, for a 5/8/15 delivery for Mother's Day. Received they were fine, by Sunday they were browning/wilting looking dead.

I emailed 3 times, called 3 times and left messages, sent a photo of the flowers requesting my money back on this order. I will never use them again. Their website says 4-7 days, they didnt' even last till Sunday for a Friday delivery.

not one correspondence back at all.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: An email a phone call anything would suffice and a refund preferably.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. They emailed me. Getting a refund. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.

Regards,

Review: on 12/01/14, I ordered a boquet of flowers to be delivered. I chose the Enchanted Cottage arrangement based on the color being predominantly purple (her favorite color). The picture on the website had white roses surrounded by purple accents and purple flowers mixed in with it. I was trying to make a good first impression with this woman to show that I listened well on our first date when she said she loved purple. I paid for the boquet expecting to receive what I had ordered. When she sent me a picture of what was delivered, there was not one flower that was purple (only the ribbon around the base). The flowers were pink and white with white accents. Her response was nice, but my anger was not. I called more than 20 times the following day and only got a voicemail. I sent a message through my account and got no reply; I called again for the next 2 days and got no response. Finally on 12/04, they answered the phone and told me to send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation and attach pictures. I did. As of today, 12/12, I have not received a reply through my account with them, through email, or received a call from them. Their customer service is horrible and I want a refund and an apologyDesired Settlement: a full refund with an apology

Review: I ordered flowers over the internet because I couldn't get a person on the phone at 800-316-5738. I gave them two addresses to deliver to. Told them to call me if any problems, they never did. I keep calling and emailing them to get my money back and no reply or response. They have my money and I didn't get the flowers delivered to my daughter on her birthday.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: The website says same day delivery. I ordered flowers at 7 am CST and called the business to make sure they could be delivered by 3:30 pm and he told me they would deliver them at 12 noon. 3:30 cam around and no flowers. I called back and he said if they weren't delivered then they would just cancel my order and refund my money. I looked online and there are all bad reviews. Looks like this happens all the time. If they can't do same day delivery they shouldn't advertise that. So now I have no flowers for my niece and yea I am getting a refund but I didn't know till too late to order from another business!Desired Settlement: The should have to remove the same day service from their website. I also feel like they should have to send the flowers to my niece!!

Review: I order flowers from this company for my Aunt in Lancaster WI. The site said it was a local family owned business. It is not. The flowers were not delivered even though I was told twice they were. I have family there - so I know this is not true. These people will not answer the phone. The call goes to a message box that has been full for 4 days. The will pick up if I called repeatedly ( at least 10 times in a row). Both times they lied to me about the status of my order, and were very rude while doing so. The also will not answer emails - I sent 6. My account has been charged for a product they did not deliver.Desired Settlement: I want my account credited for the full amount. I am not sure these people are even florists.

Review: The flowers were delivered on 05/10, but they weren't what I ordered.

They were daisies! Not one Stargazer Lily, Blue irises, etc.

Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I'd like to request a refund.

Review: I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law...the order was listed as complete...and she has yet to receive her flowers....I cannot get a response from Flowers by Amy either phone, or email...I cannot leave a voice message as their voice mail is full! This is ridiculous! This company does not live up to the professionalism one would expect!Desired Settlement: I expect the flowers to be delivered as expected....or a complete refund!!!!!!

Review: I ordered a flower arrangement on Tues. Nov. 26 to be delivered on Fri. Nov. 29 between noon and 5. The time of day was not up to me. I did agree that would be fine. It was for a friend who's father just passed away. I ordered over the phone [redacted] through a female who took all my credit card information. They had pictures online for me to view and I used an order number for the arrangement I chose. I received a confirmation e-mail with an order number after requesting one but no tracking number assigned to it. She had stated over phone after I asked for confirmation via e mail that she'd send one out within 15 minutes. Nothing came within the hour, so I e mailed for one. It finally came. For the past 2 days, every time I've tried to call the phone there is an answering machine with a woman's voice and says unable to take any calls and the mailbox is full. I am unable to reach anyone. I did leave a message on that machine on Sat. Nov. 30 asking that someone call or e mail me as to why they cancelled my order. My order got cancelled by them via e mail the morning it was to be delivered and it said they refunded my $49.62 at 10:54 am. Remember the delivery was to be between noon and 5. No reason was given, no apology, nothing. I never got to speak to anyone from customer service about it. I am concerned that they now have all my credit card information and I am helpless here having to trust they won't share or use it. I never received product and was unable to find another florist to deliver on such short notice to get arrangement to my friend on time. I've sent numerous e mails and left a couple messages going so far as to even threaten to report them to Revdex.com if they didn't contact me regarding this matter. Nothing. The inability for Flowers By Amy to follow through with my order last minute and to have absolutely no customer service follow up is unacceptable and very unprofessional. [redacted]Desired Settlement: They should offer to send an arrangement at no charge and an apology to me ASAP. Somehow we need to prove their policy is to shred my credit card information. I'm very concerned they will use it...don't trust them since they won't get back to me!

Review: On 9/8/14 at approximately 9 AM an Order was placed for 2 floral arrangements (Order #[redacted]) with instructions that the flowers be delivered no later than 9/9/14. This was charged to my credit card in the amount of $67.92. This is 9/11 and the flowers have not been received. We've call the 800 number several times and have been told the only we can communicate about this Order is via email. Numerous emails have been sent with no response from this Business. I've emailed & asked that my charge card be credited, again no response. I would like my charge credited back the $67.92 as the flowers have still not been delivered. The occassion has now passed for what I wanted the flowers for.Desired Settlement: Complete refund to my credit card.

Response:

I did receive a refund from Amy’s flowers for the entire amount. Thank you for your time.

Review: I placed an online order for flowers. Their website shows that the delivery was completed, but the flowers were never delivered. I have sent them several emails and attempted to contact them by phone with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the entire amount of purchase.

Review: I ordered flowers for my sister's memorial. Not only were these flowers not delivered, but there was no live person to contact over the matter for two days. The only option was voicemail and I got no response. I never got an explanation as to why the flowers were not delivered. I suspect it may have even been a scam.Desired Settlement: I wanted to ensure this is a legitimate business. I paid through paypal and I did get a refund, but it seemed very shady.

Review: I ordered flowers online from Amy Florist and they were never delivered to the recipient. I have called and emailed the company more than a dozen times and they don't answer the phone or return messages either by phone or email.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: The address and the mobile number I wrote is of the person I want the product to be delivered. I cannot enter mine for I am from the [redacted]. I get an error all the time. I apologize.

I ordered a bouquet online with add-ons (more flowers, a card, a stuffed toy and a balloon) at www.amyflorist.com last november 2, 2014 to be delivered to a certain samantha echavez at houston texas. When the day arrived the flowers never came. I was so ashamed because it was meant to surprise her on her birthday. So we ended up telling her instead and she waited the whole day but still it never came.

I tried emailing and calling, to no avail.Desired Settlement: I used a debit card, and I want a refund.

But I also want the shop to be sanctioned because there has been a lot of complaints I read online about them at www.yelp.com. I regret I hadnt read them beforehand.

Review: I placed an order online on May 9,2015. The order # is [redacted]. Charge for flowers $59.34. The order was to be delivered to my mother-in-law in Boca Raton, FL on the same day. I received email that order was completed but my mother-in-law never received the flowers. I have been repeatedly trying to call the website phone #'s to find out where the flowers were actually delivered or if indeed they really were delivered. Each time I call, I receive the same "we are busy...message, send us an email with your order # and someone will get back to you." I have been doing that as well and it is now May 13 and nobody has gotten back to me either by phone or email and the flowers are still nowhere in sight. I would like this charge reversed and credited back to my husbands credit card. Please can someone explain these missing flowers. Thank you- [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for these flowers credited to my husbands charge that they have on file and if not I would be happy to repeat the number to the florist.
